Staff in reception were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The location was excellent.

For the price of the room I would have expected more, however the location made up for it.

The location!

No communal areas and reception unmanned overnight, so felt a bit like an apartment than a hotel. No lift and no private parking. The nearest car park is very close but 30 euros a day!

Nous avons été lésé pour les petits déjeuners qui nous ont été facturé sans qu’on les aient consommés. Ceci provient d’une mauvaise information du personnel à ce sujet et sommes fâchés. À l’avenir nos sociétés et personnes boycotterons booking pour cette anomalie. Un courriel a été envoyé à l’hôtel pour faire modifier la facture mais en vain

Personnel d’accueil assez peu aimable. Petit déjeuner peu varié (pain blanc uniquement, même assiette de fromage et charcuterie industriels tous les matins), confiture industrielle, pas de fruit, œuf à la coque uniquement). Nécessité de réclamer pour re-assortir tisane et café dans la chambre et pour avoir des tasses propres. Hall d’accueil minuscule. Pas de local à bagages. Décoration minimale.

La climatisation, la literie, l'emplacement

Très bruyant. Les murs sont fins, on entend les portes qui claquent et le ménage des chambres le matin.

Location excellent. In the middle of the town. Staff very friendly and gave good advice. Room had a nice view, which did cost extra, on the second floor. No lifts so maybe not ideal of issues with stairs.

I felt it was missing a fridge which could have been used to store water as weather was very warm.

This hotel is on prime location, amazing views, but rooms are completely basic and outdated. Why!? It has a huge potential, but owners seem to just milk the cow without any extra service. What a pity!

struttura vecchia, odore di pesce per le scale (si trova proprio sopra il mercato e i ristoranti del porto), colazione non a buffet ma su ordinazione quindi molto limitata

L’emplacement est idéal et la chambre est plutôt confortable, malgré la petite sdb (celle ci est comme neuve).

Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas à la hauteur: l’hôtel est très cher pour un confort de base. La fenêtre de la chambre donne sur la table du petit déjeuner des voisins (même étage): on ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre et on est réveillés le matin. L’odeur de l’entrée est insoutenable (poubelles du restaurant).

hotel entièrement rénové (1er étage), très central mais je le trouve surclassé en 3 étoiles. Pas d'ascenseur (je le vois recommandé pour des handicapés eh bien non, j'étais au 1er étage et j'avais 18 marches à monter !!! pas de coffre fort, pas de mini-bar, pas d'espace réception : une entrée couloir avec 2 fauteuils et c'est tout. Internet capricieux.... Peut-être sont-ce les nouvelles normes 3 étoiles !!! Par contre un personnel adorable et se mettant en 4 pour satisfaire les clients.

Excellent location. Comfy rooms and good aircon. We had 2nd floor harbour view which was great! Stunning views.

All excellent. 💙 Maybe making sure all staff completely informed. One told us no beaches near hotel then we found La Cible. Also didn’t mention the navettes to other beaches which would have been good to know. We hired bikes so got there in any event.

L'insonorisation des fenêtres avec les bruits des terrasses en fin de soirée et des livreurs tôt le matin. Un petit frigo dans la suite serait idéal.

La situació a primera línia de port, l'amabilitat del personal i l'habitació molt neta i renovada, tot i que una mica petita.

El soroll del carrer, sobretot les estones de càrrega i descàrrega arriba a molestar ja que a quarts de set del matí ja treballen.

Cet hôtel manque de charme et de contact humain…. À l’entrée de l’hôtel, il y a une odeur pestilentielle, peut-être des poubelles je ne sais pas mais ce n’est pas très agréable dès l’arrivée…

Perfectly located and fantastic staff. The hotel is in an original building but all updated with great showers and bathrooms and air conditioning. Lovely breakfast and wonderful staff from housekeeping and reception. Perfect stay.

This cute little hotel has everything you need for a few days in Saint Martin. It is located right on the port with beautiful views on the front or lovely little patios on the back. The windows are all double glazed so there is no noise of the seagulls unless you want to hear and then sleep with your window open for a breezy sea air. Tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff were the best bet though. Lovely women who worked cleaning the rooms, serving breakfast and at the reception. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant this made this typical French little hotel one of the best parts of our stay. An incredible value for money.

As the name suggests, the hotel is right on the port, right in the centre of this fabulous little town and harbour. Despite this, the double glazing was very good at keeping out the noise from outside and we slept well on the very comfy super-kingsize bed. The rooms are compact but have everything you need, a decent amount of storage and nice bathrooms. Also the air-conditioning was very good at keeping the room cool despite it being in the mid-30's most days! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we paid for a 12noon check in and the room was ready bang on time. Overall a great stay.

No big issues here, the lack of lift may be an issue for the less mobile. The car parking is not an issue directly in control of the hotel but worth noting that the nearest car park is 30 Euros per day and the free car park is 12 - 15 minutes walk away so walking to get the car every day in 30+ degrees was tiring but that's the same for all the hotels in St Martin. As for the hotel itself, no complaints.

Gorgeous superior room with windows looking directly onto the port. Lovely comfortable bed and crisp linen. Excellent location. Good instructions about parking.

The restaurant underneath the hotel is not the best. Toilets were filthy and kitchen which you had to pass to use the restrooms looked the same! Avoid! Lots of other lovely spots to eat and have a drink.

L emplacement est exceptionnel sur le port tout est accessible à pied. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Les lits sont confortables et le petit dejeuner était délicieux et copieux. Très bon séjour.

Petite remarque d amélioration : étant dans une chambre familiale il manquait des prises électriques pour les deux autres lits.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel parfait avec la climatisation, un parking à 300m gratuit. Il n'y a plus qu'à y mettre la voiture et parcourir l'île à vélo 🚲. C'est, à notre sens, la ville qui vit le plus de l'île. Merci à la réceptionniste pour sa jovialité 😉, à dans 5 ans.

Chambre au 1er étage avec des volets persiennes qui ne permettent pas d'être dans le noir, un peu gênant avec la lumière de la terrasse en pleine nuit parfois allumée. Prévoir des vrais volets occultants.
