The staff was really very polite n humble. Well maintained property with a nice lake view and lush green garden.. Breakfast n high tea was very good... Overall a very good experience

Only the approach for the hotel approx 3 km stretch was not good as the hotel location is in remote place

Property is good, needs maintenance which is a major issue, taps are falling out, shower comes down, pet poops on the walk way, property is large in size but need to be maintained, they claim to be a 5star property, need to examine who has accredited them with 5 star ? Needs big time improvement of their buffet spread of Breakfast, lunch and dinner. They cannot charge 8 times for normal diet coke ? Just by giving a can from the refrigerator you cannot charge a customer 8 times of an MRP. Just because there are no options nearby the property you should not charge exorbitantly,

Property was large in size and had a good view of the lake, well planned horticulture developed around the property, should be able to maintain it.

Breakfast, high tea, service, location, staff, courtesy, everything was great. me and my family enjoyed the stay and we got upgraded to higher end rooms and it was so nice.

Nothing in such just the food in restaurant was expensive and no buffet available. Rest nothing much that was not good. Everything else was acceptable

Once you drop the expectations of a professional service by the staff, the property is quite good. Could be cleaner in terms of bathroom handles and door knobs; but decent overall. Lake view rooms are awesome in the evening with the sun setting in the background. Food portions are substantial per serving. But often served cold due to improper coordination.

1. Road to property is difficult and through the narrow roads of a village 2. Staff is more focussed on foreigner guests, since they pay better tips, by their own admission. But once they do not see any foreigner guest, they can be quite nice and decent to Indians. 3. Untrained but polite staff, eager but unable to help properly professionally. 4. Need to improve their restaurant services and food choices to some extent. 5. Did not pick up their phone on calling multiple times when approaching the property after booking online.

Absolutely loved my stay at Tatsaraasa Resort The view of the lake and hills was breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect escape from city life.

The staff made us pay for our rooms at check-in time,other guests were paying at check-out time.

Large space

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this hotel. The biggest issue here isn’t the staff — it’s poor ownership and mismanagement. The workers tried their best, but the owner clearly doesn’t care about guest safety or comfort, which shows in every corner of the property.There’s no medical kit, only a few basic medicines, and no nearby hospital or clinic, which makes this place dangerous during emergencies. The swimming pool has no lifeguard or safety tubes, and no one monitors it. Even worse, there were honey bees in the children’s play area, and my kid was bitten — yet the management took no responsibility. Room service takes forever, and cleanliness requests were ignored. Despite booking in advance, I was overcharged ₹7000 extra, while walk-in guests paid less. When I asked for a refund or at least some courtesy service, the owner bluntly refused, saying “No Refunds.” That attitude says it all.The food options are limited and nowhere near luxury quality, so it’s definitely not value for money. The hotel is far from the city and even distant from the highway, so it feels completely isolated — like a property built in the middle of nowhere. To add to that, hookah and tobacco are prohibited, removing even basic relaxation options.It’s clear that the problem lies with the owner, who has neglected safety, service, and guest satisfaction. The staff seem helpless under such poor management. Overall, this hotel is unsafe, overpriced, and badly run — a place that purely survives on marketing, not merit. Think twice before booking — your safety and money aren’t worth the risk.

This was the worst trip I ever had ... The rooms were clogged water was not draining and the quality of food was pathetic.. there were muggets roaming inside the food after even telling the staff the issue they were not taking any action.

Rooms are dated and in need of a refurb. My lake facing room was right next to the pool and lacked any kind of privacy. The quality of food served was not up to the mark. Limited options with poor service in the main restaurant.

One of the best Resort in Udaipur, really appreciate their hospitality and service, cleanliness, ambience, location, and view was so graceful, one doesn't require to visit around, its full package.

Noisy nights during marriage seasons so would recommend not to stay during Indian marriage seasons. Too noisy especially near the lake rooms as event management works overnight to prepare stages and mandap. Staff at service desk are Junior ladies with not authority or capability to make any change. Will not recommend during marriage seasons.

The room's balcony was filthy, with bird mess all along the balcony rails and the balcony furniture. Transportation TO and FROM the resort was difficult to find and also very expensive, both in-bound and returning from the resort.

Property was maintained amazing, room cleanliness was top rated. Staff was quite humble and helpful.

Probably some more items in breakfast menu would be better.

My wife and I had been yearning for a holiday break from our hectic metro life, and after much scouting, we settled on TatSaraasa. Trust me, we couldn't have made a better choice. This resort is a dream come true for couples looking to immerse themselves in nature and enjoy stunning views. The expansive lakefront is perfect for serene morning and evening walks, and lounging by the poolside felt like pure magic. The cherry on top was the chef, who went above and beyond to prepare exquisite meals just for us. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, TatSaraasa is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Their service , when we entered the room our fridge and phones were not working we asked for change it took more than 3 hrs to complete the same still it was not done we ask for change of room that took 1 hr so our half day got wasted after that we ordered room service which was so late and food was okayish

The staff is very arrogant and non helpful. - for hot water you need to constantly remind them two to three times then nly u will get it in ur room. - for drinking water bottles one needs to wait everytme. - wen we checked in and wanted to see the property we where told not right now later in the evening we will take you. Means their staff wud decide wat we need to do and wat not. - the food taste could be much more better then it was. - They just blamed us during checkout for taking away the mini bar products, which they had never kept at first place. The chocolates, wafers, soft drinks where missing from first only but they easily blamed us for using it, Inspite of telling them they argued like hell. Ideally the management should look into this seriously. As a person if I am spending 15 to 20 k for booking property, why wud I eat their products and then not tell them??? Ideally I sud get my money back for such behaviour of their manager and staff. Simultaneously there was one more family who had faced some other issues. I wont recommend this property to people, even if u book then be very careful as they know how to cheat the customers.

Food was nice. Specially the Rajasthani Thali. Far way more better than any other Rajasthani Thali's around in Udaipur. Location was perfect for family and couples both. One can sit beside the lake and view the sunset. Amazing experience altogether.

Sanitation could have been better. I bet the main line is a little clogged or has gotten old. It does give out a little stench causing inconvenience. Overall, it was a good experience.

The overall staff was so polite humble and nice, like at reception, at restaurant and the housekeeping staff. The rooms were good neat and clean and sufficient for a couple with a small kid. Thankful that it's a pet friendly property.

At least the cycling could be for free according to many other guests as well, rest of the other motorable games are fine for chargeable basis. But still it's OK 👍 we are overall glad and happy.

Tatsaarsa owner and staff has maintained the property very well, But to reach to this destination, the roads and the way is horrible. Also, there are no sign boards making it difficult to find the route and reach there from the NH. This is big turn-off to recommend and book this resort
