Reviewed Sep 17, 2026エル・カミーノの宿泊地としてポンテベドラにきました。9月のハイシーズンで公営アルベルゲを泊まれず急遽予約しました。 いわゆるホテルでアルベルゲではないため、過ごしやすかったです。 タオル付き、シャンプーもあり、設備としては良かったです。 バスタブ付きです。 アクセスも巡礼ルートの筋にあります。
自分が泊まった部屋だけかもしれないが、部屋にドライヤーはありませんでした。

Wouldn't allow my husband's rental bike in the hotel. We weren't comfortable with it being left overnight in the parking garage. Made another arrangement for it as a compromise.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The location is excellent- very handy to the town centre and on the main road into town. The room was basic but clean. The iron and small ironing board was helpful.
The room doesn’t have an electric kettle which is usually standard, the fridge is not cold (even after 20 hours), neither of the soap dispensers work properly- the one at hand basin doesn’t dispense anything at all. You need to walk back to reception for a hairdryer.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The room was dingy, the bathroom slightly dirty and the toilet felt like it was going to break every time you used it. It made a loud sound and shifted. The restaurant also made you use a QR code for the menu with prices that were outdated. The bill was twice as much as the price on the menu and neither the restaurant or hotel staff would address the discrepancy and they were dismissive and rude about it.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The room was excellent. Only problem was the banging of adjacent bedroom doors. My room was in a corner with 2 other bedrooms and the banging of the other 2 doors was a real nuisance.
The breakfast buffet was bad. It is advertised to close at 10:00. I entered at 08:40 and everything had gone. The lady in charge made me a plate of scrambled eggs but it was over salty. The white coffee from the machine was horribly sweet. I didn’t return again.

Nuestra habitación era una habitación interior que daba a un patio vecinal enorme entre edificios y muy tranquilo. El personal del hotel francamente amable y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier tema que surgiese.

Instalaciones muy deterioradas. Bañera antigua y amarillenta al igual que la mampara con la que me quedé varias veces con una de sus hojas en la mano. Mal aislamiento entre habitaciones. Toallas muy viejas. Caldera estropeada por lo que no me pude duchar en 2 ocasiones.

El hotel confirmo que haría un seguimiento del caso y nos informaría, sin embargo hemos sido ignorados en multitud de ocasiones cada vez que intentamos ponernos en contacto con la recepción y la dirección del hotel.

El dia que llegamos no habia agua caliente, teniendo en cuenta que solo pasabamos una noche y que veníamos haciendo el camino, fue un inconveniente grande no poder llegar y ducharnos con agua caliente.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Excelente ubicación, muy céntrico y cercano a lugares de interés. Tiene un supermercado prácticamente al lado, así como diferentes tiendas, cafeterías y restaurantes en la zona. El personal se mostró muy agradable y atento.
La habitación triple se queda un poco pequeña para tres personas. Y en nuestro caso, la ventana se abría a un patio interior donde estaban ubicados los aparatos de aire acondicionado del hotel y con un montón de colillas en el suelo.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026I was feeling lucky to get one of the last rooms in Pontevedra after the Pilgrims Hostel was filled. The location was near the hostel and near groceries. Laundry room was pleasant for sitting with a snack while waiting on washer. Staff was friendly, selling soda after cafe closed, making change, and offering to refrigerate items.
The price was high, but rooms were very much in demand. The wifi did not reach to all the rooms in the family suite.
