La posizione dell'hotel, situato in una via piena di locali e negozietti coreani veramente tipici, era lontana dal turismo e molto vicina alla fermata della metro. La pulizia giornaliera della stanza e il cambio regolare di biancheria e asciugamani.

Ho trovato la doccia un po' scomoda; evitare che l'acqua uscisse dalla vasca era praticamente impossibile.

地點很好，因為要去KSPO參加活動，飯店外的公車站就是往KSPO的方向，班次也很多，用走路也能到蠶室站

房間內的浴室沒有門，浴缸跟床鋪的空氣是流通的，冷氣有一半會對著洗澡的地方吹，洗澡水是熱的但也會吹到冷風……

4泊しましたが、每日綺麗に掃除がしてあり気持ち良かったです。蚕室駅から大通りを真っ直ぐで歩きやすく、景福宮と言うお店のすぐ後ろにあります。 ペットボトルの水も每日追加してありました。 バスローブ、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープも每日新しくなっていました。 ロッテワールドモールやロッテマートが近くとても買い物に便利です。 また次も利用したいと思います。

１つだけですが、仁川国際空港から少し遠いことだけです。

the location was great, it was convenient to the bus stop and other food around. there was a outdoor and indoor lounge area that was nice to use. the room was clean and had great sleep there. the toilet bidet was great

When we overfilled the bathtub, it had backflow, the backflow made the tub water inside dirty.

Was not aware breakfast closed orders at 9am and struggled to find an alternative place open at 09h30. It was a bit cramped. Not really family friendly. Summer sewers in the streets do smell. No fault of the hotel.

The location is good. If you visit Lotte world or a concert. The team is amazing and very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hmm maybe if the breakfast will be self serve will be even better. But the breakfast it self is ok.

The room was big and as advertised. Love the close proximity to the lake and lotte mall. Lots of eateries nearby & convenient stores. The price is reasonable for what you get. They also prepare breakfast but it depends on menu of the day. Since they already cook it to be served during your booked breakfast time. So dont expect a buffet breakfast / your own choice of breakfast. I like the breakfast regardless.

Small elevator. And it tooks times to get on 1. Esp if you stay on top floor.

Value for money stay, nearby food streets.

Surrounding locations full of hotels and motels, and quite a long walk to Jamil metro station and Lotte World Adventure.

夜のスタッフさんの対応が親切でした。 遅くまできちんと対応してくださって助かりました。 KSPODOMEまで若干距離があるので、バスの利用方法もスタッフさん知ってていただけたらよかったなーと思いましたが会場まで歩いて行けるのは便利でした！！！

シャワーの水がどうしても流れていってしまうので、水回りの床が水浸しになってしまった点と個人的におひとり様だったので、居酒屋ばかりだと食事に困りました。少し離れたところには食堂みたいなのがありましたが…。

Nettes Personal, im Zimmer alles was man braucht, die Lage inmitten eines großen Angebots an Restaurants

Fehler meinerseits ich dachte ich hätte eine Waschmaschine/Trockner im Zimmer. Wenn draußen große Party war hat man davon ein bisschen gehört.

Great location - but can be noisy during the night due to this.

The lack of cleanliness (sheets smelling, dust on surfaces, hair on shower tap/shampoo bottle when I arrived)

It was ok. Nothing stood out

We asked to change beddings because we found hairs between sheets and blanket. Then they asked us to go to the lobby to wait till they change the bedding which I didn't understand why we had to go all the way downstairs to get the bedding changed out. We were in 7th floor.

The large bath tub was great!

It was about a 15 minute walk to the subway station. Not so bad but arriving and leaving were laborious.

Spacious, comfortable room with everything you need. Good shower. Lots of food options and a convenience store nearby. Reasonable walk to the metro station. Would stay here again if I have plans in Jamsil.

The hotel is in a great location! Right near a sulbing, delicious dinner, several CU's, an olive young and even lotte tower! The hotel itself is clean, and well maintained. It even has laundry available on the 10th floor until 10 pm each night. Breakfast was tasty each morning.

The key card is what allows you to use the elevator and lights in the room so it's a bit difficult for parties greater than one person if someone wants to stay in and the other go out.

早餐跟地點都很不錯，如果要去Olympic Hall看演唱會很適合～

房間內配置很妙，一個人住還可以，兩個人若不熟悉會有點小尷尬～

Love the location of the hotel. And the friendliness of the staffs. We enjoy the room and also the complimentary laundry amenities. Will stay again here for future Korea trips. Thank you for the hospitality.

Schoon, leuke kamer, ontbijt is gevarieerd alvast voor je klaargezet (geen buffet). De locatie, rust maar de straat uit en er was levendigheid. En dichtbij openbaar vervoer.

Personalet og hotellet var utrolig godt. Vi kan anbefale dette hotel til alle aldrer og det ligger tæt på alt. Det var skønt at der var alt hvad man havde brug for og det er nemt at finde. Det ligger imellem to metrolinjer og gør det nemt at komme rundt.

Vi kunne lide det hele

如果是要來看演唱會住這邊相當方便 走路2分鐘有公車站可以到奧林匹克 8分鐘有地鐵8號線轉乘去金浦機場也相當方便 從仁川來的話搭乘6200巴士走路10分鐘左右可以到飯店 飯店人員非常親切 電梯設有門禁卡相對安全 房間舒適裡面也設有knock knock很讚 想吃外送直接房間刷卡餐點到了櫃檯會打電話跟你說 走路1分鐘就有一間CU回飯店前可以買些零食 備品很齊全很棒 之後還有要看演唱會也會選擇住這裡👍🏻

房內味道不太好聞起初以為是有人抽煙 但都是禁菸房可能只是通風不太好？ 浴室水有點忽冷忽熱

The hotel is located near the Bangi food street, a lot of choices for the food but some restu doesn't have english menu, it is also near to lotte and the lake. There's a lot of metro station nearby. The room is clean and the size is perfect. Heated floor and even my bes has a heater. The laundry is free just ask the laundry soap in the reception.

Le quartier est très animé et il y a de tout à proximité tout en gardant un aspect calme car nous ne sommes pas dans le centre de Séoul. Le personnel a été très attentif à nos demandes et toujours arrangeant. La chambre était petite mais très fonctionnelle (prise pour charger le téléphone, écran pour commander de la nourriture…). Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

The bed was comfortable, and the size was okay.

The room was dirty, there was a used q-tip on the floor next to my bed, also the bed frame was full of oily hand prints and there was some food/drink stains on the wall near the bed, it kinda made me not wanna touch anything in the room. The hotel is also very loud because its facing a party street and all the screams and music can be heard from the room, the street often also smells like sewage so if you try to keep the window open, your room will also smell like sewage.

The location was great, close to transport, close to food. Close to Lotte tower/world. Staff was really good and helpful. Upon arrival the room that was allocated to us was to small to accommodate our bags. It was a very beautiful room, bathroom was bigger than the size of the room itself. We had to upgrade to accommodate two normal size bags, which then cost us extra. Breakfast was a strange affair, you had to book the day before, you were given three time options, there was no choice of what you had. Breakfast was set on a platter in your allocated seat before you got there. Bed was huge. Take sugar sachets with you as they are not easily available.

Trying to remember that there was stairs between the bed and the bathroom, that did not have full railings all the way. There was no way you could have a light turned on downstairs and someone trying to sleep upstairs in the bedroom.
