Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The location is fantastic, a 3-minute taxi ride from the train station and 1 minute from public transport stops. The breakfast is very complete and varied. The staff is friendly. The tv has internet connection.
The bedroom and bathroom are small and in need of renovation; they're quite old. The double bed isn't very big or comfortable. The air conditioning unit is directed straight at the bed and blows directly in your face.

泊まった部屋にセーフティボックスがなかったのが少し残念でした。もちろんフロントで預かってもらえるのですが。

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Hotel is in very good location near to the main spots in Tainan, you can also reach it conveniently with H31 shuttle bus from HSR station for free. We enjoyed the breakfast, plenty of options and good taste. Fitness centre is classic, for lifters unfortunately not sufficient, but for cardio good enough. We really appreciated complementary 24h self-laundry service. Room was nice and clean. Staff was really nice, always smiling, although to my surprise, no English proficiency - not an issue, just a note for the others.
Noise from the corridor, specifically the room doors closing, it is really noisy, in addition we had really bad luck, since our neighbour was opening and closing the door permanently from the early morning. There was lot of limescale in the bathroom, could use some more cleaning.
