Reviewed Sep 13, 2026

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026

I personally felt like 'a number' at this hotel - as though I am not important and I'm just 'there'- I have worked in customer service my whole life and even something very small like saying my name as I enter the restaurant for breakfast (they have our check-in details- there is no reason why the restaurant staff can't say something like- (in my case) -' welcome Ms King and Mr Burgess) This is not essential- just my personal feedback from a seasoned traveller on what would be a more personalised experience
