An excellent hotel for my first visit to Polokwane. Team couldn't do too much for you and are obviously very proud of their hotel. Rooms are fabulous african centric with wonderful furnishings and a bath that makes you want to soak for hours. Just needs a shelf or small unit to put books and glases on whilst in the bath. Also, bath salts, a body puff or scrub and a candle would be lovely touches for the bathroom. It may be the general them, but there are a lot of public spaces focused on European culture. It was lovely to see a large portrait of Nelson Mandela. Excellent wines on offer and generously competitive pricing. Only had a couple of hiccups. I ordered a dessert at just before 7pm to come to the room at 7.45pm. However, it still hadn't turned up when I went to bed at 10pm. Just dozed off and had room service ringing the bell 5 times plus front desk constantly ringing. This would be unacceptable in any circumstances, but the fact they were nearly 3 hours late and then asked me if I didn't want to eat it still. Not great. I pre-ordered breakfast but when I arrived, it still took 10 mins to prepare plus instead of receiving English Breakfast tea as requested, I was presented with Roobios and lemon slices. Attention to detail is key to a five star hotel!

Our stay at Fusion Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, the level of service exceeded all expectations. Before we even arrived, Ezekiel personally called to ask how he could make our stay more comfortable. He proactively offered to arrange lunch and dinner reservations, which immediately made us feel valued and well cared for. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with every amenity one could need. Attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. A special mention must go to Gloria from housekeeping. Her service was truly outstanding. She cleaned our room meticulously from corner to corner and even took the time to neatly fold our clothes. It was a level of care and attention that is rarely experienced and greatly appreciated. The exceptional service continued right through to our departure. Upon check-out, we were escorted to our car and offered a tray with different temperatures of still and sparkling water for our journey. It was such a thoughtful touch and perfectly reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort. Every member of staff was attentive, professional, and always one step ahead. The service at Fusion Hotel was impeccable, and it is undoubtedly one of the finest hospitality experiences we have ever had. We cannot wait to return.

Great staff service. Except one manager or receptionist did not greet upon my arrival. A gentleman by the name of Patrick was outstanding but his colleague, not sure of his name, did not greet us.

waiters in coffee shop during afternoon Tea highly incompetant housekeeping was also bad during this trip, very disappointing no follow up.

Great experience, except for the state of the Iron Board in the room. Might need to get the latest versions of Iron Boards!

The food was delicious, the staff is helpful and friendly.

Their bed was making noise when moving and there was a sound in the room that felt like wind blowing outside

My jacket was stolen after the staff moved rooms without even engaging me first. They moved my bags without engaging and jacket is missing and I am yet to get refunded by the property. Investigation took days and is yet to be resolved.

I have never come across such a Hotel and great service. All staff members are professional. The team that worked with us for branding was great, we were treated like Queens, we do not have to lift, pull or push anything. 1 call, they respond immediately. The team that was preparing food was excellent as well. Thank you

Your facility is the best among them all. It was my first time experiencing that world class facility ever since. The cleanness in there, kind and helpful staff members with love and care, your foods nice and healthy. Big up to your restaurant staff members who went beyond to call of duty in going extra miles ensuring that we are all catered for with all we needed.

The staff, the facilities the food were all amazing setting standards that are going to be hard to beat in Polokwane.

The location was quiet, the atmosphere was friendly, the rooms were clean and services top notch. The customer service was great, however, the food was not what I expected. They can expand their food variety to accommodate continental dishes.

ALL the friendly staff members. Clean facilities. The fact that they were ready and prepared for my diet preference. They served fresh and tasty meals. I didn't have to ask for the invoice, it was immediately sent.

This was really outstanding, The entire hotel, including the rooms, was perfectly coordinated. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the bed was truly wonderful. The management and staff were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also superb; nothing but praise for this hotel.

My spouse and I have indeed enjoyed our stay at this magnificent Hotel. The facility is wonderful, the room and furniture is on point. We have also enjoyed your catering at the Restaurant. We definitely can recommend it to anyone.

Rooms are huge and beautifully decorated. The sofa makes you feel like a king. Nespresso machine much appreciated Restaurant with its excellent food and service is a must

We had a terrible smell of sewerage that occurred regularly in the bathroom even though there was a very strong and very loud ventilation system in that bathroom All light switches are black so hard to find

Great experience and good ambience and exceptional service delivery. Some cleaning needs to be firmed as i picked some of my items that fell were covered with hair. But the place is exceptionally awesome and i will always upgrade my stay from Cycad to the Fusion hotel, it's worth the money being charged (Exceptional value for money)
