staff at the reception was not friendly thin walls sometimes at night it was very loud until 3 am in the morning Didn’t felt like a hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at Poco Hotel, especially because of its fantastic location right in the heart of Seongsu. It became the perfect little hub for my time in Seoul. Being just a couple of minutes from the train station made it incredibly easy to get around and explore different parts of the city, and I loved having Seongsu right outside my door. The convenience of the location made such a difference, especially when travelling on my own. The room itself was on the smaller side, but it was clean, comfortable and have everything I needed for my stay. For me the location and convenience more than made up for the limited space. A great base for exploring Seoul, particularly if you want to stay in Seongsu and have easy access to the rest of the city.

立地が良い。チェックイン時に対応してくれたスタッフが親切だった。

外の騒音がすごく聞こえるためそれが嫌な人は快適に過ごせないかもしれません。 服をかけるクローゼットが高い位置にありとどかなかった。 シャワールームの扉が半分しかないため、シャワーの湯がトイレの辺りまで飛び散ってしまったので、ドアが欲しかったです。

Great location. You can see the hotel building from the exit 3 of Seongsu-station. Highly recommended for people who want to explore seongsu and shopping comfortably. I had a smooth check-in. The room was clean and quiet at night.

The bathroom doesn't separate wet area and dry area so it might be a bit mess after showering but not a big deal. In my opinion the luggage deposit capacity is not enough for the guests and we have to pay for the deposit.

Hotel molto minimal ma pulito ed accogliente. Staff alla reception gentile con buon inglese. Posizione ottima per girare questa zona super giovane e groovy. Stanza un po’ piccola, non riuscivamo ad aprire le valige ma essenziale e pulitissima.

Chambres joliment décorées et confortables. L'emplacement est facilement accessible depuis le métro. Le quartier est très animé.

Des casiers sont disponibles pour laisser les bagages après le check-out, mais ils sont peu nombreux et souvent occupés.

改装されたスペースが綺麗で良かったです。 カードのチャージができる機械が置いてあって便利でした。

改装工事が続いている場所もあり足もとがちょっと危なかったところ。

The room was nicely decorated, had a lovely patio, had a comfortable new bed, and the air conditioning was cool and adjustable. It was also ideally located across the street from the subway and near all the fun Seongsu stores. Seoul Forest was within a 20 minute walk from hotel.

The hotel's lobby is tiny with restricted movement if multiple people are checking in.

Location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Seongsu and so close to the train station. Money changing machine on floor 1 was handy. Staff were very accomodating, we needed to print off some important documents and they helped us.

Walls are not very soundproof. When construction was ongoing for Musinsa Kicks it was quite loud. Also you can hear noise from neighbours and cleaners. Hard to sleep in. Bathroom was also quite small and water had to be managed to ensure it didn't spill everywhere. Worth noting that they have specific luggage lockers for storage, so if you have a late flight once you check out, you will need to pay to store luggage, also depending on how many guests check out on the same day, lockers aren't guaranteed.

近くにショップなどがありますので、買い物メインだといいと思います。

ロケーションが良いので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、全体的に質はイマイチでした。 ホテルも工事中で写真のようなかっこよさも無く立地だけでした。

The location is great for Seongsu shopping and cafe as you are right in the middle of it. It is also very close to the Seongsu train station exit 3, convenient if you want to travel elsewhere. Price is also reasonable.

The whole bathroom gets wet every time I showered, no barrier preventing water splashing and leaking out no matter how careful you shower. The walls were also a little thin that I could hear people next door. They also don't provide free luggage storage before or after your check-in time like other hotels, you have to pay and use the luggage locker provided at the hotel.

駅からも近く、ホテルの周りのカフェも充実しており立地が良かった。チェックイン、アウトもシステムで簡単にできた。

The location is awesome! Close to Seongsu Station and just a short walk to the viral and trendy spots of Seongsu. Also close to a convenience store. Appreciated how close everything is and how much there is to explore within the neighbourhood. Lovely cleaning staff who service rooms daily.

The shower doesn't have a door, so the whole bathroom gets wet. The hotel is currently under construction so facilities are limited and seems crammed. The bedding is clean but lacks comfort - one flimsy pillow, if you like fluffy bedding then bring your own pillow lol. Quite a small room if sharing twin.

L’emplacement, la propreté, le confort, la gentillesse du personnel d’accueil et de ménage. Même si beaucoup de choses sont automatisés ils sont présents si on a besoin d’eux. J’ai aimé séjourné à cet endroit. Il y a tout pour les repas aux alentours, un convenient store à 2 pas et on peut aussi se faire livrer. Il y a une navette gratuite pour se déplacer dans différents lieux de 성수 juste en face de l’hôtel. Le métro ligne 2 circulaire est à 3 mn. Il y a un ascenseur en sortie 4.

Rien. Juste une suggestion, s’il y avait la possibilité de laver son linge sur place on pourrait y rester bien plus longtemps.

部屋の使い勝手が悪かった。靴をぬいで部屋に上がるタイプはスリッパ持参がマストで備え付けのスリッパを履きたくない人もいると思う。

The location was great, and the self check-in was easy to use. The staff were helpful and had a great attitude. Everything was clean, and the water pressure in the shower was great. There are even lockers to store your bag after you check out.

The bed was a more traditional bed and was quite hard. The pillows were also not comfortable.

This is such a convenient location for shopping. Also right next to a subway station. Would definitely come back.

特にないが、強いて言うならシャワーをするとトイレがびしょ濡れになること。だけど上手に使えばどうにかなる。

Extremely convenient location and at the heart of the shopping area. However, the room does look run down and old.

必要最低限の設備はあり困りはしなかったが、充実した設備を求める方には物足りない感じだった。またエアコンの中の汚れが見えてしまい、つけるのに戸惑ってしまった。

Self　Check 　Inよい。空調のリモコンがテレビのに合体されているのが新鮮すぎる。

1. Some room type might need to be redesigned to be more spacious (less furniture, more space). 2. The bathroom would be better to be equipped with shower curtain.

地點極佳，聖水3號出口一出來就到，一樓有換錢機及行李寄物櫃。

冷氣風量不能調整，廁所小，淋浴間無門，水會濺到外面。

チェックイン前にスーツケースを預けたくてフロントに行きましたが、預けるコインロッカーがいっぱいで、預けられなかったのですが、スーツケースが大きくて持って歩くのは困るのでどうしようかと困っていたところ、スタッフの方からアーリーチェックインを提案してくれました。追加料金はかかりましたが、とても助かりました。ありがとうございました。

荷物の預かりが有料になったこと、ヘアアイロンがなくなったことが残念。 シャワーブースの壁？が狭くて、トイレ側の足元がびしょびしょになる。 シャンプーの固定されてる位置、部屋のハンガーをかける位置が高すぎて、かなり使いにくい。

The location and cleanliness of hotel and friendliness and diligence of cleaning staff. The pleasant inviting fragrant smell of hotel entrance.

The lack of English at concierge desk, and not very informative to guests. The rooms are small especially for guests that stay for much longer periods. The fridge is too small also not able to hold much except for 2 or 3 small bottles of water. Some rooms face directly into office buildings next to the hotel and when you open curtains for light you look right into office workers, so you tend to keep curtains closed which makes room dark and gloomy. Lack of coffee sachets in rooms.

The location was good.

The atmosphere of the room was boring. The bathroom was grey and there is no Design!
