La villa tiene buena ubicación, en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca de los puntos de interés, aunque para más comodidad es interesante alquilar un coche. La villa es preciosa, grande y cómoda, y tener una piscina privada es un lujo. Hay que destacar la gestión de Mr. Stelios, que nos recibió cuando llegamos y aunque era bastante tarde, nos explicó todo y nos dió recomendaciones de la isla. Además nos facilitó un contacto al que respondía enseguida tras cualquier petición. Ha sido muy amable en todo momento. El desayuno que está incluido te lo traen a la villa, lo que resulta muy práctico. Ha sido una experiencia muy agradable que hemos disfrutado en familia, y sin duda volveríamos a repetir. Desde luego lo mejor el anfitrión Stelios, una persona de 10. Atento con todo lo que necesitamos. El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todos los puntos de interés. Es cómodo, bonito y tranquilo. Repetiria 100%.

La única pega que le puedo encontrar, es el tema del desayuno. Te lo traen cuando lo pides que eso esta muy bien. Pero no te esperes un desayuno de un buffet.

Bellissima villa, con piscina privata,massimo relax, casa nuova e confortevole. La colazione portata in casa la mattina è stato il Top. Grazie a Stelios, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste in tempi rapidissimi, dandoci inoltre consigli utili per come muovercii e suggerito ottimi ristoranti.

We had an amazing stay at this villa and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The villa was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was cleaned every morning, and maid service was available on request, which was a great added touch. Stelios was an incredible host and was always on hand to help. He organised our airport transfers, arranged for a hire car to be delivered straight to the villa, booked us onto a fantastic sunset cruise, and even recommended some wonderful restaurants. The breakfast delivery each morning was a lovely touch, and it was also really easy to order food and groceries directly to the villa. The location was perfect too—just a 5–10 minute drive from Fira, making it easy to explore while still enjoying the peace and privacy of the villa. A truly fantastic stay from start to finish. We would definitely return!

La villa più bella in cui sia mai stata. Pulitissima, profumata, spaziosa e arredata con grande gusto. Il patio e la piscina sono semplicemente meravigliosi, il giardino è curatissimo e i materassi sono estremamente comodi. La villa è dotata di ogni comfort: TV satellitare con tutte le principali applicazioni, cucina perfettamente attrezzata, asciugamani sia per il mare che per la doccia e una deliziosa colazione preparata su richiesta ogni mattina. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, una persona squisita, sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora per ogni esigenza, con una gentilezza davvero rara. La posizione è ottima, vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni dell’isola, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e rilassante. Se dovessi tornare, sceglierei questa villa senza alcun dubbio. Consigliatissima!

The calmness and the connection to and fro.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was great, with a lovely setting that made the whole experience even more special. The villa offers plenty of space, which is rare for Santorini! The pool area is excellent, and the host was extremely accommodating. It was especially convenient for our little one, with a cot provided and a baby pool available. Stelios, the host, was absolutely fantastic—he went above and beyond to make our stay special. A real gem!

There are some minor imperfections to the interior décor, including marks on the walls and cupboards, along with general wear and tear on the furniture and outside furniture. An outdoor dining table by the kitchen veranda would have been a great addition, as the main stone table was set a bit far from the built-in sofa seating, which meant we actually couldn’t reach it easily The breakfast selection was good, though having some fresh fruit would have been a nice addition.

Very nice staff, Chrissy took care of everything and was always available and super helpful, she made the stay extra good. The location is great when you have a car, the house is super spacious and has great outdoor space, and you can sit in the sun in any direction. The breakfast was delivered every morning right on time and it was a lot to eat and good quality.

Just a tiny thing: The are not enough hooks in the bathroom or any possibility to hang things.

If you don't have a car the walk into Fira was about 40 minute up a long gradual hill so maybe look into wether any buses run past as taxis can be expensive.

All perfect, but the most valuable during your stay is the permanent invisible help of Stelios

This is a nice place to stay out of the crowd of Santorini. It is a great starting point to visit both the north and the south of the island. Our stay was comfortable and the access to the private swimming pool much appreciated. The host was very available and keen to help us organizing our stay. Thank you!

Even if it was discrete, customers should be informed that people are living in the basement of the house. The breakfast could be improved ;-)

Breakfast was very basic, toast bread, which we didn’t like. Fresh bread from a local bakery and some fruits would have been appreciated.

Great location, beautiful house.

Stelios was great, he did what ever he could to help. I hope the owners appreciate his effort, without him the scores would be very low. Location is good but you will still need a hire car to move around the island, as taxis are expensive. Cleaning was carried out when you asked so you did not get disturbed. Rooms were large, it was not clear that the two villas were not next to each other nor that two people had to sleep on the sofa bed.

Not a great variety for breakfast, would be good if muesli was provided with the yoghurt, but never received any. Generally it was juice, milk, pastries, cheese, ham, bread (you could make a toasted sandwich after cleaning the sandwich toaster) boiled egg. Poorly designed building - no access from the villa to the pool. You had to leave the front door and walk around to the back where the pool was.

The resort is well maintained and absolutely stunning. Stelios, the property manager, was extremely welcoming and helpful. He was available 24/7 via WhatsApp and in person for any questions or assistance. He gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and made us feel like home. Stelios is definitely the best host ever. The property is located 15-25 minutes to all major attractions and with easy access to main roads, gas station, restaurants and market. We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa with private pool. The villa was clean, roomy and bright with all the necessary accessories for a comfortable stay. The property staff were extremely friendly and they brought our breakfast to the villa in the morning where we enjoyed it privately. We loved this resort and it is definitely a keeper.

Beautiful villas with private pool and facilities. Loved the loungers and pergola by the pool and Stelios is the perfect resort manager. He was on hand for every need and even booked taxis daily for me and my family. It's in a nice and quiet location, despite only 8mins drive from the centre of Fira.

Taxis are expensive

All the facilities in the resort are excellent and the staff is very helpful. The person has explained everything about the stay as well as the places to visit. Having a dedicated swimming pool makes the family happy

We loved how spacious our accommodation was with fully equipped kitchen (although no toaster we used the toasty sandwich maker). Beds were comfortable and rooms were great. Stelios was just fabulous as a host. Couldn’t do enough to help and provided some great suggestions on where to go. We would definitely go back there to stay. We were central on the Island but closer to Fira (about 2 to 3km from Fira). We could zip to Kamari beach and Fira. Oia was about 30min drive and Lighthouse about 40min drive (we were cautious drivers). My daughter and her partner booked a quad bike and loved it. Stelio helped us to book a car and it was delivered to the Villa. we were thankful for this. It’s too hot to walk (we are walkers!). Stelios told us best places to park and where to avoid as it can get chaotic in Fira especially in the evening.

I would have liked a full length mirror but other than that nothing. We loved our stay. Just make sure your unit has a pool. There is not a communal pool. Some units do NOT have a pool.

We had a glorious week at Sienna Eco Resort! From the breakfasts to the massive living space good for families, to the outdoor facilities, everything was perfect! I must say, Stelios is the heart and soul of this resort! Upon arrival, he gave his time to explain to us the island and offered his recommendations- the places and restaurants to try. He is literally a message away! Thank you for making our stay in Santorini a beautiful and memorable one!

Going home!

Great location, if you have a car, and great amount of space, large pool area which was perfect for a family with teenage children. Everywhere is a drive, but nothing is far away, so we found we were able to time our visits into the towns to avoid the biggest crowds, we went early morning then were back for an afternoon by the pool, this worked well for us. This villa was a great find.

Nothing - we loved it

The design is very attractive and is like living in a typical Santorini house, with white walls and a very quiet location with almost no sound disturbance. The location is also quite good, close to Fira, but of course you need to rent a car to explore Santorini. Credit to Stelios who was very friendly, served us very well, explained in great detail about Santorini, the places we had to visit, the restaurants and food we had to try, even giving us a checkout time until the afternoon while waiting for our flight time.

Some items in the property are old/damaged by sea air, such as the water faucet. And the shower with bathtub and curtain model is not comfortable.

The facility was top notch and the location is perfect. Right in the middle of the Island so that you can go either side and close to a fuel station. The hospitality of Stelios was exceptional. He was courteous enough to extend the checkout time.

Due to cold weather, we could not njpy the swimming or the jacuzzi.

We stayed at Sienna Eco Resort for 1 week & had the best time. Stelios was great & welcomed us with a wonderful attitude & whipped out a map of the island after showing us round the villa, to recommend excursions & a couple of great restaurants. There was a laid back attitude of communication through whatsapp if we needed anything & he did organise the transfers to & from the airport, which was easy, if maybe a little expensive at 40 euros for 2 people each way. The villa was great & wonderfully private & the pool was just the right size, it didn't feel too small. Highly recommended.

A great villa, close to Fira town and airport. We stayed in the premium 2 bed villa and it had a great pool and outside space. Stelios was there to meet us when we arrived after 9pm and was very helpful with any requests we had throughout our stay,. He also suggested very good places to visit and restaurants to eat in. We had a late flight on our departure day and he arranged for us to use a pool and facilities at a hotel in Fira. We rented a car as the villa is about 2km from Fira town so if you need a shop/bakery this is where you have to go. Breakfast was available up to 11am everyday and the pool was cleaned each morning. Towels were changed on request and cleaning was available daily also. A great space for 2 couples or a family. Main bedroom has a ensuite and the second bedroom is smaller but adequate and the villa also has a second shower room/bathroom. Kitchen utensils are limited and maybe could benefit from additional sharp knives but it wasn't a problem and I have no doubt that Stelios would assist with anything if we had asked.

The only small issue we had was that the covers on the outside sun loungers were soiled and could benefit from being re-covered in a waterproof fabric.

Both the villa and the apartment were very spacious. Stelios was extremely helpful, going out of his way to support all our queries and requests, which was greatly appreciated.

The setting was beautiful, the accomodation was very spacious and well equipped, everything was clean and in good condition. The hot tub was fantastic.

I wish I had rented a car! While it is possible to walk to Fira it is a long way!

It is my second time booking this resort and I loved staying here with my family. The villa we had was exceptionally beautiful. Had our own private pool and 2 bedrooms, but it can definitely sleep more than 4 guests. The premium villa is a beautiful cave house - definitely got the best Santorini feels! Stelios was really helpful and very hospitable, always one text away! Overall, the villa was very clean and cozy. Sienna is not too far from the Airport and Fira, quick taxi ride! Definitely recommending this place to stay in if you plan to visit Santorini.

It was beautiful, private and in a quiet area.

We needed to hire a car to get around. But it meant we could explore more of the island!

The property is located in the centre of the island. It’s brilliant to get to any location from here especially the more popular north of the island. We had our own pool. However, you have to rent a car as this property has no access to local transportation and you private transfers are costly and inconvenient.

We didn’t not have water for one day and no hot water for two other days. That was miserable. After a long hot day having no water; is a significant problem. We would often only get home after midnight and one would appreciate warm water to bath. The TV had no English channels so you needed to log into Netflix or YouTube with your own account. Netflix had been set to Japanese and it wasn’t worth trying to change it back to English. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great either. Usage was limited and downloading was restricted.

Location near busy road.

Apartment was very spacious and had almost everything we needed besides an ironing board! Stelios was a really good host and made us feel very welcome. If you don't feel like walking up and down millions of stairs to get to your bed, this is the place to be. Just outside of the madness in Thira and much more convenient for those not used to doing so much walking.

The host, Stelios was very nice and gave us all the details that we needed to enjoy our stay and he gave us some suggestions where to eat and the food was the best food that we ever eat in Greece! So Stelios is the best!😍

Breakfast was meager, but sufficient. Upon arrival there was no hot water, but it was quickly repaired the next day. One bathroom shower leaked on the floor throughout the stay, leaving us a constantly wet bathroom floor.

Location is just perfect right at the bottom of Fira. You can be anywhere on the island in less than 20min. Stelios the host is super nice caring and welcoming. Villa and pool are nice and clean. Great for groups of friends, family but also solo like me if you want quiet and a place to yourself, surrounded by olive trees. It was just a very good place to unwind and relax. Felt totaly safe in that big villa.

This was a nice "home base" for us while we explored the island a little bit. We ended up renting a car so that we could get around more easily. Our host was very helpful, and the cottage was very nice and clean. Our girls had a lot of fun playing in the beautiful little pool. They brought a really good breakfast out every morning.

The manager/host- Stelios was a very friendly host, we loved the breakfast which was delivered each morning to the villa when we would message him after waking - anytime between 9:00-11:00. Very helpful with guiding us about how to cvoer the island and getting us taxi's also advising re pros and cons of renting a car. Housekeeping was included and towels always fresh.

The pools are not heated but if you rent the apartment it has an outdoor jacuzzi. They can consider keeping adaptors for electronics and chargers, although the usb ports served us alright too

Stelios was an amazing host, his reviews don’t do him justice. We had villa #1 and it had all amenities as described. Easy location near airport but far enough that you didn’t get disturbed by air traffic. It was on a main road that made it very accessible. The rooms were good sizes and had a lot of storage space. Showers were clean and spacious. The sofa bed was super comfy! And spaces was big and felt like home. I liked that the location was a bit isolated as it felt really private, but you definitely need a car to get around. We rented a car and were 5 mins drive from Fira and less than 20 mins from Oia!

The induction stove was tricky to figure out but that’s just because I don’t know how to use it.
