Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Un lugar precioso y acogedor. El hotel conserva todo el encanto de lo antiguo, pero está perfectamente restaurado y muy cuidado. Las instalaciones y las habitaciones tienen muchísimo encanto.
La habitación es más bien pequeña, y el baño podría mejorar. No todas son como aparecen en las fotos.

el baño desprendía un olor insoportable a alcantarilla, la habitación tenía dos camas individuales y no una doble como habíamos pedido por booking y se oían muchos ruidos de la habitación de la planta de arriba y del exterior a pesar de que se indica en booking que es insonorizado, tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación. En la nueva habitación tuvimos que pedir cambio de la sábana porque estaba manchada. Las almohadas incómodas.

La vista dalla camera Juniir suite non era delle migliori e il bagno non era del tutto separato dalla stanza da letto, non garantendo la privacy.

Recomiendo solicitar el servicio de parking del hotel porque es complicado aparcar en la zona: calles muy estrechas.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Sicuramente ho apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza dello staff, lo stile dell'hotel e la grande pulizia, immediatamente percepibile dal profumo di detergente e disinfettante. Il letto era davvero comodo. Anche la posizione è stata davvero comodissima.
Purtroppo, nonostante il letto comodissimo, non abbiamo dormito bene per via delle mura molto sottili che facevano penetrare qualsiasi rumore. La nostra camera, la 302, era molto pulita ma decisamente datata, con pavimenti e doccia rovinati e vetro doccia montato al contrario. Non avrei avuto nulla da ridire, ma per il costo di oltre 340 euro per due persone, per due giorni, senza colazione, mi aspettavo un pochino di più.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026A fabulous hotel in the centre of Cádiz. It is beautifully decorated and looks exactly like the pictures. The hotel is incredibly clean and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The lady on reception in the afternoons is wonderful (sorry I didn’t get her name) when she heard I was going to the beach she offered me a free towel, umbrella and a bottle of water. How kind. The location is right in the heart of the centre with shops, tapas and ice cream all in walking distance. They even light candles in the foyer and on the stairs at night time , so pretty to come back to after a night out .
Nothing but the roof top terrace doesn’t have shade sails as the picture implies.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Me and my friend only stayed for one night, but we loved it. Every member of staff we spoke to at the hotel were super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is lovely, it is so cosy and beautiful and the location is amazing!! It is super close to bars, restaurants and a short walk to the train station. If I ever come back to Cadiz, I would 100% book again! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Beautiful hotel in a great location. We were upgraded to a small suite-huge, comfortable bed; lovely armchairs and sofa; big bathroom. The roof terrace was a great place to sit and relax and the breakfast was delicious. We were given restaurant recommendations when we arrived (El Faro and La Tabernita)-both excellent. Cádiz is wonderful-don’t miss the beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic.

We stayed in the room with a private garden which was superb, there is also an excellent rooftop seating area. We also decided to have breakfast, which again was excellent, highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing that let it down was no kettle in the room, was told in superior rooms they have a kettle, bit if all superior rooms are gone upu can't have one. We really missed the early morning coffee. Not the same when y9u have to go out or to the bar for it. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel

En pleno casco histórico de Cádiz, a pocos minutos a pie de los principales lugares de interés, restaurantes y del paseo marítimo. Habitación: Cómoda, limpia y tranquila. Bien equipada y adecuada para descansar, con una decoración cuidada acorde con el estilo del hotel.

I didn't like that we didn't have a double bed; however, we understand that it cannot always be guaranteed, and the staff tried their best to combine two single beds. Also, it was a bit weird that the sinks were in the bedroom instead of the bathroom, but we understand that in the historical center, buildings have their own peculiarities.

The fact that the common lounge area was out of use due to renovations which was not indicated to us prior to booking. The room we booked was clearly nothing like the photograph indicated when booking.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026El trato personal tanto de Lucia como de Lola es extraordinario. El ambiente del hotel es muy agradable y está muy bien situado en la ciudad; es un hotel para recomendar.
La bañera que debería tener algo para evitar resbalar y en mi caso concreto, al ser muy alta, tenía dificultades para entrar y salir de ella con seguridad.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026La décoration de l’hôtel est soignée et magnifique! Le roof top est également exceptionnel même si il manquait d’ombre. Le petit déjeuner top. Daniel et toute l’équipe nous ont très bien accueilli et c’est agréable d’avoir tout le temps quelqu’un a la réception. La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite pour visiter la vieille ville. On recommande vivement!

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Beautiful hotel centrally located. Five minute walk from the underground car park. Walked with our cases. Great location though. We had an outward facing room with window. Some are internal overlooking the atrium. Room was lovely, comfortable and with a rustic charm. Very quiet. Staff helpful. We didn’t eat here as there was lots on offer in the adjoining streets. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
