其實都還好，因為畢竟音樂城堡應該也有20年了，有些設備也真的到它該更新的時候了，所以說希望貴民宿可以把有些設備（暖爐 、 電視機上盒）做個更新 或 維修！！！

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025環境很好，景色很好，空氣很好，樓下有CD可以借，房間裡有音響可以收聽，回想起小時候，家人也休息得很好。服務人員態度很好，一直帶著笑容說話，很有耐心。
如果硬要找出不滿意的地方，可能就是浴室空間稍嫌不足，以及淋浴在浴缸內，對長輩來說踏入踏出稍微有點不便。

The overall condition and management of the property have degraded massively over the years. For the price, which is easily 2x of surrounding B&Bs, this place has horrible value. The decor appears European, but (over the years) is now mixed with unpleasant clashing local features - not what you’d expect for paying nearly US$300/night. Being in a forest naturally has bug issues, but rather than fogging the exterior to expel bugs or using other solutions, there was a sticky fly traps right in the kitchen area (near the food they were serving!!!) with MANY flies on it. Breakfast was awkward too by Taiwan standards - beef burger and ramen (?!). Burger patty was cold and the condiments for the ramen were definitely not freshly made. Fries for the burger were premade sitting in a tray on the floor. Other materials are all over the places making it feel messy. Certain parts of the exterior deck on 2F public area smelled like sewage. Large steel water tanks for the property were sitting in plain sight without any attempt to conceal them. The room windows do not have view of the mountains so if that’s what you’re looking for this is not for you.

The toilet was soooo cramped. The bath tub is too high for elderly people to get in and out. The heater was not working well and no hot water in a 8C temperature. The TV was also not working. The staff that greeted us was very unfriendly too.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2019一到步職員殷勤的態度令人覺得十分舒服，他們殷勤的招待還會只是我們如何走行程才最方便，還會告訴我們聯繫的酒店有什麼優惠或轉車資訊。職員話會在途中致電給我們確保我們一切安全。食物很好吃！新鮮！有很多是自己種植的食材。 回到酒店後，還有一個空間給我們宵夜免費提供方便面。可是一進到房間裏，就發現2樓清潔情況不理想電燈有蜘蛛網廁所有昆蟲的屍體。因為我們回來的時候也太夜了想轉房也是麻煩。但是一上2樓睡，那怎味道實在令人難以入睡，朋友要噴香水才能接受到。我也沒好睡。

Reviewed Mar 28, 2017我們有老人家有小孩入住，酒店的許小姐很關愛，check-in時給我們轉了有兩張雙人床的房間，空間很寬敞。小孩在房內跳舞，很開心。房內空間充足，有音樂，小孩和家人也住得很舒適，還讚不絕口，附近也有英式建築，很有去了倫敦住獨立屋的感覺！

Reviewed Mar 3, 2017這裡的員工很窩心，酒店一有什麼活動都會打來房間通知我們，又會主動和我們傾談，看看我們有什麼需要，立刻為我們盡力準備，態度十分友善親切。有一天我們上山看日出後十分疲累，睡到下午才起床，員工們又會特意留下一些點心包點給我們吃，生怕我們起床後肚子餓，這舉動令我們十分難忘和感謝，同時覺得很溫暖，捨不得離開。

Reviewed Jan 29, 2017幾乎每年都有住音樂城堡，這次意外入住了五人房，裝潢是藍色系很美，２樓空間很大很舒適！ 只是暖爐有點小，要暖房需要比較多時間，床鋪非常好睡，被子也很暖活晚上睡覺沒問題。 入住時高級音響出了一點問題，需要派人來維修，補償招待了下午茶蛋糕茶點很好吃！但晚上音響聽起來聲音似乎還是有點忽大忽小，感覺聲音悶住了沒有出來，有點美中不足，但房間這麼美，待在這裡的一切氣氛都很美好，這裡訂的房型沒有含早餐，連帶損失了晚上的品酒會，有點可惜了～下次可能還是會訂含餐的比較值得，期待明年再來！

Reviewed Nov 29, 2016I was slightly disappointed by the fact that it's very unfriendly for older people as there's no lifts (or at least slopes) for bringing your luggages up/down to rooms/reception. Room was visibly aged but thankfully not gross - they have tried their best to keep it clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Provides complimentary cookies/cup noodles and drinks at night.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2015The hotel is so lovely and the deco is just so nice! You won't feel like you are in Taiwan, cos the surrounding and the hotel has a European feel! We were told that this hotel is owned by the boss of old England hotel. Their staff are friendly too, we were given a head band , notebook, stationery and a small bottle of red wine as a welcome gift!
