Heritage Inn

Room was very comfortable and laid out well for sharing. Proximity to restaurants and services was excellent!

The property was clean.

Where our room was there was a vehicle parked behind my car and made it difficult to get out.

Support handles in bath tub.

This room was clean, linens were good quality, a large fridge with a freezer. An appropriately sized small table with two comfortable chairs. The window opening at the top is appreciated for both safety and good airflow.

We would have appreciated if the bathroom tub faucet regulated the water temperature better. Very small movements to the handle cause large fast changes to the temperature. Another improvement would be if both beds were the same upgrade. One mattress was significantly more comfortable and deeper. The assigned parking in front of room was difficult to access due to large construction vehicles allowed to park parallel behind us, restricting easy traffic flow. One last concern was the appearance of a person who did not appear to be a hotel guest walking the premises and then deciding to sit in the outside chair at our doorway, smoking and eating what was found as we unpacked. We felt a bit uncomfortable but there were no issues during our stay.

Clean, good layout in room,

All the staffs were friendly and the location was excellent

I specifically booked a King room with a mountain view, but did not get a King room(got two queen beds instead) and neither got a mountain view. Highly disappointing and misleading. As I was charged the same amount even for a different room

Nothing

The bathroom was so dirty. The toilet was disgusting, the shower curtain was filthy and behind the bathroom door has hair stuck to the wall.

Nice, clean property, quiet and very comfortable bed…

Little pricey for Hope

Clean bathroom

The cover on the couch was strange and we didn’t want to sit on it.

Clean and convenient to food. Helpful to have parking spaces matched to rooms.

Very tight parking lot.

The Price and that they had rooms available when I needed.

The parking assigned to the room was already taken and the parking they gave me as a second option was hidden , so I wasnt going to be able to check my car. People on the first level were smoking and drinking, so I had to leave and asked for refund and the receptionist was rude.

Great little hotel rooms were super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Parking was a bit tight but with just a car would have been completely fine. We would definitely recommend this hotel and deftstay here again.

Close to everything I wanted to see

All was good

Shower was great & air conditioning

Thought there would be a couple of glasses & a kettle

Motel exceeded our expectations. Very clean, nice room and nice staff. Very good location.

Freshly (mostly) updated Kitchen was great (stove etc didn't need) and large fridge, large freezer. Clean room was nice.

Lack of outlet near bed for charging phone. Had to move heavy bed to get to it , move table. Then only one of the 2 were accessable.

Quick easy checkin

No problems

Comfortable bed. Quiet at night.

door has the gaps.

Great location and parking. Quite clean and well kept

There were bug and crums. Quite dirty

Room was very clean

Bathroom was small

Nice sized room. Good facilities. Handy to town

Shower water temperature fluctuated quite a bit

Large, clean rooms, quiet…

Clean, no frills, great value

The convenience of the store, access to my truck and dining.

That I couldn't stay longer.

Great rooms friendly staff

Everything at the property was good

Well within reach in the middle of the Main street. We hab 3 separate beds and the room thus was comfortable. Very friendly Manager!

Everything was fine

Spacious well appointed rooms. Good lighting, new paint interior and exterior! The place has been kept up. I also liked that my motorcycle was parked right outside our door :) Microwave, fridge, TVs and in room coffee maker were all good.

The highway was noisy but quieted down during the night.

Location is #1 in Hope.

Beds were good. Good shower as well

Slightly dated rooms and no jug for boiling water

Everytime I visit home, I stay at this motel.

Too strong smelling if plug in deodorizer

Everything is a walking distance and front desk agents were very accommodating and courteous.

Convenient location, easy check-in, and parking right by your room

The weather

Very comfy friendly young fellow

Rien

Best location in Hope

Very comfortable beds

Location was great and front desk staffs were very accommodating and friendly.

Located with a mountain view. Easy to find and a great price.

The parking for the family suits is difficult because the angle cuts off other parking spots if you have a longer truck.

Nice view of the mountains. Nice family suite with a separate room.

No continental breakfast or pool.

It was worst with musty smell. We arrived late and found my wife was unable to breathe and stayed in the car itself. I was so tired and stayed in but not able to sleep because of smell and building structure giving out noise if someone makes small Movement in adjacent rooms and rooms above. So totally it is waste of money and moreover apart from money we trusted the hotel and booking.com and not able to take rest and we drove the whole next day with seep deprived.

Clean!

Close to all amenities and restaurants.

It was great...

Just one thing we didn't like... we couldn't stay longer... we loved it

It was good. A little loud. But for what it was, it was very good.

It was pretty good. A little loud, but it was good.

The location was central. That’s the only good thing.

Checkin was difficult, I had called ahead and was told I could check in until 10, I was there at 920 and had to phone the number 3 times and was finally called back from a different number.

Great stay

Easily accessible from highway. Close to desired amenities. Quiet.

Unable to cool off the room for comfortable sleeping. Window air conditioner(?) fan was too noisy to run when trying to sleep.

The lady at the motel reception was very welcoming, the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient with plenty of parking. I would definitely stay at Hope again next time I'm traveling and passing through the area.

Everything was exceptional

We had a great stay. Easy location, very friendly staff. Great restaurant within walking distance. Easy to get on and off the highway.

The sign needs replaced.

My stay was great. The room was cleaned and renovated. Everything is in walking distance. I will stay here again when I visit Hope next time.

Location was great and we can get to everywhere fairly quickly. Staff were very polite and welcoming.

This is the best motel that I have stayed at, made even better when considering the affordable price. The rooms were nicely renovated highlighted by the high end bathroom. The hospitality was very friendly as the receptionist did a great job welcoming us in.

Bathroom is comparable to a hotel. Awesome!

There is a pet smell upon entry, otherwise the facility is clean and organized.

It was a wonderful stay. We only stayed for a night, but it was quite lovely. They had recently renovated rooms and you could tell that they put a lot of effort in and took pride in providing excellent service.

The motel offers a comfortable and well-maintained stay with a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared, reflecting strong standards of service and professionalism. Overall, the motel provides a reliable and pleasant experience that meets expectations for comfort and cleanliness.

Location, comfort, cleanliness

Location

Kindly stuff and relaxed, no additional fee, good location.

It is too old place, it needs a renovation, no shower gel, it was empty, no a door chain, I wasn't sure if the bed or sofa cover were ever washed. My husband fell down from the mattress because the edge was slippery. The mattress top needs to be even.

Nothing

The fact they put my family in a single queen room and tried to pass off a pull out couch as a queen bed

The staff was exceptional on check in and very helpful with an extra vehicle parking at no extra cost.

I stayed there twice and every time I take a shower, it was cold.

Convenient location, beds and pillows are cozy and comfortable, coffee was not bad. Overall I recommend it.

Having to leave, the beds and pillows were so comfy.
