Varias cosas, entre ellos la piscina no estaba climatizada y se veía sucia, al llegar habían letreros en todos lados de abelardo deaspriella lo cual fue realmente incomodo ya que uno sale a descansar para tener que soportar eso, avisos personas con camisetas del mismo personaje el ambiente se sentía tenso deberían decir a antes de, el baño de la habitación se le salía el agua y las señoras del aseo considero que tenían mala actitud

El personal se encarga de orientar a los huéspedes y ofrece múltiples planes y recomendaciones para conocer los principales atractivos de la región, lo que facilita mucho la experiencia de viaje. Las instalaciones son cómodas, el ambiente es agradable y la atención siempre fue amable y oportuna. Además, cuentan con facilidades para la carga de vehículos eléctricos sin complicaciones, algo que agradecimos mucho durante nuestro recorrido. Es un hotel que realmente se preocupa por sus huéspedes y por hacer que disfruten al máximo de Villa de Leyva y sus alrededores. Totalmente recomendado. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pay for the Suite to use the jet tub and it wasn't working propeely. The jets came out of the tub and black dirt to the water, horrible. I request for it to be fix and it was never done during my stay. They only offer a 10% discount and that was not reasonable for the inconvenience. Additional, safety is an issue; to exit the tub there is no handle and the floor gets wet every time you take a shower. (Note: the shower is inside the tub). I address this issue because I felt down while I was coming out of the tub. Lastly, the suite is not prepare for hadicaps.

The only one thing I would suggest is to tighten the faucets so they won’t move and also the shower head in the “Imperial Suite” that’s where we stayed. But other than that our experience at Villa Roma was awesome. I would definitely come back.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2016Easy walk from the bus terminal. After checking in we were able to relax in swing chairs on the balcony before a short walk to explore the beautiful town center. Plenty of restaurants in the town center to chose from for an afternoon snack or evening meal. The breakfast choices were limited, but the food served was freshly prepared and tasty.
