Las fotos del hotel no se asemejan a la realidad…. Hay poquísima luz en las habitaciones .. no lo recomiendo para pasar más de 1 noche

Muy buenas fotos para luego lo que nos encontramos… Cutre. La zona pésima por la noche, ratas. Cuando ya nos haniamos ido, Nos intento cobrar mas dinero a traves de un codigo QR, cuando no nos habian informado de nada de eso.

Great place with a unique design, a huge room, and convenient self check-in.

The only downside is that there is usually no one at reception. Everything is handled remotely, and responses can sometimes take a while if you have questions. If you are an independent traveler, though, this is not really a problem.

Nice room

Bad communication. Asked if they could clean room and refill soap, coffee and toilet paper. Nothing happened. Had to get it myself. No reception and no one answered phone when arriving.

No te avisan que no hay recepción las 24hs hasta que se paga el alojamiento, podés decidir pagar un poco más por un early check in o late check out, pero cuando llegas te dicen que solo es posible si hay disponibilidad, llegas al hotel y podés dejar las valijas en el lobby, pero no hay nadie que te abra la puerta del hotel, podés quedarte al rato del sol esperando a que te abran, la habitación no tiene luz solar excepto que abras las ventanas y dejes entrar el calor y el ruido desde afuera, los vecinos de noche son muy ruidosos y siempre hay hombres borrachos afuera gritando. El hotel está lleno de espacios desordenados y llenos de cosas que te hacen pensar que estás viviendo en un depósito.

Estaba cerca de los sitios mas turisticos, aunque cuando sales parece que estes en la India. La habitación era grande y comoda al tener dos pisos y con tele y wifi.

Lo unico que pondria una pega es que la presión del agua de la ducha y del lavamanos era bastante pobre

L'ubicació és molt bona, a poca distància a peu de tot, a Little India. L'habitació és molt àmplia, la vam trobar molt ordenada i neta.

No hi havia mai ningú a la recepció, però no vam necessitar res.

The interior design of the house is so beautiful! Location is excellent too, many Michelin recommendations food stalls around. All in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful too.

A bit noisy as the room is facing the main road in little India.

The corridor was lovely and the room was big and cool.

The room is very dark, you need the lights on all the time you’re there. The communication with the staff was very poor. They didn’t inform us how to check in or check out and didn’t not answer our questions until we were out of the property, so no too much help, but the overall stay was ok. Everything worked fine and the location is brilliant.

Lovley accomodation, was clean, safe and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and functionality. The beds were comfy, rooms was equipped with aircon and fans. Location was very good, close to food and local attractions. The staff were wonderful. I would recommend this accommodation

The room was lovely. Had a real heritage vibe and courtyard garden was beautiful. Everything worked well. Fresh hot and cold water were provided. Bed was comfy.

The location is in Little India, which was great but it was a holiday weekend so there were a lot of celebrations and very noisy until early in the morning. Other nights not too bad but bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive.

A clean characterful room very centrally located and easily walkable to nearly everything you want to do in Central Georgetown

The mattress was quite hard and it was disappointing that the TV was not more modern (ie a Smart TV) Not the fault of the hotel per se but the booking.com app showed a checkout time across a time period whereas the hotel called us because we had not checked out already by the start of the time range.

Very centrally located, easy to walk to most things in Central Georgetown, and a good price

This was our second time staying at the same hotel after a short trip outside of Georgetown then back to it... The second room wasn't quite as good as the first time round, there were some minor plumbing issues in the bathroom i.e some of it was broken but still functioned

Хорошее расположение, прямо в центре Джоржтауна, в индийском квартале. Рядом автобусные остановки в любую точку Пенанга можно уехать. Номер просторный, аккуратный, чистый. Кондиционер, вентилятор, фен - все работало. На ресепшене бесплатно горячая/холодная вода.

Маловато света, если кому-то это важно.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom had a good shower with hot water and decent pressure and toiletries. There was tea and coffee and free hot and cold water available downstairs. We were able to check in early and then, on departure, leave our bags safely downstairs which was very much appreciated. The location meant everything was walkable with good food places nearby. Special thanks to Alamin who was helpful and friendly and really made our stay special. Thank you for looking after us Alamin!

A small thing was the key card to get back into the building taking a bit of time to work, but this is a tiny issue.

Très bien placé, plutôt propre et confortable. Bon accueil avec une fontaine à eau à disposition.

Particulièrement bruyant, nous n'avons pas pu dormir correctement (pas plus d'une poignée d'heures à la fois). Nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans la rue que ce soit la circulation, les différents travaux, les cris etc et ce toute la nuit. Cela aurait pu n'être qu'une gêne si nous étions restés une ou deux nuit à la rigueur mais pour quatre c'était bien trop difficile d'autant plus avec un enfant.

We stayed here during hari raya weekend, so we did notice that the sound proofing was not the best and we could hear the celebrations on the street. I don’t envision this to be an issue in a normal week though!

Location is really good, walking distance to everything. The decor and style of the room is really unique and nice. It is cool being able to stay in an old mansion in Georgetown. Overall it is worth it for the price.

The noise from the street is very loud due to poor insulation. The room wasn't cleaned during our 4 night stay, not even fresh towels given. The towels we were given at the start had stains on them and the sheets for the bed didn't smell freshly cleaned (although they looked clean). The door to the reception is difficult to close and I saw other guests leaving it open which poses a security risk at night.

Accueil compliqué : difficile à se faire comprendre . La « cuisine » dans l’entrée, très sale, cuillères en plastique dans un grand sac, pas d’assiettes. Tiroirs très très sales. Ne mérite pas 9,9 !!! Chambre grande et confortable, mais interrupteurs prés de l’entrée et lit à l’autre bout, pas de chevet ou d’interrupteur proche. Beau mobilier ancien

l’arredamento e la posizione non sono male

La doccia non funzionava, ci è toccato usare il doccino per darci una semplice pulita e col caldo del posto non è proprio il massimo. La mancanza di comunicazione con l’host, praticamente inesistente.

Very charming heritage house that was comfortable for our party of 3 to stay in. Location is quite central. Parking is hard to find, and if found, hard to pay for.

If it is noises outside, it will be noises inside, there are small gaps in the floor where you can see light coming in from down stairs.

Lo staff inesistente, ci hanno informato che potevamo lasciare i bagagli prima del check in alle 11 ma nessuno si è presentato e la proprietaria non parla bene inglese quindi non capiva. Siamo rimasti due ore sotto il sole ad aspettare. Inoltre su un cartello all’ingresso affermano che lo staff è presente dalle undici ma così non è. Lo stesso è successo a clienti dopo di noi. Inoltre all’orario del check-in la nostra stanza non era pronta e abbiamo dovuto aspettare un’altra ora intera

Le bruit la nuit, impossible de dormir. Le staff complètement inexistant et surtout lorsqu'il y a un problème comme l'air conditionné qui fuit. Obligé d'appeler par téléphone la proprio plusieurs fois alors que ns étions sur la plage horaires de présence du staff.

The location is perfect. It's in the midlle of George Town tourist area, walking distance to many iconic places and food. The room is spacious and clean. I really love their design that still keeping the heritage element

已提前說明深夜航班到達，服務員依然鎖上大門，門口電話號碼不準確，幸好有其他住客幫忙開門，否則就要留落街頭。

Great location. Very central to Little India and Armenia st. Easy to walk everywhere. Comfortable room too. ☺️ I had our car and was unsure how to pay for parking. The owner quickly helped me sort that and kindly paid for my parking for the duration of our stay.

This place is in the middle of little India, so you are in walking distance of at a lot of places you want to see. Heaps of restaurants and shops. Palm Mansion looks smaller than it is and is super clean and has comfy beds. It fits very well in the vibe of the city unlike big hotels. I recommend it!

It can be a bit loud when there are festivals going on - but that's why travelers are coming, don't they?

Interessante Maisonette Zimmer in guter Lage - viel Holz und im Aufenthaltsbereich des Hotels viele Pflanzen

Leider Fenster ohne Mosquitonetze und direkt zur Strasse - daher war es bis weit in die Nacht hinein sehr laut. Ausserdem haben wir einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer vermisst.

I liked the unique theme of the hotel, it certainly stands out from other places. It has a very warm and cosy feeling to it. Coming back to the room every night felt good.

The only thing i didn’t like is the lack of a living space in the room itself, and the staff wasn’t present as much.

For one night this was ok. The room is large and comfortable with high ceilings. The bathroom is ok. The bed was comfortable. It is in a great, little India, location. We booked it as our arrival night and left asap to find our long term accommodation.

It was dark. The lightning is poor. The windows were shutters, if you wanted light and opened them your inviting: insects, humidity, heat, the neighbours across the street, the local temple, petrol fumes and everything else into the room. There was no kettle, a water heater down stairs was available. It was a bit rustic. A giant padlock to lock the front door was a bit odd.

Charming vibe and surroundings

Hot water flask smells musty and not usable. Replacement flask has same musty smell. No bedside lamps. Lamp in the loft is broken and unusable. Wall fan only swings when the trigger is held down. Can be noisy at night with commotions and maintenance work along the streets.

Great location, very comfortable, and has everything you need. Beautiful apartment.

Clean and large room. One queen bed and one single at loft space. It was interesting in the renovation of the antique house.

Lightning is too small to read books. Less sound proof on the window. The noise of the outside could reach the inside room.

Close to multiple temples, smell of burning incense is common. Sound isolation of the room could be improved as often hear cars and trucks driving by
