Lovely staff, beautifully kept gardens, large rooms and excellent location.

Intermittent wi-fi. Poor water pressure.

It’s very central for shopping eating and the beach. We love the Balinese style rooms and gardens. The staff were excellent.

The rooms I saw were very old, the tiling in the bathroom was chipped, doors didn’t close evenly to keep out insects decor was a bit old.

The rooms were lovely, beds were comfortable, lots of cupboard space and everything was so clean. The grounds are stunning with 3 pools and the staff were so caring. Lovely.

Swastika Bungalows is a lovely resort with beautiful, well maintained gardens. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable even though they are getting older. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was adequate and other meals were good. My granddaughter absolutely loved looking for the cats. Value for money was good. Great location. A very enjoyable stay.

The location is good. And it is quiet. Walking distance to nice restaurants and market. A shortish stroll to the beach. 3 pools, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Nice cool air-conditioning Nice clean rooms. The staff are all really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast basic. But, if you order a coffee and pay for it... lovely Value for money

Shower heads were terrible. Although the water was hot, which is a bonus. Wifi was intermittent, off more often than on.

Old style beautifully kept gardens. 3 pools to choose from. I found the breakfasts gave me enough options, and the restaurant food was excellent and well priced. Situated on the main drag in close proximity to a big variety of restaurants, a large department store, and an alleyway from the beach. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The stairs to the upstairs deluxe rooms are problematic for anyone with poor balance. I found the beds very hard for my idea of comfort but the staff did try to soften it with extra padding.

A nice resort with a few lovely pools. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed.

The breakfast was very basic and not very good. The water pressure was terrible and sometimes we had no water or a trickle. The staff need to deal with people putting towels on poolside beds early in the morning and then disappearing for a few hours. Sometimes you can't get a bed and there were lots empty with towels on them. Put some signs up and have a 1 hr limit.

The padlock on door and the door is quite low if your tall bang youve hit your head into your apartment.

Stayed in two rooms one entrance door needed a bit of attention & the showers drained across floor in one & the other had the toilet roll holder in the shower, but that’s Bali!

We loved everything at Swastika Bungalows! The beautiful friendly staff, our superior room was generous in size & had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We also liked the pool, breakfast was great but most of all the friendly, happy people who stay there. What a wonderful find this hotel was.

We stayed in room 44 and the wi-Fi was very weak inside but was a little better on the balcony.

Everything. The staff all live up to the We are family motto. Warm welcome when arrived. It was our fifth or sixth time so many of the staff knew us. The location is great, near to beach, a short walk, the supermarket formally known as Hardys is five minutes around the corner. Great restaurants all within walking distance. Just a great place and we'll be back. Three great pools as well for the sun baking people.

The t.v. I know, but sometimes it's nice to just sit and watch t.v. An investment in Netflix or Prime or some such, would enhance the stay. People reserving the sunbeds with their towels. My Mum would throw them in the water!

Très bel endroit à Sanur proche de la plage ( environ 400m) des commerces mais isolé du bruit. Énorme hôtel mais vu la taille les jardins les trois piscines, on ne ressent pas le monde. C est très aéré. Chambres immenses avec équipement top bouilloire frigo clim sèche cheveux et nombreux rangements. Salle de bain immense et très propre. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet réapprovisionné même 20mn avant la fin de l heure du petit déjeuner. Un superbe endroit et un personnel charmant

The pools are incredible! Our kids absolutely loved the pools. The atmosphere is peaceful. Everyone was so kind. Very quiet room.

Loved our room 206, overlooking the pool. Enjoyed the ginger tea at breakfast and food and cocktails by the pool.

Great location just off the main street so you can walk absolutely everywhere - beach, bars, cafes and restaurants. Plenty of space by the pools, you never have to worry about not getting a lounger. Breakfast was OK. Very basic but does the job. For the price you pay, it delivers.

Open air bathroom - it was a tad hot and sticky as a result. Also, they only provided two towels rather than any hand towels or face eashers. The bed is the oldest, loudest, creakiest bed ever! Every time one of us rolled over it'd make so much noise and wake the other. The blinds are not black out blinds so full light coming in from both the sun and night lights outdoors.

Very comfortable and safe-feels like a community. Traditional balinese spacious rooms. Gorgeous grounds. Close to beach and main drag.

Full of more mature age retirees. I like a mix of age groups.

Helaas te kort gebleven op deze locatie want het was heerlijk. De zwembaden, het ontbijt, de kamers alles was gewoon goed en comfortabel en het ligt ook nog eens heel centraal.

Good location

The room was very spacious and clean. I loved the pools and being able to get a sun lounger was not an issue. The garden setting was lovely. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The air fresheners in the rooms were horrible with a strong artificial chemical scent. I had to have them removed as the air was unbearable. The shower went from a dribble to full flow then back to a dribble. The flow was inconsistent which made showering frustrating. The water did not drain away properly in the shower. The towels and bedding were discoloured. The breakfast could be better.

Extremely friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. 3 beautiful pools, everything easily accessible.

Large room, comfortable, super large bed (2 doubles joined, awesome as we bed shared with our child) spacious, 3 pools, beautiful space to relax.

Just a suggestion: It would be great to have non-smoking rooms and areas (but it wasn't a problem for our stay, we didn't see many people smoking around us)

La struttura ha un’ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia di sanur, dove puoi noleggiare biciclette per divertimento, il letto era enorme, comodissimo e inoltre la struttura è fornita di tre piacevoli piscine

La sala colazione era un po’ caotica perche la struttura ospitava un gran numero di persone E non ho trovato la struttura particolarmente pulita per i miei standard direi 6

Incroyable , un havre de paix , notre famille s’est sentit très à l’aise dans cet hôtel , le personnel est super, l’ambiance de l’hôtel est génial et l’emplacement est idéal. Nous reviendrons certainement .

Was great to have such a fresh and large range of choice for breakfast but they offer meals and drinks all day and including the swim up bar!!!

Excellent facilities, 3 pools surrounded by beautiful gardens. We were upgraded to a superior room on arrival. Large rooms, very clean everything you needed. Great location on main road easy access to beach and many restaurants but set back so very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

The organization was very good, the location was excellent, it is close to the beaches. Breakfast was good and varied. the room was very large and the cooling was excellent, there were no mosquitos.

I would have preferred a ground floor room as the steps are fairly hard for an old person. I was surprised that most of the guests smoked, my wife dislikes the smell of tobacco smoke me not so much. Hard to avoid while on balcony.

A peaceful hotel just slightly off the main road. The location was perfect for our preferences and the whole place felt very relaxing

The pool bars looked closed most of the time that we were there which was a shame. In the room, the bathroom felt a bit outdated and not all that clean but it wasn’t a big issue for us as we only stayed 2 nights

Topp Hotel mit liebenswertem Personal. 3 Swimming Pools. Sehr geräumige Zimmer. Feste Matratzen = bequeme Betten. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Heißwasserkocher + Kaffee im Zimmer. TV mit zahlreichen, internationalen Kanälen. Phantastische Terrasse im 1. OG. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage. Mitten im Zentrum von Sanur. Und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Perfekte Lage.

W-Lan-Abdeckung in meinem Zimmer war schlecht. Geringe Stärke und ständige Schwankungen/Abbrüche. (Man kann sich aber darauf einrichten...) Frühstück fand ich nicht gut: Täglich dasselbe, Toastbrot von minderer Qualität, furchtbarer Kaffee, wenig Auswahl an Marmeladen o.ä., aber, alles sauber und ordentlich angerichtet. (Eiergerichte auf Bestellung und Obst fand ich positiv). Kein Zimmersafe. Und das bei klassischen, balinesischen Türen, die nur durch ein Vorhängeschloß abgeschlossen sind. (Das geht so nicht!)

Walked in and immediately felt comfortable. Large clean and spacious room with an extra large bed. The outdoor bathroom/toilet was an absolute treat which made me appreciate this place even more. Very quiet and lovely staff too.

The low doorway - first thing in did was look down to see if there was a step leading into the room. Little did i know, the top of the doorway was super low and smashed my head on it felt like I had concussion (lol) No safe in the room and fridge was a bit noisy aswell.

Simple breakfast, made to order - eggs any way, pancakes, fruit, some cooked dishes, pastries, coffee, tea and juices etc. Rooms are generously sized and super comfortable - a lot larger than many others in Sanur. Three pools, all of which are kept very clean. Staff are wonderful and we have rebooked :-) Hotel is in a fantastic, central location. We stayed 6 nights in a Deluxe twin room, and 1 afternoon in a superior room prior to a late flight.

Lage war sehr gut!

Frühstücksbuffet. Hühnersuppe aber keinen Schinken, keine Würstchen, keinen Käse. Sehr lange Wartezeiten auf beispielsweise Pancakes oder Omeletts. Riesiger Frühstückssaal - oder man trägt sein Frühstück in den ruhigeren Bereich ein Stockwerk hinunter. Kunststoffliegen im Pool.
