Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber, ich mochte die Kaffeemaschine mit Pads nach dem Aufstehen.

Man muss es mögen, nicht von einer echten Person empfangen zu werden. Beim Zugang sollte man nicht nur den Schlüsselcode eingeben, sondern auch noch auf Ok drücken und dann schnell sein, um die Tür aufzuziehen. Mit Gepäck braucht das dann eventuell zwei Versuche.

Чисті, охайні апартаменти. Є місце для парковки в гаражі. Але треба уважно перевіряти габарити авто, тому, що парковка типу дуплекс (машина над машиною). Розміщення близько до метро. В 15 хв ходьби великий відкритий парк для бігу та занятть спортом Темпельхофе.

Ми не змогли потрапити в середину будівлі за своїм кодом через гараж. Довелося виходити з гаражу і заходити через центральних вхід. В нас не працювала індукційна плитка. Просто не реагувала ніяк. Підтримка намагалася якось допомоггти, але нам пощастило і ми зустріли персонал. Виявилося, треба було перезапустити електрику в апартаментах зі щитка.

Es handelt sich um ein komplett renoviertes Haus mit Fahrstuhl. Sehr sauber, Zugang mit Code. Unser Zimmer war neuwertig, von einer schlichten Eleganz. Doppelbett, Küchenzeile mit Kochplatte Kühlschrank. Das Bad hat eine Bodentiefe Dusche mit Handbrause und Regenwaldduschkopf. Alles in allem eine sehr gute komfortable Unterkunft. Fussläufig ist die U- Bahnstation in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und man ist unkompliziert mitten in Berlin.

Leider sind die angebotenen Parkplätze nur für Pkw unter 195 cm Breite und unter 50 cm Höhe geeignet. Ansonsten gibt es Stellplätze für 2€/Std 22/Tag Sonntags frei.

Es fehlten Steckdosen. ZB. gab es auf dem 2. Nachttisch eine Lampe, leider ohne Steckdose in der Nähe. Einrichtung eher ungemütlich. Brandlöcher in der Gardine.

Very clean and comfortable suite in a great location near to the U-Bahn and lots of restaurants nearby. Bathroom and kitchen facilities excellent. The airport night bus stops at the next street and takes about 20 minutes, so it's a really good choice for anyone who has an early flight to catch.

I booked the room at short notice and had to request a couple of extra items. There was only one pillow on the bed and no knives in the cutlery drawer.

It's complete disappointment. Doesn't worth it. It's too expensive and they don't provide anything.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, το μπάνιο μεγάλο, τα πάντα καθαρά, είχε και καφέ. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο για έναν. Όμως για 2 είναι μικρό.

Που δεν είχε 1 εμφιαλωμένο νερό και που στην είσοδο το νερό ήταν ακριβό.

Left my whole make up bag (30cm+) with lots of value in it. The response "we are sorry, but our trustworthy staff did not find it". No further answer to my mails. Making an official complaint against this company for theft and/or compensation. No airconditioning, only a loud A big dead insect on the chair Window left open, while it was 35° celcius outside.

Nie działała klimatyzacja w jednym pokoju, a w drugim wentylacja łazienki. Operatorowi nie udało się naprawić. Klima nie działała prawdopodobnie od dłuższego czasu, bo w pokoju był wstawiony wentylator. Dostałem rabat, ale od drugiego dnia, bo wg nich skoro zgłosiłem rano następnego dnia po przyjeżdzie, to w dniu przyjazdu widać mi nie przeszkadzało. Zenada

Der Check-in lief reibungslos ab, und ohne zu viel Daten angeben zu müssen. Die küche im Zimmer war toll.

Gibt eigendlich nix schlechtes. Die Lage war halt so semi.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Tempelhof, aber sehr ruhig und nah am Park. Wir sind zum Tempelhofer Feld und zum Hafen Tempelhof spaziert. In der Nähe frühstücken ist kein Problem, aber die Küchenzeile ist auch komplett ausgestattet. Parken in der Tiefgarage ist einfach und fair.

Keinerlei Rezeption ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber war natürlich vorher klar und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt.

Das Kaffee Cups nicht im Hotel erhaltbar waren

Brak klimatyzacji. W szafie był wiatrak jednak był on bardzo zakurzony i brudny. W pojemniku na noże znajdował się brudny nóż po poprzednich gościach.

Parking en duplex très limité en terme de dimensions de voiture : un remboursement a été fait. Ils ont été corrects. Draps avec petites taches de sang à notre arrivée : cela a été changé dès le lendemain mais on a dû passer une nuit avec. C’est limite … État de la couette moyen : idem changement des le lendemain.

Zentrale Lage, sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, was aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen recht unangenehm war. Das TV hat an einer der beiden Nächte auch nicht funktioniert.

Le manque d’entretien des installations. Poignée de fenêtre frigo ventilation de la salle de bains défaillants. La buanderie fermée avec pour travaux depuis des semaines ainsi que l’espace coworking. Les draps housse sont trop petits par rapport au matelas.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Apartment ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Alles in guten Zustand.

Zufahrtsbeschreibung unzutreffend und damit verwirrend. Es wird eine Situation beschriebenen die nicht mehr existiert. Parken in der Tiefgarage (Duplex) für SUV nicht geeignet. Bei meiner Anreise war es sehr heiß im Appartement. Leider konnte das Schlafzimmerfenster nur einen Spalt geöffnet werden da es gegen die Gardinenleiste stößt. Wer baut so einen Mist.

Het was een ruime kamer, alles zat erin. Gezellige sfeer en ook genoeg comfort. De keuken en badkamer bevatten wat je nodig had. Het was een mooie omgeving.

Mijn kamer lag ergens in een zijgang, wat best nog een stuk lopen was van de ingang. De deur had geen slot aan de binnenkant, ik ging ervan uit dat hij gewoon automatisch op slot ging maar dit was niet duidelijk. Verder moest ik helaas eerder weg vanwege ziekte, helaas kon ik niet meer annuleren omdat ik daar niet voor gekozen had. Hierdoor heb ik maar een nacht gebruik gemaakt van deze plek wat erg jammer was. Omdat het toch best duur was weet ik niet of ik er nog een keer zou boeken. Ondanks ik misschien zelf een annuleringsverzekering had moeten nemen, had ik gehoopt dat het bedrijf een beetje mee zou leven en een compensatie zou aanbieden.

Reservei pra 3 pessoas e tinha apenas dois travesseiros, duas cobertas e duas toalhas. Entrei em contato e demoraram um pouco pra resolver. Suporte um pouco atrapalhado. Travesseiros muito ruins

Sehr sauber, super Fenster, man hat von draußen wirklich gar nichts gehört, keine Straße, keine Sirenen. Super leise!

Die Klimaanlage hat es bei der Hitze leider nicht geschafft angenehme Temperaturen im Zimmer zu erreichen, aber sonst alles top.

Küche mit Kapsel-Kaffee Maschine

Nicht klimatisiert, Ansonsten man muss wissen, dass es komplett ohne Personal vor Ort ist, man eine App braucht, hat aber mit den Codes alles funktioniert, trotzdem schöner wenn man persönlich begrüßt wird, dafür war es dann auch nicht wirklich viel günstiger.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an der U6 und ist ideal, um ins Zentrum zu kommen. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Man kommt mit einem zuvor zugesandten Code sowohl ins Hotel, als auch ins Zimmer. Das hat alles hervorragend geklappt, und man hatte auch eine 24/7 Notfallnummer für eventuelle Probleme. Die Matratze, Zimmereinrichtung und Badezimmer waren tadellos. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und leise. Ich brauchte sie, weil die Fenster auf den Tempelhofer Damm gingen. Ich werde sicher dort wieder übernachten.

méně prostorný pokoj (ale na krátký pobyt stačilo), chyběl toaster, nefungovala zásuvka u linky a byla na nevhodném místě, chyběly mi koše na třídění (do skříňky by se mohly vejít i 4 - smesny, plasty, papír, sklo nebo kovy (byly jen 2, tak si clovek musel vytvorit misto jinde), parkování v garàži není úpně komfortní, ale naštěstí se místo našlo

It was located good with easy access to bus or subway into the city. It was clean, nice room in a nice hotel

The parking garage was really complex. Would be good to have a better description regarding the keybox and how to move the car-elevator. For example write ”keybox” on the physically box and take some pictures, so it’s extra clear. No AC - it was quite hot when we were there.

Lack of air conditioning and it smelled as though someone had peed in the entrance area on the night before departure. Also, not enough coffee, tea, milk and sugar and they were not replenished at all during my stay

Well placed next to the beautiful Lehne Park and to the bus and metro stations, easy to access and very call at night. They accepted our early check-in request which helped us a lot in the heat wave.

No AC unit in the room, however I assume that is typical of a German structure. The washing room was out of service due to a leak, which was sort of inconvenient, we would have appreciated an iron and ironing table in the room.

Vicinissimo alla fermata metro linea 6. Pulito, accogliente e con spazio sufficiente. Cucina ben attrezzata. Ottima base per girare la città. Il nostro bagno, al 4 piano con ascensore, era dotato di finestra lucernario. Doccia molto spaziosa, ma niente bidet o doccino, peccato. Grande ventilatore, ma niente aria condizionata. Era piacevole rientrare nella nostra bella camera.

Vicinanza con stazione di polizia, per cui sirene delle auto a tutte le ore. Poco male in inverno a finestre chiuse, ma d'estate, senza condizionatore... Mancano un attaccapanni, un piano di appoggio in più nella stanza e un appoggio nel bagno, magari uno sgabello.

Ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Berlin. Gute Lage in Nähe der U Bahn. Zimmer sauber. Betten waren auch gut, konnte sehr gut schlafen.

Prima locatie in rustig zijstraatje naast een parkje. Hoede verbinding met U6 naar centrum. Parkeerplaatsje met redelijke prijzen. Gebouw recent gerenoveerd, nette en moderne kamers, helaas zonder airco.

Relatief kleine kamer gezien de prijs, maar wel met goed uitgeruste kitchenette. Het wordt er tijdens warme dagen ondraaglijk warm, wel staat er een ventilator. We vroegen om extra handdoeken en ondanks dat die toegezegd werden, hebben we ze niet gekregen. Voor deze prijs-kwaliteit verhouding zijn er tijdens warme dagen zeker betere opties in Berlijn.

Location is great, there's tons of excellent food options nearby. The room itself was great, the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice if a little cramped, and the kitchenette is very handy. Easy to get in with the access codes.

I was in Berlin during the 39.9c heatwave, and the rooms are not air-conditioned, which meant that it was difficult to sleep (but there was a big fan which helped a bit). I'm not holding that against the property too much though, because it was exceptionally hot everywhere! The parking garage was a nightmare though. I didn't know until I had paid that it was a tiny duplex garage. The instructions weren't clear once I arrived (it wasn't immediately obvious where I should park, because the Limehome parking bays were all underground when I arrived! I didnt realise you needed to raise them to see the lower spaces, as this style of duplex garage isn't common in my home country. There was also no info about what code to use to exit the garage on foot, and I spent ages faffing with my front door code to get in to the hotel itself, when you had to use the garage entry code to exit. It felt like the world's most BORINGLY themed escape room.) But those issues were minor compared to the biggest issue, which is that the spaces are *tiny*. You have to be a gymnast to be able to maneuver into or out of the car, squeezing down a very, very small gap between either the edge of the garage or the car parked next to you. And if, like me, you are tall, you're going to bang your head. Lots. Which is OK, but had I been disabled, or larger, or older and not flexible... I would have been stuck. They should make all this clear up front, before you pay. There are no images on the website when you go to reserve the space, which would have been helpful. In my photos you can see how little space there is, and also how much smaller the 'garage' space is than me!

Es war sehr sauber und mit dem Code für die Tür hat auch gut funktioniert, da es dort ja keine Rezeption oder Personal gibt. U-Bahnstation ist ganz in der Nähe des Hotels. Es gab einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Ein Ventilator stand auch bereit.

Das Bett war zu hart und es gibt keine Klimaanlage was es im Zimmer zu warm macht, da man das Fenster auch nicht auflassen kann zum schlafen, wegen dem Straßenlärm der nahegelegenen Straße. Und wir hatten vielleicht besonders Pech aber in der Nacht von Samstag zu Sonntag waren stundenlang laute Sex Geräusche zu hören, als wenn in einer der Zimmer auf unserem Flur ein Pornodreh stattgefunden hat. So haben wir uns entschieden nicht mehr die 2. gebuchte Nacht dort zu verbringen und sind nachts nach unserem Konzert noch nach Hause gefahren!

There was no where to sit except to chairs at the small table, the suite could have a sofa or comfortable recliner chair, there’s enough room, especially as i booked a “comfort suite”. No easy to reach socket for charging

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Das wäre nicht mal ganz so schlimm gewesen, wenn der Service besser gewesen wäre. Die Mitarbeitenden im Chat haben mich ziemlich lange hingehalten und war nicht transparent was den Prozess angeht. Mir wurde immer wieder gesagt, dass die Information weitergegeben wurde. Später habe ich von einer Mitarbeiterin Telefon erfahren, dass schon länger die Info da ist, dass die Klimaanlage nicht mehr repariert werden kann.

Here's some feedback. You should have the cleaning staff air the rooms. OPen all doors and windows on each side of the building. The air in my room was stale and very dry. I woke up in the night with an extremely dry throat. I had to open the windows wide in order to sleep. I can't imagine what guests are doing now when it is so hot. Also how about providing more electricity plugs for all our devices. And no ventilation or air conditioning. For that price?

Location was great. Room was clean.

Building code was not working. Did not receive the room door code until the following day. Family member had to get the app which you said was optional. That caused great stress on our family. Laundry service was not available due to water leak and no optional location for service.
