Reviewed Sep 17, 2026They have water dispenser 24/7 and free coffee, the location is good walking distance from the main street i think. The washroom was so modern.
The tables, drawers and head rest are too dusty, and we are hearing an animal sounds under/behind the drawer

去KSPO看演唱會很方便，但如果要去熱門景點觀光就需要花很多時間通車。

コンセントを指す場所が少なく1箇所しか見つけることが出来なかった。さす場所も延長コード？のようなところしかなく不安定だった。

Нам сам отель поменял на улучшеный номер(что по цене был дороже)с двумя квартирами что было очень приятно.Отель отличный всё очень чисто комфортно.В номере было было всё для удобства отдыхающих.дополнительно халаты,лосьоны для тела,крем для лица,даже лак для волос 👍👍👍Дополнительно в холодильнике помимо воды был сок.Место расположения хорошая,всё рядом,магазины,кафе,рестораны.Рядом станица метро.Рядом olimpic park и kspo arena.Мы ходили на концерт и было удобно добираться.Я ещё сюда бы вернулась.Всем рекомендую.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2025I’ve stayed at this property many times during my time living in Korea and it has always been comfortable and good value for money.
In this particular stay I was given a room with a refrigerator that didn’t work (had power but no cooling capacity). I also received a call from reception asking why I hadn’t checked out on the second day of my three day stay. I was able to sort this out and presumably it was an error in their booking system, but I didn’t receive an apology. I felt like I was being ‘tolerated’ as a guest, as opposed to being welcomed. I would note that I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years and this was my first bad experience, so hopefully it was just a one off 😊.

Although a bit far from the center, its location is close to subway station. The lady in the concierge communicates in English so it’s a plus for me.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2024Everything was really nice: the room and the hotel itself was good and clean, cleanup was offered daily and the furniture was very comfortable. There was free water in the lobby, as well as free coffee. The WiFi was great. Very good bang for the buck. Staff was very helpful and polite: we had an issue with a leaking kettle and the staff replaced it immediately; whenever we had a question or an issue they helped out right away.
Unfortunately there wasn't a microwave within the room, however, one is available in the lobby. There is no on-site laundry facility for the guests (however there's one public laundry facility very close by so it wasn't much of an issue).

Reviewed Oct 14, 2024The staff were very friendly. The room was big enough for a solo traveler. The bathroom was a nice size came with shampoo and conditioner and body wash the room came with slippers for the room and also for the bathroom it came with a robe. It also came with skin care, hairspray, hair dryer, adapter the pillows were comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked great in the lobby. You could get free coffee, free, filtered water and use of the microwave. You could also ask them for a converter just in case you forgot one that they lend you at no charge There’s a vending machine if you in case you forgot your toothbrush toothpaste is in a good area with 711 and see you pharmacy along with multiple eateries and local eateries within walking distance. It’s quiet enough that you can get a good nights sleep. It was very very very impressed For a solo female traveler. I would stay there again. It’s also close to the subway and transportation.
