Tutto. Camera sporca, puzza di muffa e piena di moscerini e altri animaletti. La notte si è staccata la corrente e siamo stati 4 ore senza luce e aria condizionata, lenzuola sporche e puzzolenti, sotto il letto abbiamo trovato sporco e non poco. Lo staff è stato poi gentile che il giorno dopo ha provveduto a cambiare la camera però non lo consiglio

Nice staff, nice room, fine outside shower. Comfty bed and good room temperature control. Breakfast is good quality and aboundant in portions. I tried also the restauramt with good quality and reasonable prices

More plug ins would had been appreciated.

The location was great and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach and other things in Sanur. The breakfast was lovely.

The noise was the main downside. There was a band playing until around 11pm every night, so I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The bed was also quite hard and uncomfortable for me.

I only had 2 concerns..the hot water in the sho was very slow coming.throigh and. I got locked in my hotel room and was saved by someone swimming in the pool..the locks need some.maimtenace.. .but I would go back again??

We stayed above reception not in the main building. The only positive I guess is that the beds are comfortable.

Noisy, very basic, a bit run down, toilet, shower could really be cleaned properly or renovated. Well all in all another perfect example of pictures way better then reality..

Lovely pool area and garden. Good location, enjoyed coffee and walking the beach path first thing. Lots of places to have dinner. Rooms are pleasant and big enough.

Bathroom grout, bin and cistern lid were mouldy. They should be steam cleaned & staff trained to remove mould asap. Top tip: All the homestays with mould free bathrooms are always fully booked .

The location and staff friendliness were the standouts for this property Fresh bottled water everyday The pool and general vibe outside the room was good.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und super Frühstück. Bad und Toilette/Dusche in die Jahre gekommen. Diese könnten besser gepflegt sein. Außenanlage sehr schön - insbesondere die Unterkünfte im asiatischen Stil.

Świetny personel, dobra lokalizacja. W pobliżu dużo udogodnień jak restauracje, SPA czy sklepy. Dobry na krótki pobyt w Sanur.

Przydałoby się odświeżyć łazienki.

Breakfast was great ,lots of food , even made breakfast early when we leaving to go out at 7 am,all staff were great and help with luggage and even gave a room near the pool, walking distance near shop and restaurants.good value for money

L’emplacement est super, à proximité de tout. Les lits confortables, le cadre de l’hôtel plutôt sympa.

Attention l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’eau chaude ! Même à Bali c’est toujours désagréable de prendre une douche avec de l’eau gelée… La salle de bain est aussi un peu vieillissante. Beaucoup de moustiques à l’intérieur de la chambre à notre arrivée !

Idéalement placé pour une dernière nuit. Très bien situé dans Sanur

La posizione e la colazione

Sotto il letto quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato un pazzo di fazzoletti e due fazzoletti usati… abbiamo insinuato che la pulizia non fosse ottima considerando il fatto che il letto è anche rialzato da terra quindi facile da spazzare. Il rumore assurdo del ristorante accanto fino a tarda notte. Con un bambino risultava impossibile dormire e riposare.

Noisy in late evening, There's a bar next door with live music. Not the fault of the hotel, but still disturbing. Breakfast was satisfactory but less good than at our other stays in Bali.

Great little place, lovely big room, comfy bed, great balcony overlooking the pool. Super location in Sanur near lots of great restaurants and bars (must go to Lola's Craft Beer). Welcoming staff.

A real shame for the accommodation providers that the bar next door plays really loud music (not particularly good!) every night until late. Hard to sleep through - we found best to stay up and sit out on balcony with a few beers!

Venue adjacent played loud music until late on both nights I stayed. Swimming pool was squeezed in and shaded most of the day.

サヌールのビーチも徒歩圏。タウンにあり、街歩きや買い物に便利でした。ホテルの中庭は美しく、部屋の前のテーブルとチェアは、リラックスできました。　フロント、ダイニング、クリーニング。スタッフさんたちは、きちんとしていて、気持ちよい対応てした。宿泊中、心地よく過ごせました。感謝しています。

部屋の鍵が不具合で、初日は不安でした。夜、部屋に戻ったら、鍵が凍結。本当に困りました。スタッフさんは一生懸命に対応してくれましたが、根本的な解決に至らず。不安な夜でした。翌朝、専門のスタッフさんが、鍵を交換してくれました。よかったです。速やかに解決できたことに感謝しています。ほかの口コミにもありましたが、ライブハウス隣接のため、夜はBGMつきです（笑）

La suite molto spaziosa con letto comodi, aria condizionata e silenziosa. Anche la colazione era deliziosa. La posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia,.raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata

L emplacement est top. Dans la rue principale et donc proche de la plage, des commerces, des boutiques, etc.... Nous avions une suite avec 2 chambres + 2 salles de bain : très spacieux. Ca passe pour 2 nuits avant le vol retour.

L'état global de proprete n est pas optimal : mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain avec beaucoup de moucherons. Fortes odeurs d'urine de chat dans les parties extérieures. Douche extérieure pas top...

Emplacement idéal pour son accès facile vers le cœur animé de Sanur ( boutiques, resto, plage). Belle piscine, que nous n’avons pas utilisée mais elle a le mérite d’être la.

Bien que nous sommes arrivés à 13h40 pour un checkin à 14h, nous ne voyions pas d’inconvénient à patienter. La chambre n’étant pas propre, nous avons attendu près d’1h15 pour pouvoir y accéder, sol encore mouillé. État de la chambre assez vétuste. Moisissures dans la salle de bains. Sol défraîchi. Elle mériterait une petite remise en état pour une qualité optimale. Environnement assez bruyant le soir de part les restos/bars à proximité.

The location is great. Everything is close by. The pool is lovely and breakfast while simple was tasty.

The hotel is very cosy and in a very good location. It is quite quiet considering how many bars are close by. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great! We didn't use the pool but it looks clean and taken care of. The lighting of the room is great and the TV provided has basically all channels including sports. The room is also bigger than expected and comfortable to stay in.

There was little to no hot water and had to shower with cold water during our stay.

Good located at the main street towards the center and close to the beach. Swimming pool is good.

Could be more clean and staff looks unhappy compaired to other stays we made in Bali.

The room was clean and a nice size. We had the garden view villa. Breakfast was good, quick and easy.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, took a while to wash my hair.

Great location, just off the main street with tons of shops/restaurants/spas so felt like a nice little retreat from the busy but still super accessible to it all. Great fresh breakfast made to order each morning too!

The rooms don’t have blackout curtains so it’s quite light if you like a dark room but remember eye covers! Expect music noise from NesaCombi at night - at least in the upstairs room.

Der var meget høj livemusik fra en restaurant tæt på indtil kl 23.30 begge dage vi boede der. Ikke hotellets skyld, men det gjorde det vanskeligt at sove før da.

the location is pretty good, there are supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurant nearby, the breakfast next door in Cafe Akaya is great. the bed ia pretty comfy. just hard enough

It's very loud at night; you can hear the club playing music until 23:30, and the walls are very thin. The bathroom stinks because of the sewer gas coming back out of the pipes from the shower as well as the sink. It smelled so bad we needed to cover them with wet towels this whole time. The bathroom isn't really clean either. I don't mind lime, but yellow stains can be cleaned as well. The bedsheet also stinks, so I can assume the towels aren't very clean either, so we didn't use them. The door is incredibly fragile; anyone can push it open. The main gate of the place is also wide open all day and all night. No one is always at the desk, so you can come in, and no one will notice. The breakfast was bad; it tasted so bad we went next door for breakfast every day. the pool smell very strong of chrolin.

The pool area was lovely but the pool is small so it's probably ideal for only one or two people at a time. The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The location was good. The staff were friendly. Great for a night or two.

The room we had upstairs was small and the pillows were terrible. They were rock hard so I woke up with a headache. The pool is very close to the rooms and their patios so you can feel quite exposed to being watched while using the pool. You get cordial rather than fresh juice for breakfast.
