Room was well equipped

Check in was self service using a key box and unfortunately we never saw anyone - owners or other guests throughout our stay. We were unable to leave feedback at the property. Although well equipped with TV and tea / coffee etc the beds were very uncomfortable and the bedding was well past it's best. The base sheets didn't fit properly and we couldn't see mattress protectors. Pillows were also wafer thin. A very uncomfortable night. The properly is directly off of the main A90 road into the city so there was a lot of traffic noise although ear plugs were provided. The worst part of this was the volume of traffic in the morning meant it was impossible to turn right (towards the hospital were we had an appointment). The left turn tripled the journey time and defeated the purpose of staying nearby for an early start. Overall disappointing.

Shower was very small

Pleasant hosts, always available, comfortable beds. I would say it was comfortable compared to other places where I’ve stayed.

Unfortunately, we couldn't check in early, though the hosts had warned us about this. There was a lot of noise coming through the window, as the accommodation is located right next to a busy road. The shower holder was broken, making it rather uncomfortable to shower.

Molto accogliente e pulita

I was travelling with my parents so it was great that we had an entire suite with two separate bedrooms. The location is great but only if you are driving, otherwise it is quite far from the city centre. Rooms were clean, the facilities were good and our hosts were friendly and helpful.

The walls were so extremely thin that I could hear our neighbours use their toilets. And not just the flushing.... Therefore it was fairly difficult to have a restful night's sleep.

The apartment is near the bus station of line 17 from the airport and across the street stop the line 43 that in 40ish minutes takes you to the city center.

During our stay we asked to leave our suitcases there for the last day but the morning of our departure they told us that nobody would have been home and we couldn't leave the suitcases there and we had to pay almost 20£ to leave them at a bag drop in the city centre.

Colazione buona e abbondante. A pochi passi c'è il bus per arrivare a Edimburgo centro. Staff cordiale. Camera pulita e accogliente.

Un po' lontana dal centro anche se collegata con i mezzi pubblici.

Camera minuscola, letto non matrimoniale ma una piazza e mezza, proprio su strada col rumore continuo di auto anche di notte, lettino da campeggio per la bambina senza ne un materasso e ne un lenzuolo, asciugamani solo per due persone quando in stanza eravamo tre, stanza minuscola dove si faticava anche ad aprire le valigie, termosifoni datati con punti di leggera ruggine, maniglia della porta di ingresso della camera rotta che ogni volta che veniva aperta ti rischiava di rimanere in mano. Per i soldi spesi mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Dovessi tornare ad Edimburgo non credo tornerei.

Bruyant : emplacement proche d'une route à forte circulation, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre dans chambre non climatisée. Emplacement loin du centre, absence de restaurants ou pubs à proximité. Impossible de régler la température de la douche.

Nähe einer Bushaltestelle mit guter Verbindung in die Stadt.

Direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen und sehr laut. Zimmer klein, eng und dunkel . Tapete schmutzig und pellte an einigen Stellen ab . Kontakt zum Personal/ Besitzer nur beim bringen des vorbestellten Frühstücks an den Tisch . Unverschämter Zimmerpreis, im August 50 % teurer als sonst im Jahr. War das Geld nicht wert.

Such a lovely cozy stay. It’s convenient since it’s on the main road between the airport and downtown.

La habitacion estaba muy bien con parking y la ubicacion perfecta para coger el avion al dia siguiente.

Clean and friendly staff, facilities were to high standards and we had everything we needed.

Didn’t like the bedding and pillows weren’t the best. We stayed on an event night and people were coming back to the house late which we could hear.

Ho soggiornato qui con la mia famiglia ed ho gradito la distribuzione delle due camere e del piccolo salottino con la TV. Bene anche la pulizia e gli arredi. La struttura si trova a 20 minuti dal centro con il bus (subito fuori la struttura c'è la fermata del 43). Comoda anche per arrivare dall'aeroporto,nelle vicinanze c'è la fermata del 17 che parte dall'aeroporto. Cordiali i proprietari che ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in. Per chi ha la macchina, è presente anche il parcheggio.

Super clean and tidy, walking distance to a small country pub for meals. Nice sea views.

Location was great gor what we needed. Only stayed two nights. Owners very friendly and helpful. Breakfast nice and served when requested.

No fault of the owner but the bed was quite small for us....but we ecpected that. My husband is 6'3 but finding places with large beds...not easy lol. Everything else was great.

Good for a last night before flying back home. Very friendly hosts.

El lugar es encantador, muy limpio y cómodo. Tiene parking privado y una parada de autobús que te enlaza con el centro muy cerca de la casa. El dueño majísimo.

Por ponerle un mini pero, no tenía tomas USB. Culpa nuestra por no llevar adaptadores, pero se agradece que otros hoteles si que los tenían. Pero por lo demás es de 10.

Buitenkant van accommodatie doet somber en vervuild aan, maar binnen is alle perféct in orde! Superschoon en compleet, heel fijn! Ook het ontbijt was uitstekend.

La struttura e' molto carina,gestita da una coppia molto gentile. Abbiamo potuto depositare i bagagli prima del check in e ci hanno dato le informazioni per raggiungere il centro. La nostra camera era al primo piano ma ci sono stanze anche a piano terra. Il letto era comodo.Noi non avevamo l'auto ma c'é il parcheggio davanti alla casa, nel giardino privato. Bus numero 17 dall'aeroporto ferma vicino alla struttura e il bus 43 dalla struttura porta in centro. Molto comodo il sistema di pagamento , ci hanno spiegato che puoi pagare il biglietto direttamente sul pulmann con una carta o bancomat e il costo massimo della somma delle corse giornaliere non supera il costo di un day ticket.L'ultima sera il proprietario,su richiesta ,ci ha gentilmente prenotato il taxi per il giorno dopo perche' dovevamo partire molto presto per un tour nelle Highlands. Nell'insieme direi consigliato,soprattutto se si viaggia in auto.

La struttura e' su una strada a percorrenza veloce,quindi un po' rumorosa,ma con le finestre chiuse si sente pochissimo.

Skvělé místo s parkovištěm, dobře dostupné do města, zastávka hned u domu. Pokoj byl čistý, měli jsme vše potřebné na přípravu čaje a kávy, naprosto bez problémů, vše bylo v pořádku.

Very tine double bed. No place for two people to sleep, and so short that legs are over the end. Too thick duvets too hot even with heating off.

das Hotel ist alt aber sehr ordnenlich und sauber. Obwohl direkt an der Straße des Hauptverkehrs, ist das Zimmer sehr ruhig.

die Einfahrt des Hotels für längere Pkw ist etwas zu eng.

The only minor downside is that the property is located near a main road, so rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy due to traffic.

The room was spotlessly clean, facilities such as fridge and electric kettle in great condition, the bed very comfortable. I particularly love the nice touch of a tea pot and a jug of milk inside the fridge as I always want to make tea. I was impressed how everything fit so well even though the room was not particularly big.

My room was above the kitchen and the aroma of fried bacon was a bit too much during breakfast time.

Il lodge è molto bello e ben tenuto. La camera abbastanza spaziosa e molto ordinata. La colazione è molto buona e curata nei dettagli e in camera è possibile prepararsi del tè o del caffè (solubile). Il gestore è molto cordiale.

Il collegamento con la città è faticoso perché c'è solo un autobus, spesso in ritardo. Credo sia una soluzione ottima per chi ha un'automobile, forse un po' meno per chi si muove con i mezzi.

Looks nice and was within walking distance to Ye Olde Inn for dinner. Hosts were nice and attentive. It’s quiet.

On a very busy street and I can see travelers might have to turn around further down the street to come back and pull into driveway easier. Bed was small for two adults. Pillows were thin and flat.

It was clean and comfortable with a really good shower. Parking was at the front door and access was easy. Not too far from the airport (12 min drive). Also, good recommendations for places to eat nearby.
