Расположение очень хорошее, близко к морю 1-2 минуты. Номер чистый и шикарный вид из окна на море .

Было шумно, из за бара внизу .

Очень приветливый персонал, ни капли не пожалели что выбрали конкретно этот отель, приятная атмосфера, находится на главной улице, рядом супермаркеты и бары. На первом этаже отеля есть караоке, пляж в минуте от отеля. Подойдет как для отдыха с семьей более спокойным так и для молодых чтоб подвижевать. Моя оценка 10/10, очень довольны отпуском

Posizione assolutamente perfetta per vivere la vera Malia: gli appartamenti si trovano a pochi passi dalla via principale e da tutti i locali principali, ma sono comunque comodissimi per scendere in spiaggia a piedi. Eravamo un gruppo di 9 ragazzi e gli spazi si sono rivelati ottimi, puliti e ben attrezzati. Menzione speciale per lo staff, sempre giovane, disponibile e simpaticissimo, un ringraziamento speciale va a Nando. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la piscina e soprattutto la comodità di poter pranzare direttamente a bordo vasca: i ragazzi dello staff ti portano da mangiare lì ed è tutto fantastico, anche grazie all'ottima collaborazione con il Charlie's Bar. Inoltre, avendo noleggiato due macchine, la posizione si è rivelata strategica e comodissima per esplorare diverse spiagge nel raggio di un'ora o un'ora e mezza di distanza.

Il parcheggio gratuito segnalato dalla struttura è praticamente inesistente, quindi c’è da parcheggiare a lato strada oppure tramite il parcheggio di una spiaggia adiacente per un piccolo costo

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura in famiglia nel mese di agosto.Personale gentile,(in particolare Giorgia), pulizia impeccabile in camera con cambio asciugamani a giorni alterni., Organizzano serate come quella Greek BBQ cibo fantastico.

Man war mitten im Geschehen aber trotzdem ruhig nachts zum schlafen da man am Rande ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Für uns waren die Betten bzw auch Kissen zu hart

I proprietari sono molto cordiali. Camminando 15 minuti si arriva nella parte vecchia di Malia e ci sono dei locali di qualità più alta. Non abbiamo frequentato gli stabilimenti balneari difronte all'appartamento, ma raccomandiamo Potamos Beach raggiungibile in 5/10 minuti di macchina.

La struttura non ha un posteggio privato per gli ospiti, i locali accanto alla struttura hanno musica ad alto volume dal mattino alla sera. La zona é per una clientela molto giovane (16-25).

המקרר היה חלש המקפיא לא מקפיא. החשמל לא עובד כשאתה לא בחדר. ולא ניתן להטעין פלאפון. החדר קטן מאוד

Sijainti oli loistava ja henkilökunta todella mukavaa. Huoneet oli uudenveroiset ja kaikki oli tosi siistiä

Juhlivia nuoria oli paljon, mutta ei kuulunut meteli huoneisiin. Yhtenä iltana/yönä oli sähköt yli 6 tuntia poikki, mikä oli ikävää ilmastoinnin kannalta. Tämä ei toki ole hotellin syy

Location and quality-price is great! Staff was so nice and friendly. Food at the bar close to the hotel was delicious!

Нам сподобалось: близькість до моря, наявність басейну і лежаків, чистота, відношення персоналу - будь який запит виконувався за хвилини, ідеально смачна їжа та коктейлі Чарлі! Ми відчували себе наче бажані гості у близьких родичів. Дуже раджу вам зазделегідь дізнатись в який день тижня Грецькі вечори, щоб ви це не пропустили - це неймовірно!

Сусіди студенти співають до ночі, але це місто відпочинку молоді - сюди мабуть їдуть не спати😂

Super freundliches Personal

Przyjemny hotel blisko plaży z obsługą dbająca o gości. Chętnie wrócimy jeśli w przyszłości znów będziemy w Malii. Polecam!

The location was great! It was at the bottom of the main strip slightly away from the clubs and bars so we were able to escape the noise. Super close to the beach and some great local food! Staff was so welcoming everytime we left and entered the property always felt comfortable asking if I needed anything! Security guard also was very reassuring and made us feel very safe which means a lot as young female travelers!

We did have a slight vomit smell on our last night near the entrance of our apartment but I don’t believe that’s reflective of the property but rather unruly guests.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh from the moment we walked in. The bed and blankets were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Everything was well maintained and spotless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. 😊 The stuff was very polite and friendly.

Hyvä sijainti lähellä rantaa. Henkilökunta tosi ystävällistä ja palveluhaluista. Siisti hyvän kokoinen huone.

Autopaikkoja ei hotellilla ollut, täytyi etsiä kadun varrelta. Alakerran huoneitten ns.terassi oli vilkkaan kulkuväylän vieressä, ei yksityisyyttä. Ylemmissä kerroksissa parempi tilanne.

La vicinanza al mare, lo staff gentilissimo e accogliente.

Il rumore che era di notte, siamo capitati di venerdì e sabato nel l'ultima stanza al secondo piano e si sentivano i rumori delle discoteche. Il bagno datato e piccolo.

Perfekte Lage und super Service! Ein sehr schönes Hotel! Alles war einfach perfekt. Zum Strand sind es gerade einmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß, und auch die Partymeilen und Clubs erreicht man in nur 5 Gehminuten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Zimmerreiniung – die Dame war unglaublich nett und herzlich. Absolute Empfehlung!

Встигли забронювати апартаменти з кухнею на 4 ночі по дуже гарній ціні. На першому поверсі розташован бар-караоке, де можна поснідати від 10 Евро за людину. Пляжі знаходяться у 50 метрах ходьби- де можна безкоштовно купатись та лежати на піску, або заплатити від 10 евро/день за користування шезлонгом та зонтиком. Нам пощастило на день народження дружини бути присутніми на спеціально організованому шоу «Крітське барбекю шоу», де ми змогли за 20 евро скоштувати багато місцевих страв(салат, мʼясо гриль, долма по-грецьки та фаршировані фаршем овочі-гриль) та випити ракі(входило у ціну) та закусить фрутовою нарізкою. Також було фаєр-шоу та багато танців після ракі:))

У нашій кімнаті був лічильник електроенергії та він постійно клацав. До 2 часів ночі у караоке гарно співали, та ми потім звикли засипати під гарні пісні:)!

there wasn’t anything to dislike

The attention from the staff was very welcoming, specially for the short notice, seeing as we had to book last minute after the one booking we had had been cancelled because of the storm

Nice simple and friendly check-in procedure even though it was very late - close to midnight. Room was clean and sufficient size. Out of season excellent choice for someone looking for somewhere quiet and convenient in Malia. However like most places I expect it will be 300% livelier in season, and possibly a bit noisy at times with a bar open until 3a.m. and plenty of other venues close by. No extra charge for fridge and security safe in room.

The only minor quibble was that the rooms have a key card which activates the power supply. Eminently sensible as the owners / hosts would not wish guests to leave the air conditioning / lights/TV on all day while the room is not occupied. However without the card all power sockets seem to be disabled - other than the fridge. That meant I could not leave a device (2nd phone) charging while I was out and as I am usually out for 12-18 hours with high mobile phone usage (I walk long distances and need to navigate) I really need two phones to use on alternate days.

If your downstairs you can hear the karaoke every night which was fine, we even joined in once. I didn’t like one time talking to my old neighbors on the patio at 12am and being asked to quiet down people are trying to sleep as their karaoke was blasting behind them.

The hotel grounds are stunning, the roof top bar area and area around the pool is so nice couldn't fault it. The staff are lovely. Our room seemed to be in an older block so we felt it was really dated but for the price we paid we couldn't complain

Nothing not to like

Molto organizzata e accogliente. Lo staff davvero era eccellente, dal barman al bodyguard all’ingresso (Rando, davvero una persona eccellente). La posizione ad un passo dal mare e dalla città era davvero comoda. La piscina e i bar erano il punto in più.

Le camere erano sotto le nostre aspettative, piccole e mal arredate. Ovviamente per il prezzo e per la struttura nel complesso erano accettabili, ma ci saremmo aspettati di più. Soprattutto la parte di “cucina”: un angolo ristretto e mal organizzato, difficilmente agibile. Consiglio di ampliare e potenziare questo spazio, così da permettere di vivere appieno la camera/ appartamento affittato.

The staff is amazing. This is a family owned business and everyone is simply lovely. The room is clean. They serve great food. And the location is 100/100 1 min walk from the beach and 2 mins walk to the main bars road.

Convenient location, short walking distance to the main party strip, very welcoming family owned business. The staff were amazing and fun. There is a karaoke bar downstairs which is fun. Very close to pleasure beach club and many restaurants. Good value for money for the location. There was security at the front all night so safe for women coming back late

Rooms are a bit small especially the bathroom and shower.

The staff was amazing as was the atmosphere. Met people from many different countries and made some friends. Perfect place for a solo traveler! The food was wonderful! Parking right across the street. Love the area. Would absolutely stay there again!

No complaints

A cute small family hotel with own entertainment program, not far from the sea. It feels like the owners are trying for the guests.

To my great regret, there were more negative aspects: The room constantly smelled of sewage. The cleaning lady throws you out of the room for cleaning at 10:50 in the morning, she literally sets conditions either you leave now or she does not clean at all, this is unacceptable and rude behavior for the staff. By the way, cleaning was very superficial. An old dish sponge and condoms (not used) were left by previous guests. For some reason, the sheets on the bed are constantly lined inside out. The hand towel sometimes had large yellow stains and had to be changed. The foot towel was changed only once in 10 days. In general, as I understand it, this inattentive, careless, and uncontrolled attitude of the cleaning lady is normal, and the owners do nothing about it. The room lacks basic household items: a cup holder for a toothbrush, hooks for towels, and an umbrella on the balcony. Entrance to the hotel through a cafe, very inconvenient Unfortunately, I would not want to stay at this hotel in the future, so I cannot recommend it.

Great location of the apartments, you don’t have to use the car . Very clean room with great view and all the necessary for a smooth stay . Luckily we found ourselves on two great nights with traditional dancing and karaoke and we had a really great time . The owners really had the party going and were there for anything you need always with a smile . Was really a pleasure meeting them and hopefully we’ll be back one day . Thank you very much for the memories
