Brilliant staff. Large outdoor pool and big gym with great facilities. An interesting contemporary art collection. Comfortable and quiet room. On a hill with a lovely view overlooking Istanbul. Surrounded by lots of trees and greenery. I’m not a golfer but I assume this is the major attraction since I saw lots of players. Still a great choice for me for a relaxing stay in Istanbul after a long flight.

No shops and restaurants very close but this is offset by the hotel being close to the airport and has the advantage of trees and large facilities.

L'impossibilité de bénéficier des installations et des balades dédiés entièrement aux membres de golf. Le coût exhaurbitant des prestations SPA. UN GRAND PROBLEME, le personnel ne parle pas bien en anglais ce qui est impensable pour un hôtel qui accueille les étrangers.

Tesis genel olarak başarılı cok teşekkür.

Очень хороший отель с прекрасными номерами. Останавливались в нем уже второй раз всего на одну ночь перед следующим рейсом. Особо хочется выразить благодарность Мерткану и Мустафе, сотрудникам рецепшена, за чуткость и внимательное отношение к гостям, а также официантам ресторана и бистро.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location.

The rooms are large and nicely appointed. The bed the is comfortable.

The facilities are old and in need of refurbishing. The pool is cold, the food is average.

Breakfast was poor and anything you got was paying extras. OJ was extra, good coffee was extra. Food platter was the same every day

Pretty location and a beautifully appointed room.

We booked a room with breakfast included, but disappointingly, there was no flexibility regarding the contents of breakfast Although the platter was fresh and well presented (mainly cold cuts, cheeses, etc), we would have just preferred some toast & fruit. Bananas were duly supplied but we paid extra for them. It is really not what a regular traveler’s expectation of ‘included breakfast’ would be.

Beautiful place, fantastic rooms. We only had one night stay before our next flight, but it was enough to notice high level of service. We really enjoyed breakfast too. Also, thanks to Mertcan, reception supervisor for making our stay comfortable and helping us with taxi to airport.

Highlights: 1) Helpful staff. Our balcony was located at the back of the hotel, so practically no view to see. We asked if we can switch to a better room. They explained that hotel was full for our first night, but they can change our rooms on the second night. So they were indeed very helpful. 2) Exceptionally comfy beds. 3) Spacious bathroom. 4) Modern lighting. 5) Relaxing big chairs in the balcony.

Nothing to dislike, but these are areas for improvements: 1) On checkin, they don't detail any available services, as in the pool or the golf course. You need to ask for that yourself. 2) Connecting to WiFi wasn't straight forward (with the concept of double passwords and a magic word). It should be much simpler than that. 3) Main pool was closed for maintenance. Maybe they open it only in summer. 4) TV remote was barely working (nearly useless), You need to keep pressing the button for a click to register.

Excellent value for money to stay in a peaceful and scenic place outside Istanbul. Great Italian restaurant Serafina at the hotel.

Hubo un error en el número de personas en vez de dos, no me explico el error aparecía una persona. A pasar de que se consumieron solo dos desayunos, empeñados en cobrarnos los desayunos del otro huésped, aunque como veis solo se consumieron dos desayunos en total, pagamos al final 80€ por los 4 desayunos del huésped no inscritos.

Beautiful hotel. Décor throughout the hotel is excellent especially the bedrooms.

Although the breakfast was very nicely presented, they didn't offer a vegetarian option, nor give options for how I would like the eggs made. Also, spa area is not to the standard of the rest of the hotel and prices are unreasonably high.

Breakfast was amazing but too many wasps outside to enjoy breakfast - eat it inside if you can. The area is lovely very clean nicely maintained, facilities all 5 star level. Aircon works beautifully and rooms are of very good spec and decor, despite signs of aging.

Our issue was, our room which was lower ground level, had a constant smell of sewage and damp it just didn't smell pleasant. We did go in the middle of summer so that might explain it.

Very clean hotel. There was no one in reception when I arrived. I had to call the spa to have them call and find someone to help me check in. The room was amazing, beautiful , high ceiling, luxurious. Fridge in room, safe as well. The room was extremely hot. It was 28 degrees C/ 81 Fahrenheit. AC was left off. Called reception, told I had to turn on the AC which is centrally controlled and that it will take an hour to get it cooled.

Within night electricity in my room was switch off and emergency lighting switch on . My sleep was interrupted. Early morning 07.30 any workers started assembly any podium at the front of my room with noise.

Muy mala, nos engañaron con el taxi, nos cobraron el doble por que queríamos pagar con tarjeta, le pedimos taxi con silla con bebé y el taxi viene sin silla, también a partir de las 21.00 no hay nadie en recepción por las noches, un desastres

My room was cleaned while I was out because I put the request on the door notice. this worked really well and I appreciated it. The room was right near the pool so that was extra nice! Pool was amazing, large and at points its 2.2m deep so you can have a proper swim! The atmosphere once you got inside the hotel was very good.. Quality of bed and room was great.

the WIFI process was blocked by my phone and my colleagues phone. so it obviously needs to be easier to log in to. It can still be secure but must be easy. The breakfast needs to be on a written menu in English. Its not self serve so don't know what you are getting and the staff didn't understand English, even though they made a good attempt to try. the air conditioning and lighting in the room was complicated to work out.

It’s quite noisy around the area due to construction, a match, and people walking through the garden, even though we booked an executive room. Also, the room doesn’t get dark enough for a comfortable sleep

They did not mention to me the golf course was closed which was the whole point of my visit

Nice hotel in the middle of a forest, close to Istanbul Airport. Great breakfast, great big and comfortable rooms and great facilities. Love the 25m pool for a morning swim. Also, if you like dogs, this is your spot. There are loads walking freely around the forest.

The hotel is getting older, but is holding on really well. The rooms are built firmly and with quality materials. A shuttle-bus to the village of Gokturk would be a nice addition.
