El sitio es acojedor, Cristina es una persona muy linda, nos hizo sentir en casa. La habitación es acogedora, y el barrio es genial para caminar. Recomendado.

Atención del personal muy cercana y la originalidad de la entrada del hotel así como ubicación También disponía de plancha y eso es un puntazo.

La habitación estaba muy expuesta al exterior (lo cual resta privacidad). La TV no tenía posibilidad de conectarse a servicios de streaming.

Claudia makes you feel looked after like you were family. A really calm oasis in the bustle of Cali. Spotlessly clean(room cleaned and bed changed everyday). I had concerns about safety in Cali after doing reading online before travelling but felt totally safe in this area. Had no problems whatsoever. Just don’t walk around looking at Google maps on your phone making yourself a target and take an uber home when travelling from other areas of Cali at night. I found San Antonio so charming and walked around alone even at night there without any problem. I would definitely stay here again. A very tasty breakfast and laundry service also available at a very reasonable price. I attended a salsa school(salsa pura) which was 3 minutes walk away and La Topa was 5 minutes in an Uber. Perfect location.

J’ai adoré cet endroit : l’emplacement est absolument génial, en plein cœur du quartier vivant et safe de San Antonio, très central pour découvrir tous les quartiers de la ville. C’est hyper calme, personne ne fait un bruit ni le soir ni le matin. La décoration est soignée, les patios très agréables. Délicieux petits déjeuners. Les draps sont changés tous les 2 jours et les serviettes tous les jours. Je n’avais jamais vu ça auparavant ! Ma chambre était très agréable et assez fraîche. Mais cette adresse ne serait rien sans la présence lumineuse de Claudia, l’élégante propriétaire des lieux, qui n’aura de cesse de rendre votre séjour agréable, de vous conseiller, de vous accompagner pour toute démarche. Une jolie rencontre !

Beautiful hotel, super nice staff, very good breakfast

Kind staff, really friendly and supportive.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of San Antonio, the oldest neighborhood in Cali. Casa Ruta Sur is within walking distance from multiple, varied restaurants, bakeries, neighborhood grocery stores, drug stores, etc. Our room had a bathroom inside, comfortable clean beds, which were made daily in the morning. We enjoyed a warm breakfast with yummy scrambled eggs with toast of local bread, different fruit juice every day, great Colombian coffee and fruit. The neighborhood is quite but the hostel is even quieter, you only hear the birds in the inner courtyard. The hostess was very gracious and accommodating in coordinating taxi/Uber pickups, directions to locations in Cali, etc.

That I didn't have more time to stay longer at Casa Ruta Sur.

Wonderful authentic Columbian Casa. Owner and staff so friendly. The owner went out of her way to help with a flight delay and car rental cancellation despite the language barrier. Just an amazing, hospitable person and she leaves a fantastic, warm memory of San Antonio, Cali.

I loved everything about this place, Claudia is an amazing host! The hostel is ideal if you wanna have a real rest after a busy day enjoying around. Would definitely come back here.

La casa es muy acogedora y limpia

Muy agradable y bonito, excelente atención, está bien ubicado, la entrada es preciosa y la habitaciones muy limpias, cómodas y siempre bien arregladas. 🤗

Solo agregaría que un ventilador por habitación no es suficiente.

De locatie is perfect voor het verkennen van de St Antonio buurt. We hebben alles te voet gedaan.

Lo primero lo bonito que es lugar la paz que genera y lo bien ubicado que esta pero para mi lo mas importante fue la amabilidad de doña de doña Carmen. Tengo claro que si vuelvo a Cali volvería a este hospedaje solo por ella.

I had a lovely comfortable stay here. The arepa with breakfast was homemade and amazing. Such a nice team! The common areas are full of beautiful plants and comfortable nooks.

Laundry was expensive, but everything else was very reasonable. It was a bit of a challenge to find a place where I could have an early morning video call due to other guests sleeping and no desk in my room.

La casa es encantadora, tiene un patio hermoso, colorido y el ambiente es muy tranquilo. Todos los días hacen aseo en la habitación, y eso es definitivamente algo que se aprecia un montón. La atención y cuidado del staff.

Diría que lo primero es la calidez de todas las personas que trabajan ahí, incluida la dueña. Les prometo fue como sentirse en casa. Por otro lado la ubicación es perfecta, la cama exquisita, súper cómoda. Hacían limpieza todos los días, el que también incluía el cambio de toallas.

Es muy bonito, tranquilo, tienen todos los servicios tiene una excelente ubicacion el barrio es tranquilo. El personal es muy amable y calido es un muy buen lugar para quedarse.

Un petit hôtel sympa dans une zone tranquille, propre et bien équipé. Le service était excellent. La dame qui gère est très sympathique, attentionnée et serviable.

Heerlijke oase van rust centraal in San Antonia. Prachtig ingerichte kamer, schoon met heerlijk bed. Veel leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Niet echt een sociaal hostal.

Es tranquilo, acogedor y ordenado. Carmen fue muy amable y considerada. La ubicación, inmejorable. Una excelente opción para disfrutar San Antonio.

Ein kleines, super nettes Hotel. Welches zusätzlich die Vorzüge eines Hostels hat - Kühlschrank und Küche zum selber nutzen. Sehr hilfsbereite, nette Besitzerin. Viele Doppelzimmer die sehr ruhig liegen. Gute Lage in der Altstadt von Cali. Schöne Restaurants, Shops, Bäcker, Obst etc Frühstück prima Unser Zimmer war ruhig, sehr groß und hoch, was toll war, (allerdings gab es da viele Mücken)

I can't recommend this enough. I've just spent 4 days at Casa Ruta Sur whilst visiting Cali with my dad and we had a brilliant time. Claudia and her team did everything to make our stay comfortable, they really went above and beyond helping with tips, recommendations and always making themselves available. The hotel itself is in the best possible location, right in the middle of lovely San Antonio and allows you to explore the entire city by foot. The hotel is an incredibly peaceful oasis, in central Cali, so quiet and cosy, we felt at home instantly.

Bequemes Bett. Ventilator im Zimmer. Die Dusche und Wasserdruck waren top, kaltes und warmes Wasser. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und Personal. Wäsche ging schnell und kam sauber und trocken retour.

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Ruta Sur. The room (Nr. 7) was so pretty, the whole hostel feels so warm and nice. Claudia and her team were very friendly and i felt so welcomed! It's a quiet hostel, so a good place to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is good and was ideal for my stay.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet! Gegenüber befindet sich ein Minimarkt mit Wasser, Früchten, div Kosmetikbedarf etc. Viele gute Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

No tenía agua caliente, el ruido del ventilador en la noche (era o calor o ruido), por la hora en que salía 7.30 no pude disfrutar del desayuno y eso me descompenso mucho mis mañanas porque donde estaba el refrigerio era a las 10.30 am.

Me encantó este lugar, esta perfectamente decorado, me inspiró mucha paz. La ubicación es excelente, a dos pasos del parque San Antonio. Me parece que el precio es muy bueno para todo lo que tiene por dar este gran hotel. Hasta el desayuno es muy bueno, y a buen precio. El servicio y la amabilidad de la dueña y del personal es excelente. Mil gracias.

C'est bien localisé. Le lieu est très charmant, très agréable. L'accueil par les deux dames est incroyable, elles sont très gentilles. Nous avons pu laisser nos sacs à dos le temps de visiter alors que nous avions fait le check-out. Le lit est confortable. La douche est bien. Le resto juste en face est délicieux.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit déjeuner inclus.

J’ai adoré mon séjour. Ma chambre était très calme, j’ai pu bien me reposer. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent (merci encore !)

Casa Ruta Sur ist ein Juwel… alles so hübsch und stimmig sowie wunderbare Menschen, die es hegen & pflegen. Auch stehen sie den Gästen unkompliziert mit Rat & Tat zur Seite.

Ablagefläche im Bad ist etwas knapp, aber überhaupt kein Problem.
