the food wasn't cooked well and wasn't good as the previous years The deterioration in Food & Beverage quality was one of the most obvious differences compared with my previous stays. At the Bar Restaurant, both the portion sizes and food quality have declined significantly compared with previous years. At the main restaurant, we experienced another issue that I found particularly inappropriate I would like to emphasize that this was the first time in four years of staying at Baron Hotel that I became frustrated enough to raise my voice and escalate a service issue to this extent. also the laundry send me back the dress i sent saying it was cracked but they did that saying they don't know what happened the stay was good but not like before

A stunning place to stay in when in Sahel hasheesh if you are looking for peace and battery recharging. Beautiful design, a nice beach with good amenities. The different pools were nice too with a plus for the infinity one. Restaurants à la carte were very tasty and with a great decoration for each theme. The adult only part was very peaceful for the ones looking for a peaceful stay between the pool, the beach and serene restaurant and lounge. The staff is very nice and helpful, special thanks to Michael who did his best to find a solution when our payment failed because of the machine.

The hotel is a bit on the expensive side, and I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to the quality of the food.

Very relaxing place with a sandy beach and beautiful views. Clean and well-maintained rooms with comfy beds. Food options were great (especially when we tried their other restaurants). What stood out for us is the staff support. Moustafa and Bavley at the reception desk didn't spare any efforts to make our stay comfortable and resolve any issues from the moment we arrived. Others in the restaurants (like Moustafa in the Mexican restaurant) were so friendly, provided helpful recommendations to make our Mexican meal memorable. Thanks everyone!

A few things, if I were to be picky: 1] Some of the rooms feel a little outdated and could benefit from refurbishment. 2] The housekeeping staff can be quite loud while cleaning the rooms, which was sometimes disruptive. We mentioned this to reception, and they were very quick and responsive in addressing it.

Honestly, we had the best vacation ever. We have already visited many destinations across Europe and Africa, but this experience truly stands out as one of our favorites. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience the exceptional service, atmosphere, and attention to detail for themselves. A huge congratulations to the entire team, especially for the excellent management of the restaurants and the impressive versatility and professionalism of the staff. A very special thank you to Emeil, the manager, who took the time to show us around the hotel and make us feel truly welcome. Many thanks as well to the teams at the Mexican and Italian restaurants, and of course, a very special thank you to the Egyptian restaurant and Chef Ahmed. The service and hospitality were outstanding. There is no doubt that I will be coming back to this hotel again. Until then, I wish the entire team continued success, good luck, and all the very best.

الفندق مبني بتشطيبات قديمه فرش قديم حمامات صغيره الحجم وهنا اقصد قاعده الحمام سراير تصدر اصوات اكسسوارات رخيصه جدا فرش فقير غرفه سيراميك قديم عدم تنوع في الاكل الاكل يكرر شبه يومي اهمال حتي في تسجيل اسم النزيل رغم ان معهم كل المستندات متابعه عطل النت اسوء طريق يحاولون يرسلون لك فني في منتصف النوم في الواحده صباحا وانا كنت أسره كبيره ثلاث غرف وكلنا نيام وارفض انا واطلب فني يكلمني يقولي لا معلش احنا بعتناه مش عارفين نتواصل معاه ثلاث مكالمات ارفض رغم ذاك ارسلوه ولم افتح الباب باسلوب رقيق من موظف مستفد هم يستطيعون اكتشافه كان في اول يوم ليا .. للمفارقة حد سجل غرفتي نظافه في تمام الساعه 4 فجرا ليله خروجي من الفندق … تقيمي يجب رفع كفاءة هذا الفندق لانه علي شاطي رائع ومصمم جيدا كحمامات سباحه وعرض كببر علي البحر … اه نسيت لايوجد صناديق قمامه ولا طفايات سجاير علي الشاطيء ولا خدمه جيده …. قيمه ليست مناسبه المنتج النهائي

Séjour très décevant pour un hôtel cinq étoiles Tout semble organisé pour inciter les clients à rester dans l’hôtel. Se rendre en ville est compliqué et particulièrement coûteux : les navettes de l hotel sont de 50 euros a 90 euros pour 20 km aller. De plus, le personnel ne se montre pas toujours très serviable lorsqu’on cherche une autre solution pour quitter l’établissement. Autour des piscines, les transats sont réservés dès le début de la matinée et restent occupés toute la journée. Premier arrive premier servit. Il devient donc très difficile de trouver une place. Le restaurant situé près des piscines est également très décevant. Le personnel y est peu aimable et le service extrêmement lent : il faut parfois attendre très longtemps, même lorsque des tables sont disponibles. Concernant la restauration, seul le restaurant principal proposant le buffet est facilement accessible à toute la famille. Et le personnel est au top et le responsable genial. Pour les autres restaurants, il faut généralement réserver au moins 48 heures à l’avance. Cette règle est appliquée de manière très rigide : nous avons vu des restaurants presque vides nous refuser car on n’avait pas réservé. Certains établissements n’acceptent pas les enfants, et une partie de l’hôtel leur est également interdite. Ces restrictions devraient être indiquées beaucoup plus clairement avant la réservation. Dans l’ensemble, le niveau de service est très inférieur à ce que l’on peut normalement attendre d’un établissement cinq étoiles, notamment en comparaison avec d’autres hôtels de même catégorie que nous avons fréquentés.

C’est la première fois que nous venions dans cet hôtel. L’expérience a été vraiment super. Nous étions en famille avec 3 enfants de 5/8/10 ans. Le personne de la réception avec Michael est vraiment serviable, Ali pour l’accueil dans notre chambre, Mahmoud au restaurant avec une expérience très chaleureuse. Contrairement au établissement du même standing, le Baron est un lieu calme, idéal pour passer des vacances reposantes avec tout le confort d’un hôtel 5 étoiles ! À refaire !

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour en famille au baron palace sahl hasheesh tout était excellent, une plage magnifique avec une piscine à débordement digne d'une carte postale d'autres piscines plus animé avec un Kids club et toutes les infrastructures nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le buffet est varié il y'en a pour tout les goûts. Le service est haut de gamme en tout point. Le personnel est très sérieux et professionnel sans jamais être trop intrusif. N'hésitez pas à y séjourner vous ne le regretterai pas.

Everything was exceptional the service, food, facilities, atmosphere, and overall experience were truly impressive.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. The only thing I would suggest is providing a shuttle bus service to and from the airport. For a hotel of this level of luxury, quality, and excellent facilities, I believe this would be a very useful addition and would make the guest experience even more convenient and complete.

The hotel is very average and, in my opinion, one of the lowest-rated 5-star hotels

There are no shows or activities at night, which makes the evenings quite boring. The bed is uncomfortable, and the food is average or slightly below average. The staff are helpful and cooperative in some cases, but the overall quality of service is low, including the drinks and other services. As for the beach, half of it is rocky and has coral reefs, so you need to wear water shoes to get into the sea. The other half is sandy, but I still got injured there because of some rocks.

There was section at the beach for adults only, also separate section in the building, the atmosphere was quiet. The building, the spaces, the rooms are very clean. The personnel at the bars, the beach etc. are very polite, very helpful. The hotel is really an oasis. The style is impressing. There are a lot of options in the restaurants, food options and variety of restaurants.

One of the two rooms booked was selected with two single beds, it was provided also with double bed instead. Unfortunately, three of us had diarrhea issues lasting for few days, since we only consumed food and water provided by the hotel for our entire stay, same should be mentioned for quality assurance purposes.

I liked the vibe of this hotel very luxurious and calm despite being a bit dated in some areas I love the acess to the beach and pools. Top notch service by the staff. The food was really spectacular. Congratulations to the chefs ! Loved the section for adults only by the pool. It's a really beautiful place ! The beds were very comfortable and my wife and myself were able to sleep amazingly well.

Beware that this hotel is not like the others in the region you won't find entertainment for all. There's only one small corner where they do some live music near the à la carte restaurants or by the pool, but there are no amphitheater with proper entertainment like other hotels. Baron is a bit overrated. I wish I could have stayed with my wife in the adults area only because my room was located next to families with kids and it got really noisy in the corridors with kids running around and crying. We had a minor issue with the bathroom whenever we took a shower there was a leakage that went almost to the bed. Room 257 Cleaning staff were not really good even after giving some tips we saw many footprints by the staff in the bathroom

The staff … exceptional customer service, actually never been in a hotel where they value the comfort and happiness of their customers more, details-oriented in every single aspect, get out of their way just to pamper their customers and give them whatever they ask for even if this means they’re going the very extra mile, starting of Mohamed the FO shift leader who received us at the very first moment and did us a room upgrade just as an act of welcoming first time guests in ourselves, moving to Abdelrehim the bellman who had lots of luggage to care for though he was extra keen to give us the orientation and answer our questions in a very professional manner while we were on our way, also Mohamed at the pool who was extra nice in every day of our visit and always tried to make our toddler have a smile on her face, moreover the restaurant who attended us twice daily were extra welcoming and super hosts who went above and beyond expectations in attending all of our requests even in their out of operational hours just to keep us feeling home, we had hussein as our superhost more than once supervised by Mr. ghareeb elhosny who was a guy that just thereby to attend ur requests at the very first moments always, finally a big thank you to Mr. Samy Ibrahim the super Assistant F&B Manager who supervised the whole restaurant himself and was keen to go into details with his backroom staff and cheffs and make sure we have our kids food prepared in a timely manner even if the restaurant was closed for guests at that time … really an exceptional guy and leader so no surprise that the rest of his staff were superhosts as we found, it was an exceptional vacation because of these extraordinary employees who does their job with a passion, self-motivation and big smiles on their faces, Thx Baron Palace … we’re definitely coming back!

Thw sandy beach with crystal clear water

I stayed at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh last year, and my only criticism at the time was that the food quality needed improvement. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay in June 2026, the situation had deteriorated dramatically. The food quality was far below the standard one would expect from a luxury five-star resort. It was so poor that I felt compelled to speak directly with the Executive Chef, who acknowledged my concerns and even offered to prepare special meals exclusively for my family. I declined the offer because my expectation is that **every guest**, not just those who complain, should receive food of the highest quality. A resort of this caliber should deliver excellence consistently to all its guests. What happened at checkout, however, was even more unacceptable. As we were leaving for the airport to catch our flight, we were unexpectedly accused of stealing two bathrobes. Despite the seriousness of this accusation, I immediately gave the staff full permission to search all of our luggage. As expected, **no bathrobes were found**, confirming that the accusation was completely unfounded. Being subjected to such an embarrassing and baseless accusation at the end of what had already been a disappointing stay was deeply upsetting. Rather than ending our holiday on a positive note, it left us feeling humiliated and profoundly disappointed. Based on both the unacceptable decline in food quality and the unprofessional handling of our checkout, I cannot recommend Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh. Regrettably, after this experience, neither my family nor I intend to return, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking the level of service and hospitality expected from a luxury property. **Follow-up:** Following my review, the hotel manager called me personally to apologize. Interestingly, Truecaller identified the caller as "The Ministry of Interior." I cannot verify why that name appeared, so I will not speculate about its significance.

Excellent stay at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pools and beach are amazing, and the food was varied and high quality throughout the stay. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always attentive. Special thanks to Mahmoud (“Mister Voltaire” 😄), who speaks excellent French and is truly a rare gem of the hotel. Always kind, helpful, professional, and smiling, he made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel I would definitely recommend!

The only downside was the very high prices in the shopping area inside the hotel. For example, anti-burn cream at the pharmacy was extremely overpriced, and even mini toothpaste and sunscreen at the shop were surprisingly expensive.

Its in good quality across the hotel - its the kind of hotel that prepare a snack box for you and your family when you are leaving during lunch time for a long drive. - i always worry before booking specially when its first time to visit. And im glad my choice here was above my expectation. - i gave attention to alot of details and Baron Palace amazed me.

- price/ value. The hotel team need to give more attention to sales. As the pricing on internet platforms are much cheaper. The price for an upgrade in the weekend should not be the same for weekdays when the hotel is absolutely not vacant - kids club. If u have 0-4 or above. U will need enhancement to this club. It has great spaces and absolutely good staff. But nothing is offered in this space. At least a playground and a toddlers room. This is a key fact if we will consider returning back. As other resorts are much more better even the 2 resorts near by 10min walk. - housekeeping staff or garden staff need to be more carfull with noise at 5:30 am or 6 am - there are more then 4-5 pools in the resort. Should consider a heated pool at least for the kids. It was very challenging to swim and our kids got sick. - a golf cart shuttle to the near by shopping area would be a good idea. As we have been renting the golf cart daily and prices vary and sometime the driver dont show up.

Le prix All incluses me semble exagéré par rapport à la demi-pension. Le vendeur pour les soins au SPA est beaucoup trop insistant, c’est désagréable. On m’avait dit que j’avais 2 même soins ce qui est faux. Un grand merci à l’esthéticienne qui vient des Philippines, quelle douceur et professionnalisme🩵

I like the food variety and quality. The complementary head massage was great.They gave us a snack box for each person on checking out as a gift which was a nice gesture.Worth mentioning that they responded quickly when we asked them that there was a problem with the safe and T.V was not working, they fixed them super fast.

The animation team needs to be really improved .we were there at Eid el Adha holiday and nearly there were no animation apart from 10 minutes show for the kids by the pool the rest of the day was colouring and some crafts that my son refused to share as they were so simple , for adults no animation worth mentioning which is a major disappointment. There were supposed to be 2 heated pools which were not actually heated the water was cold and I complained about it to the reception but nothing was done we could swim even for 15 minutes because of the cold water which ironically was colder than the sea. Another thing is no showers or bathrooms near the sea , you have to go to the pool to find a shower or a bathroom which is totally wired for a 5 star hotel. Worth mentioning that the number of the waiters who serve the sea area is very little and we asked them twice to bring drinks for us but they said sure we will come to take your order and never showed up again . Finally it is a good hotel for those who want to relax but not for those who like animation, water sports which were not available!!! Also a small aqua for kids nothing for adults.
