All'arrivo, nonostante avevamo dato tutti i dati, hanno tenuto fermi due ragazzi per avere i documenti dei genitori, erano accompagnati da 4 adulti per un campionato svizzero. Potevano informarci prima, avevamo scritto bene i loro dati e prerchè erano li.

Umgebung teilweise ziemlich laut, Straßenbahndepot und es gab nachts Bauarbeiten an den Gleisen mit erheblicher Lärmbelastung

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Highly recommended! The hotel is incredibly convenient and easy to reach, yet very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff is extremely well-organized, responsive, and provided exceptional communication prior to my arrival. Everything was spotless, offering excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
The only small improvement would be adding a mini fridge and coffee-making facilities in the room.

Une des touches pour tirer la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Situation idéale pour utiliser les transports en commun (métro au pied de l'immeuble). 2 supérettes juste à côté permettant de compenser les tarifs exorbitants de la restauration suisse. Gratuité des transports en commun sur l'agglomération de Lausanne.
C'était la canicule et le ventilateur, quoiqu'efficace, avait du mal à rafraichir suffisamment l'atmosphère la nuit.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Das Zimmer ist gross und man ist direkt im Village der EPFL. Super Tarif fürs parken. Sehr nettes Personal am Check Out. Der online Check in funktioniert einwandfrei.
Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ins Parkhaus ist nicht gut angeschrieben man muss es etwas suchen. Der ganze Weg vom Parkhaus zum Hotel ist auch etwas verwirrend. Man findet es - nur es verunsichert einen etwas wenn man mit dem ersten Lift quasi an einem Bahnhof ankommt und dann das Gebäude wechseln muss. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und in dieser Nacht war es recht laut vor dem Hotel. Wir mussten das Fenster schliessen um zu schlafen. Es war ok sauber - nicht aber super sauber im Zimmer. Das Hotel ist nicht sehr teuer aber es ist ca 10-20 sfr zu teuer für was es dann schlussendlich ist.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Das SwissHotel eignet sich perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt und bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage, nur einen Katzensprung von der UNIL und der EPFL entfernt, ist der größte Pluspunkt dieses Hotels. Es gibt einen Parkplatz zu ermäßigten Preisen. Und wie bei allen Unterkünften in Lausanne können Sie die kostenlose Fahrkarte für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr im Großraum Lausanne nutzen. Die U-Bahn-Station befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Haupteingang. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist äußerst freundlich. Außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten läuft alles online ab.

Mauvaise ventilation. Pas de Clim pour des questions écologiques, ce que nous comprenons mais pas d’alternative. Nous avons eu trop chaud Le petit dejj kg eu et est moyen

Zimmer verfügen über keine Klimaanlage - das Hotel beschreibt dies als zukunftsorientiert (deutlich über 25 Grad im Raum). Den Code zur Eingangstür haben wir nie erhalten so dass wir nur mit viel Glück um 23h30 in unser Zimmer konnten.

Pas de frigo dans la chambre. Si besoin, payant extra. Je voudrais apprécier si on peux rester dans votre hotel avec le chien.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Bonne découverte. Hôtel très bien placé pour un séjour pro à l'EPFL. En face de l'arrêt du métro pour aller en ville (20 min) avec la carte de transport gratuit. Chambre propre et calme. Très bon petit déjeuner avec un grand choix salé/ sucré.
Pour moi, tout s"est très bien passé lors de ce séjour !
