Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Schöne helle und moderne Unterkunft! 20 min Fußweg bis zu den touristischeren (schöneren) Straßenzügen. Die 3 Etage entspannt über einen Aufzug zu erreichen.
Die Fotos lassen die Wohnung deutlich größer wirken als sie ist. Das ist aber bekanntlich bei den meisten Unterkünften so.

אנחנו באנו עם ילדים שישנו בספה הנפתחת בחדר אורחים ואחד מחדרי השינה הוא גלריה לא סגורה מעל החדר אורחים כך שאין פרטיות. שיש חדר שירותים עם חדר רחצה אחד. אני חושבת שזה מקום מצויין להרכב קטן יותר של אנשים.

When we arrived, the cleaning team was still working, so the apartment was not ready on time. Unfortunately, the corridor was also quite dirty, which did not create the best first impression. The apartment itself is decent and has everything you need for a stay. However, we felt that the actual apartment was quite different from the photos, and the pictures did not really reflect what we found upon arrival. We only stayed a few hours due to the volcano flight uncertainty. Overall, the stay was fine, but unfortunately the apartment did not fully meet our expectations.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The property is in a fair location and apartment it self is in a good building. We booked apartment with terrace. The terrace was just a bigger balcony so do not expect any views or anything . But it was okay - there is a small sitting area outside.
Apartment is really tiny. In the bathroom there is no hooks for towels,etc. A/C was really poor. Noisy and not enough power to keep bedrooms comfortable at night. One of the bedrooms has no AC at all. It was four of us staying, but in general it is a good apartment for two. Not great, not terrible.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026La casa era abbastanza pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. L’aspetto della casa è piacevole. Noi l’abbiamo utilizzata solo come punto di appoggio per doccia e notte quindi nel complesso è andata bene.
La posizione. Abbiamo scoperto (dopo aver prenotato ed essere arrivati) che è in una storica via tristemente conosciuta per il furto di automobili a Catania. Anche le scale risultano molto scomode e soprattutto rumorose (sia quelle del proprio appartamento si sentono anche quelle degli appartamenti vicini). Il condizionatore al piano superiore è molto molto vecchio e fa molto rumore durante la notte.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Ottima localizzazione, bel balcone. Aria condizionata in entrambe camere e soggiorno, ha fatto la differenza in questa calda estate. Cucina attrezzata, e tante chicche tipo caffè, vino, thè, biscotti ecc.
Una delle camere era veramente piccola e quasi non ci si poteva muovere. Bagno con poca privacy. Forno a induzione che fa saltare la corrente con una pentola per l’acqua e una per il sugo, perciò quasi inutilizzabile (a meno che si spegnessero i condizionatori…)

The property was just fine and we are generally happy with our stay but the check in process was a mess. With a baby, 5 year old and luggage we arrived at the apartment little after the announced check in time. The cleaning staff arrived at the same time and we had to wait until the ladies were rushed to finish with the cleaning. The cleaning ladies were very kind and we know it’s not their fault but we recommend better organisation of the check in process.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Clean, tidy, and modern with good facilities. There is a nice small balcony. There is a small kitchen with all cooking utensils provided however, no microwave. There was a coffee machine and complimentary wine. Nice small living room, nice and spacious bed room with en suite bath and toilet and nice big bed. Two split type airconditioning one upstairs in the bedroom and dowstairs in the living room and it’s nice and cold. All were provided, towels, bath rug, and toiletries. Friendly and approachable staff. Recommendable and worth the price. Affordable. I would come back here. Nice location, it’s within the city and walking distance to bus stops and shops. Provided with a map. Overall, excellent service!
Cotbed was broken but it’s ok. Not bad as still usable. Rangehood was broken but not bad at all as still usable. Can be fixed. No microwave.

One of the bedrooms had no window and no air conditioning, making it difficult to sleep and breathe comfortably. The bathrooms did not appear to be properly cleaned. Also, the apartment looks much larger in the photos than it actually is. In addition, the listing states that there are two bathrooms, but in reality there is only one bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet, which is misleading.

Wasn’t big enough for 4 as advertised, the accommodation needs updating. Lack of electric plugs, no toaster, bathroom too small and need a good clean. Balcony too small, unable to use due to air conditioning units occupying the space.

Apartament odbiegał od tego na zdjęciach , prawdopodobnie dostaliśmy inny , niż Rezidence 150. Schody na piętro były bardzo wąskie , ciężko się wchodziło i schodziło , a na pietrze znajdowały się sypialnie oraz łazienka W-fi kod podany nie działał - inetrnet łączył się z innym apartamentem do którego nie było kodu . Daleko od stacji kolejowej - 30 minut szybkim marszem.

Po przyjeździe okazało się że klucze trzeba odebrać zupełnie w innym miejscu niż mieszkanie oczywiście nie było o tym informacji. Więc ciąganina z walizkami ponieważ przyjechaliśmy wcześniej niż zameldowanie. Następnie okazało się że mieszkanie które dostaliśmy okazało się inne niż rezerwowane, miały być dwie sypialnie dostaliśmy jedna i salonik, zdjęcia nie oddają tego co jest w rzeczywistości, pokazuje że mieszkanie jest duże ale tak naprawdę tak nie jest.

There was a terrible smell from the kitchen sink, the Wi-Fi did not work, and the one room (no14) was next to the lift shaft motor, so you heard the lift all evening & early morning. which woke me up every time anyone in the building used the lift

Apartament miał być przystosowany do pobytu rodziców z dzieckiem, ale absolutnie nie spełniał tych wymagań. Musieliśmy opuścić apartament wcześniej, ponieważ dla małego dziecka te schody są niebezpieczne. Nie otrzymaliśmy zwrotu pieniędzy za noce, których nie spaliśmy w tym apartamencie.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Największa zaleta tego miejsca to niewątpliwie jego lokalizacja. Kontakt z obsługą, która odpisuje sprawnie i zareagowała na nasze zgłoszenie o grzybie i pleśni w mieszkaniu.
Mieszkanie odbiega standardem od tego przedstawionego na zdjęciach. Jest już dość zniszczone i brudne, wymaga odświeżenia. Dodatkowo do samego przyjazdu nie wiemy, który apartament wynajmujemy, a ten promujący ofertę jest najładniejszy z nich wszystkich. Podpisuje się umowę, w której uwzględnione są opłaty za zniszczenia w mieszkaniu, (dokładnie te, które już w mieszkaniu są dokonane np. brudne ściany), a na zabezpieczenie podaje się dane karty. W naszym mieszkaniu pod prysznicem znaleźliśmy sporo toksycznego grzyba, który po zgłoszeniu został po prostu zmyty ze ściany przez obsługę.
