地點很好；員工每個都很好很有禮貌；房間非常乾淨，床非常好睡；陽台景色很讚每天看到外面碼頭海景都很開心；電視有Netflix. 隔音好，早餐好吃很多當地特產；賣店很神奇幾乎什麼外面的店跟機場賣的通通有超方便！

あえて言うとすれば、1Fの渡り廊下がやや室外だったので、囲ったほうが良いのでは？

Posizione eccellente a pochi passi dal terminal traghetti perfetto per gite in giornata e vicinissimo al centro. L'hotel è moderno, molto pulito e lo staff gentile e accogliente. La camera grande con tutti i confort. All'interno dell'albergo ci sono più servizi di cui si può usufruire: un negozio di souvenir, un ristorante, la piscina e anche l'onsen.

とても清潔でした。立地条件も良く、飲食店街やお土産屋も近い。石垣港の目の前で、石垣空港行きのバスターミナルも目の前で言う事無い位良いロケーションです。

La posizione vicinissima al porto e al centro di Ishigaki e la colazione con ampia scelta anche internazionale. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile.

Forse il rapporto qualità prezzo é un pochino alto. Btw sto aspettando risposta da Booking.com per il rimborso di alcune notti di pernotto purtroppo usufruite a causa di un tifone. Giustamente l’Hotel mi ha detto di sentire direttamente Booking.com, ma non ho ancora ricevuto risposta dall’Assistenza Clienti.

Very good location and good facilities. Not old not new but everything you need for a comfortable stay specially when you want to enjoy the city. Then buses leave directly next to the hotel so you can easily visit the beach.

Just how old it seemed but it didn’t really bother us.

Right across the street from the Uehara port. Takes 2 minutes to walk to the port. All the staff was so nice and helpful. We booked 2 adjoining rooms so that was nice to have that option as a family.

Rooms are definitely small but suited our needs.

Sehr gut war die direkte Lage am Busbahnhof/Fährterminal und zahlreiche Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants waren fußläufig und schnell erreichbar. Beim Frühstücksbüffet gab es zudem eine große Auswahl. Das waren die positiven Aspekte, die wenig mit der Unterkunft zu tun haben. Weiterempfehlen würden wir das Hotel auf keinen Fall.

Das Hotel ist absolut in die Jahre gekommen und versprüht den Charme 80er Jahre und die Zimmer sind absolut überteuert. Olle Vorhänge, Flecken und Schäden in und an den Wänden. Über den Teppichboden und das Bad legen wir den Mantel des Schweigens. Zum Glück waren wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs. Der Pool hatte leider nur einen Tag Wasser, danach blieb diese Area geschlossen. Die Mitarbeiter passten sich leider diesem Niveau an. Eines der schlechtesten Hotels während unserer Reise.

The cleaning was really poor. The bathroom door in the room was full of dust. The table in the room looked didn't wiped, very dusty... The floor carpets were so many stains. Swimming pool looked never clean up, we went twice but same trash was there next day...

Fantastic location next to Uehara port. Very helpful and friendly staff, generous breakfast, nice gift shop downstairs, and air conditioning in the room much appreciated!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, as it is very close to the city center, the port, and the bus stop, making it incredibly easy to get around. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the service was very good throughout my stay. The staff was helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel offers a great breakfast and an unbeatable location. The staff are very nice.

The common areas feel a bit dated (swimming pool, for example). The rooms in the west wing are 2 star quality, definitely not 4 star quality. I believe they do have more modern rooms in this hotel but I choose to judge based on the room they feel they can give me and this was very very low quality.

とくに無かったですが… 部屋に入室した瞬間排水の匂いが 気になるのですが 入室していると気にならなくなる レベルなので消臭剤か芳香剤を 備えておけば大丈夫なのかな…と。

朝食がバリエーション豊富でおいしく頂きました。

For a Japaness hotel the room was a good size and very well equipped. Of course nice staff. Of course TOTALLY clean. Location not only is next to the port but you can see it from one side of the hotel. Happy to stay there again

It is a traditional Japan style Hotel. Breakfast is good, variety of food which covers major Japanese and some western food. We are quite enjoy the breakfast and would expect it could extend the breakfast time longer. There room size is about the right size and the location is very convenient to explore the nearby islands.

毎回石垣島に来た時は利用させてもらってます。 立地も良いし 部屋も綺麗😍 スタッフの方が皆んな親切です。

従業員の対応が良い ホテル内で、旅行の対応してもらえて助かった。 夕食も同様、全てホテルで完結する。

Perfect location! Right at the port, close to car rentals and restaurant options. Staff is very friendly. You have free option to leave you bagage after checkout.

Some noise till 22:00 for neighboring cafes but not too impacting.

地点在中心 附近很多餐厅 巴士总站在那里 可以乘坐机场巴士到港口码头巴士站下车 飯店就在对面而己 走路2分钟 服务员及House keeping 優，虽然英语不是很好，不过己经很棒

Good location, comfortable hotel and nice breakfast

We had by mistake booked for one person per room instead of two. The hotell insisted to charge us extra although we saw on booking that it was the same price as we had payed on if we should make the reservation at that day. The staff didn´t want to listen to us as a client and instead got us upset and felt disapointed. "The client is always right" as the rulke says if you want to give good service.

港も、バスステーションも近くとても快適でした。

1Fの外（遊具近くのテーブルベンチ）隣の棟の通過地点で大声で騒ぐ大人がいて、うるさかったので、 スタッフの方から「他のお客様の迷惑なのでとか」注意してほしいです。

Great location and excellent staff. Good extras for guests such as drinks, coffee and even awamori available at no cost. Buffet breakfast is very good.

Pool and daiyokujo starting to look a bit tired - but still usable.

ロケーションが観光の拠点として素晴らしかった！美崎館に泊まったが、部屋もきれいで快適に過ごせた

チェックイン時に朝食の説明がなかったため夜に聞きに行ったら、フロントの年配の男性が謝罪や寄り添いの言葉もなく説明しないと分からないのかと嘲笑した感じで説明されたのだけが唯一滞在中の不快な点でした。

石垣に滞在の際は頻繁利用されて頂いております。 オススメのホテルです。

客室の向きが良くなかったです。 指定も希望も出してないのでホテルは悪くないです。 次回は確認してからチェックインしたいと思います。

場所はどこにも近く最高。清掃無しで、いただけるレストラン１０００円券で、最後の夜に「ひるぎ」で、沖縄料理堪能しました。ちかくの「さつき」とレストラン内は１０％引きなのも助かりました。 大浴場も広くせいせいしました。みやげものは他急便で送れるのでこれもグッド

２３時ころ、廊下でのしゃべり声がうるさかったので、注意喚起いただけると助かります。

離島・バスターミナルが超近く、非常の便利。朝食も和洋あり、チャンプルーの種類も毎回違って、郷土料理も多くあり、毎回楽しみ。７泊したので、よくわかる。 大浴場があるのも気持ちよく助かる。良いことだらけ

１２時近くに部屋に戻る人たちの声が大きくうるさい、夜間は慎むように弔意喚起していただけると助かります。

Breakfast selection was amazing, so many choices and not enough capacity to enjoy all! Start time is perfect for planning a long day of activities but not early enough if catching an early flight.

Parking was expensive if you leave your rental car for a day exploring other islands via the ferry.

朝食バイキングで、沖縄料理が沢山あって、充実していて、泡盛飲み比べもありました。 コーヒーも室内持ち帰りもあり、気持ちよく1日のスタートを切れました。 フロント前には、ウェルカムドリンクがさんぴん茶や泡盛もあり、キャンディ取り放題もありました。 ロケーションが最高で、港にも歩いて1分、繁華街にも2〜3分で、離島巡りやダイビングには最適。 新館に泊まると、オーシャンビューの部屋では、港が見えて、海がそばに感じれてとても良かったです。 スタッフも親切で、最高の宿舎です。

離島ターミナルの真ん前でかつ、東バスのバスターミナルの隣というロケーションは、移動に最適でした。雨の時もほんの少し傘をさすだけですみました。館内は広いロビーとフリードリンクがよかったです。市場で買ったトロピカルフルーツを切るナイフを借りに行ったら、きれいにカット、盛り付けしてくれました。お掃除を不要にすると、館内のレストラン用の千円の食事券をくれました。 1日おきに30分のライブショーがあって、とてもよかったです。毎日、１時間ほどあればいいと思いました。

ハイシーズンとはいえ、価格が高すぎました。部屋の空調が、集中管理で冷房になっていたのですが、冬なので暖房にしたいときもありました。 これは、他のホテルにも云えますが、バスタオル、タオル、パジャマ、足拭きを、毎日交換するのは、クリーニング代がかさんで不経済だと思います。必要なものだけ客が自分で交換するシステムはできないものでしょうか。 パジャマは、上下セパレートタイプがいいです。 スリッパが貧弱です。持ち帰りできなくてもいいので、もう少しいいものにして、館内使用可にした方がいいと思います。
