Everything was good! Very clean and quiet place. The breakfast was different every day, healthy and really more than enough for 4 members family. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We had such an amazing stay and couldn’t recommend this place more! From the moment we arrived, every single person we met from the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, generous, and helpful. They were always available for anything we needed and gave us the warmest and most amazing recommendations for exploring Santorini and the surrounding area. The level of service and attention to detail was truly exceptional, and you can really feel how much care they put into making sure every guest has the best possible experience. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Staying here genuinely upgraded our entire vacation and made our time in Santorini even more special. Everything was pleasant, easy, and enjoyable from beginning to end. We are so grateful for the wonderful hospitality and highly, highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini!

The location was wonderful, nice and excluded from Fira but close enough to walk in 10-15 min. The villa was clean and the breakfast was amazing. The AC is great in the summer heat, over all a beautiful place if you want to spend a relaxed week or two on Santorini

There is a small gym at the facility which could use a remake.

המקום מאוד יפה ונגיש , יותר ממה שציפיתי הסוויטה הייתה מאוד גדולה , מודירנית , נקייה עם בריכה ברטית מאוד נקייה וענקית המיים בבריכה קרים כי לקחתי את החדר עם בריכה בתוך מערה , ארוחת בוקר מצויינת שולחים את הארוחה עד לחדר , הצוות מאוד נחמד ואדיב, המקום כרוב למרכז כ 2 דקות ברכב , ביקשנו מהם גזית על מנת לרתח מים ודאגו לנו ואפילו החליפו לנו שנגמר הגז , בקיצור אהבתי את המקום וממליץ בחום

The staff was phenomenal and the stay was very pleasant.

It is a quite and very clean property. All team are excellent. They are very kind and supportive and also generous. We made most of our reservations like car rental, catamaran tour and restaurants via property and everything went extremely well. They let us check out two hours late without a charge. I strongly recommend this property for your stay at Fira. By the way Fire center is 3 minutes drive from the property. Thanks again for the Team.

La chambre est parfaite, le jacuzzi extérieur avec la vue sur l’île et sur la mer est exceptionnel, j’ai rarement fait un aussi bel établissement. Le personnel est très réactif et aimable. On ne peut que recommander !

L’eau chaude est limité mais il me semble que c’est le cas partout sur l’île.

The property is so clean and the people are so welcoming and lovely, specially the one who delivered our breakfast.

The property was awesome. It had a private swimming pool with view towards the sea. Morning sunrise from the bedroom was a treat to watch. Hosts were very cooperative. Breakfast served in the room.

The map showed that we were only minutes from town, but the roads were so narrow, it seemed a little scary to walk with both cars coming and going. With the town up hill from our suite seemed a bit of a challenge.

Несмотря на то, что официально он не является пятизвёздочным, по уровню сервиса, комфорта и внимания к деталям он превзошёл многие 5-звёздочные отели, в которых мы останавливались. Мы жили в номере-пещере с собственным бассейном. Большим преимуществом стала планировка: две отдельные спальни, каждая со своей ванной комнатой. Такой номер идеально подойдёт как для семьи с детьми, так и для двух пар, путешествующих вместе. В номере было всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха: чай, кофе, две бутылки питьевой воды (на ресепшене нас заранее предупредили, что воду из-под крана пить не рекомендуется), посуда, столовые приборы, халаты, тапочки, косметические принадлежности, одноразовые зубные щётки, гладильная доска с утюгом и мощный фен. Приятным сюрпризом стали сладости — рахат-лукум и печенье. Бассейн с морской водой стал настоящей изюминкой нашего отдыха. Очень понравилась атмосфера тишины и уединения. Кровать была невероятно удобной, кондиционер работал отлично. Завтрак превзошёл наши ожидания. При заселении мы заранее выбрали блюда, а утром его принесли точно в назначенное время прямо в номер. Всё было очень вкусным, свежим и красиво сервированным, особенно понравился свежевыжатый сок. Персонал был очень внимательным, доброжелательным и всегда готов помочь. Если снова приедем на Санторини, с большим удовольствием остановимся здесь ещё раз. Искренне рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ищет уют, комфорт, приватность и особенную атмосферу острова. Nous avons été très bien accueillies. Des grands sourires et une personne professionnelle. Une vue depuis notre terrasse privée totalement dégagée avec vue sur la mer. La chambre est spacieuse - moderne et fraîche. Le jacuzzi privé est un plus bien apprécié. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux même si un peu copieux.

Snídaně velká a kvalitní. Ubytování opravdu luxusní a pohodlné. Poloha nám vyhovovala - když člověk ležel u bazénu tak nu nechodily davy turistů za zády nebo přímo před očima :-).

A truly lovely place to stay! The villa was perfect for a relaxing break, outside of the busy centre of Fira. If you are looking for a Santorini retreat, this property is perfect. The staff were so accommodating, helping sort out treatments and vehicle rentals… breakfast served daily to your room . Can’t recommend this place enough- prefect!

A car is helpful to get about, as this property is not directly located in any of the main towns, closer shop was about a 5/10 minute drive- not an issue but something to be mindful of!

Alles. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war sehr sauber und groß. Wir hatten unsere eigene Terrasse mit Meerblick und Whirlpool. Wir durften den Whirlpool bis 23 Uhr nutzen, sodass wir im Whirlpool den Sternenhimmel anschauen konnten. Es war ein Traum ich kann es jedem nur herzlich empfehlen.

Struttura stupenda e pulitissima vista mare e città. A circa 1km da Thira, raggiungibile perfettamente a piedi certo con un po’ di fatica date le salite ma molto fattibile. Ci hanno accolto subito benissimo nonostante fossimo fuori dall’orario del check in. Sono stati molto disponibili in tutte le nostre richieste . La colazione inclusa molto buona e ricca . L’idromassaggio riscaldato stupendo soprattutto di sera. Lettini e patio esterno assolutamente privati. Camera molto ma molto pulita comprese le lenzuola e la doccia . Gli asciugamani , spazzolino e dentifricio, prodotti per il bagno , ciabatte e accappatoio inclusi anche il phone con diffusore. Ci sono state inoltre rifornite due bottiglie di acqua ogni giorno. È presente una macchinetta del caffe e dei biscottini e dolcetti. Nulla da dire noi abbiamo preso la suite elite con idromassaggio e vista mare. Ne vale totalmente il prezzo !!!!

Номер прекрасен! Бассейн достаточно большой. Завтраки вкусные. Локация хорошая, вдалеке от толп туристов, но можно дойти пешком до цивилизации +-25мин и есть такси.

Fabulous suite. Breakfast was lovely served in the suite. Sadly we only had one night as we missed our oruginal flight. Will definietly return.

Wow, simply a perfect experience! From the moment we arrived at the suite, we felt that thought had been put into every single detail. The place is beautifully designed to a very high standard, super clean, and creates an atmosphere of true relaxation and freedom. The location is a bit remote, so a car or a transfer is definitely needed, but that's exactly what gives it its quiet and peaceful vibe The breakfasts were just wow – delicious, rich, and incredibly indulgent! Beyond the amazing place itself, we received exceptional service from the lovely host who took care of everything for us, including arranging transfers so that everything went smoothly and easily. We will definitely be back soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a compromise-free vacation! Thank you so much for the amazing service!

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They gave great advice and suggestions without being pushy, which was very much appreciated. The apartment was spacious and modern with a lovely outdoor area, which was semi private. Plenty of room to relax and take in the sunshine. A lovely breakfast was brought to us each morning, a different offering everyday and it was certainly ample. We couldn’t eat it all! The room was cleaned, with towels replaced, daily. We enjoyed our week at the Este Suites and would definitely stay again.

Whilst we enjoyed the daily 15-20 uphill walk into Fira, those less mobile might find it a bit of an issue, though there are always taxis. The pool was also pretty cold but that’s probably a good thing at the height of summer.

Property is stunning, layout of our suite was gorgeous and so comfortable. The private pool was a luxury to have on our honeymoon. But what really makes the stay is the staff, they really can’t do enough for you! Breakfast delivered to your room every morning, and Dimitrius is such a lovely fella! We loved our morning chats with him!. The front staff Desponia and Niasa (I hope I’m spelling these names right!) were so lovely, so welcoming and really informative about how we should plan our days. Again loved the chats and laughs at reception with them to!

Not the properties fault but taxi prices are really high in Santorini. The location is perfect if you want quiet days with one or two around more of the island

Zona muy tranquila, suites de lujo muy bonitas y cómodas. Personal muy amable y servicial. Desayuno espectacular con variedad y opciones de cambiar si algo no te gusta. Si volvemos a Santorini volveremos a Este Luxury Suites !

What was awesome was the Breakfast was delivered to your room at the time you pick. The Food was delicious. Staff was super nice and friendly. The recommendations for restarunts and beach was great.

Loved the location and only a 12 min walk to Fira and it’s only like 15-25 min away from all the beaches. It is basically in the center and best of all it’s private and away from all the noise. The breakfast and staff is amazing and attentive. Worth every penny.
