A really beautiful, classy hotel in a delightful setting. Amazing attention to detail. Room was exceptionally comfortable. Superb breakfast. Onsen was so refreshing.

Not ideally located for most of the things we wanted to do which were the other side of town. The shuttle helps though.

大浴場を上がるとアイスキャンディのサービスがあました。 部屋は洋室ですが和を意識した装飾で静かでゆったり過ごせました。 朝食も工夫されて地産地消の食材で見た目もキレイで食べ過ぎてしまう程美味しかったです。 金沢駅から少し離れた場所ですが30分に1本、ホテルと金沢駅の往復送迎がありましたので良かったです。

大浴場で少ない数のカランを子供達が一人一つ占領して後から入ってくる人が使えない事象がありました。親たちが見当たらず子供達だけで入浴していたようで、注意喚起してあけてもらいました。

The place was so nice and clean.

旅行多次，這是第一次有感，想給予評價肯定，從自駕停車時，前台人員主動跑出協助行李，讓第一次嘗試自駕的我們，瞬間覺得有種安心的感覺；房間入口另有玄關設計，分隔裡外同時隔絕走廊外面聲音；房內遙控器以透明塑膠套包覆，能感受對於環境衛生重視；大眾池乾淨且外頭附有冰棒及按摩椅，很享受及放鬆；早餐豐富種類多，空間不擁擠，搭配庭內綠葉風景，非常值得慢慢品嚐；接駁專車準時且方便來往車站享受美食；這是間有溫度、有風情、有品味的飯店，希望有機會能再不同季節再訪

Amazing service, really nice rooms, very pleasant stay

Sehr geräumige Zimmer, sehr ansprechend und mit vielen Kunstgegenständen gesäumtes Hotel. Sehr gute Zimmerausstattung. Ausgesprochen gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, dafür ruhig. Das Bahnhof-Shuttle und die Schließfächer am Bahnhof sind extrem bequeme Services!

Very nice hotel with a very handy regular shuttle bus to and fro from station. The staff were exceptional it has to be said. Very relaxing and seves a super choice for breakfast.

E o café da manhã diferenciado com pratos bem elaborado pelo chef . Até os omoletes são preparados pelo chef . A decoração do hotel é muito bonita e elegante . 誕生日にケーキとお花を準備していただきました！ 事前にメッセージでやり取りさせていただいて、不安なく当日を迎えることができました！ お部屋も綺麗で、朝食も金沢らしいものが多くあって楽しかったです！

Sehr schöne Hotelanalge, grosses Zimmer, Shuttle von und zum Bahnhof. Hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal.

Geräumige und ruhige Zimmer, sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter und gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

A 10-15 minute taxi ride to the town centre but easy to book a taxi.

Room is big by Japanese standards. Very good breakfast. All of the hotel staff are helpful, attentive, and polite. The gardens and the interior designs are very beautiful. We enjoy our stay very much.

大浴場と朝食会場の空き状況とがテレビでわかるのが凄く良かったです✨✨ 朝食がとても豊富でどのメニューも美味しく頂きました✨✨チーズオムレツも焼き加減をリクエスト出来て生が苦手な私は焼き目を付けて頂きました😊 お部屋はセパレートデラックスで45平米の広いお部屋で2人で泊まりましたが、最高のお部屋でした✨✨ チェックイン時、夕食を付け無かったので、白エビを食べたいと伝えたら、とと桜という居酒屋さんを紹介して頂き、行ってきましたが凄く美味しい居酒屋さんで旅の記念になりました✨✨金沢駅までの送迎パス、金沢駅の無料ロッカーも利用出来て良かったです 入浴後わストレートアイロンも、お借り出来てありがとうございます✨✨ 最高の旅になりました✨✨

A bit out of the way, but great van service to the RR station. Quiet neighbor ( which we liked) but not a great walking neighborhood.

チェックインもチェックアウトも丁寧で聞き取りやすいスピードで話していただき、気持ちよかったです。部屋もとても清潔でゆっくりすることができました。住宅街の中にあるため部屋からの眺めはいまいちですが、その分中庭やエントランスで和ませていただきました。宿泊客に目の行き届いた感じのよいホテルでした。リピートしたいホテルです。

Quiet area lovely ambience inside the hotel with inner garden courtyard. Onsen tick vg. Rooms very good. Breakfast good. Shuttle to railway. A bit of a double edged sword because location is away from popular Kanizawa sights but if you have chosen this hotel then you won't mind a taxi ride or to 2.

If you arrive before 3pm the location doesn't exactly cry out good experiences on the doorstep for lunch etc but goes again to the slightly more remote location which is good but to an extent if you are traveling independently. I feel hotels of this calibre should at least consider light refreshments maybe sandwiches/bento boc and coffee to their guests to go with the more upmarket audience they want to attract. We went out locally in rain to find lunch only to have my wife fall badly on slippery pavement and the having to seek medical attention and an injury that persisted beyond nearly 4 weeks in Japan.

Ultra friendly and absolutely immaculate staff and facilities. Rooms good size and bathroom excellent. Station transfers every 30 mins. Art on display very interesting.

Not necessarily a negative as it means it is in a quiet area but it is a taxi to get places. Hardly expensive considering the standard of the hotel but just one to be aware of.

OK by car but a bit far from a train station so dinner options are a bit tricky.

Very large rooms with 2 large beds and tatami area (great for families) and wonderful shower/bath rooms. All the extras - generous personal products, exceptional breakfast, shuttle service to the train station, highly attentive staff. Many Japanese features like hotel robes (pants & top) to wear around the property, separate slippers for inside your room and around the property, public mineral baths (male & female), free washer and dryer. Extremely clean in all areas of the hotel.

Loved the quiet atmosphere, the beautiful onsen and breakfast. Shuttle bus was excellent and staff helpful.

９月１８日から２泊３日でお世話になりました。今回は私の還暦祝いの旅行で、金沢に数多くあるレベルの高いホテルの中から、妻がしっかり調べて彩の庭ホテルさんを選んでくれました。 金沢駅からホテルの送迎バスを利用しましたが、スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしく、ホテルに着く前から良い気持ちになりました。 ホテルは施設全体が綺麗で、清掃も行き届いていましたし、装飾品や調度品も素敵でした。 彩の庭ホテルさんの朝食は金沢旅行の楽しみの一つでしたが、どれもこれも美味しくて、金沢の食文化を思いっきり堪能しました。 スタッフのみなさんの対応も素晴らしく、金沢旅行の良い思い出が出来ました。また、利用したいホテルです。

とにかくスタッフの皆様の対応が とても親切！ 館内での履物には履き間違い防止用の目印シールが用意されていたり、フリードリンクのバリエーション、帰宅後に届いたお礼のおハガキ等々、あちこちに小さな気配りがあり身体も心も癒されました。 朝食ビッフェの品揃えの多さと 地産地消のお料理でお味も大満足でした。

これといって特にありませんでしたが、 大浴場が混み合う時間帯は 順番を少し待つかもしれません。

金沢の「おもてなしの心」が みてとれ 感激しました。是非また来たいです。

Excellent all round. The staff were amazing from start to finish, very good English as well with made our stay as foreigners easier. Shuttle bus to and from Kanazawa train station made arrival and departure hassle free. Breakfast offered a large range of options of both Japanese and continental food. Perfection.

駅近の高級ホテルより、こぢんまりしてますが、 とても快適で、細かいところもサービスが行き届いており、スタッフもとても優しく気遣いしてくださり、心地良いホテルでした。 夜に外食から帰ってきた時、車をどこの駐車場に停めようかと思っていたら、一瞬でスタッフの方が出てきて、誘導してくれました！ 朝食のブュッフェもサイコーでした！ オーソドックスなものから、オリジナリティなものも！スイーツも小さいモナカの中に、自分でアイスを挟んだり、楽しいし美味しいし、本当に満足です！ 次に金沢に来る機会があったら、また絶対にこちらに宿泊させてもらいます。
