お風呂の使い勝手が悪くシャワーしか使わなかった。水はけが悪く、シャワールームのとなりのトイレまで水浸し。バスタオルがボロボロだった。 部屋は一見とてもゴージャスなスイートルームでしたが作りが悪く安っぽい。電気のスイッチが壁に付いているモニター画面で操作する必要があるが、そのモニターが眩しくて夜眠れなかった。消し方があるのかないのか、ハングルなのでわからなかった。スイートのわりに、バスタオルとフェイスタオルが1人につき1枚づつしかなく、サービスがチープな感じがした。

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026掃除がゆき届いてない。バスカーテンがないため床がびしゃびしゃになる。廊下の水漏れがひどく、不潔感を感じる。朝食をホテルで食べようと思ったが営業日がすくなく、食べることが出来なかった。衣服ダンスがなく不便であった。

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026チェックインの際に対応してくださったスタッフさんが、日本語で説明をしてくださったので安心しました。
部屋に入った際に下水くさかったです。恐らく原因は水回り（トイレ?）だと思います。シャワーを使用したりエアコンを使用して換気すれば徐々に改善できたのですが、においに敏感な方や初めて海外に行く方はきついと思います...。以前宿泊した友人に聞いたところ、このような問題は無かったようなので、部屋によって変わる可能性もあります。 また、部屋の扉の閉まりが悪かったのも少し気になりました。強く閉めないと施錠ができませんでした。一定時間扉が開いた状態で過ごしてしまった時があったので、もしそのような部屋にあたってしまいひどい状況であれば、安全の観点からもフロントに相談した方が良いです。 立地は韓国で泊まったことがあるホテルの中では最も良かったのですが、これらの点を考慮した上で宿泊を検討する必要があると思います！

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026空港のリムジンバス停留所から近くて、帰りは荷物が莫大になるので重い荷物で階段の上り下りもなく助かった。 少し歩けばご飯屋さんもあったし（利用はしてませんが）、地下鉄3線あるところがとても便利。 バスタブがあって良かった。シャワーカーテンなかったけど。
お風呂のドアノブが壊れてた。エアコンは、3度ごとの温度設定しかできなかった。

不潔。特に風呂、トイレ、床が気持ち悪かった。バスタブに浸かると、トイレ設置パテのカビが目に入った。立地が良いので、リノベーションしたら値上げしても集客に繋がると思う。安かったから仕方ないとはいえ…次はないです。

There were several issues with the room during my stay: The corridor light was flashing. One digit of the room number was missing. The bathtub edge was sharp and uncomfortable for resting my head. The bathtub trim was sharp and unfortunately injured my back when I was getting out of the tub. No luggage rack was provided in the room. The toilet flushed automatically several times at irregular intervals, which was unusual, disturbing, and somewhat frightening at night. The air conditioning was not cooling adequately. Staff provided a fan to help with ventilation, but the room still felt too warm. No breakfast available so I need to walk to the other brand hotel for breakfast

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026何といっても、東大門歴史文化公園駅の5番出口を出たら、道路を挟んで目の前というロケーションです。 街歩きで疲れた足で、この駅からの近さはありがたい。 5番出口付近には、レストランもたくさんあるし、DDPも目の前です。 1階にフロントがあるちゃんとしたホテル形態です。 日本語がOKの男性スタッフもいらっしゃって、安心でした。 すぐ近所にコンビニがあり、夜食の購入などにも便利でした。 なぜそこに浴槽が！ というサプライズも待っています。
水廻りの不備や、エアコンの掃除不足などの不満点もありますが、このロケーションと、コスパの良さを考えると、欠点とも言えないような。 うちは、ホテルの豪華さとか、オーシャンビューとか求めていないので、みの便利さがあれば十二分です。

2泊で予約 まずチェックインの時に違う部屋を案内された。 部屋に電話でフロントに呼び出され部屋が違うから移動してと言われまた。スタッフミスならスタッフが部屋に来るべきだし予約の部屋のカード貰って、間違いの部屋のカードは回収された。回収されたら荷物取れませんとカード返してもらい移動。 移動した部屋はホコリあり、布団に汚れあり。 お風呂はトイレと一緒になってて仕切りもなく全部が水浸しになる。 2日目掃除してもらうようにしてて、掃除した箇所もあるがゴミの捨て忘れか、そのままになっている状態。 元々ハンガーにかかってる未使用のバスローブは追加されず前日使ったであろうローブが畳まれてベッドの上に。 何から何まで到底満足とは程遠い最悪なホテルでした。 ここに泊まることはオススメしません。 価格は2人2泊で2万程でした。

It’s a designer hotel. Very stylish but not practical. The bathroom had no curtains or protection so every time I took a shower the floor was a complete mess. Also, I could find several places full of dust. No wardrobe and no windows for outside. Also no free amenities. Luckily I brought my toothpaste and brush with me. No charging place close to bed as well. Wifi also block some websites so please use your 5G for better experience.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026駅やバス停が近い！口コミで見てたより綺麗だったし、フロントの人も日本語通じはしなかったけど困った時とかすぐに助けてくれた！隣の物音とかもあんまり気にならなくて快適に眠れた！
トイレが一回では流れきれなかったり、シャワーも気をつけていたけど外へ漏れてしまったりして入るのが難しかった。あとバスローブに前の人のかな？ゴミや女性のナプキンとか入ってたりして残念だった

No había buena limpieza en la habitación. En general una habitación con paredes sucias , un baño donde el inodoro no funcionaba bien y una bañera-ducha tan mal construida que se salía el agua y el suelo terminaba inundado de agua.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Staff are very pleasant and location is great, right across the street from exit 5 of the DDP metro station which gives you easy access to most of Seoul. The area around the DDP itself also has lots of shops/amenities/etc.
Overall the hotel feels fairly old and grubby. We were staying in a 'suite' as we were only there one night and felt like treating ourselves but all of the walls were scuffed and damaged (probably from suitcases of previous guests) and whilst the overall room itself was as shown in the images, it was much rougher around the edges. Many of the fixtures (plug sockets, sinks, etc.) looked to have been hastily repaired and there was damp/mould in both the shower cubicle and above the toilet. The bed was relatively clean but would've benefitted from newly purchased linens. Overall the place feels a bit past its best and really could do with a full refurbishment.

I booked Thurs/Fri and Sun nights, so I could sleep in the national park on Sat. The hotel says it has “luggage room” but the room is actually the lobby. Receptionist was incredibly rude and shouting when I flagged this was an issue. Paid 50% of my booking cost to store my bag securely in a locker. Hairdryer was an electrical fire hazard. Doors to rooms do not fit correctly. Room needed some TLC. Very dirty windows. Always smells of smoke.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach eingerichtet, sehr sauber und das Personal absolut freundlich. Die Lage war perfekt, man hat zu 4 U-Linien zugang (max. 10min/ gemütlichen Schritttempo 15min)

no mirror in the room only in bathroom , there is a bath tub but no plastic curtain for shower so the bathroom all time wet after used. beware of slippery for old age.
