I paid for 10 days according to the booking created in Booking.com for 13 OMR a night; then I wanted to exptend my stay for 2 nights more they refused to count them for the same price and asked a higher fare of 18 OMR; hotel management is never cooperative and doesn't care of guests rather than chances to increase the fare. No breakfast, the restaurant that offers the meals is not owned by the hotel, it is an adjacent entity where you can request the receptionist then he will pass your order to them; this restaurant is open eventually; you can't guarantee availability. the kitchen doesn't have what is listed in the Booking.com page "No toaster", the TV and Receiver remotes are damaged moreover the TV is so small in contrasting with the room size. The studio isn't that one seen in the Booking.com, no Sofas for example; they didn't give the studio as it is.

Reviewed May 30, 2026The rooms were ok, the location was also fine (I didn't expect it to be in some fancy location, so it was good for me). I could find parking either next to the hotel building or nearby, so parking was also without problems.
I ordered it for my family of 4, and when we arrived, there were missing basic toiletries (e.g., there were only 2 slippers there). When I asked them to provide missing items, they simply said that they can't do it and that's all they can provide. If I asked something extra, I could understand if they didn't provide it. But when they don't provide what they*must* (all that stuff was listed as "included" on their page on Booking.com), it's not acceptable. Also, the staff was not friendly when I asked for missing items. So 5/10 is the most that I will give to this hotel.

1. Hotel mentioned parking but there is no dedicated reserve Hotel parking for Hotel guests ( reception person says park in front any where it is common parking for all the residents ) 2. No internet connectivity inside the rooms very poor response from the reception 3.No restaurant operation inside the hotel (mostly closed) 4.during rain outside the hotel on road full water blockages

Вокруг магазины, множество ресторанчиков и кафе с прекрасной едой. У нас был большой и функциональный номер, где мы отлично провели время. Доброжелательный персонал отеля, который всегда был готов помочь и был очень дружелюбен и приветлив. Мы будем очень рады вернуться в этот отель еще!

Le personnel était toujours à l'écoute, très attentionné et très gentil, le service était impeccable et c'était très propre et les lits étaient très confortables. On a adoré notre séjour ici et on reviendra pour sûr à notre retour !

La cocina no tenia utensilios, tenia un cuartucho dentro de la habitacion llena de humedades, las almohadas eran super incomodas, la ducha no salia agua fria y salia el agua para el suelo del cuarto baño lo cual era un peligro porque resbalaba mucho y las pareces tenian mucha suciedad Este hotel esta pidiendo una remodelacion a gritos

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Отличное расположение отеля, вокруг него много хороших ресторанов и продуктовых магазинов, прокат автомобилей. Недалеко большой торговый центр. До пляжа 15 минут ходьбы. Также в 30 минутах ходьбы находится мечеть султана Кубуса. Отличное соотношение цены и качества, нам все понравилось.
Все было отлично.

We have requested for late check in , as we have travelled in early hours and did book from previous day. Inspite of their confirmation for late check in, on our arrival they did not respond as confirmed and were like there is no room available for you. Our cab driver a localite spoke on behalf and we were able to check in.

Scegliete questo hotel SOLO ed esclusivamente se avete intenzione di passare tutta la giornata fuori e tornarci solo per dormire. Purtroppo ci sono varie cose che non funzionano in questa struttura: -il personale (escluso il manager) non parla inglese. -i muri sono molto sottili, quindi sono stata svegliata entrambi i giorni molto presto dal vociferare degli altri ospiti. -la pulizia non è il massimo. -la colazione NON è a buffet come invece sponsorizzato. Ci si reca nella caffetteria collegata all’hotel, si sceglie dal menù un “pacchetto” (esempio: english breakfast, turkish breakfast) e tutto ciò che si ordina al di fuori di esso, viene pagato a parte. Si, anche se avete la colazione inclusa nel soggiorno. -la posizione non è male, ci sono un paio di supermercati, ristoranti e caffetterie nei dintorni, ma è lontana dai punti d’interesse della città. Bisognerà prendere un taxi 10/20min. -il rapporto qualità-prezzo é decisamente scorretto. Non vale assolutamente tutti i soldi che ho speso.
