Comodo il parcheggio perché c'era sempre un parcheggiatore, avevo sbagliato e prenotato due notti? Erroriamente e la seconda l'hanno cancellata senza problemi.

Poiché non posso dormire sdraiato. Ho chiesto due cuscini in più per sollevarmi e all'inizio alla recezione mi hanno detto che non c'erano. Quando ho detto che non avrei potuto dormire in quell'albergo se non avesse avuto riusciti sono misteriosamente arrivati.il personale della reception che ci ha ricevuto all'arrivo non è stato assolutamente accogliente.

TV in room won’t turn off fully and wakes you in the night. In room air conditioning turns off automatically in the middle of the night and you have to wake up at 3am to turn it back on. End result poor sleep.

La pulizia. Il bagno con il lavandino non funzionante. La posizione, non ottimale rispetto all’area centrale, anche se vicino alla zona commerciale. In generale, Ankara non c’è piaciuta e questo influenza il voto.

Biz otelin bölgesini çok beğenmedik. Akşam çıkıp dolaşmak için çok uygun değildi.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Everything in ankara is easily accessible from the hotel. Valet service for parking was excellent.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Laufnähe zum Kızılay-Platz und bietet einen kostenlosen Parkservice. Die Zimmer sind groß genug und wurden täglich gereinigt. Auf Anfrage wurde auch ein Beistellbett für unser Baby bereitgestellt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem breiten Angebot aus diversen Warmspeisen (z.B. Suppe, Börek) und klassischen Kaltspeisen (z.B. Käseplatten, Salaten). Unser Baby hat den Aufenthalt und die Aufmerksamkeit genossen.

Tägliche Zimmerreinigung hätte etwas gründlicher sein können.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and it was a really nice hotel. We had a great stay.

The only downside is the club opposite, which can be quite noisy.

I have stayed at this hotel more than 20 times over 8 years and for the first time someone personally contacted me via WhatsApp before I even arrived at the hotel and discussed my opinion and things that could be improved! I hope someone from the management will read this and try to improve some of the things. Also, when we were leaving the hotel, Esra approached us and through conversation asked us about our opinion and how things could be improved. No one has done this, not even the most prestigious hotels in the world. Guest Relations Manager Esra I would like to thank you for your time and the way you approached and tried to find out the opinion of the guests about this hotel. This is a hotel that was my first choice for coming to Istanbul until a few years ago but over time it has lost its quality. I hope that people like you can step up and take the necessary actions to restore this hotel to the quality it was a few years ago. Every praise for the reception staff and also for the guys who park the cars. The hotel has spacious rooms, good beds and pillows, and the hygiene is up to standard, and it is also in a good location for moving around Istanbul by car.

The rooms are clean, as are the bedding, but unfortunately in many of the rooms there is a bad smell in the bathrooms coming from the drain. The breakfast food is in the worst condition in the last 8 years. It is not tasty, the variety has decreased and the quality is at the lowest level. The kitchen staff is not as good as before. A hotel with such a reputation urgently needs to improve the food! A few years ago we were given the option of half board when we booked and the food was really good like in an a la carte restaurant. Now there is no quality at all and the hygiene and service in the restaurant needs to be improved. I know I spent a lot of time on my review and gave a score of 9 only because of the approach of the guest relations manager, but I hope things will change and that we will not need another hotel.

Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass nachts aus der Klimaanlage Zigarettenrauch kam. Am Anfang war ich etwas schockiert. Da gegenüber gleich zwei Nachtklubs waren, von denen hat man aber nichts mitbekommen und tagsüber sind die gar nicht aufgefallen. Ich hatte extra mitgeteilt, dass wir kurzfristig nur zu zweit statt zu dritt anreisen, das dritte Bett war allerdings auch gemacht d.h. das Sofa war ausgezogen. So hätten wir auch auf dem Sofa sitzen können.

we arrived very late, I asked couple of questions and our room was extremely small, they gave forgotten baby crib and they arranged afterwards( wasn’t even a bed, it was a bed cover placed on it) there was no space in the room even to move, which they have excepted our request with two kids(one is baby) room was dirty, bathroom was old and black mold was everywhere. Wouldn’t stay there again. Staff was kind and helpful but they said there is no other room. It felt like a passage hotel like taverna vibe.

Nice, modern and clean rooms. Room service was regular and helpful with water and fresh towels and sheets. View was lovely and the location meant it was just a short 10 minute walk to the metro. Slept like a rock!

Some fixtures were a little tired and needs a bit of TLC.

We arrived around 12 p.m. and were allowed to check in early since the room was already ready, which was appreciated.

Overall, it was a very poor experience. We had booked a triple room with three single beds, but instead we were given a room with one double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, as it was just a convertible sofa with a noticeable fold in the middle that caused back pain. It made for a very bad night’s sleep. Regarding parking, when we arrived and unloaded our luggage, we asked where we should park the car and were told that leaving it directly in front of the hotel on the street was fine. Later, after going out to explore the city and returning around 10 p.m., there were no parking spaces available in front of the hotel anymore. We then asked reception about the parking area that was advertised as included. A staff member told us to park the car partially on the sidewalk and leave the keys with them, as they would move the car during the night. However, as this was a rental car, we were not comfortable leaving the keys with someone to move it, since we could be held responsible for any damage by the rental company, and we were not even told where the car would be moved to. In the end, we had to drive around looking for parking and left the car about 100 meters down the street, which raised concerns about theft or damage. Finally, when checking out, after handing in the key card and stating we were checking out, and after loading our luggage into the car, a staff member who barely spoke English came after us, asked us to wait, requested the card again, and asked about “mini bar, mini bar” as if trying to check whether we had consumed anything from the minibar. The communication was very unclear and unprofessional. I had to go back to the reception and tell the receptionist that I had already handed in the card and that I had not consumed anything from the minibar.

Gute, hochwertige Matratze, das Frühstücks-und Reinigungspersonal…aufmerksam,hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Eingangs-,Frühstücksbereich und die Flure sind optisch farblich dunkel aber stimmig und ansprechend (wer es mag).

Für eine Suite, ein sehr kleines Bad und von der Qualität der Ausstattung/Möbel im Zimmer max. 3 Sterne! Hellhörig (laute Dusch-und Spülgeräusche der Toilette) vom Neben-und vom Zimmer darüber! Für Leute die geschäftlich unterwegs sind eher ungeeignet (keine vernünftige Schreib-und Sitzmöglichkeit). Ein Tip an die Herren der Rezeption… Freundlichkeit ist die Visitenkarte eines Hotels ;-

İm Bad war ein unangenehmes Geruch und alles was im Kühlschrank waren sehr teuer. Ein kleiner Wasserflasche hat 3,-€ gekostet.

-In der Gegend gab es genug Geschäfte und Möglichkeiten zu essen -Sehenswürdigkeiten waren in der Nähe mit dem Auto -Parkplatz

-Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, wir wurden beim Check in nicht einmal gegrüßt. -uns wurde die Rechnung vorgelegt mit 35€ mehr für das Zimmer als wir eigentlich über booking gebucht hatten, dies habe ich ändern lassen. Dann habe ich bar bezahlt und man sagte mir sie hätten keine € zum zurückgeben, allerdings habe ich den Gegenwert auch nxiit in Lira zurück bekommen. Es waren 5€ aber td gebe ich Trinkgeld wenn ich möchte und lasse es mir einfach nehmen. Ich habe nichts gesagt weil ich nicht diskutieren wollte. Eine Rechnung habe ich aber auch nicht bekommen. Beim Check in dann meinte die Dame an der Rezeption dass wir nicht gezahlt hätten und erst als ich meinte doch, in bar in €, meinte sie „Ach ja, sie haben recht“. -der Concierge hat mit den Augen gerollt als wir das Auto abgegeben haben und ca 30 min später wieder haben wollten, whs weil er es erst in die Garage gefahren hat . -die Reinigungsdame war freundlich

Great location, close to interesting places such as Kizilay Meydani, Anitkabir, Hamamonu, Suluhan Carsisi, Ankara Kalesi, Kocatepe Mosque and very close to the gasoline station Shell. The valet parking is excellent.
