La modernité de l’établissement, plage dans une baie avec une jolie île en face avec sa chapelle, petite piscine et emplacement jardin le tout très rapproché. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner

La musique diffusée à longueur de journée (Play list electro-dance) trop forte sur la plage à partir de midi toutefois un peu moins forte à la piscine et le coin jardin, mais aucun endroit sans musique malgré une demande auprès du manager. Ainsi que le soir jusqu’à minuit/30 empêchant de dormir étant donné que la plupart des chambres donnent sur le Beach bar où d’ailleurs plus personne n’est présent ??

La proximité avec la plage, l’accueil et la sympathie du personnel, la qualité des repas

L’emplacement proche des bars et clubs, nous aurions préféré la nature et des paysages plus sauvages avec des randonnées à proximité, ce qui n’était pas possible à cause des travaux autoroutiers dans les montagnes avoisinantes

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit allem. Das Personal war äußerst lieb und freundlich. Sie haben uns sofort herzlich willkommen geheißen. Unser Zimmer war perfekt. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war unglaublich gut und es wurde direkt warm, wenn man wollte. Der Pool direkt vor unserem Zimmer war auch sauber. Die Damen vom Zimmer Service war sehr nett und kam auch jeden Tag! Die Lage des Hotels hätte auch nicht besser sein können. Man musste nur die Treppe runtergehen und war direkt am Strand mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen zur Auswahl. Am meisten zu loben ist jedoch das großartige Buffet . Es war extrem abwechslungsreich und das jeden Tag, alles was ich probierte war sehr schmackhaft. Auch morgens gab es gute Auswahl, aber vor allem abends habe ich das Essen den ganzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Es war natürlich ein bisschen schade, dass Getränke beim Abendessen extra gekostet haben und auch nicht gerade günstig waren. Auch die Massage, die dort angeboten wurde, war leider etwas überteuert. Aber für die Massage Preise kann das Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht so viel. (100€ für ca. 70 Minuten)

Hotel nowoczesny pod względem wyglądu. Basen spory, można w nim popływać. Leżaków jest mniej niż gości, ale my we wrześniu przychodząc po śniadaniu nie mieliśmy problemu z dostępnością. Hotel przy samej plaży i morzu. Gdy jest dobra pogoda i nie ma dużych fal woda jest przejrzysta i ma piękny kolor. Łagodne zejście do morza. Plaża jest zajęta przez leżaki (nie byłoby miejsca na rozłożenie się z ręcznikiem). Personel ponadprzeciętnie miły ❤️ jedzenie pyszne - zarówno śniadania jak i kolację. Bardzo czysto, sprzątane jest wszystko codziennie, również teren basenów, tarasy przy pokoju itp. Bar przy hotelu serwuje drinki, napoje, ale też bardzo dobre jedzenie i obok są dodatkowe leżaki i łóżka gdyby przy basenie nie było miejsca ;)

Ben lontano dai 5 stelle! Le foto della spiaggia non corrispondono alla realtà (gli ombrelloni sono ammassati). 0 varietà nel cibo. Trovo folle (dopo aver pagato 400€ a notte) far pagare extra per la jacuzzi (che comunque rimane accesa anche senza essere utilizzata) e far pagare le cabana sulla spiaggia (contando che non c’era mezzo lettino disponibile). SPA non all’altezza di un 5 stelle

In Wirklichkeit ein überfüllter Strand mit Liegenabstand 0, der auch an Nichthotelgäste vermietet wird, mit Kindern und sogar Hunden. 0 Privatsphäre!

Außergewöhnlich freundliches, hilfbereites und aufmerksames Personal und Hotelmanager. Großes, ansprechend eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Meerblick, schönes großes Bad. Extrem große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen frischen Angeboten. Ebenso beim Abendbuffet, mit sehr leckeren, abwechslungreichen Gerichten. Frühstücksraum bzw. Restaurant mit Meerblick. Direkter Zugang zum Strand mit kostenloser Benützung der Liegen und Sonnenschirme.

Liegen am Pool waren bereits ab den frühen Morgenstunden mit Handtüchern reserviert. Dauerbeschallung mit Musik, nicht nur am Pool, sondern auch am Strand. Manchmal auch sehr laut. Auch im Zimmer (mit Meerblick) bei geschlossenem Fenster hörbar. Auch die Musik aus der Nachbarbar war oftmals bis in die Nacht hörbar. Liegen am Strand standen sehr eng nebeneinander. Strand war sehr voll.

The sea was always with waves and was not comfortable swimming! It was very windy weather! The pool was small! The food, especially the dinner was not various and not tasty! The person in charge in the restaurant for the dinner was very rude and not polite! In general has not the quality of a 5 star hotel!

The property was very clean and beautiful. It is exactly same as they showed in pictures. The location of property is fantastic. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The guy in bikini beach bar Panos is amazing, keeping always mood up.

The spa there is overpriced. And getting only one litre of drinking water every day for free. If you want more water you need to buy which costs 3€ for a litre or go to the nearest supermarket in town.

I was pleasantly surprised by all the services provided. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of choices. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping ladies were always kind and helpful. The sunbeds on the beach were clean, and there was always a spot available. The location is excellent, very close to the city center and right by a beautiful beach. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Náš pobyt v hoteli bol skvelý. Personál hotelu bol veľmi ochotní a milí. Izby vždy čisté a upratané. Hneď vedľa hotela je krásna pláž s lehátkami, ktoré sú pre ubytovaných zadarmo. Raňajky a večere podávané formou bufetu boli vynikajúce! Rozhodne bolo z čoho vyberať a všetko jedlo bolo veľmi chutné. Nemám čo vytknúť, ďakujeme za príjemný pobyt.

La struttura è fantastica, direttamente sul mare, spiaggia pulita e mare cristallino, posizione eccellente rispetto ai locali e alla movida di Malia, defilato ma al contempo limitrofo. Si mangia benissimo, colazioni ricche, cene con specialità greche e non solo, staff molto professionale e tutti veramente gentilissimi. Pulizia eccellente, piscina e bar a fianco veramente superlativi. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutto il soggiorno, merita il punteggio massimo

אחד מבתי המלון הטובים ביותר שהתארחתי בו, אהבתי הכל. המיקום של המלון, החוף הפרטי ארוחות בוקר, העיצוב המשגע של המלון. הצוות הנהדר, העובדים בקבלה המנקות המלצרים ומנהל המלון נותנים יחס אישי והכל באדיבות. המלון ללא ילדים וזה יתרון עצום.

ארוחות הערב הן בסדר אל תצפו לגורמה.

Loved everything about this resort . The staff are wonderful & very welcoming. Everything is spotless & beds comfortable . Great buffet breakfast & dinner , nice pool with direct access to beach . Situated on the main strip with lots of shops , restaurants & cafe’s & the old town all walking distance . Highly recommend !

Staff, room, quality of food.

The beach us too crowdy with sunbeds. But we chose sunbeds in the garden, that was perfect. You shall only compensate these sunbeds location with some consumption at the bar.

This resort is outstanding, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left everything was amazing . We were upgraded to pool & Seaview on arrival which was a bonus . The beds are super comfortable, it’s very clean & the staff are all so lovely , kind & welcoming . The half board breakfast & dinner buffet is fantastic lots of choice & can be enjoyed with a beautiful Seaview . The pool & beach club is great there are lots of restaurants bars & shops & old town all walking distance . Highly recommend !

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Enorme Ammos Beach Hotel. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich mit einem Getränk empfangen und nach dem unkomplizierten Check-in persönlich zu unserem Superior-Doppelzimmer mit direktem Poolzugang begleitet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und sogar deutsche Fernsehsender waren vorhanden. Das Essen war jeden Tag sehr lecker und durch die wechselnden Themen abwechslungsreich. Einige Gerichte waren wirklich hervorragend. Das Frühstück bot ebenfalls eine große Auswahl – von Müsli und Obst bis hin zu süßen und herzhaften Speisen. Besonders schön war die Möglichkeit, das Essen mit Blick auf das Meer zu genießen. Ein großes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal: Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam, zuvorkommend, flink und fleißig. Besonders positiv war, wie schnell auf Probleme reagiert wurde. Ein loser Wasserhahn wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten repariert. Auch eine fehlerhafte Abrechnung mit zwei versehentlich auf unser Zimmer gebuchten Getränken wurde nach unserer Meldung innerhalb weniger Minuten geklärt und der zu viel gezahlte Betrag zurücküberwiesen. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön gestaltet. Auch der Strand und die kostenlosen Liegen für Hotelgäste waren sehr angenehm. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Lage, das wir aufgrund des freundlichen Personals, der schönen Anlage und des hervorragenden Services definitiv weiterempfehlen können.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt waren die Liegen am Strand. Obwohl diese für Hotelgäste kostenlos waren, wurden an einem Tag sehr viele Liegen fremdvergeben, sodass wir zunächst keine freie Liege bekommen haben. (Nach einem Bad im Meer, waren aber wieder Liegen frei) Beim Essen hätten wir uns außerdem etwas mehr typisch griechische Spezialitäten gewünscht.

Restauration correcte bien que le dîner soit de moins bonne qualité que le petit déjeuner. Personnel au top très professionnel et à disposition si besoin. Pour les départs tardif possibilité sur réservation d'avoir un espace de courtoisie avec douche. Bouteille d'eau et café remis tous les jours.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room, the pool, access to the beach, the food, but overwhelmingly the staff. They were unbelievably friendly, helpful and caring. On our last day the hotel manager helped us plan a road trip which was just perfect and on returning to the hotel, having already checked out, we were offered towels and showers to freshen up before dinner and our late flight. I also want to highlight the food - I'm usually dubious about hotel buffets but the food was consistently excellent and, again, a real highlight.

Sun loungers get reserved early so you have to get up to beat the other guests if you want to sit by the pool. Sadly this is normal in the modern world and not much that can be done - so this is a real nitpick. I appreciate the hotel not overcrowding the pool though.

Très bel hôtel et personnel attentionné et souriant. Chambre très confortable. Belle piscine et un accès direct à la mer avec une plage aménagée. Belle terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. Des bons soins au Spa. Accès en ville à pied à quelques minutes.

Le prix un peu excessif des boissons au bar qui freine l'envie de consommer d'autant que le centre-ville est proche. Dommage.

Das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal ist super nett und hilft mit allen Probleme einem immer weiter. Der Pool ist auch sehr sehr schön und die Temperatur ist perfekt. Das Meer ist super schon abgelegen. Das Beach Restaurant ist wirklich super lecker.

Wir hätten uns am buffet am Abend mehr griechisches Essen gewünscht ist aber geschmackssache. Man muss auch beachten das man direkt in einer Partymeile ist es ist aber nicht laut. Noch ein negativer Aspekt war das am Strand die liegen sehr nah an anderen liegen ist es ist wirklich liege an liege.

The location is great, right by the beach, and the overall modern look of the property.

The hotel is marketed as a high-end luxury property, but the reality is a 4-star hotel in disguise. We experienced multiple maintenance and service issues during our stay: water constantly leaked out of the shower onto the bathroom floor, we found ants inside the room, and there were stains on the curtains. Additionally, the electronic "Do Not Disturb" buttons didn't work, the room railing felt unsafe, the Wi-Fi had constant glitches, and being charged extra for water during dinner felt petty and disappointing.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, gute Infrastruktur aber nicht übertrieben mit allen Schikanen. Zimmer gut isoliert, sehr ruhig.

Essen war klassisch Buffet-Style, teilweise nicht ganz warm aber geschmacklich immer gut. Stets gute Auswahl & täglich wechselndes Buffet.

We appreciated the most the professionalism and kindness of the personnel at the hotel. Hotel is very clean, all hotel is cleaned all day, you always see someone to be busy. Personnel is very nice and helpful and polite, which is a great feeling during your stay. A HUGE THANK YOU to the personnel at the reception and at the restaurant. They are working in the heat all day, always with smile and with a nice word to add. Pool is nice, there are enough sunbeds around the pool and also behind the bar (more hidden and quiet). You can get acces to the beach directly, beach is sandy and is open to public (not only guests of the hotel are there, so really crowdy in August). But you can have you beautiful private sunbed at the pool of the hotel and go for a swim any time to the sea whenever you want. Beachbar operates whole day with nice drings and food. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, every day a new menu for dinner with big choice. Malia town is a few steps with plenty bars and restaurants. If you want to do tours (like Knossos, Lasithy, Cave of Zeus, Spinalonga, boat trips, etc). you can book online to there are tourist offices just a few steps away from the hotel.

Pictures of the sea view at booking.com are unfortunately not realistic (it appears as these rooms offer a full, unobstructed sea view from the terraces). I booked a room with sea view and we have got a room with side view of the sea but full view to the pool and beach bar. We asked for change. Hopefully and thanks to Marysia at the reception, we have got another room the following day. From our new room, we had sea view (looking to the pool and to the sea). There is another issue if you do not smoke or want privacy. Our (new) room was on the ground floor and right in front of our terrace balcony were armchairs where people can sit to smoke or/and chat. Sometimes it felt like these people were sitting ritht there with us on the terrace giving us no privacy. We did not have a problem with that, hovewer if you want privacy or you do not want to have smoke on your terrace, you should not choose rooms on the ground floor.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Der Service ist top und das Personal ist sowohl freundlich als auch aufmerksam. Auch das Buffet (Frühstück und Abendessen) gefiel uns sehr gut - es war qualitativ aber trotzdem immer abwechslungsreich. Die gesamte Anlage und die Zimmer sind modern und sehr sauber. Und zuletzt ist natürlich auch die tolle Lage direkt am Strand zu erwähnen.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff – 10/10. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel valued rather than just another group of guests. The pool area was also beautiful, and despite some reviews, the sunbeds were not overcrowded, making it easy to relax.

The biggest disappointment was the food. On two separate occasions, we were served raw or undercooked meat, both with the souvlaki and other grilled dishes. For a hotel advertised as five stars, this is simply unacceptable. The bar was another major letdown. Both the classic and signature cocktails were poorly made—either containing far too much alcohol or tasting completely unbalanced. We tried six different cocktails during our stay, and every single one was disappointing. Drink prices were also excessive. Charging €6.50 for a 1-liter bottle of sparkling water is unreasonable, and the same applies to the prices of cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks. While these prices may be understandable for outside visitors using the beach club, hotel guests should not be paying the same premium. Fortunately, this is easy to avoid by visiting the beach bar next to the hotel entrance or the nearby convenience store, where drinks cost around half the price. Finally, the rooms have very poor sound insulation. Noise from hallways, balconies, and neighboring rooms travels very easily, so light sleepers should be prepared for disturbed nights. While this is largely due to inconsiderate guests rather than the hotel itself, it is still something future visitors should be aware of.

An absolutely exceptional experience! This was our second consecutive stay, and we are already looking forward to returning for a third time. Everything exceeded our expectations once again. The hotel is truly outstanding, with impeccable service, a professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming staff who make every guest feel special. The beach is beautiful and perfectly maintained, while the room, breathtaking views, delicious food, relaxing spa, and stunning pool all contributed to an unforgettable stay. Even the music created the perfect atmosphere throughout the day. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Das Buffet… es hat wenig Auswahl. Ich würde empfehlen kein Fisch zu essen, ich hatte leider eine Lebensmittelvergiftung erlitten. Meiner Meinung nach ist dass kein 5 Sterne Hotel eher 3 Sterne.

Die Bar des Hotels war jeden Tag mit Techno und Wave Musik auch am Strand präsent. Ein Entspannen am gedrängten Strand oder ein gechillter Barbesuch kam da nicht in Frage. Oftmals hörte man die Musik auch bei geschlossenem Fenster im Zimmer. Hier wäre es mal zu überdenken, dass es auch schöne entspannende Musik gibt. Auch mal etwas runterfahren mit der Lautstärke würde eine Entlastung bringen. Dann hätten wir unser Geld auch in der Bar des Hotels gelassen. Wir sind jeden Tag zu einem anderen Strand gegegangen.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. A special thank you to the team for surprising me with a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated the effort they put into making my birthday extra special. Their kindness made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel!

The only area for improvement would be handling special requests. I asked if it was possible to have a dish ( like calamari or fried fish) that wasn’t on the menu, but the request was declined straight away. I completely understand that this may not always be possible, but it would have been appreciated if someone had checked with the kitchen or suggested an alternative.

We loved the staff and the selection of food. And also the hotel had everything we need for our vacation.

Perfect location on a stunning beach. The room was spotless and had a breathtaking view. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We were upgraded from a standard room to a room with direct access to a shared swimming pool. It created a semi-private area shared with only a few other rooms, which was nice. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The staff were generally very friendly and responsive, whenever we had a question or needed assistance, it was resolved quickly. Most of al I liked the beach. It is located right at the hotel, making it incredibly convenient, and it is absolutely beautiful with small island nearby. I also really enjoyed the yoga class with Natasha :) The food was mostly delicious, with a good variety every day. There were plenty of fresh fruits and a large selection of desserts and main courses as well. We especially loved the themed dinners, particularly the Greek night, which was excellent.

There were a few things that could be improved. Many guests smoked on the beach, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the atmosphere. We also noticed ants in our room during our stay. Another surprise was that drinks at dinner, including water, were charged separately. We didn't expect this at a five-star hotel and included dinner. Our only truly negative service experience happened at the Bikini Bar during lunch. We wanted to order some snacks, but the waitress took around 15 minutes just to come and take our order. She then left, returned later, and after we politely mentioned the long wait, she responded by raising her voice, walking away, and pointing at us while talking to her colleagues. It was uncomfortable. We also had a disappointing experience at the spa. We received a complimentary 15-minute massage, but the spa employee refused to provide it, saying she was busy. The interaction felt quite rude. It's also worth noting that only the swimming pool is included in the spa facilities, while the hammam requires an additional fee. Despite these issues, we had a very enjoyable holiday. The beautiful beach, great food, comfortable accommodation, and helpful staff made our stay memorable, and we would happily return.

Minden tetszett, a vacsora eszméletlen változatos az ételek finomak, az elhelyezkedés tökéletes, minden van amit egy kis kikapcsolódáshoz kell.

Ha a nagyon nagy tökéletesség a cél, akkor egy picit nagyobb odafigyelés a takarításra, és a desszertek a reggelinél és a vacsoránál, a palacsinta gofri a meleg lámpa alatt nem jó ötlet. De ez már tényleg csak a magaslatok miatt írom, mert minden csodálatos és nagyon ajánlom, plusz fixen visszatérünk egy kis kikapcsolódásra.

Das Hotel und das Personal, waren super. Das Frühstück und Abendessen immer sehr lecker. Auch der Pool und der Strand waren sehr schön. Trotz Partyort, war es sehr ruhig und wir haben es sehr genossen.

Ein wunderschönes, modernes und stilvolles Hotel mit super sauberen Zimmern und Hotelanlagen! Das Essen war jeden Tag sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, und das gesamte Personal war ausnahmslos nett, zuvorkommend und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die zugehörige Bikini Beach Bar und der eigene Strandabschnitt waren einfach super schön. Uns hat einfach alles gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Le petit-déjeuner était bon et varié, et les dîners également, bien que souvent très gras.

Séjour globalement très décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Nous avons trouvé une touffe de cheveux dans la piscine semi-privée (signalée à la réception, elle a été retirée immédiatement), mais le fond de la piscine était sale avec des traces de rouille. La piscine extérieure est constamment bondée, les transats étant réservés dès le petit matin. L’accès à la plage est conditionné à une consommation, et nous avons eu l’impression que tout était payant, ce qui empêche de profiter pleinement du séjour. Les 15 minutes de massage « offertes » n’étaient valables que durant les deux premiers jours, une condition indiquée en tout petit, ce qui ressemble à un véritable attrape-client. L’accueil à la réception était très inégal selon les jours, allant d’aimable à condescendant. De plus, les employées présentes le matin étaient particulièrement lentes et peu agréables, ce qui donnait une mauvaise première impression dès le début de la journée. Enfin, la clientèle ne correspondait pas, selon nous, au standing attendu d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais davantage à celui d’un 3 étoiles. Pour le prix payé, c’est une honte. Nous ne comprenons sincèrement pas les excellents avis laissés sur cet établissement, tant les prestations nous ont semblé éloignées de ce qui est annoncé.

The hotel is almost in the sea! The location is perfect. Sunbeds availability is a great ad on for perfect beach location. Nice food, not super fancy, but tasty. Hotel is super small but clean and tidy. Rooms are small and simple.

We stayed at the hotel in June 2026, and our stay was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant and always ready to help. The grounds and rooms are clean and modern. The food was delicious and varied. Overall, we are very satisfied with our choice of hotel and would definitely come back.
