Emplacement au top et chambres spacieuses ! Le staff super sympa

On a dû changer de chambre parce que la première sentait fort le tabac, la seconde n’était pas forcément très propre et nous avons eu un soucis avec la porte de notre salle de bain

Staff were very nice and accomadating. The hotel room was pretty good for the price.

The room is not really soundproof so you can hear a lot of sounds from the street.

Location of the hotel is great. You have everything nearby. Convenience stores, places to eat just walking distance. Room kinda spacious for family of 4. Have amenities and even a small fridge. There's Coway on every floor (neat).

1. A few plug points not function properly (Socket kinda loose). Not such a big deal but property owner might want to regularly check. 2. Parking lot is first come first serve basis. However, there's parking spaces just beside the hotel with rate of RM10-15/entry. P/S; Motorcycle convoys, kindly not hoard the parking lot with one motorcycle in one lot (that is just selfish).

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata generale. Lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati, bagno piccolo e da ristrutturare, avevamo anche una perdita di acqua dal soffitto del bagno. Poco spazio per i vestiti. Poca insonorizzazione.

周围容易找吃店。走路去博物馆，看壁画，姓氏桥， family mart，酒吧 都不会很远。服务员态度良好，电视节目都ok。

1. 酒店隔音设备不够好，凌晨祈祷的声音太大声，影响睡眠。门外路人说话房间听得到。 2. 房间有重香水的味道，要开窗给味道出去。

Great location, walking distance to a lot of eateries and attractions in the historical part of the city.

Sound proofing is inadequate, on my first night I think the room beside me was checking out early in the morning, I was constantly woken by noises in the middle of the night. Subsequent nights were okay.

El hotel se encuentra cerca del centro histórico, para ir andando, buenas instalaciones y personal amable. Hay supermercados cerca y sitios donde comer.

- Bettwäsche etc hatte schon beim check in irgendwelche flecken - Duschvorhang war voller Schimmel -Wände waren voller Schimmel

Lokacja hotelu jest świetna, blisko największych atrakcji George Town. Pokoje przestronne, z niezłym wyposażeniem - pokój posiadał klimatyzację, czajnik, telewizor (niestety bez smart TV - realnie telewizor odbierał 2-3 kanały satelitarne w języku malajskim). Dostępna też była darmowa woda na korytarzu. Ponadto pokoje były dobrze wyciszone - pomimo bardzo głośnej ulicy, imprez muzycznych na przeciwko i obok hotelu, nie było ich w ogóle słychać. Materac i łóżko również były w porządku. AGD działało bez zarzutu.

Pokój niestety był dość zużyty i brudny. Zasłona w łazience miała na sobie okazałego, czarnego grzyba. Ponadto ściana odchodziła wraz z tynkiem w paru miejscach, tworząc wybrzuszenia i wyrwy. W rogach pokoju znajdował się kurz, a na podłodze okazjonalnie walały się grube, czarne włosy, pomimo serwisu sprzątającego (jesteśmy blondynami). Wykładzina na korytarzu, z którego bezpośrednio wchodziło się do pokoju, była bardzo poplamiona i brudna. Budziło to nasz dyskomfort na tyle, że unikaliśmy chodzenia na boso w całym hotelu.

Molto vicina alle vie dello street food e molto vicina a piedi alla zona del porto, circa 1km se vi piace camminare (a noi si). Nel raggio di 3/4km in ogni direzione si hanno quasi tutte le attrazioni, vie ecc.

Struttura che mostra un po' gli anni, pareti del bagno scartocciate, tendina con la muffa.

Overall value for money

Unfortunately next door (Ng Fook Thong Temple) having some activities (live rock music, accounstic drum, etc.) during my stay, it's noisy till late night 11pm - 12am, affecting the sleep.

La ubicacion. Cama muy grande. Habia nevera en la habitacion. Buen wifi.

Sabanas y toallas rotas/sucias. Los enchufes estaban flojos y se deconectan constantemente. Habia una especie de tetera pero no habia donde calentarla. Habia un mapa donde se indicaba una cocina, pero en su lugar habia oficinas.

Le personnel n'est pas toujours disponible et ne dit pas bonjour, le ménage n'avait pas été fait correctement lorsque je suis arrivé dans ma chambre, des traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain, pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, des trous et des traces sombres sur les serviettes de bain, l'hôtel n'est pas bien entretenu, le prix est cher

The staffs were nice and helpful, housekeeping excellent, location awesome, ambiance nice. I loved my stay here and plan to stay again when I revisit Penang again. And would recommend this place.

L'hotel té una ubicació excel·lent per descobrir George Town a peu. Està molt a prop dels principals carrers, de restaurants i de nombroses parades de menjar local. És un allotjament senzill, però net i funcional, ideal si el que busques és un lloc còmode des d'on explorar la ciutat.

L'únic inconvenient important és que hi ha una mesquita molt a prop i la megafonia de la primera pregària del dia, cap a les 5 de la matinada, se sent molt fort dins de l'habitació. Evidentment, no és responsabilitat de l'hotel, però crec que és un aspecte que els futurs hostes han de tenir en compte, especialment si tenen el son lleuger.

La struttura si trova nel centro di George Town in un’ottima posizione anche per uscire la sera. Stanza nel complesso accettabile, anche se ci aspettavamo di meglio per qualità e pulizia.

Proprio accanto alla struttura c’e una moschea con megafono per richiamo alla preghiera…non il massimo alle 6 del mattino

Choose the hotel if you want a strategic location for easy access to the town center, like the wall art, bar or pub restaurant. Parking is available for a first come first serve basic. The staff at this hotel were really helpful and accommodating, which made the stay easier. The room covered basic needs, nothing fancy, but functional.

Bathroom exhaust keep coming out terrible smoking smell, also has many small insect flying around the damp areas. Cleanliness was just OK, there were noticeable stains on the sheets and bath towels. The room felt worn and could benefit from better maintenance.

The size of the room was really comfortable and sizeable. The shower was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was super central. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and actually extended the stay by an extra 3 days.

The carpet in the hallway was ratty and a little smelly, probably time for a recarpet in the hallway. Other than that the room and price was good.

No tea provided, just coffee. No fridge in room. Stained sheets and towels, so can see that it was used before. Had a really noise group of drunk men above us that kept us awake between midnight and 0130 and had to ask the staff x 3 to go and tell to be quiet. Lukewarm water in shower, even though water turned to maximum heat.

A strategic location, I can walk to so many places, and there even a street food market downstairs! It's really convenient, considering me and my friends were thinking to save up on transportation fees. The staffs were friendly, and the room has enough room space even after opening our suitcases. I slept well!

The beddings, especially the pillow... there was a weird smell. Although the staff had help us changed new pillowcases, but I can still smell it. Probably from the pillow itself. Other than that, it's all good! No mites, no mosquitoes. I'm just very sensitive about scents.

As toalhas estavam rotas e sujas e no meu quarto não havia frigorífico (apesar dos meus amigos terem um quarto igual e terem frigorífico).

The location is near to all tourist spots. The single free designated parking spot that came with the room is the highlight. It is very difficult to get decent parking. That is the most attractive point of the hotel. The rooms are clean, new and comfortable.

Location couldn't be better. Chulia Street leads straight to Little India and the World Heritage Site. There's a very good night food street market one block away. Staff were most obliging, advising us on the cheapest airport taxi to get.

Just that we couldn't get any foreign news program (eg BBC) on the room TV. The roof bar was closed for renovations.

The hotel and rooms need a refurb - very scruffy and dated furnishings, paintwork. Need more outlets in room - one of mine stopped working.

酒店的毛巾和浴巾都有破洞了，酒店应该换一批了啊，没有床头灯，晚上起夜差点摔倒。浴室的热水器开启的时候，可能因为电压的原因，房间的灯会一直闪烁，我差点以为会断电

Rooms were modern and had really handy amenities, kettle, mini fridge, access to cold and hot drinking water in the corridor as well as iron and ironing board available. My bed was huge and almost too comfortable 😅 bathroom was clean modern and well equipped too. A host of restaurants and bars just a minute or so away, as well as small supermarkets for anything you need.

There is a rooftop cocktail bar which is a separate or sister company running it - quite expensive cocktails and no one was ever there which I thought was a waste! Would be a perfect addition to have the rooftop as part of the hotel with basic meals and basic alcohol and soft drinks, especially as no outdoor area or actual communal in the hotel otherwise. Also one small elevator between all floors so you can sometimes be stuck waiting (not the end of the world) All in all enjoyed my stay!

Amazing hotel on one of the main streets in Georgetown. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all your questions regarding the city. Room was spacious and clean. There is a small mosque next to it, however there are no problems with noise whatsoever.
