The room I had was very loud , not that people were being loud but you can hear just about everyone that comes up the stairs.

Beaucoup d'espace. Chambre bien équipée. Petite salle de bain, très propre. Une première nuit plutôt bien.

La seconde fut bordélique. Un groupe ont fêter un événement quelconque. Ce fut le party jusqu'à 3HR AM. Personne sur place de l'hôtel pour intervenir. Les gens courants dans les escaliers et le corridor. Voix fortes, a l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Je ne recommande par cet endroit si vous cherchez le repos.

Séjour très décevant. Bruit excessif toute la nuit (musique, cris, portes claquées) et odeur de cigarette et de drogue dans l’étage. Malgré plusieurs appels à la réception, aucune intervention efficace. J’ai dû quitter l’établissement aux petites heures du matin. Manque total de gestion et de considération pour les clients. Je ne recommande pas.

Very clean room, very nice staff and comfortable bed.

Le personnel est vraiment agréable, sympathique et m’ont aidé sans hésitations. Tout comme ceux d’Abitibi!

Nice room with closed bathroom. Very clean. I liked the restaurant that is there for breakfast/lunch (l'oeufrier)!

No elevators, just stairs, maybe next time I'll ask to stay on 1st floor. There is a charge of 25$ per dog (we have 2 small dogs), it's ok but I did not see this on the hotel info (it only says "pet friendly").

Dommage que l’hôtel soit à côté de la route principale, les gros camions font vibrer les chambres donc le sommeil n’est pas de tout repos.

Pre-arrival communications were excellent, booking a cinch and check-in a breeze. The room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable, but they should get rid of the carpet. Lighting fixtures were also a bit clunky. Suggestion: Get rid of the alarm clock! Put a USB device charging station instead. And flip that refrigerator door, which opens in the opposite direction from the cupboard in which it is housed and towards the interior of the room, which is rather impractical..

Le service est terrible. La femme de chambre est entrée a 9h20 pour faire le ménage et le chech-out est a 11h. Le déjeuners est terrible. Je sais que ce n'est pas de leurs faute mais la première nuit nous avons ete sortie du lit a 2h am . L alarmes de feux c'est déclencher (un client qui a fumé dans sa chambre) . La chambre était bien et le lit confortable.

The staff are amazing! They’re kind and extremely helpful. We don’t speak French but they helped us understand some of them menu for ordering a pizza. Not only that she ordered it for us so it would be easier for us. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and an option of pillows which was nice as I like a softer one. Breakfast restaurant right there and gas station also. Bathroom lacked nothing. We stayed two nights. I would highly recommend staying there. We stayed August 29th and 30th, 2025.

Nice rooms for families

Lovely small hotel with a breakfast/brunch restaurant attached and a PetroCan gas station. Clean and well appointed. The staff was lovely and spoke English perfectly (we’re very thankful!).

Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I took our dog out for a pee at 4:30am and the key card reader which was supposed to be operational was not working. So I was unable to reenter. Had to get the gas station attendant to open the door for me.

This wasn't our 1st stay at the hotel. However, upon confirming telephonically📱 earlier I advised the clerk that a ground floor room would be preferable, as we have two (2) 🐶 dogs 🐕 and stairs = harder to negotiate with them. In any case, we were disappointed to find that we were assigned a room upstairs AND that there were No Vacancies downstairs for us to be swapped into... Needless to say, it was cumbersome, exhausting and makes me question my loyalty to this establishment.

Very quiet and clean

Booked a 2 bed “superior” room with a balcony, got a room upstairs, but when I specifically booked a “superior” room with a balcony entrance, the front desk changed it, but with only 1 bed. The front lobby was already locked before midnight, and there was no doorbell to ring the front desk, had to google the number and call for the front to be opened, it was -20 degrees outside.

On nous réclame un dépôt d’un somme importante pour prendre possession de la chambre. La réservation était payé à l’avance. Aucune mention de ce dépôt dans le texte de la location. Soyez avertis!

The room was very large, modern and clean. The bathroom was very nice. They advertise a restaurant but there isn't one

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was nice to have a couch and two chairs, a little dining table and two chairs, and also a desk with a chair. The bathroom had lots of countertop space. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was a sack you got from the front desk with items you could heat up in your room’s microwave. The egg and bacon sandwich was not horrible, but it was not good. Same with the croissant, which came in a plastic bag. This might have been because they were remodeling the restaurant that is attached to the hotel. I expect that breakfast will be a lot better when the restaurant reopens.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Room was hot. Right on highway so every time a truck drove by the room shook. Staff was rude or unresponsive. Toilet paper roll holder fell off wall when I was on toilet. Can hear everyone in hotel. Refused to give me a receipt for my stay and internet is weak. Also it’s basically in a gas station and a gas fill place so smells like gasoline outside and no green space. This place is dump. Do not stay.

Chambre très propre et lit très confortable. Le déjeuner préparé dans un sac à emporter selon notre choix nous convient tout à fait.

Cette hotel na pas beaucoup d'étoiles mais elle devrait en avoir 5 impeccable sur tout.
