Gumus Palace Hotel

Good location, 5 min walk to T4 Tram and with that you are connected to the entire Metro trains. The room is very well maintained and everything works.

The staff hardly speaks English

The renovation which was ongoing but it should happen.

I liked almost everything, I would definitely come again.

Bed comfort could use improvement. If you lay on your back on stomach it's comfy, but if you lay on your side it does hurt after a while.

Lugar limpo e bem localizado. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e amáveis. Recomendo

Locatie

Was clean and tidy easy to use Wi-Fi cleaners came daily this whole time I’ve ever been to

Nothing all seem to be okay only issue was safe didn’t work

Good

Breakfast superb, excellent staff and very welcoming

The temperature in the room should be revisited. When the air-condition is ON the lights are On too and you switch of the card every electrical appliances goes off. Thus lighting system should be revisited

In a very good Area

Nothing

The property was very clean except for the strong smell of cigarettes. I wish they didn’t allow smocking (At least in the breakfast area), other than than I have no complaints. The staff was nice to me and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome.

I could work comfortably while enjoying the quietness and great people around me.

The location is perfect 👌 for breakfast, which is very nice. It is very 👍 nice

Stuff wasn't helpful at all in anything

Breakfast was good. Location was central near public transport and close to shops.

The place was very noisy, with kids still running around at midnight.

Amazing stuff Amazing place

The kitchen stuff doesn't even accept to bring slide on lemon on breakfast and talk to me in bad behavior

Locqtion is perfect, staff is good

Variation of breakfast

good value and location was reasonable taxi ride away from events

nothing

I like the stuff and friendliness. But rooms were way too small and we could here other people's business from our bathroom. Walls were paper thin.

Clean , good breakfast , stuff very nice

Air condition close to the bed and there was no quilt so this disturb my sleeping and very high below with polyester feeling materials , no car barking

Not far from the buses shops around. My room in 5th floor was nice and comfortable.

The first room in 3rd floor wasnt clean and smell smoked so they changed me. The breakfast is very limited. Not all staff speaks english. No view. View on a wall was a bit sad.

The hotel is very nice parking was only little bit difficult but the room and the hotel very nice

I really didn’t like the breakfast it was everyday the same and it didn’t look good the food and I try it one I really didn’t like it the chips was not even warm the breakfast was very bad

The hotel was nice but I was on 6th floor and there was no lift all the way up there had to walk up the stairs from the 5th floor plus 5th floor was under renovation which was not safe when walking past and as it being a tourist hotel there was refugees living on my floor I felt uncomfortable as I dress kinda open and I was looked at like I was doing something bad for the way I dressed and the refuge always complained to us when we spoke but hello I'm on holiday and paid to stay there I found that very rude I would like to go back as for the price it was right but unfortunately I don't think I will unless they change the habit of the hotel but stuff were excellent had no trouble loved them all very helpful and always had a smile on there face

They gave us a room with no light, even with the lights on...still awfully dark. Very small and unpleasant.

Reception

Breakfast

In der Suite nur ein kleines Fenster. Im Bad kein Fenster, bzw. Belüftungssystem. Die Zimmer sind stark Reperatur bedürftig. Auf dem Dach Belüftungssystem zu laut.

The staff is kind, except the blond housekeeper. The location is good, close to Medical Park hospital. The sheets and beds are really good, coffee and tea in the room, nice breakfast for the price. Good internet.

I was in the same hotel and same room one year ago. Nothing is improved. The AC is still not working, many problems with it. The toilet paper holder is not working properly also, some lights don’t work.

Location

Very good staff

I like everything from the location to the employees also the services and the room this is my second time I stayed there with family I appreciate them. Thank you
