繁華街の中心地にあり、離島ターミナルも近く、利便性がよかったです。また、アメニティも充実していて（女性には雪肌精もありました）、ありがたかったです。 お部屋はこじんまりですが、値段相応、綺麗にお掃除してありました。おすすめです。

お部屋も快適で、食事も美味しく、必要なサービスも整っていました。街中なので、夕食や買物、そしてバスターミナル前なので空港からのアクセスも良かったです。 開放されている屋上からの眺めも良かったです。

人気があるからでしょうが、予約が取りにくく、今回は10年以上ぶりに予約出来てラッキーでした。これは欠点とは言えませんが…

飯店離公車站近，離港碼頭也近，公設市場也在附近，商圈很多，美食也多。飯店的早餐也好吃，值得推薦

住宿地點非常方便，就在巴士總站隔壁。 早餐有提供當地的特色料理，下午有提供當地釀造的好喝清酒，還蠻不錯的。 另外如果有需要外出玩水的毛巾，可以跟飯店借，不用自己再帶大毛巾很方便。

雖然當地的海草粥吃起來很好吃，但3天的早餐樣式都一樣。

La posizione comodissima, vicino al terminal dei bus che portano in tutta l’ isola e al porto che conduce alle altre isole. E’ nella via principale di Ishigaki piena di negozi e ristorantini. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

The location is great near the port, bus station and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and had a nice dining table. Breakfast was good and had nice variety of foods. There is a paid parking lot for the hotel guests across the street.

Great central location to everything, lovely sakè bar too

前台服務人員非常友善，還幫忙預約隔天需要到機場的計程車，一切都安排妥當，感謝他們的協助。6:30的早餐讓我們可以在搭飛機前填飽肚子，食物多元，甚至有當地特色八重山麵、島豆腐、海藻酢等，是一間值得推薦的飯店。

服務人員超親切盡責，飯店位置絕佳，除了附近非常多店家餐廳，也是參加活動好接送的地方，房間超乾淨採光好，洗衣機不用搶很夠用、飲水機、飲品、冰塊都有準備給房客。 最後一天因為安排海豚游泳，還可以付600日幣在一樓梳洗，實在太方便，最後還協助我們叫大台的計程車到碼頭，親切地與我們說再見，我去日本無數次(沖繩、東京、大阪、北海道、福岡、名古屋等等)~ 這是我第一次要離開有點想哭捨不得! 謝謝你們!! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel's location is perfect—not only are there plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, but it's also an excellent place for transportation to and from activities. Our room was spotless, bright, and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities for guests, including plenty of washing machines (so there was never a wait), a water dispenser, complimentary drinks, and even ice. On our last day, we had planned a dolphin swimming experience. The hotel offered us the option to use the shower facilities on the first floor for just ¥600 after the activity, which was incredibly convenient. They also kindly helped us arrange a larger taxi to the port. When we left, the staff warmly said goodbye, and it genuinely touched us. I've traveled to Japan many times—Okinawa, Tokyo, Osaka, Hokkaido, Fukuoka, Nagoya, and more—but this is the very first time I've felt emotional about leaving a hotel. I almost cried because I didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable. We truly hope to come back again!

NONE~Everything was perfect.

The hotel is very close to the bus station and the ferry station. Also, there are dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance. My room was quiet, with a simple but very clean bathroom. The staff at the front desk was always very nice.

Unless you want luxury, this is a perfect hotel to spend a few days on the island.

My first impression was the wonderful smell in the hotel, I loved it! Overall, the hotel has a beautiful Japanese-style decor and a cozy, home like vibe. I slept well during my stay. The staff members were also amazing; they were so thoughtful and always willing to help. The breakfast was also delicious, loved the fruit, salmon, and teriyaki chicken. I left some cigarettes in room 303 because I realized I couldn't bring them back to Taiwan at that time. If the staff sees this comment, please feel free to take them. I enjoyed my stay guys, and I'm so sorry I didn't catch your names.

This hotel is perfectly located closed to the ferry and surrounded by nice places. The breakfast is very good and the staff very attentive. You have free corn soup all day long and free sake from 3 to 5 PM. And of course the normal drinks and ice. There are 3 coin washing machines and dryers.

I did not like the fact that the check in times are very strict. They would not make any exemptions. There was a guest who had to change rooms and they let him nearly till 3 PM waiting in the lounge with a small child that was falling asleep.

施設の問題ではなく　宿泊者の問題だけど　朝ごはんの時のバイキングが自国でその文化が無いのか　ちと損得みたいな傾向を感じる　つまりたくさん取ろうたくさん食べようと　都会のビジネスホテルならいざ知らずリゾート地だとこちらもゆっくり朝メシ　と思っていてもすぐ隣りでそれをやられると（ ; ; ） 話し声も大きいし　挙げ句の果ては『ゲップ』 隣りの欧米人？のカップルも両手をひろげて　いましたよ（ ; ; ）

首先是地理位置個人覺得非常優越,裝修整潔感覺有陽光的色彩,很合適夏天時入住,每天早餐都好吃,如果早餐有更多選擇更佳。最喜歡大堂lobby,已經準備好防曬用具、牙刷、牙膏等等...非常便利, 方便我們自取。

如果價格再便宜一點更佳。

Good location in town near lots of restaurants. Hotel staff very nice and friendly and helpful. They had a scuba diving equipment drying room which came in handy for getting all our items dry before packing.

Great location, friendly staff, and the breakfast was good. Nice rooftop area, but some cushions for the seating would've made it more comfortable.

Overall, there isn't much to complain about. The room was a bit tight to open 2 suitcases & there appears to be dirt/cobwebs higher on the ceiling that should be cleaned.

①フェリーターミナルにもバスターミナルにも近くロケーションはとても良かった。 ②延泊をお願いした時に、webからの方が安くなると教えてくれた。 ③朝食はバイキング形式で、朝6時半からやっていたので、早朝の船の時間にも間に合った。

I liked everything about the hotel. The location was amazing, great value for money. Great breakfast. The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious. The rooftop Terrence was a nice touch. The staff were amazing so friendly, kind and helpful. I had a great time. When I go back to Ishigaki I will definitely stay here. Recommend it for all groups, family, solo travelers.

I have nothing negative to say about it.

トイレのウォシュレットがかなり旧式だったことに加え、トイレまでの導線に大きな段差があり何度か転びそうになった。朝食も品数を増やしてほしい。

Sehr gutes Hotel – besonders erwähnenswert ist allerdings das Frühstück. Das Hotel nutzt das Frühstücksbuffet um eine Einführung in traditionelle und modernere ortstypische Speisen zu geben. So beginnt der Tag schon mit einem tollen touristischen Erlebnis. Auch schön: die Sake-Bar im Haus und der wechselnde Gratis-Sake zum testen. Außerdem war der Trockenraum für Tauchausrüstung ein sehr nützliches Detail, das ich so noch nie in einem Hotel gesehen habe.

Charmant hôtel, dans une rue passante, à 10mn à pied du port. L'hôtel est très bien, le petit déjeuner varié et excellent. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympa et attentionné (merci beaucoup pour la petite attention trouvée dans notre chambre !).

La chambre était néanmoins petite, surtout quand vous avez une grande valise.

La habitación era compacta pero estaba muy limpia y tenía todo lo que pudiesemos necesitar. El personal fue muy atento e incluso nos guardaron las maletas tanto antes del check-in como después del check-out. En general el ambiente del hotel era muy agradable y aunque solo estuvimos una noche, nos pareció muy acogedor.

La habitación quizás era un poco pequeña pero realmente más que suficiente para nosotros. No hubo nada que realmente no nos gustase.

És un hotel molt cèntric, prop del port i l'estació d'autobusos, amb un personal molt amable i atent. Les habitacions tenen una mida justa com per considerar-ho agradable, però estan bé i són còmodes. L'esmorzar que serveixen és un buffet ben complet i variat, amb petites variacions diàries. Tenen aigua, te i cafè disponibles les 24h, i sake gratuït per les tardes. Hi ha servei pagant de rentadores.

L'única pega que hi vaig trobar és que si estàs allotjat a l'habitació davant de les rentadores, aquesta zona també dóna servei a qui vol fumar dintre l'hotel i el fum de tabac arriba a l'habitació de manera puntual.

今回は友人同士の旅で利用しました。 スタッフもフレンドリーで 港から近く、周りにはユーグレナモール、 飲食店もあり便利な場所です。 屋上には歓談したり、寛げる場所もあり 大好きなホテルです。

空港からのアクセスも良く、フェリーターミナルへも徒歩5〜6分で立地も良い。 建物は古いですが、リノベーションされて清潔感もあり、心地良く滞在出来た。

浴槽の排水が良く無かったが、スタッフの対応が早く問題無し。

ロケーションがとてもいいです。離島ターミナルにも近く、周りに飲食店やお土産店もいっぱいあり、コンビニもななめ前なのでとても便利でした。また屋上からの景色も良くゆっくりできました。朝食もとても美味しくてつい食べ過ぎてしまいました。スタッフさん達の対応も丁寧で感じ良かったです。次もまた利用したいです。
