Zu viele Mücken am Abend , kann Hotel nichts dafür aber ich persönlich werde nicht mehr dorthin gehen nur wegen extrem vielen Mückenstiche

Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, óriási és változatos étel és snack választék, a tengerpart privát jellege és közelsége

Rengeteg a szúnyog, nehezen kezelhető a part mellett, de érdemes lenne az irtásra fordítani, az esti programok szabadtéren nem élvezhetőek így

A equipa da recepção, talvez um sorriso faria a diferença e não duvidar da palavra do hóspede. Atenção aos mosquitos, há bastantes mesmo com a rede no quarto. Nós viemos todos picados!

Gym and pool hours could be extended

The hotel was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We were also pleased with the room’s cleanliness and size, and all the facilities and services were exactly as advertised. We would especially like to mention Jimmy, who drives guests around the hotel grounds with such kindness and courtesy. The grounds are beautiful, green, and well maintained, and the pools are lovely. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The animation team was great, always with a smile, the kids loved them. We really enjoyed the activities especially volleyball and minidisco. Very good service at the restaurant and the reception, not to forget the guys from the hotel „taxi“ who did a great job. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Only the pillows were a bit high for me.

Property is nice, pretty well maintained. The food was very goor (bf, lunch, dinner). The beach un front the resort is nice.

The cleaning should be done more thoroughly.

Las habitaciones Junior suite con piscina marcan verdaderamente la diferencia y hacen que la estancia sea diferente. La comida es de calidad y las bebidas en todo incluido también. Limpieza impecable

Algún miembro del personal parece no estar muy motivado. No te miran a la cara, solo sirven lo que les pides. El personal del restaurante esta mas centrado en recoger mesas que en observar y atender si algún cliente necesita algo. Me hubiera gustado que durante el check out se hubieran interesado por saber mi opinion de la estancia. Solo me cobraron lo pendiente y adios, ningún interés por mi experiencia. En el restaurante no tienen vino, solo un sucedaneo de grifo que sabe solo a alcohol. Si quieres vino hay que pagarlo a pesar de haber contratado todo incluido. La botella mas barata son 30 eur. Un dia, el agua de la ducha y lavabo del baño salia totalmente e marrón. A la hora volvia a salir aparentemente bien.

Mancarea foarte buna, curat, personalul foarte amabil, de la portar la seful de sala, recepționeri si cameriste, soferi ce te plimbau cu limuzina in incinta, toti impecabili, amenajare frumoasa, terasa mare acoperita, pat confortabil cu saltele medii de calitate, cerseafuri foarte fine, vin in camera si fructe, consumabile de calitate, intr un cuvant este de revenit!

Nu mi a placut ca trebuiau plătite șezlongurile de pe plaja desi erai la 5 stele, ele erau incluse doar la cei cu all inclusiv, la demipensiune nu. Si la centrul spa si piscina exterioara aveai acces doar pana la 18.00!

I servizi, la cucina, la qualità delle finiture ed il comfort delle camere. Carino il pensiero di un welcome gift in camera a base di frutta fresca e una bottigkia di vino locale.

Far pagare (15€) lettini e l'ombrellone in spiaggia sebbene la mezza pensione. Tra l'altro sulla spiaggia non ci sono controlli...ho visto persone estranee accedervi senza pagare...

Si je devais dire une chose les snacks ne sont pas assez variés (pas de cakes…) et s’arrêtent trop tôt dans le all inclusive 10:30-12:00 / 15:00-17:00

Antonis the front desk manager was lovely as most of the team. We have been kindly upgraded to a vip suite with private pool which made our stay even better. The property is clean and the facilities are pleasant and never felt crowded despite being fully booked.

The food could be a bit better and more diversified. The alcohol included in the ultra all inclusive should be improved

Very Clean. Nice place for the kids. Many food options at every meal. Most of the Staff were very helpful and kind.

Only after arriving, you realize that there are additional fees for half board as opposed to full board. (Not just an extra meal a which is understood). Although there is a mini fridge, with prices. But it is empty! I guess have to order each time you want something. Although the food is varied, and the children are happy, However the many food options available are just OK. (Not once has anyone said “Wow, you have to taste the….”) The coffee machines at breakfast are not regularly attended to, and even when all works, its pretty bad coffee. The pool opens only at 10. No time for actual swimming. People leave their towels before 10, Save lounge chairs, (all day long) even though they’re not there most of the time, so no chairs available later in the day for a family.

La spiaggia si presenta bene e non è affollata. La struttura è ampia e con verde curato. Non è modernissima ma potrebbe dare il meritato confort.

I servizi sono scadenti, non certo da 5 stelle. Animazione inesistente. I ragazzi ci provano ma non hanno l'esperienza che serve e non sono guidati come dovrebbero. I bar lasciano a desiderare sia per l'offerta che per la cortesia (formula all inclusive inutile). Il ristorante serve pietanze che non permettono di scegliere se pranzare o cenare Light con le dovute alternative. Non ho visto accoglienza e/o dedizione al cliente da parte della direzione sia direttamente che indirettamente. Il cliente non è al centro dell'attenzione.

Dalla strada provinciale fino all'ingresso non c'è un cartello, un'indicazione, un'insegna: nulla. Senza Maps non saremmo mai riusciti a trovare la struttura, e per un cinque stelle è una mancanza imperdonabile. Il personale della reception è professionale: check-in rapido, presidio 24 ore, accompagnamento in camera con i bagagli. Al buffet invece il servizio di sala non è assolutamente da cinque stelle, si formano code e attese in continuazione. Colpisce il contrasto con il bel tavolo sempre riservato al direttore e al suo staff, apparecchiato e libero mentre i clienti aspettano in piedi. Il personale non è al servizio del cliente, in qualche caso persino scontroso. La proposta gastronomica in sé è ricca e discretamente varia. La pulizia sta nella media, con polvere evidente su muri, quadri e specchi, e il minibar in formula all inclusive è vuoto: ogni richiesta passa dalla reception. Il punto peggiore sono i servizi. La spa si riduce a una stanzetta per l'hammam e a una piccola sauna. La palestra è sporca, senza aria condizionata, con i pesi lasciati in disordine per giorni e nessuno che a fine giornata passi a sistemare la sala. Il parcheggio è incustodito, fuori dalla struttura, in piena campagna e completamente al buio. C'è una bella terrazza sul mare con dei salottini, peccato che di sera le luci restino sempre spente. Funzionano solo quelle di emergenza e le persone sono costrette a illuminarsi con il telefono. Un vero peccato. Con due bambini piccoli la delusione maggiore è stata l'animazione.

The location is great. There is a beach across the street. However, the resort is 1 hour drive by car from Corfu's centre.

לא ניקו לנו את החדר יומיים , ורק כאשר פניתי לעובדת אנסטסיה בקבלה , ניקו לנו את החדר ביום השני . ביום השלישי שוב נסענו לעיר וחזרנו לחדר לא מסודר ולא נקי . חבל שצריך לפנות לקבלה בשביל הדברים האלה

Οι εγκαταστάσεις ήταν πολύ καλές . Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό . Το μέρος ήταν πάντα καθαρό και περιποιημένο ενώ υπήρχαν καθημερινά πολλές δραστηριότητες για μικρούς και μεγάλους .

Η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ μακρυά )πάνω από 1 ώρα) από την πόλη και την παλιά πόλη της Κέρκυρας .

Zarżały się sytuację (ale sporadycznie) ze room service nie funkcjonował odpowiednio. Okolica bardzo uboga, przy dłuższym pobycie lub braku auta czy bez wykupionych dodatkowych wycieczek robi się nudno.

We had a fantastic stay at Almyros Beach & Spa. The hotel offers great food with a wide variety of options, fun daily programs, and a very welcoming atmosphere. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone, from reception and restaurant employees to housekeeping and the animation team, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. A special thank you to Enikő from the animation team. She is amazing with children, and my daughter absolutely adored her. Her kindness and enthusiasm made our holiday even more special. The facilities were great, but it was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff that made this stay unforgettable. We would gladly return! ❤️

היינו מאוכזבים מאוד מרמת המלון ומהפער הגדול בין הציפייה ממלון שמוגדר כ־5 כוכבים לבין החוויה בפועל. החדר היה בסיסי מאוד, המתקנים ברמה נמוכה ולא מתוחזקים כפי שהיינו מצפים ממלון ברמה הזו. גם השטחים הציבוריים והגינון ברחבי המלון אינם מטופחים ברמה שמתאימה למלון 5 כוכבים. רמת השירות הייתה מאכזבת – רוב העובדים שפגשנו לא היו נעימים במיוחד או מסבירי פנים, למעט עובד הקבלה שהיה חביב ושירותי מאוד. גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בסיסית מאוד, עם מבחר ואיכות שאינם תואמים לדעתנו מלון איכותי ברמת 5 כוכבים. בסיכומו של דבר, לדעתנו המלון אינו עומד בסטנדרט של מלון 5 כוכבים. התחושה שלנו היא שמדובר לכל היותר במלון ברמת 4 כוכבים (במחיר של מלון 5 כוכבים) וגם הגדרה זו נדיבה למדי ביחס לחוויה שלנו ובהשוואה למלונות אחרים בהם ביקרנו.

Han sigut unes vacances perfectes. L’hotel està situat davant d’una platja preciosa que et regala unes postes de sol de postal. Compta amb unes instal·lacions boniques i cuidades i les habitacions són espaioses i còmodes. Les piscines han encantat als meus fills, sobre tot la piscina de tobogans. L’ambient és familiar i respectuós. El menjar està francament bo, hi ha molta disponibilitat de plats vegetarians i no vegetarians i les postres són espectaculars. Cada dia s’especialitzen en la cuina típica d’un país. El punt fort sens dubte és l’amabilitat de tot el personal, que t’ofereix un tracte atent i donen resposta a qualsevol necessitat que tinguis. Tot el staff és cordial i atent i et fan sentir millor que a casa. Marxem agraïts i feliços.

M’ha agradat tot, però si hagués de millorar alguna cosa, posaria refrescos de marca al tot inclòs. Personalment hagués agraït coca cola zero (sóc conscient, però, de que seria filar molt prim) i aquest aspecte no desmereix la qualitat de l’hotel. Les begudes alcohòliques i els combinats estan molt bons!

No quarto tinha um rato e quando avisei a receção questionaram se eu tinha visto mesmo bem. O meu filho andou sempre muito assustado. Mudamos de quarto e nem um chuveiro a funcionar tinha bem. Melgas muito presentes

1. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Could not fault them! 2. The pool and kids slides were great for families 3. The breakfast buffet was extensive, well presented and great for everyone 4. They provide a clothes line on the balcony which was extremely helpful

1. The rooms were very outdated 2. The bathrooms were not representative of a 5 star hotel. There was mould and grime everywhere and the mirrors were delaminating 3. We found several ants in the bathroom and two spiders in the bedroom along with spider webs. 4. The property is so large that if you have a disability it’s almost unbearable to walk to your room. You need to call for a buggy each time 5. In order to get a beach towel you have to walk to the beach (which is not connected to the hotel) and give them a towel card. If you do not give this card back you get charged €20. To return the towels, you have to go back to the same towel kiosk across the road. 6. The pool, slides and towel kiosk do not open until 10am so children are left waiting on the sunbeds to be allowed into the pool which was inconvenient to say the least. They close at 6pm even though it’s still daylight 7. The location is too far from everything 8. The buffet breakfast labels were in English and a different language (not Greek) to cater to the majority nationality visiting so it was very confusing 9. You also have to wear a wrist band for your entire stay in which the reception staff clip onto your wrist when you check in. It is so the staff can identify guest levels and inclusions associated with your booking. I found it degrading and not private

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern in diesem Hotel. Positives: - gutes Essen - Nähe zum Strand - Angebot für Kinder (Kidsclub, jeden Abend Kinderdisco, toller Spielplatz) - Mini-Supermarkt im Hotel mit fairen Preisen sowie einer ausserhalb des Hotels nur wenige Schritte entfernt - sehr schöner langer Sandstrand gleich gegenüber

- Sauberkeit der WC in der Lobby nicht einem 5-Sterne entsprechend, die Lobby wirkte von der Einrichtung her eher „altbacken“ - relativ kleines Zimmer für eine Junior Suite, keine Verbindungstüre zwischen den Schlafbereichen - die Dusche hatte kaum Wasserdruck - eine spez. Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr unsympathisch und wirkte unmotivert - die Lage etwas ungünstig im Norden, man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen

The food was delicious both at the restaurant and at the pool. Staff were very friendly. Special shout out to the chauffeurs, our cleaner for Athena block, the crepe guy and the guy with the ponytail looking after the pool bar! Pool and slides were great as was the accommodation. Arriving at 1pm local time and be offered lunch was very welcome.

Reception staff could have been more knowledgeable about events. Booking a day trip with them had more back and forths than should be needed. Beach was ok but be sure to wear some shoes if you go in. We'd read in some reviews about mosquitos but didn't have much issue.

We had a really nice stay at Almyros Beach Resort & Spa. The resort itself is beautiful, with lots of greenery, clean pools, and good sports facilities—it really gives you that proper holiday resort feeling. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and were cleaned really well every day. The beach is lovely with soft sand and calm, clear water. The food was good, with enough variety for everyone in our family at every meal, and we greatly appreciated having the main allergens clearly written below each dish. What really makes this resort special, though, is the people. Every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to the Animation Team! You can genuinely feel the positive energy they bring. They’re always smiling and enthusiastic, but never pushy or over the top—just naturally making the atmosphere lighter and more fun. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it really made our stay memorable.

A few small things could use some improvement. The shower pressure in the room could be a bit unpredictable, and mosquitoes are very active in the evenings. The beach area also needs a little more regular upkeep compared to the rest of the resort—we found a wasp nest under one of the wooden umbrellas we were about to use, and there were some spiky beach plant pieces scattered around the sand. Adding a small beach bar there would also be a great upgrade. Lastly, the drinking water setup was surprising for an all-inclusive package. Bottled water isn’t included and the bars close at 11 PM, making it inconvenient to get water at night. While the filtered water stations are helpful, providing a couple of bottled waters in the room daily would be a small touch that guests would really appreciate.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das Essen war wirklich abwechslungsreich und hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

חדר כושר עלוב וללא מזגן המים בחדרים אסורים לשתיה מקבלים שני בקבוקים שאפשר למלא אבל יש רק מקום אחד למילוי היה נחמד אם היו עוד מקום קרוב לחדרים

מלון מעולה, יש חוף ים צמוד, בריכה גדולה עם מים בטמפרטורה מושלמת, עוד בריכות לילדים עם מגלשות מגניבות לילדים קטנים. האוכל גם אחלה וכל ערב יש פעילות לילדים.

שני דברים קטנים שלא הורידו ציון אבל אפשר לשפר הם המזרונים בחדרים שמאוד רכים ואפילו עם שקעים, וגם הקפה קצת מבאס כי הוא ממכונת שתייה כזאת.

The hotel has good infrastructure and spacious rooms. The grounds are well maintained and the large swimming pool is nice. The location is quiet and suitable for a relaxing holiday for a family. However, it does not feel like a true 5 star resort, far from that..

The hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers. The all inclusive package is very disappointing, as bottled water and many standard international drinks are not included. Instead, guests can get local alternatives of Coca Cola, Sprite and other soft drinks, as well as low quality local wines and other drinks. Considering guests are advised not to drink tap water, charging extra for bottled water is difficult to justify. There is little entertainment for either adults or children. Apart from one large pool and a very small children’s pool, there is not much to do. There is another pool with slides, but it was almost always empty. Mosquitoes were a major issue throughout our stay. There were also bees everywhere, and some beehives attached to the windows of guest rooms, which suggests poor maintenance and should be addressed for safety reasons. Service was inconsistent. While a few members of staff were excellent, many employees in the restaurant and bars were not particularly welcoming or helpful. We were a family of seven and repeatedly experienced unnecessary difficulties when trying to sit together at meals, despite there being available space.

L’hôtel est très propre et confortable. La plage de sable juste en face de l’hôtel. Le buffet est très copieux et les plats sont très bons. Les cocktails de all inclusive sont bons aussi. Le kids club propose plein d’activités pour les enfants, chaque soir il y a une mini-disco et les animations. Nous avons bien aimé le séjour.

Hotel delikatnie na obrzeżach miasta Acharawi dzięki czemu jest spokojnie i klimatycznie ale blisko do miasta z wieloma restauracjami (wiele z nich tuż przy plaży z dobrym jedzeniem). Hotel ma dostęp do pięknie położonej plaży z leżakami i parasolami. Pokoje są przestronne, dobrze wyposażone a obsługa dba o nie na bieżąco. Znakomite jedzenie z dużym wyborem i różnorodnością (wiele propozycji kuchni greckiej). Piękna roślinność na terenie hotelu, duży basen i zjeżdżalnie. Wiele animacji dla dzieci. Bardzo pomocna obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i restauracji. Bezpłatny parking hotelowy z dużą liczbą miejsc.

Drinki i kawa przy basenowym barze były słabej jakości ale to chyba norma w wielu hotelach.

A special thanks to the animation team – they were absolutely fantastic! Full of energy from morning until evening, creating a fun atmosphere without ever being intrusive. There were plenty of activities throughout the day, so it was impossible to get bored. The food was outstanding. It was not only varied, but also of excellent quality. Every meal offered something different, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. It was easily one of the best all-inclusive dining experiences we have had. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent service, great entertainment and outstanding food. We would definitely love to come back.

Wunderschöne Anlage, Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer - ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Bardzo fajny resort z wieloma udogodnieniami. Fajne apartamenty. Do dyspozycji gości basen , boiska, dużo fajnych animacji. Plaża dosłownie 20 m od hotelu. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i życzliwy.

Mały minus, który pewnie już na etapie rezerwacji widać i świadomie się podejmuje decyzję to lokalizacja. Faktycznie gdy ktoś lubi wyjść do miasteczka to w tym przypadku jest min. 30 minut spaceru.

Villa br. 2 je izvrsna. Čistaćice po pozivu cijelu villu počiste jako detaljno. Bazen je odlične veličine.

Okolina izvan resorta nije baš najbolja. Imaš osjećaj da je resort ured ničega.

Totul a fost foarte bine, mâncarea foarte gustoasă.

Plaja ar trebuie puțin îngrijită. Nisipul nu era prea fin, dar nu e mare problemă.

Sve je bilo zaista savršeno i bez ikakvih primjedbi.Nove vile smještene u lijepom zelenom parku sa palmama, zelenim drvećem i cvijećem, prostrane sobe sa balkonima i udobnim krevetima, mir i tišina. Odlična organizacija prijema i odjave, kao i pomoć oko prtljaga, parkinga itd. Izvanredna ponuda svježe pripremljenih jela za sve obroke, veliki izbor voća, kolača i pića u glavnom restoranu i u barovima pored bazena tokom cijelog dana i večeri. Tim animatora da bude zabavnije djeci i odraslima. Predivna duga pješčana plaža sa ležaljkama i čisto more, koje nam je bilo glavni razlog dolaska. Nadasve prijatno osoblje koje je stalno na usluzi i gdje se gost osjeća stvarno dobrodošlim. Naša porodica( baka, sin snaha i dva unuka) smo bili u posebnim sobama koje su vratima bile spojene. Naš odmor u Almyros B.R. je bio fenomenalan i nezaboravan!!!

Our junior suite with swim up pool was amazing, the attentiveness of the staff, everyone was very friendly, including the animation team. Great selection of activities all through the day. Tried the spa as well as the massage was absolutely fantastic, thank you, Lina! Car rental service was very easy to use. The loungers weren’t taken up with towels at 8am and which made our stay very relaxing, as we didn’t have to rush to get a space.

The range of included drinks in the All inclusive package was limited compared to other resorts we’ve been to in Greece (eg, caipirinha, margarita.,, we’re not included). But service was pretty fast.

Everything was perfect! There was a wide range of food, the service was good, the beach was close by and very comfortable, and the territory was beautiful.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Garten zwischen den Zimmern ist wunderschön angelegt, tolle Blumen und Palmen, die einen Sommerurlaub perfekt machen. Noch sehr zu hervorzuheben, das fabelhafte Essen. Eine große Auswahl täglich frisch zubereiteter Speisen und jeden Tag abwechslungsreich. Geschmacklich wirklich gut. Auch das Personal insbesondere Rezeption und Kellner sind wirklich freundlich und toll geschult. Großes Kompliment! Auch die Animateure haben sich viel Mühe gegeben. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön.

Der hohe Pappbecherverbrauch an der Poolbar, dort werden täglich hunderte Becher ausgegeben für die AI-Gäste, bitte verwendet wiederverwendbare Plastikbecher. Wir hatten einige Ameisen im Zimmer. Bei AI bekommt man keine echte coca Cola, diese müsste man bezahlen, das ist etwas schade aber auch nicht furchtbar schlimm, es gibt genug andere Getränke.

Отличная гостиница с хорошим пляжем. Питание разнообразное, много фруктов, сладостей и вскуснейшая пицца. Территория небольшая, но ухоженная, есть спортивные площадки, вечерние программы и дневные развлечения у бассейна. В номере тихо, хорошая уборка, и спасибо всему персоналу, мы остались довольны!

I loves everything. We got the all inclusive package and the food for every meal was AMAZING!!! On top of that, the ANIMATION TEAM made me feel right at home how they greeted my family and I along with how they treated us like their own family as well. All of them incorporated as much healthy & fit exercising as possible and got every single person moving throughout the entire stay. That ANIMATION team is truly something special, every single one of them. Wish we stayed longer honestly because they really created a bond like no other with my family & i. Please if you can, let them know that X says thank you for all they did for us and we love them 💙

There was NOTHING to dislike

Tolle Küche, ich bin Vegerarierin und habe eine grosse Auswahl an lecker zubereiteten Gerichten gefunden. Der Service war Klasse, nette Bedienung super sympathisches Animations-Team. Die Yoga-Lektionen unvergesslich - grosser Dank an Diana! Aber auch alle anderen Aktivitäten waren willkommen. Danke Alexandra, Mišo,....

So všetkým sme boli absolútne spokojní. Vila aj bazén boli čisté, všetko krásne upratané, na vile všetko potrebné k dispozícii (práčka, myčka, sušiak, kávovar, rôzne spotrebiče). Na vile nás čakalo kvalitné prosecco a misa plná ovocia. Personál bol absolútne úžasný, milý, pozorný k deťom aj dospelým. Jedlo skvelé, bohatý výber naozaj všetkého.

Animatori, kā arī edināšana ir ļoti laba. Patika arī lokācija un jūras tuvums.

Šī jau bija otrā reize, kad šeit bijām. Kopumā viss bija labi. Nepatika tas, ka virs terases pie baseina bija bezdelīgu ligzdas. Putni netraucēja, bet traucēja tas, ka uz terases bija daudz putnu kaku, kā rezultātā nebija pilnībā iespējams izbaudīt terases priekšrocības. Ligzdas bija arī pie ēkas tieši virs baseina, kā rezultātā putnu kakas krita tieši baseinā, līdz ar to baseins bija pilns ar putnu mēsliem un spalvām. Ar ēdināšanas procesu bija diezgan liels bardaks un neorganizētība. Galdiņus ierāda personāls, kas vienmēr ir dusmīgs un neapmierināts (vismaz radās tāds iespaids). Bija arī situācija, kad galdiņš tika ierādīts, bet kamēr izvēlējāmies ēdienu, tikmēr kāds cits viesmīlis mūsu vietu bija ierādījis citam pārim.

We had a wonderful and very family-like stay. The reception staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Enikö, Preslav, and the entire animation team for their enthusiasm, kindness, and great entertainment. They made our holiday truly memorable, and we would be happy to come back!

Personale gentilissimo, ci siamo sentiti accolti e hanno soddisfatto ogni esigenza. Anche l'animazione ci è piaciuta molto.

Unica pecca la spiaggia poco curata (la pulizia potrebbe migliorare) e moltissime formiche anche in camera (comunque risolta con uno spray fornito dallo staff).

Posto eccezionale! Staff gentile, disponibile e simpatico, pronto ad accontentare eventuali richieste. La camera aveva i comfort necessari per l'intera vacanza. Location molto bella e immersa in un verde molto curato. Le piscine ben curate e a su misura per i bambini. Spiaggia sabbiosa. Il ristorante ti offre tantissime scelte, che sia colazione/pranzo/cena. Durante la giornata l'animazione ti coinvolge nelle attività giornaliere senza mai essere invadente.

The facilities were excellent, and the staff were consistently polite and welcoming. The entertainment team was particularly good with children, creating a fun atmosphere while also being respectful and knowing when to give guests their space. The swimming pool and water slides were enjoyable and well maintained. There was a wide variety of food available, offering plenty of choice throughout our stay. After five days, however, the menu began to feel a little repetitive, although the overall quality and selection were good.

Upon arrival, the room was beautifully prepared, with tea and coffee-making facilities, milk, and a complimentary plate of fruit, which was a very thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. However, during the remainder of our stay, the housekeeping standards did not consistently reflect those expected of a 5-star property. The milk was not replenished, some cutlery was removed and not replaced, and the beds were not always made up to a high standard. While the initial presentation of the room was excellent, the ongoing housekeeping service could be improved to provide a more consistent guest experience.

Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns dadurch direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Animationsteam war aufmerksam, aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Mit den Menschen steht und fällt ein gelungener Aufenthalt und das hat hier gepasst! Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier Daniela, eine super herzliche Reinigungskraft. Die Anlage ist schön bepflanzt und zwar groß, aber nicht riesig. Die Poolanlage war sauber. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist zwar gut,, aber zu Fuß kann man nicht wirklich wohin laufen. Selbst in den nächsten Ort benötigt man 40 Minuten zu Fuß, was in Ordnung wäre, wenn es Gehwege gäbe. Für unseren knapp 2-jährigen Sohn war das Resort ein Traum. Den großen modernen Spielplatz mit großen Schirmen für Schatten hat er geliebt. Ebenso den Kids Corner, auch wenn er hierfür noch etwas jung war (Betreuung, Basteln, Malen, Spielen) und die Mini-Disco am Abend. Das Essen war insgesamt gut. Es gab täglich neben internationalen Speisen auch traditionelle griechische Gerichte am Buffet. Die Auswahl war groß, aber nicht übertrieben. Dass es eine Bar mit Gewürzen und frischem Schnittlauch gibt, finde ich Klasse. Bei einem Aufenthalt von mind. einer Woche ist ein Essen im Restaurant inbegriffen. Das war sehr lecker, mit gutem Service und tollem Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Lautstärke der Animation, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts, hielt sich in Grenzen (wir hatten ein Zimmer etwa in der Mitte der Anlage). Um 23 Uhr war es spätestens leise. Zwischen 12 und 15 Uhr ebenso. Es gab Sportangebote wie Yoga oder Beachvolleyball. Die Schränke und Schubladen im Zimmer sind hochwertig und lassen sich leise schließen. Im Zimmer war es insgesamt sauber. Das Toilettenpapier ist hochwertiger als ich es aus vielen Hotels gewohnt bin. Die Betten sind eher hart. Aber recht bequem.

Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber der Außenbereich nicht überall. Auf den Treppen zu den Zimmern lagen tagelang toten Ameisen und auch ein kleiner Frosch in den Ecken. Bei Kleinkindern, die das anfassen, ist das recht gefährlich. Wenn dort Insekten bekämpft werden, muss man diese auch wegräumen. Ob der Frosch durch die Chemikalien zu Grunde ging oder zufällig, kann ich nicht sagen. Auch im Essensbereich wird eher oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Untersetzer/Matten auf den Tischen werden gewischt, aber nicht darunter, so dass sich dort manchmal Dreck sammelt. Der Bereich an der Bühne ist nicht regefest überdacht, nur für Schatten. Dadurch kann man dort bei Regen nicht sitzen und die Sitzpolster werden regelmäßig nass. Bei einer Insel, auf der es auch in den Sommermonaten mal regnet, ist das nicht verständlich. Für die Überdachung am Balkon der Zimmer im 1. OG gilt dasselbe. Am Pool gibt es Pappgeschirr und -becher, was nicht nachhaltig ist. Das hat uns nicht gefallen! Der Automat für die Papiertücher zum Trocknen der Hände auf dem öffentlichen WC war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts kaputt. Die dicke Rolle mit den Papiertüchern stand einfach so herum. Warum repariert man das nicht? Je nach Uhrzeit gab es kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche, sobald man sie warm drehte (gegen 18 Uhr, zumindest in den ersten Tagen). Duschen war kaum möglich. Der Pool für Kleinkinder hatte z.T. nur 23-24 Grad, kälter als der große Pool. Hier wäre es toll gewesen, zu beheizen, zumindest bis Ende Mai, wenn es z.T. noch nicht sehr heiß ist. Unser erstes Zimmer roch stark modrig, nach Keller. Wir haben uns direkt am ersten Abend beschwert und nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt. Noch am selben Abend konnten wir umziehen – jedoch war das Hotel zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht ausgebucht. Insgesamt hat das Hotel keine fünf Sterne verdient. Es gibt zu viele Schwächen.

חזרנו מחופשה מושלמת ורציתי באמת להמליץ מכל הלב על המלון הזה ❤️ נסענו לחגוג יום הולדת לאמא שלי ולאחי, והצוות פשוט ריגש אותנו ברמות. הם קישטו במיוחד את המקום שבו ישבנו בארוחה לכבוד יום ההולדת, קישטו גם את החדר בבלונים, ואפילו הפתיעו עם עוגה לשולחן 🎂 הרגיש שהם באמת משקיעים באורחים ונותנים יחס אישי וחם. הניקיון היה טוב מאוד: החליפו מגבות כל יום ושטפו את החדר . הכי חשוב לנו היה הניקיון כי אחותי אלרגית לאבק והם היו מעולים . האוכל היה טעים מאוד, מגוון ובשפע. היו תמיד גם אופציות בשריות וגם חלביות, ככה שכל אחד מצא מה לאכול ובאמת שלא היה חסר כלום. המלון הוא הכל כלול אמיתי — אוכל, נשנושים, גלידות, שתייה קלה ואלכוהול לאורך כל היום, צוות בידור מקסים, הופעות מקסימות, והכול ממש על קו הים 🌊 עוד משהו חשוב — המלון יחסית רחוק מהעיר המרכזית (בערך שעה), אבל יש למטה חנות ומחוץ למלון 2 דק הליכה שאפשר לקנות בה דברים אם חסר משהו. ותמיד אפשר להזמין הסעה מהמלון ולצאת לטייל מסביב מאוד יפה גם העיר העתיקה, אין קניון באי , כל חנויות בוטיק מקומיות. למי שמתעניין בהסעה: אנחנו שילמנו על ואן זה עלה 110 לשדה תעופה . צריך פשוט לדבר עם המלון יומיים לפני כדי שיארגנו הסעה אם רוצים. וגם הם מארגנים בוסטר לתינוק. והערה קטנה להורים עם תינוקות 👶 אם אתם מגיעים עם תינוק/ת, חשוב מאוד להתארגן מראש עם אוכל תינוקות, גרברים ,אבקת חלב וכדומה, כי במלון אין מוצרים כאלה. בקיצור — זאת חופשה מהממת למי שרוצה לצאת מהלחץ של החיים ולחזור רגועים . הייתה חופשה מושלמת, שירות מדהים, אוכל מעולה ואווירה כיפית ומפנקת. בהחלט מקום שהייתי חוזרת אליו שוב ❤️

Staff was incredible - Very friendly (honourable mention for Stamatina!), helpful, very kind to the kids and visibly respectful to each other. When we had minor issues or requests they really took a great effort to make us happy. Food was 10/10: HUGE buffet for Breakfast and Dinner, countless options, with lots of daily variation. All in all great value for money and an amazing holiday with kids. Rooms were great, bed was comfy.

We stayed in the hotel for around ten days and it was absolutely great. The location is quiet, around one hour by car from the airport. The facilities are well equipped and the overall location is perfect with a small child. The staff was beyond expectations. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The restaurant/ catering staff were absolutely amazing, always smiling to us and our little one and being very helpful. Many thanks for that! The animation team was organising nice activities, a bit of everything for everyone's taste and making efforts to make everyone feel included. From the kids corner, we want to say a big thanks to the Hungarian girl (sorry didn't get the name), she was absolutely great, very kind with kids and involving. The food was great too, lots of choices and Greek food offered.

There isn't much to say, small details, e.g., we had some ants in our apartment; the water did take some time to heat or sometimes the flow was very low but we are fully aware that these things are common on Greek islands, so wasn't a big issue. Coffee could have been better in the buffet but also not a big issue, as we could easily get another one in the bar area.

בכל מקום יכולות לקרות תקלות. ההבדל בין מלון מעולה למלון רגיל, הוא צורת הטיפול בתקלה. גם לנו הייתה תקלה אבל, היא נפתרה בצורה נהדרת על ידי הצוות המדהים של המלון !
