Rebuda i servei excepcional. L'acollida de na Maria Paz i na Tiare van ser inmillorables. El berenar espectacular. I les instal.lacions de luxe. El tour guiat de n'Alejandro Tuki és molt recomanable perquè està molt implicat amb la cultura Rapa Nui i va aconseguir que el dia fos inoblidable. En general, ens van fer sentir millor que a casa.

cabaña cómoda, se puede descansar y pasar unas buenas vacaciones, desayuno muy bueno y variaba todos los días, con respecto a la ubicación, es buena, caminando son unos 20 min del centro, en auto 5 minutos. todo el personal muy amoroso y dan buenos tips para el viaje. ahí mismo pueden arrendar autos y también ofrecen tours. de cortesía te van a buscar y dejar al aeropuerto. maría josé de recepción muy amorosa, al igual que los dueños del lugar, siempre atentos. al finalizar la estadía nos dieron un recuerdito, nos encantó, muchas gracias

Los espacios de la cabaña.

El personal, las instalaciones el traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto sin duda un excelente servicio. Y la seguridad en general en la isla es Wow!! Tremenda.

La distancia es un punto a considerar, ya que caminando al centro son 30min promedio (disfrutando el camino, nosotros disfrutamos el paisaje )

Amabilidad en el trato, instalaciones limpias

Buen desayuno y personal muy gentil en el trato con nosotros. Cama cómoda, espacio suficiente para dos personas. Cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Hay estacionamiento y áreas verdes bien mantenidas.

Las cabañas no aíslan bien el ruido y podíamos escuchar las conversaciones de las vecinas, lo que interrumpía el descanso y desconexión que buscábamos. Compramos una tabla de quesos en su recepción y descubrimos que había vencido hace 3 meses, la devolvimos. El lavamanos estaba un poco tapado, dimos aviso y quedaron en solucionarlo, al igual que el mal olor del baño.

La cordialidad, el lugar, la atención fue todo realmente magnífico. Volvería de todas maneras. Muy recomendado!

Absolutely loved it! A little green paradise with mango and avocado trees, a bright and spacious cabin, and everything within walking distance. The hosts were really welcoming—they picked us up from the airport with fresh flower necklaces, which is common on Easter Island, and we were greeted with a lovely welcome refreshment.

Although the place itself was very nice and I initially liked it, I would not stay there again. I may recommend it to others for the location and appearance, but my personal experience was disappointing. In the bedroom, I noticed that the bed did not feel clean. There was a noticeable smell, which made me believe the bedding had not been properly changed. I requested fresh bedding, and while it was eventually changed, the owner raised her voice and insisted the bed was already clean. I did not want to argue, so I remained calm, but the interaction made me uncomfortable. At checkout, the situation became more unpleasant. The receptionist Maria accused us of missing a spoon from the kitchen tray and began counting items in front of us. No inventory was checked when we arrived, yet she searched under the bed and around the room as if we had taken something. This felt very unprofessional and humiliating. It is upsetting to feel indirectly accused of stealing, especially after travelling such a long distance and spending significant money to visit Easter Island. Finally, on the way to the airport, the receptionist was very cold, did not speack to us, and drove aggressively, which made the experience end on a very negative note. I cannot say for certain why we were treated this way, but the behaviour left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. For these reasons, despite the property itself being nice, I would not return.

Viajé con mi hijo adolescente a pasar Navidad en Rapa Nui, un tiempo madre-hijo, fue hermoso. Nos recibieron y trasladaron desde el aeropuerto a las cabañas, nos esperaron con collar de flores, ¡bello!. El lugar muy bonito, cuidado, limpio, instalaciones con excelente mantención y funcionamiento, el personal amable e informado. Tiare un amor, dulce y maternal. Ma Paz brillante, excelentes sugerencias, atenta a todo lo que uno necesita. En el lugar se pueden coordinar tour y arrendar vehículos. El desayuno variado y muy rico. Amamos los jugos.

Es el lugar ideal para ir con familia y descansar. Un gran detalle es que van por ti al aeropuerto y te reciben con detalles de la isla. Se preocupan muchísimo de tu estadía, te dan sugerencias y tips: Nosotros fuimos con un bebé de 1 año 8 y el lugar es ideal para que se entretengan. Si tienes oportunidad, toma los tours de la cabaña, para nosotros con bebé fue ideal, Alejandro es muy simpático y comprensivo, nos sentimos muy cómodos con él y aprendimos mucho. Está muy bien equipado el lugar, no solo ofrecen tours, sino que tienen un minimarket y además la opción de arrendar auto ahí mismo (nosotros lo hicimos algunos de nuestros días)!

Nuestra estadía fue buenisima… partiendo por instalaciones adecuadas y mucha preocupación de parte del personal por la comodidad de mi familia. Tomáosla opción con desayuno, lo cual fue muy cómodo y rico. Además es destacable que cuentan con aseo en la habitación, lo cual hace mucho más agradable la experiencia, especialmente estando con niños. Destacar la amabilidad del equipo siempre y la disposición por ayudar en lo que se necesite. (Información sobre tour, supermercados, playas etc) Se destaca además el entorno tranquilo, lo cual es ideal para el descanso. Definitivamente una linda experiencia.

- Los juegos de niños que están en el centro de las instalaciones requieren mantencion, especialmente el columpio de bebé que no se puede usar. -La experiencia mejoraría bastante con aire acondicionado.

La atención esmerada de todos, comodidad de las cabañas, el desayuno, el parque y la tranquilidad. La posibilidad de rentar autos y tours con descuento. Incluso la tienda de regalos con buenos precios y productos.

El emplazamiento es tranquilo y con un espacio de juego para los niños. Tiaré, María Paz y Alejandro han cuidado todos los detalles y atenciones para que nuestra estancia en Rapa Nui fuese perfecta.

Nossa estadia foi excelente! Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com muito carinho pela Maria Paz, que nos buscou no aeroporto, fez um pequeno tour pela cidade e também nos levou de volta no dia da partida. A proprietária, Tiare, também foi muito simpática e prestativa durante toda a hospedagem. O café da manhã era maravilhoso: farto, variado e com opções diferentes todos os dias. A cabana era bem equipada, confortável e tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Adoramos poder usar a esteira e o guarda-sol, que foram muito úteis nos passeios. A propriedade fica a uma boa caminhada do centro, mas isso não foi um incômodo para nós, o trajeto é agradável. Um destaque especial é o serviço de aluguel de carros, com preços melhores que os encontrados no centro da cidade.

La calidez del personal me encantó. Es un predio con varias cabañas individuales en un espacio muy bonito. Ideal para salir del ruido y conectar con la naturaleza. Tiene un supermercado con lo básico pero ayuda mucho, podes alquilar vehículo o bicis, así como contratar tours con ellos mismos también.

Todo estuvo increíble! La estadía fue maravillosa. Desde que entramos a las instalaciones nos facilitaron muchas cosas para hacer de nuestro viaje más bonito. La cabaña muy acogedora, las instalaciones adecuadas y el desayuno muy rico y contundente ! Si iría de nuevo, sin duda me volvería a alojar aquí.

Para estar con niños es un poco lejos del centro por lo que uno debía tomar taxi o arrendar auto. Pero estando solo en pareja o amigos no hay problema de caminar.

Me encantó la comodidad de las cabañas, son muy espaciosas, con todo lo necesario y más; los desayunos exquisitos y contundentes, muy buen trato por parte de quienes nos atendieron allá, super atentos a los detalles. Además de ser una isla maravillosa el alojamiento fue perfecto!

Nuestra experiencia en las cabañas fue realmente excelente. Las instalaciones estaban en muy buenas condiciones, ofreciendo un ambiente cómodo y acogedor para nuestra estadía. Lo que realmente destacó fue la calidez y amabilidad del personal. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos recibieron de una manera muy amena, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos y atendidos en todo momento. Su disposición y buen trato contribuyeron enormemente a que nuestra visita fuera aún más agradable.

Breakfast was good - different each day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Option to rent their car at almost half the price of car rental place in town. Good to have fridge and microwave and cooking option in the cabana. Lovely warm welcome with floral lei and drink on arrival.

Queen size bed mattress a little uncomfortable with springs poking on one side. Bathroom very small but workable. Safe very small and not secured to cupboard or floor so could be picked up and taken by a burglar.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. We liked that we got free transfer to and from the airport. Cabin was clean upon our arrival. We ordered breakfast, it was good, they have different menu every day. We also appreciated the possibility to rent a car.

The only negative point was the old shower in the bathroom, which was a bit rusty. But it was still kept clean.

Towels weren't replaced, had to mop the floor because door mat was dirty and I tracked mud into the place despite wiping on mat.

We liked the option to rent a car or scooter cheaper than in the town. We could also eat some Guajavas and avocados behind the cabins and mixed them with mixer that it was in the kitchen. Because of really bad internet at the last cabin they offer us that we can move to the other cabin more near the satelite and the internet was good after that.

The cabins need renovation. The shower cabin was specially in very bad shape and very dirty. The bed was also very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. The dish for cooking should be changed because they are very scratched. There is no airconditioning. The location is about 1.5km from town and at night get's very loud because dogs are barking loudly almost every night. We also get cockroaches in the cabin.. 🫣 The cabins are definetly not worth the money we pay. We also prepayed all the trips we reserve at the Henua iti. We saw cheaper prices in town with much more informations about the island. That was our mistake we didnt check it first. It was just all about the money and not the customer. This was very disturbing.

Alejandro y Tiare son personas fantásticas, te hacen sentir muy bien en todo momento. Cuentan con bonitas cabañas, equipadas con todo lo que uno ocupa. Además los tours que ofrecen están bien estructurados y se aprende mucho acerca de la historia de la isla.

Very quiet and area clean, our room the last day had small ants along the wall of the bathroom.

This was an unforgettable experience and it would not have been the same if we stayed annywhere else. We were met at the airport by María Paz and greeted with leis. She was lovely. gave us a quick tour of the town and then brought us to the Cabana. It’s a short walk into Hanga Roa. It’s all down hill about 15 minutes, but it can feel long in the humidity. There’s little food shops along the way. We rented bikes the first day, then a car from the Henua Iti for the rest of our stay. It was seamless. Having the car is a must. They were also very helpful in getting us set up with a local tour guide. I would highly recommend talking to the team rather than booking online prior to your trip. Hannah & Dylan

Poeple is so kind and so supportive, but location is a little far away from Main Street and condition of facility is not so great. Anyway, overall it is worth while staying here in this island.

We loved our week at Cabanas Henua Iti. Tiare, her family and staff are friendly, helpful and kind. The location is on the outskirts of town, but it's possible to walk down the hill and Tiare is there to help arrange a taxi if needed. Lots of things within hiking distance - for reasonably active people. We had booked some guided tours and we also rented a car from Tiare for a couple of days to explore on our own. Their rental cars are easily accessible and a good price. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious and we used the kitchen in our cabana as well. The place has a rustic feel and we enjoyed relaxing on the porch. Rapa Nui is a spectacular destination and the island is very safe and friendly.

This was my dream trip to Easter Island. Everything was perfect from pick up at the airport, the entire stay, breakfast every morning, the owner and employees. All 10/10. We loved our little kitchenette and were able to make lots of meals because there was a refrigerator, range, and a fully stocked kitchen. The breakfast is served every day in the main eating area. Very beautiful and delicious. Our hostess custom-made vegan meals for us daily.

The owner - Tiare was very friendly and her approach made our stay on the island very pleasant - from picking us up at the airport, renting a car, arranging a guide and giving us advice on climbing Terevaka

The care and welcome from the staff (Mary) and owner (Tiare) was brilliant. We couldn't have asked for more. The bungalow was detached so very little sound intrusion. The kitchen has everything you need for self catering.

The cost of the accommodation is much higher than we would pay in many other countries for the standard but this is the most isolated of islands and everything and I mean everything is more expensive here. If you want to come to Rapa Nui forget about the budget just come and enjoy this unique island and pick up the tab later.

Our hosts were wonderful, kind and helpful. We were picked up at the airport and greeted with beautiful flowers. Our host then toured us around the town and even took us to a grocery store to pick up supplies. When we left the hosts provided us with a beautiful gift which was very special. I would recommend this place as it was clean, comfortable and the hosts were wonderful.

Great location and liked we were self contained and not in a hotel. Bed was comfortable. The friendly dogs we had as daily visitors were great company and helped us not miss our dogs at home as much!

Location is a little of a hike from the main town area but is walkable. Internet is a little spotty.

This was a clean, simple cabin which was very spacious for a family of four. There was a full kitchen that we could use. Breakfast, which was included with our stay, was delicious and varied from morning to morning. The cabin is also accessible to the town, even without a car. It's about a 20-30 minute walk. However, there are taxis that you can call or hail in the town. Driving back and forth is roughly 5000 Chilean pesos or 5 USD. Most importantly, the hostess was wonderful. She was very clear in explaining all of the amenities and gave us transfers to and from the airport. While taking us from the airport to the cabins, she gave us a brief and useful drive through fo the main town so that we knew where things are.

Tiare picked us up from the airport and took us through a short tour of the town so we could get our bearings before taking us to the accommodation. The place is a little out of town but this just allows you to see the stars better! 😊

We really enjoyed our vacation on Easter Island staying in Henua Iti.

Great place, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to the center of Hanga Roa. You can also rent a car on site, which is very convenient. The owner, Tiare, and her husband were incredibly helpful and made our stay on Rapa Nui a wonderful experience.

The property is great and comfortably fit 3 people in the cabin we had. The host is excellent and genuinely cares about her guests. Helping to explain all the best sites and places to eat, which tour guides and rental places to use and questions we had on history of the island. This property is definitely the place to stay if visiting Easter Island.

We loved our stay here! We felt very welcome and were shown a high level of hospitality. It was a nice, quiet place with breakfast included. It was also very affordable compared to some of the other places we researched on the island. We highly recommend Henua Iti and would definitely stay here again if we return to the island someday.

The room was quite simple and the sheet and pillow cases seemed not clean. I found hairs on the pillow, not mine. Shower need to be repaired. Breakfast was very simple, not worth the money. I probably won't add breakfast in my booking if I stay there again.

Spacious Cabañas, excellent location and staff Highly recommend

We were welcome by our hostess Tiare at the airport with flower leis and a warm smile. Instead of taking us back to the cabins immediately, Tiare drove us around Hanga Roa to show us where to find good local food, rental car, tours, etc. Upon arrival to our cabin there was a welcome drink waiting for us, in addition to a very friendly dog that was onsite that greeted us and walked us to our cabin everyday during our stay when we came back in our rental car. After we had settled down in our cabin we were on our way walking to the center of town which is about 20 minutes away on foot when Tiare drove by and offered us a ride since she was also going to town. We enjoyed our cabin as it had everything we needed for the stay, especially an equipped kitchen with utensils and cooking pots which made it possible for us to make dinner whenever we didn't feel like eating out. Although some of the fixtures in the bedrooms and in the bathroom were a little dusty and the maid did not give us more soap after it had run out, we still enjoyed our stay due to the great hospitality of the hostess. The breakfast was good and slightly different everyday. Tiare drove us back to the airport for our flight and gave each of us a moai necklace as our parting gift. We had a wonderful time and will stay here again if we go back to Easter Island again.

It’s a great stay. The owner picked us up from the airport, and showed us around the main commercial center. They also provided very good advices on how to tour around Easter Island, helping with local tour booking per our request. The room is quite spacious. Two separate rooms with a living room and built- in kitchen, and private bathroom. We were also welcomed by local pineapple squeeze.

Host was super nice and willing to help us with everything. She booked few excursions and great native dance shows for us. The rooms are spacious, and the kichen has everything that is needed. However, there were a few things that could be better, like more frequent towel changes and a fact that there is only one bathroom for 8 people. Also we had to checkout earlier than stated in the rulebook of the hotel. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay with some minor hickups.

Tiare, the host/owner made my experience in Rapa Nui excellent. Helped me with getting a rental car, restaurant recommendations and securing reservations for a traditional dance show. Extremely hospitable staff. Friendly dog on premises. Breakfast included was basic, but gets you going for the day. A short walk into town - very quiet and peaceful out of the main drag. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, however I did not use so cannot attest to its function. Great value for your money. 11/10 would recommend!

A set of four spacious cabins on private land. Breakfast is available at extra cost in a common area. Tiare and family are the most lovely hosts. She collected us from the airport and dropped us off. The location is a fair distance from the town centre, so would best suit travellers with a means of transport (vehicle, bike) or with time to walk. Some problems with hot water, although Tiare's beautiful personality made up for it.

Tuvimos una excelente estadía en las cabañas. Estan un poco alejadas del centro, pero es una caminata de 15 minutos, no mas. Las cabañas son muy cómodas, tienen una pequeña cocina super equipada. Lo mejor de todo fue la atención de Tiare, la dueña de las cabañas. Todos los días nos preparaba el desayuno (delicioso) y atendió todas las consultas y necesidades que tuvimos. Ella es rapa nui, asique para nosotros fue muy interesante y gratificante poder hacerle preguntas acerca de su cultura y la historia rapa nui.

This was the trip of a lifetime and we could not have picked a better place to stay, especially for the price. We were a little skeptical at first because it was a little farther from the actual downtown, but it was a pretty easy 15 minute walk to get to everything, which also made it quite peaceful and relaxing. We rented a car for half the time, so that made it even easier. Tiare picked us up from the airport and she greeted us with leis. Then, she gave a quick tour of downtown and gave lots of good recommendations. Breakfast and the BEST fresh juice of my life was served every morning (included). One morning we had a problem with the hot water. She called her husband and everything was fixed in 10 minutes. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking. Comfortable beds and good water pressure. The wifi would go in and out sometimes, but that's because of service on the island, not because of their setup. The last morning I woke up very sick and she was supposed to bring us to the airport with other guests. After seeing how sick I was she let me rest a little longer and made a special trip back with us. She wouldn't even let me carry my pack in. She brought it right up to the counter and waited until I got in the security line. I cannot even describe how grateful I was for her that day. I gave her all the cash in my pocket as gratuity- she tried to decline, but I did not let her : ) Tiare- Thank you again for everything!!

The property has 5 individual cabins (the foundations for two more were in place, so I imagine they will be there shortly) and a large main hall in the center. We stayed in #5, a little 2 bedroom. It was a good size, with comfortable beds, kitchen and tv. There were no problems with water pressure or temperature. The property sits a bit out of town, so it is very peaceful and quiet. During our explorations, we noticed the noise levels near some of the other properties around town and were glad we avoided them. The main hall where you get breakfast had a pleasant island vibe to it, and was immaculately clean. Wifi signal was strong, but there were some slow speeds/disconnections. I think this is more of a problem with the ISP on the island than the hotel's service as we experienced the same issues at several other locations. Being an IT guy, I imagine their internet is satellite, and that can be temperamental, especially on overcast/rainy days. So, I can't hold this against the property at all. Overall, loved the property. However, the property itself is outshown by the owner, Tiare. She is probably one of the sweetest people I have ever met and I honestly felt like I'd known her forever after about 2 minutes. She picked us up from the airport, gave us a quick tour of the town on the way back to the room, and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving us to our own explorations. Great hostess!
