Er hangt een onaangenaam lucht door het hele hotel en in de kamer. Kamer zelf was verder niet goed schoongemaakt, er waren vlekken in de lakens en erg lagen random schroeven door de kamer heen.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025Le uniche cose apprezzabili sono la posizione buona, in zona attrezzata e con molti locali, e il posteggiatore che consente di lasciare l’auto nonostante la scarsità di parcheggi
Tutto il resto. Il personale praticamente inesistente. Non parlano inglese, non sono di alcun aiuto e nemmeno particolarmente accoglienti. C’è una spa ma non è gestita dall’hotel e quindi a pagamento. L’hotel è sporco e anche un po’ fatiscente . Forse anche a quel prezzo si può trovare di meglio ad Ankara.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025Location in the downtown, close to metro (Kizilay area), multiple stores and shops nearby, meanwhile in the quiet street, so very little noise. Room was nice, bed was soft and comfy, breakfast was rich and delicious. Highly recommended.
Can't think of anything here. I'm satisfied with my choice.

Не всегда стабильный сигнал Wi-Fi в номере, жена, по её словам, немного ощущала запах сигарет.

Temizlik calisanlari haric guler yuzlu calisan goremedim. Otopark gorevlileri de iletisimden bir haber. Puanin bu kadarla yeterli oldugunu dusunuyorum. Fazlasina elim gitmedi.

Reviewed Feb 6, 2025Tolle Lage im Stadtzentrum mit vielen Lokalen. Sehr nettes Personal. Möglichkeit mit gratis Tee und Kaffee aufs Zimmer ist super! Toller Wellnessbereich direkt im Hotel mit der Möglichkeit zu sehr günstigen Wellnesspaketen (Pakete mit einer Stunde Massage um nur ca € 30). Gutes Frühstück. Nur das Brot sollte lieber frisch und nicht verpackt angeboten werden. Rest super! Gerne wieder wenn ich in Ankara bin.

Doğrusu olumsuz yorumlar beni korkutmuştu fakat iyiki de olumsuz yorum yazanlara inanmamışım :) Konaklamamız şahaneydi. Yerleştiği konum çok rahat. Her yere yakın. Metroya 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı açık büfe tarzında, gayet doyurucu. Odalar tertemiz, klima gayet iyi çalışıyordu. Sigara kokusu ve başka olumsuzluklar yoktu. Hijyen açısından odalarda kettle(su ısıtıcısı) yok, fakat ne zaman isterseniz resepsiyonu arayıp su, çay rica edebiliyorsunuz. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. YATAKLAR ŞAHANE. 100000yıldız! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bulutların üzerinde uyuyor gibiydim. Yumuşacık ve konforluydu. Hatta şu zamana dek uyuduğum en iyi yataktı diyebilirim. Uyku sorunu yaşayanlar için kesinlikle tercih edilmesi gereken bir yer. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Hepsine teker teker teşekkür ediyorum. 5 gecelik konaklamamız çok güzel geçti. Muhtemelen bir sonraki konaklamamda da hiç düşünmeden seçeneklerim arasına koyacağım bir otel olacak. Ödediğim fiyata kesinlikle değdi.❤️ Otobüsle gelecek olanlar için; Havalimanından Ankara Air otobüs ile Kızılay’a geldik. Karşı tarafa geçip aşağıya HD İskender restorant’a doğru indik ve hemen sağdaki ara sokaktaydı. Konum olarak çok çok iyi.
İnternet yavaş. Yorgan ve havlularda yanık izleri vardı.

The breakfast are delicious and the staff are very friendly , anything you need it they will be resolve ! Stuff doesn't speak English much. Beds are short. The bedroom door couldn't be closed all the way so the cold entered the room from the outside.

- в номере почему-то не работал холодильник. Совсем не работал. - включил на ночь систему климат-контроля, так она ночью так загудела, что я аж подпрыгнул на кровати :-) - в телевизоре только турецкие каналы

Стены отеля будто из картона сделаны. Слышно все из соседних комнат и с верху. Есть неприятный запах из ванной, там нету вытяжки.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2024The room is clean and with comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There are all necessary hygiene products. The breakfast was wonderful and varied. The staff is very nice and polite, always meeting our requests. They met us halfway and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out. We liked everything!
The bathroom door was closing quite tightly and at first we even thought that it would not close at all.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2024The manager of the hotel was so generous in case of giving water and coffee to the room. Breakfast was so good and was charged again frequently, we had everything we want. The location is great and you have access to many things outside of the hotel, like restaurants, subway, shopping center.
Wifi was weak in the room. I wish they had also all inclusive option in booking, so guests could book also lunch or dinner buffet.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2024地处繁华，交通便利，无论是往返长途汽车总站还是机场，或往返土耳其国父陵、往返安纳托利亚文明博物馆都相当便捷。有一个阳台，但是阳台被近距离的高楼所包围，没有风景，所以这也是房间夜晚安静的原因之一。房间的面积对于一两个人住宽敞舒适，房里的冰箱也好用，不过由于冰箱需要散热，我是整天打开柜门的，冰箱放在柜子里并不是很合理。早餐很好，很满意。
Wi-Fi看上去有两格信号，其实不太够用。床上用品有破洞见照片，我觉得作为一个三星级酒店可以换新了，另外马桶盖无法靠在水箱上，它必须要倒在我的后背上。
