Erg vriendelijk personeel en elke dag schone kamer.

Ontbijt viel erg tegen. Geen lekkere verse broodjes maar alleen gewoon brood dat je kon roosteren. Weinig tot geen afwisseling.

Excellent location, close to the strip and the old town, but in a quiet area. The pool was clean and very nice, the room was comfortable and tidy, the staff was extremely kind and super helpful. Overally, we had a great time. Definitely recommend this place!

Jag reste med min vän och våra tonårs döttrar. Vi trivdes väldigt bra. Poolområdet var vår favorit, där serverades den goda frukosten och på dagen kunde man chilla i bekväma solstolar och njuta av bra musik samt goda svalkande drycker. Rummen var tevliga och sängarna bekväma. Personalen var fantastisk och det var mycket hjälpsamma! Hotellet ligger på en bra plats, några minuters gångväg från centrum, dit inte huvudgatans nattpartyn heller hördes.

Fräscht och modernt.

För många ungdomar som är där i grupper. Ganska stökigt och hög ljudnivå vid faciliteterna som exempelvis poolen.

Das Frühstück war der Hammer, sehr viel Auswahl. Personal super freundlich. Zimmer sehr sauber, Ma ist abseits vom Trubel aber mit paar geh Minuten in der Stadt oder Strand. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs um andere Städte anzusehen. Für eine Woche Urlaub ein tolles Hotel. Kann man empfehlen.

Personalet var enormt søde og imødekommende. Morgenmaden var god. Der var en rar stemning

Chambre propre mais un peut petite. Piscine bien. Personnel sympathique. Emplacement bien.

Déjeuner bof bof au niveau des pains pas top. Emplacement pour se servir pas top il faut soulever des moustiquaires pour se servir le beurre fondu... J ai pas trop apprécié.

הצוות היה מדהים כל דבר ששאלנו אותם ענו בחיוב ועזרו נתנו המלצות טובות לבלות בעיר ומחוצה לה כל הצוות נהדר הבריכה גדולה מאוד ומרווחת וליד מלא כיסאות שיזוף או ספות וכו המיקום של המלון מצויין הוא גם קרוב למרכז העיר וגם לחוף ממליץ מאוד על המלון לכל אחד שמתלבט גורגיה ומתיו אתם תותחים תודה על הכל רוהבים אתכם הכי בעולם❤️ המלון הזה עשה לנו את החופשה תודה רבה

No tenía mampara de ducha por lo que se mojaba todo el suelo del baño, no tenía ascensor, las perchas no encajaban en la barra del armario y se caían

Nice cosy family hotel, great price, friendly family, central location between the old & new town. Modern decorated, clean, good relaxing music.

Breakfast looked good on the publicity picture of the photographer, but in reality there were issues. Maybe we had bad luck as the other reviews seem good. We had bread with mold, the person next to me also had the same problem, another guy even had bread that was almost completely green at the bottom. Bread in the other bags was dry. So fresh bread is really a big issue. The pineaple juice had a strange taste too. As a result our breakfast over the week was only water(melon) + eggs.

Les quads qui encombrent le passage le soir pour aller dîner. Le bruit dans cette petite rue au demeurant agréable.

Jak dla mnie hotel szyty na miarę, bardzo gudtownie urządzony, położony w spokojnej części Malii ale z bardzo bliskim dostępem do wszystkich atrakcji (restauracje, bary, dyskoteki itp...). Personel bardzo miły, pomocny, śniadanie dość urozmaicone i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. W pokoju dostępny ekspres do kawy na kapsułki (dostępne w recepcji 1,5 euro/szt.) i to było duże udogodnienie. Obiekt bardzo czysty, wyposażenie na wysokim poziomie. Na terenie basen, prysznic, leżaki. Recepcja oferuje różne usługi dodatkowe jak transport, wycieczki, przyjęcia okolicznościowe. Jest też gabinet SPA którego oferta również jest ogólnodostępna, natomiast nie ma w niej cennika, podobno cena usługi ustalana jest indywidualnie (nie sprawdziłam bo nie korzystałam). Hotel godny polecenia.

Przez cały pobyt (tydzień) nie zauważyłam żeby basen był sprzątany (odkurzany) i po kilku dniach było widać zalegający na dnie piasek czy jakiś osad ciemny. W krystalicznie czystej wodzie, która zapewne była ciągle filtrowana, bo naprawdę była czyściutka było to niestety widoczne.

The staff was very nice and helpfull. The pool area very well maintained and clean. Everyday cleaning is a big plus. Breakfast was pretty good and diverse. Close to everything in Malia, taverns, restaurants, even beach.

There was some intense sewage smell coming from the toilets. Our room was close to the road behind the hotel, and you could hear the quads and cars driving, even after midnight.

The pool area was very nice. The hotel and rooms are extremely clean and tidy

Wunderschön renoviert - alles neu und komfortabel Frühstück:alles was dazu gehört - für jeden etwas dabei Personal sehr zuvorkommend Gute Lage - eher ruhig

Dusche ist direkt neben dem WC. Es Ist unmöglich zu duschen ohne das das halbe Bad nass zu spritzen.

The hotel was amazing, very clean, nice design, good location. The staff was very nice, we really appreciated our stay. The breakfast was various, they even had super foods.

Bei der Ankunft waren wir sehr enttäuscht über die kleinen Zimmer. Ab der zweiten Nacht haben wir zwei größere Zimmer erhalten ohne Aufpreis.

In den Zimmern gab es keine Schränke. Ein Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster. Die Badezimmer waren sehr klein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eine Enttäuschung. Sehr klein Auswahl ausserdem wurde das sehr klein Buffet um 8.00 in der Hitze aufgestellt ohne Kühlung unter einem Fliegennetz. Die Esswaren am Buffet waren warm oder geschmolzen die Butter Flüssg. Wenn man erst um 10.00 zum Frühstück kamm war die Auswahl nicht mehr groß. Das Hotel ist viel zu weit weg vom Strand.

La struttura è in una posizione strategica per il centro. Ottimo il parcheggio a pochi metri, molto grande e spazioso. Il personale gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo ho trovato la camera molto molto sporca. Abbiamo alloggiato per 4 notti e lo stesso sporco che ho notato appena arrivati è rimasto per tutto il soggiorno anche se le camere venivano sempre “pulite”, unica nota positiva era che cambiavano gli asciugamani quando volevi, bastava metterli a terra. Il box doccia era chiuso solo per metà quindi quando facevi la doccia allagavi il bagno. Altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta per niente la colazione: anche se abbastanza ricca non mi dava per niente l’idea di pulito. Era servita a bordo piscina quindi per evitare che insetti potessero andare sul cibo i due tavoli su cui erano appoggiate le pietanze erano coperti da zanzariere bianche - a parte la brutta presentazione questa toccavano per terra per la lunghezza e il cibo per tutta la circonferenza. Dove venivano messe poi queste zanzariere durante il giorno? Bohhhh!!!

Das Hotel ist gemütlich, modern renoviert, liebevoll eingerichtet mit schöner Poolanlage im Innenhof. Gut gelegen, Nähe Stadtzentrum und doch sehr ruhig. Zum Meer braucht man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad 5 Minuten. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück einfach wunderbar!!! Wir waren leider nur auf der Durchfahrt für eine Nacht da. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank.

Pequeno almoço muito bom estilo buffet. Achei que faltou pão de padaria, só tinha pão de forma. Tinha ovos, salada grega, compotas, manteiga de amendoim, Nutella, mini croissants, biscoitos, vegetais, etc. A limpeza era muito boa. Trocavam as toalhas todos os dias. A localização é incrível, perto do centro mas ainda assim numa zona calma. Todo o staff é muito simpático.

O quarto era pequeno mas serviu bem. A casa de banho ficava toda alagada porque o chuveiro não tinha porta, tinha só um vidro que cobria o chuveiro a metade. A insonorização não era a melhor, cheguei a acordar com um grupo de raparigas a fazer barulho durante a noite no quarto ao lado.

Excellent location! A quick walk to the old town, but far enough for it to be quiet. Good breakfast and very thoughtful and welcoming staff!

This was not an issue for us, but the rooms on the upper floor are not accessible if one has mobility issues. I suppose the staff would find a way to accommodate that by providing a room on the ground floor though!

sehr schönes Zimmer, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, tolles Frühstück, freundliche hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Lage war auch sehr gut, schnell im Zentrum und zu den Stränden.

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή.Το ξενοδοχείο είναι φανταστικό. Ήσυχο, κοντά σε όλες τις τοποθεσίες και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες και το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικοί, σε κάνουν να νιώθεις πολύ οικεία. Δεν έχω λόγια για το πρωινό πολύ παραπάνω από καλό. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους.

Un établissement très bien géré. Le staff est efficace et sympathique. Les chambres sont confortables et propre. La situation géographique permet de découvrir les plages de Potamos. Facile d'accès . Petit-déjeuner buffet crétois.

Der Platz für das Frühstück war bisschen eng und wenig Tische, alles bisschen eng.

Soggiorno splendido grazie anche alla cortesia ed alla cordialità di tutto il personale e in in particolare agli addetti alla reception e alla colazione. Camera pulita dotata di ogni comfort. Gli spazi comuni sono molto belli e fruibili per vari momenti di relax. Colazione ottima, ricca di tanti prodotti di qualità, freschi e anche tipici del luogo. Parcheggio gratis comodo vicino all'hotel.

Hotel très mignon avec un personnel adorable, clein d’oeil à l’agent de sécurité du soir qui a été aux petits soins avec nous. L’hotel possède tout ce dont vous avez besoin (crème solaire ou parasol à disposition). Proche des lieux festifs, 15min à pieds de la mer ainsi qu’un parking gratuit. Petit déjeuner excellent fait maison avec des fruits, des pâtisseries et des spécialités crétoises.

Atmosfera plăcută, oameni calzi, curățenie zilnic făcută. Locația buna, intr-o zona linistita, la o distanta de 10 min de mers leger fata de stația de autobuz care duce către aeroport, acvariu, Hersonissos, Heraklion. Distanta pana la mare durează cam 20 minute de mers pe drumul populat, cu magazine, si cam 10 de mers pe un drumul mai puțin circulat. Plaja este cu nisip foarte fin si intrare lina în mare, potrivita si pentru copii Mic dejun diversificat si gustos. Paza asigurata pe timpul nopții si paznic foarte respectuos.

Usa la balcon nu se poate rabata, foarte cald în august.

Wir waren 5 Tage in diesem kleinen Hotel nähe Malia Old Town. Die Lage war recht angenehm, wenn man fernab vom Trubel sein möchte. In der Altstadt ist man schnell. Die Junior Suit war sehr geräumig. Ein gutes Frühstück gab es morgens am Pool. Das Personal war immer überaus freundlich.

Der Föhn hatte nicht wirklich viel Power und die Klimaanlage war etwas "speziell". Sie kühlte, der Timer ging jedoch nicht und sie war auch recht laut. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts "Zimmer" die bis spät auf dem Balkon saßen und sich sehr laut unterhielten. In einem Hotel kann so etwas natürlich vorkommen. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern war es aber sehr ruhig und nicht hellhörig. Man findet also dennoch gut zur Ruhe.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The lady who welcomed us was extremely kind and explained everything in detail, showing us where everything was. Other staff members were also very helpful and always had a positive attitude. Whenever we needed a taxi, they arranged it for us quickly and without any hassle. The hotel was cleaned daily, and the pool area was very pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was really good and definitely worth the price. The location is also excellent – just a 2-minute walk to the Old Town, where you can find plenty of great restaurants. Overall, everything was beyond our expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sunshine Boutique Hotel by Estia in Malia! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well maintained, with fresh towels provided daily and thorough housekeeping every day. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better – it’s set in a peaceful spot, yet within just a few minutes you’re right on the strip or at the beach. Besides there’s a lovely little shop and a nice restaurant just a stone’s throw away from the hotel. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning, offering a great variety of breads, eggs, sweet treats, and spreads. The pool area was fantastic as well, with plenty of sunbeds available – no stress about reserving them with towels. The pool bar had a wide selection of drinks and snacks, making it perfect for a relaxing day by the water. What really made our stay outstanding was the staff. Every single person we met was cheerful, kind, genuinely interested, and always willing to help. We never lacked anything during our stay. A very special thank you goes to Amanda and Marios, who went above and beyond to help us arrange our return transfer to the airport – their thoughtfulness really made a difference. Having stayed in Malia several times before, we can confidently say that this is by far our favorite hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

We had the double bedroom with pool view which was quite small and when you bring 2 big suitcases there is only a small wardrobe/ 1 place to place one suitcase. Also the bathroom and particularly the shower was very small making it all wet with every shower taken but we were ok when the host, upon our request, immediately took action to give us a shower curtain and extra bath towels for the floor

Stil modern, arata destul de bine. Micul dejun bun, iar zona de piscină și recepția sunt foarte drăguțe.

- Daca ai camera spre strada, este foarte multa galagie, nu se poate dormi cu geamul deschis. - Micul dejun este bun, dar in fiecare zi acelasi - După prima noapte nu ni s-a facut curatenie si nu ni s-au schimbat prosoapele - Deși se laudă cu parcare gratis, aceasta nu există (se poate parca pe strada in imediata apropiere) - Internetul WIFI nu este deloc ok. - Praful nu era șters în cameră, iar timp de 5 zile nu au fost schimbate așternuturile.

Petit déjeuner top avec des produits locaux et très varié. Établissement un peu loin de la plage. Ville très animée avec bcp de restaurants, de pub, de boutiques.

Les gens qui fument dans l’établissement, en terrasse, au bord de la piscine. Pas d’intimité sur les terrasses en rez de chaussée car pas de séparations.

Struttura nuova, arredata con gusto e originalità, appena fuori dalla vivace vita notturna di Malia e dotata di parcheggio. Camera spaziosa con arredi essenziali e ben insonorizzata, bagno piccino ma con ampia doccia, finestrato e tutto sommato funzionale. Pulizia ottima, tutto lo staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione ricca e varia, con prodotti tipici sia dolci che salati. Posizione strategica, buona base per visitare l'est e non molto distante dall'aeroporto.

Location is great, Staff is super friendly and helpful, hotel looks even prettier than on the pictures. Free use of umbrellas for the beach. Breakfast was really good and had a lot of options from yoghurt with topping, to bread with cheese, ham, jam etc. eggs, olives and feta cheese, juices, tea and coffee. Really good! And I like that the staff is allowed to have breakfast at the end as well, that shows a good working environment to make your staff feel appreciated :)

C’est des touts petits détails, mais la clim souffle directement sur le lit, ça peut être désagréable la nuit. Et la douche n’était pas très fonctionnel.

Struttura molto bella. Lo staff è molto gentile Molto pulita con cambio di asciugamani tutti i giorni e questo è sicuramente un punto a favore. Piacevole anche la colazione.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una camera al piano basso con affaccio su strada molto frequentata quindi per dormire abbiamo dovuto accendere il condizionatore nonostante il clima fosse gradevole. Il bagno troppo piccolo e scomodo.

Le personnel très gentil et le calme malgré la proximité du centre animé. Attention si vous êtes avec un bébé en bas âge il n y a pas d ascenseur mais cela n enlève pas le charme des vacances !

Fijn en rustig hotel gelegen in het rustige gedeelte van het bruisende Malia. Gemoedelijke sfeer en fijne setting.

Our stay was exceptional. We would like to give special thanks to Danai, Amanda, Zoe and Maria. Danai gave us a free upgrade upon checking in due to availability, as well as early check in - which was so lovely and kind. The breakfast was always great, organised and clean thanks to Amanda. The pool area was also clean and relaxing. We were never troubled for a sun lounger or bean bag lounger. Zoe and Amanda were so attentive by the pool bar. They truly work very hard. We looked forward to their coffee's and smoothies everyday! Danai and the other young man (whose name we unfortunately did not catch) at reception were so helpful, giving us advice on excursions etc. All staff greet you everyday which was such a nice touch. There is a staff member keeping security at night (whose name we also did not catch - He was so kind). The door is locked at night for safety, and guests are given a key to use for when it is locked. There are books and parasols for the beach which you can borrow. The room was modern and cleaned by Maria daily. We had no issues during our stay.

There were at times some noisy groups of younger guests by the pool, but they were always reminded by staff to keep volume down etc. so this was not the greatest of issues.

חייב לציין את היחס הגרוע של שומר הלילה שמסתובב במלון . השומר מדבר לא יפה ומתייחס בזלזול , מנסה לגרום שיהיו בעיות

Posizione: appena fuori dalla vivace vita notturna ma tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (mare, old town, bar/ristoranti, locali festaioli). Tanti gruppi di giovani tra hotel e residence adiacente, ma vivibile.
