I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel is beautifully located, offering a peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms, and a great variety of delicious food. Every detail was well taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The animation team was also fantastic and added so much energy and fun to our vacation. ​What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional guest care—someone from the management team checked in on us every single day to ask about our feedback on the room quality, food, and overall experience. The level of attention and hospitality paid to guests is truly outstanding and went above and beyond our expectations. ​A special thank you goes to Mr. Sayed El-Zeiny for his outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. ​I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Une mention spéciale à l’homme qui s’occupe de la chambre 2021 : merci pour son excellent travail, sa disponibilité et son attention au quotidien. La plage est magnifique, la piscine est superbe et les soirées sont vraiment exceptionnelles, avec une très bonne ambiance. Une mention spéciale également à la jeune fille aux cheveux longs et tatouée : elle est absolument géniale avec les enfants, très souriante, gentille et attentionnée. 👏 Merci aussi à tous les serveurs et les barmans, toujours aux petits soins et très professionnels. The beach was definitely the best part of the hotel. It was beautiful, relaxing, and one of the highlights of my stay.

The food variety was quite limited, with almost the same dishes repeated throughout my three-day stay for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast in particular needs significant improvement, especially when compared with other hotels in Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel should work on offering a more varied and higher-quality menu. Another downside is that almost everything closes around 11 PM–12 AM, leaving very limited options for guests who want to enjoy their evenings at the hotel. This makes the overall experience feel quite boring at night. It was also disappointing to discover that the All-Inclusive package does not include alcoholic beverages. This should be clearly stated during the booking process rather than being mentioned only within the policies or “Important Notice” section, as it can easily be missed. Overall, I believe the hotel would benefit from a significant revamp of its facilities, dining options, and entertainment experience. There are several hotels in Sahl Hasheesh offering a noticeably better overall experience, so improvements are needed for this hotel to remain competitive.

For the second consecutive year, I have chosen Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh for my summer vacation, and this time I did not hesitate for a moment to return after the exceptional experience my family and I enjoyed last year. Without any doubt, this hotel has become my permanent destination whenever I travel from Kuwait to Egypt for a holiday. I could speak at length about the stunning beach, the immaculate rooms, the remarkable improvement in the quality of the food compared to last year, or the outstanding value for money. However, I would rather highlight something even more important. As a returning guest, I have learned that sometimes a single individual can elevate a pleasant stay into a truly unforgettable experience. I am referring to Mr. Nady, the Food and Beverage Manager, whose exceptional care, attention, and genuine hospitality toward my family and me made our vacation remarkably comfortable and enjoyable. His kindness, professionalism, warm smile, and courteous manner represent the very best of Egyptian hospitality and set an example for hospitality professionals everywhere. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to him publicly. I would also like to extend my thanks to Karim at the reception desk for his outstanding professionalism and excellent service. يوجد بالفندق اعمال انشائيه كثيره، علي حمام السباحه توجد اعمال وعمال انشائيه ومدخل الفندق كذلك مغلق لوجود اعمال انشائيه وكذلك يوجد اعمال بناء الدور الثالث للفندق وكل ذلك يصدر اصوات مزعجه بشده . بالاضافه الي انه لا توجد اي انشطه ترفيهيه ع حمام السباحه ولا حتي موسيقي

لا شيء كنسلوا اقامتي عندهم وجعلوها فقط ليلة واحده من دون طلب مني

التيم كله ممتاز من استقبال وغيره وفريق المطعم في قمة الاحترام وحتي فريق الأنيميشن برغم بساطته إلا إنه كان كويس جدا

مش عيب منهم ولكن سهل حشيش بشكل عام بعيدة عن الغردقة والأماكن القريبة بتحتاج متوسط 30-50 دقيقة

Par où commencer, l’établissement est magnifique. En effet il y a des petits travaux mais absolument pas dérangeant. La nourriture était très bonnes et le buffet varié. Les restaurants de l’hôtel étaient excellents. Le personnel, que dire… Les serveurs, le personnel de ménage, les barmans, le personnel de la plage tous d’une extrême gentillesse. Ils font tout leur possible pour nous faire passer le meilleur moment au sein de l’hôtel

Petit point négatif, l’hôtel est très excentré du centre ville, vous pouvez compter 40min avant d’arriver à hurghada ou la marina. Les animateurs… passent devant nous sans même un bonjour ou un sourire bien au contraire ils regardent en l’air pour être sûr de ne pas croiser votre regard. Toujours de leur côtés, même au sein de leur groupe nous remarquions des petites tensions. Gros point à revoir..

I came here to clear my mind and enjoy some quality time away from everyday life. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our holiday truly special, helping us create wonderful memories that my son and I will cherish for years to come. Throughout our stay, we felt safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. We will definitely be returning next year. A special mention goes to Maher, the hotel manager, who was extremely professional and always willing to listen to guests' suggestions and feedback. Ahmed, the head chef, consistently ensured that the food was well stocked and that guests were happy and satisfied with their dining experience. Mohammed, the barman on the beach, was exceptionally hardworking and always went the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and ensure they were never without a drink.

The Wi-Fi connection could have been more reliable at times. Some areas of the hotel could benefit from minor updates.

We loved our stay at Pyramisa Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful during our stay. Manager Sayed was absolutely great he took everything and always checked in with us. The location of the hotel is directly at the Red Sea, we spent a lot of time snorkelling at the hotel resort where we saw many of the red seas fish. There’s lots of entertainment and things to do at the resort if not planning on leaving. The drinks were amazing my wife’s favourite was the pinacoloda in a coconut. We would definitely stay again.

It is currently under construction but it was no inconvenience the sections being worked on are closed off.

⭐ 1/5 — Terrible Experience, Do Not Recommend We were three families reuniting for a holiday in Hurghada, traveling from Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, and one friend joining all the way from Brazil. We had three bookings made through Booking.com, all paid and confirmed. When we arrived — some after 3-hour flights, others after 20+ hour flights — plus a 6-hour drive from Cairo, we found that two of our bookings were never received by the hotel due to a “partner offer” issue. After over an hour at reception, exhausted from long travels, the staff refused to contact Booking.com and told us directly: “Not our problem.” We were forced to pay for the rooms again at prices 20,000 EGP higher than our original booking just to have a place to sleep. The hotel claims to be 5 stars — it is not. Bathrooms were poorly maintained with clear hygiene concerns, and the dining hall we used throughout our entire stay was well below the expected standard. On our last day, they opened a brand new dining hall, which only confirmed that they were aware of the old one’s poor condition the whole time. This place does not deserve more than 3 stars at best. Misleading rating, poor facilities, and zero customer care. A truly disappointing experience for guests who traveled from across the world to be here. Avoid

Denizi çok güzel pırıl pırıl dalga yok ve küçük bir resif olmasına rağmen balık çeşitliliği açısından Sharm ı aratmıyor ,sahili geniş ve yer bulma derdi yok ancak ön sırada yer bulmak için sabah 07.gibi yer tutmak lazım.Havalimanına ulaşımı taksi ile 40 dk civarı sürüyor. Biz delux odada kaldık ,odası yenilenmiş ve imkanları yeterliydi. Restoran ı biraz eski , yemek kalitesi orta düzeyde ancak aç kalınmıyor, birde sahilde dondurma büfesi mevcut , fena değil, biz hep deniz tarafındaydık havuzu kullanmadık ancak havuz büyük ve yeterli görünüyordu. Şezlongları yeni sayılabilir. Biz yedi tam gün kaldık çok da sıkılmadık, kısacası bu otele gelinir mi bir daha derseniz yandaki V otel ve Serenity otel ler çok daha lüx ,temiz hijyenik görülüyor, fiyat -fayda dengesine bakmak lazım, biz bir kez daha gelirsek diğer ikisinden birini deneneceğiz.

Otelde restorasyon olması nedeniyle bazen gürültü fazla olabiliyor, sahilde ki bar civarında animasyon nedeniyle çok gürültülü idi -restoran masa ve sandalyeleri eskimiş, hijyen orta düzeyde, yemek kalitesi orta seviyede. Uçuşumuz sabah erken olması nedeniyle otelde saat 04.00 da olabildik erken Check in için 100 dolar aldılar, ancak çıkış günü saat 12. de odayı boşalttıktan sonra gece uçuşumuz nedeniyle saat 22 de taxi gelene kadar tesisi ücretsiz kullanmamıza izin verdiler. Otelden aldığımız Luxor tur için kişi başı 90 dolar ödedik bunun içinde Nil nehir gezisi ,Tutankamun mezar odası girişi ve diğer her şey dahil denmesine rağmen bunlar için ve ekstra ödeme istendi,bizde grup olarak sadece Nil gesisine katıldık ve kişi başı 15 dolar ödedil.Sabah 04. de buluşacağımız söylenmesine rağmen 04.30 da bir araba geldl 3/4 dakikalık bir sürüş sonrasında bir başka minibüse aktarıldık, 5/6 dakikalık bir sürüş sonrasında da esas bizi Luxora götürecek minibüse aktarıldık absürt bir durumdu, yol boyunca ortalama 100/120 km/saat hızla gidildi yol otaban ve çift şeritli idi ancak virajlar ve bazı kesimlerde yoldaki bozulma nedeniyle biraz rahatsız bir yolculuk oldu ve bir yerdeki polis kontrolünde yaklaşık 30 dk lık beklemeden sonrasında saat 09.da yerel rehber ile buluşuktan sonra Lüxor a giriş yaptık.LÜxor gezisi gerçekten güzeldi bazı olumsuzluklara rağmen zamanınız varsa yapmakta fayda var.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, the beach was beautiful and clean, and the overall services were excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful throughout the stay. I would also like to give special thanks to the reception team. When they knew that we were on our honeymoon, they kindly upgraded our reservation from a Superior Pool View room to a Deluxe Pool and Side Sea View room, which made our experience even more special and memorable

The only downside was that there was no aqua park or water slides at the swimming pool area for adults

The staff are the most friendly i’ve ever seen and very helpful specially Muhammad Ahmed and Ibrahim at the reception.

Нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера до Супериор,номер после ремонта,но вид из окна был на строящийся амфитеатр,стройка в полном разгаре и на другой стороне бассейна рабочие ремонтировали плитку😅 Звукоизоляция отличная,шум не слышно)отель чистый,большой,первая линия, пляж тоже огромный,море без волн почти,так как отель расположен в бухте,но вот лежаки подуставшие... Отдельное спасибо команде анимации, очень талантливые ребята,проводят зумбу,акваэробику,йогу,игры,вечером танцы и дискотека,было весело и интересно 🫶от отеля 10 минут идти до старого города,где очень атмосферная площадь с фонтанами и мечетью.

Не понравился только выбор еды,как-то бедновато и однообразно для 5*....

Ottima esperienza con un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Lo Staff tutti cordiale, gentile e disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarti. Ogni problema si sono messi a disposizione per risolvere ogni necessità.

L'unico inconveniente erano i lavori in corso al piano sopra di noi. Ci avevano proposto di cambiare camera, ma considerando che dovevano stare pochi giorni non ci andava di traslocare. Alla fine hanno chiesto alla ditta di iniziare a lavorare più tardi per venire incontro ai clienti.

We experienced several issues across multiple areas of our stay, particularly with dinner and breakfast. The food quality was consistently below expectations, both in terms of taste and hygiene. Unfortunately, some members of our family experienced stomach issues after dining at the hotel, which was very concerning. In addition, the overall cleanliness standards in the dining area need serious improvement. Plates and glasses were not properly cleaned, which further impacted our confidence in the food safety and hygiene practices. Overall, the dining experience was disappointing and did not meet basic hospitality standards, which significantly affected our holiday experience.

What we didn’t like was mainly the gap between what was advertised and what we actually experienced. The photos presented online do not accurately reflect reality. For example, the water activities shown for kids appeared to be part of the hotel facilities, but when we tried to access them, we were informed that they belong to another hotel, despite there being no clear separation or signage to indicate this. Additionally, there was ongoing construction work during our stay. This was not communicated in advance and created constant noise, which was quite disruptive. More importantly, the area did not seem fully secured, raising safety concerns for both children and adults. Overall, these issues significantly impacted our experience and fell short of expectations.
