OYSA fark etmemesi gerekirdi. Çünkü sonuçta rezervasyon yaptığımız odalar 2şer kişilik (2 oda toplamda 4 kişi için)di. Klima yetersizdi.

Breakfast was pale, however there was a decent coffee machine. Noise insulation is poor, we were able to hear water flowing and cars revving outside, despite hotel situated at small and relatively quiet street. I was very disappointedin the curtains: they were not blocking light at all and were half transparent, which is very unusual for hotels with decent score

And the quilt was not out into the duvet cover，terrible！！Third，it takes them three days to give me an invoice. And based on the price，it's really not worth it. But… I couldn’t fall asleep the first night of staying … I was trying to realise for an hour what was the noise that was waking me up. I think that was some automatic ac system… at 1am I called the receptionist, he was very kind, after calling a tech person they changed me the room, where I could finally fall asleep… but that second room was definitely older, from time to time during my staying I could notice some smells from the pines/sink too… (

Reviewed May 4, 2026Très bien situé.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026I am honestly surprised that this hotel does not officially have five stars, because in my personal experience it truly deserves them. The location is perfect — right in the very center, which is incredibly convenient, especially when you arrive late at night. I arrived very late in the evening with two small children, feeling exhausted after a difficult situation with another hotel. From the very first moment, the staff at the reception made us feel safe, welcome, and cared for. I asked if it would be possible to have a small baby bed, and to my surprise and gratitude, the team upgraded us to a larger room completely free of charge. This gesture meant so much to me as a mother traveling with children. The room was spotlessly clean, with enough fresh bed linen and towels, very comfortable and quiet. Everything was prepared with great attention to detail. The breakfast deserves special mention — it was not just food, it was a small piece of art. The chef personally prepared my favorite omelet, and it was absolutely delicious. You could truly feel the care and professionalism in every detail. This hotel turned a very stressful night into a warm, calm, and pleasant experience. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, humanity, and excellent service. I will definitely return and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Turkey, especially families with children. ⭐ Highly recommended.
