Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, modern eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und sauber. Einzig der Punkt, dass ich für die Nutzung de Safes zusätzlich 3 Euro pro Tag bezahlen soll, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Gut für einen kurzen Trip .

Fedt værelse, rent og komfortabelt. Rene håndklæder hver dag og nyredt seng. Vildeste buffet og god vin/øl til maden. Vred over at man betaler all-inclusive og så skal man sgu betale for øl og drinks ved poolén. Det er mange penge på en 12 dages ferie. Det gjorde vi IKKE sidste år på et andet hotel i nærheden. Så er det jo ikke ALL- inclusive

Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr gut. Ballermann ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

J’ai demandé à avoir une chambre avec lit double. Ce qui aurait du être fait pendant que nous étions absent dans l’après-midi. A notre retour, rien n’avait été fait. Je suis allé voir à l’accueil à 23h pour que la réceptionniste me dise “les femmes de ménages sont parties, qu’est ce que vous voulez que je fasse ?” Ce n’est pas comme ça qu’on traite des clients.

Tillbringade en vecka på hotellet med en gammal vän från skoltiden och militärtjänsten. Vi fick uppleva några fina sommardagar, hotellet erbjöd god service med mängder av god mat och renlighet.

We stayed for a long weekend and for the price it’s a good hotel. We had a superior room which was bright but there’s not really a sea view available. The Sky bar has a good sea view though. The beach is a short walk away and the sea front is nice to walk along in the evening. A Taxi is about €20 from the airport.

Personnel agréable, hôtel très bien situé avec de belles piscines. Chambre moderne mais pas assez spacieuse, le sol n’a pas été nettoyé et le rideau de douche pas hygiénique ni esthétique

Clean hotel with a good choice of pools. Reception staff were helpful however bar staff appeared to be inconvenienced when asking them for a drink and would frequently leave you standing at the bar for some time before acknowledging you were there. Food was tasty but very repetitive for both lunch and dinner and it is very rarely labelled with what the dish is, no allergy advice and no information if it is suitable for vegetarians. There is little to no entertainment but the team were nice and chatty in the evenings.

It was nice, especially for the price. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Aircon allowed the room to be pleasant so we slept well. Would have like another pillow, but overall it was a good sleep. Jacuzzi bath was well needed at the end of a long day.

Breakfast service only 1h slot super early 7:30am to 8:30am, rooftop bar/sunlaunge area was shut. Drink was served in a broken glass (not chipped - hole missing in beer glass leg). When arrived at dinner service, person at the door got a message and was on his phone for good few minutes while the people were queuing up behind us which I found very rude.

Sehr, sehr laut im Zimmer von der Bar. Das Reinigungspersonal ist auch sehr laut am Morgen. Auch sprechen viele Gäste (Spanier) sehr laut. Kaum Parkmöglichkeiten

Assez déçu en arrivant car sur la photo la chambre paraissait un plus grande. Même chose pour la piscine en rooftop. Cependant nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel tout à fait correcte. Remerciement spéciale à Rayan !

Hotel con muy buena atencion tanto en la recepción como en el comefor a reseñar en este punto a las camareras ( antonella y paqui) siempre atentas a atendere y con una sonrisa. Buffet completo y variado. Limpieza diaria en las habitaciones muy limpias y con los cambios de toallas que necesitaras, instalaciones muy limpias en todo momento. Cerca del puerto marítimo del arenal y a solo 4 minuyos andando del final del paseo.maritimo, muy buena ubicacion con parada a 1 minuto del autobus que te lleva al centro de Palma. Por poner un pero solo en el todo incluido no entraba snak ni ningun tipo de acompañamiento solo bebidas sin alcohol. Hotel muy aconsejable y para repetir. Gracias por la atencion recibida

Desastrosa. Reservé este hotel que tenéis ofertado (y que lleva todo el verano cerrado) y me derivasteis a otro hotel QUE NO ERA ELQ UE HABÍA RESERVADO Y NO ERA ADULTS ONLY. UNA VERGÜENZA.

La experiencia bien el. Problema es que reserve para este hotel y no me avisaron de que por el. Virus estaba cerrado y me redirigian a otro hotel me volví loca sin saber que hacer cuando lo encontré cerrado

El hotel bueno, el personal muy amable, salvo el gerente que cuando fuimos a consultarlo por un problema que tuvimos lejos de ayudarnos /se nos río en la cara.

Nice rooftop area but shame the drinks aren't included with all inclusive. Rooms spacious and clean.

I was there in mid-October so slightly out of season despite the weather being consistently in the twenties. The location was good, close to the airport and a short walk from the beach but a lot of shut shops due to the time of year. The room was small but sufficient. Had a problem with the shower leaking, used towels to mop it up and then left them in the shower to be replaced but they were just removed! From chatting to other residents, there were lots of differences in the rooms. There was no full length wardrobe, no full length mirror, and the air-con didn't work - they said they'd turned it off as it was winter(!!!) even though the first two days were 29 degrees. The pool was small and shaded for several hours each day but there was a sky deck which offered uninterrupted sun - however, they closed this on the Tuesday due to end of season!! I wasn't told this before I got there or on arrival and it was a real shame. The cocktails in the sky bar were excellent! The food was ok, bit hit and miss but I never went hungry. A huge organised holiday party arrived midweek and it was chaos in the restaurant with them there. The pool bar was short staffed at times and seating was a premium but they were generous with the servings. Sometimes the music was way too loud and the speakers couldn't cope and it also made it hard to have a conversation. There was only entertainment on two nights (the same singer both times). The staff were sometimes a bit abrupt but Carlos was lovely!

Toilette mit Schiebetür ausgestattet und praktisch im Zimmer nur durch Trennwand abgetrennt .

Freundliches Personal und sehr nett Aber leider mein zimmer war ohne türe am klo Das essen war ok morgens,mittags und abends aber all inclusive Ist für mich halt was anderes. wenn ich mal Hunger bekomme dass ich mir auch halt was bestellen kann ans zimmer oder am pool bar. Hier gabs nur am pool bar getränke ausm Plastikbecher Becher und halt so sandwich ganz trocken Brot mit salami oder schinken ohne welche. Aufstriche oder zu mind butter :/ Es gab zwar h ein skybar aber da müssten wir wieder alles alleine bezahlen

Nou die kamers heel erg klein...service voor all inclusief heel schlecht, pool ook niet aantrekkelijk en eten heel erg matig iedere dag het het zelefde..niet aan te raden.

Siamo arrivati in albero intorno alle 8 e mezza e non c'era nessuno in reception e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti in piedi sapevamo che non era ora di fare il check in ma volevamo lasciare quanto meno i bagagli per farci un giro del posto, la camera carina ma piccolissima, a livellodipulizie, facevano giusto il letto e lavavano a terra solo 1 giorno è stata fatta una pulizia come si deve (mi sa oil giovedi o il mercoledi), per il resto lacolazione buona e si trova praticamente tutto, diciamo che ad un prezzo accettabile si può prenotare

Well what can I say about this holiday..... Good points - hotel was lovely, clean and food was fine. I am a very fussy and plain eater and managed no problem. Other than this there is nothing good to say. Bad points - hotel amenities and info listed it incorrect. Mini bar aka an empty fridge, asked at reception and was told no there was just somewhere to put your stuff. It was also supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but yet guests where smoking at the pool and other areas, albeit outside but some seating areas are covered. The hotel staff bar about 2 were so unhelpful, rude and could hardly speak and English. The hotel is so poorly laid out, no sign posts to show where anything was. The Sky bar as well wasn't all inclusive so any drinks had to be paid for. Don't expect any English speaking guests as they are few and far between, mostly German and Dutch. The entertainment was only in the evening, that was only until 11pm and then the bar shut down at 12pm!! You couldn't even sit in the area after to finish your drink. On the day of my check out, my pick-up wasn't until 3pm, check out was 11pm. I went to the desk about 10.40, the member of staff said check out, my reply yes, she literally at the scissors at my wrist to cut off my all inclusive bank before I had even the room key handed back. I wasn't even asked if my stay was good etc. Customer service is terrible. So so let down by the whole experience and I definitely wont be back.

Molto carine le parti comuni. Ottimo il buffet anche se a colazione le macchine del caffè erano spesso scariche. La pulizia delle camere potrebbe essere più accurata. la prima notte ci è stata data una camera con aria condizionata rotta e per di più minuscola, sicuramente non da 4 stelle. Abbiamo chiesto una camera diversa che era molto meglio comunque non da 4 stelle ma forse gli standard spagnoli sono diversi da quelli italiani.

You do get what you pay for. However this is not 4*. It’s a 3*. Customer service is appealing n rooms are not clean and not big like the pictures show

Ich war im Juli 2019 für eine Woche in dem Hotel Gast. Es war sehr modern eingerichtet, und immer sehr sauber. Frühstück und Abendessen war immer sehr reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Personal konnte sehr gut deutsch sprechen und war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Was mir negativ aufgefallen ist, ist einerseits, dass die SkyBar auf dem Dach des Hotels nicht im allinclusive Angebot mitenthalten war. Dort musste man die Getränke also extra zahlen. Andererseits finde ich es etwas bedenklich, dass die Getränke am Pool in Zeiten des Klimawandels ausschließlich in Plastikbechern serviert wird. Das könnte man mMn verbessern. Ansonsten war ich mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis äußerst zufrieden, und kann das Hotel für diese Region zumindest für eine Woche weiterempfehlen.

Dans cette hôtel y a tout se qu’il faut. C’est parfait. Sauf que le personnel ne parle pas un mot Français sauf une personne mais qui est très peu présente. Puis pour le « Sky Bar » le personnel n’informe pas les clients de comment pourvoir y accéder a cet option.

Es war ok. Das Personal ist nett nur leider hatten wir ein altes Zimmer. Und Müll vom vorherigen Hotelgast im Mülleimer. Der Aschenbecher war voller Zigarettenstummel. Leider haben wir unter Urlaub verstanden auch mal auszuschlafen. Die Nächte sind auf Grund des Reinigungspersonals jeden Tag um 8:30 zu Ende gewesen. Es wurden Möbel über uns jeden Tag verrückt verschoben es hat gepoltert und gequietscht. Super laut und rücksichtslos. Ich verstehe das die Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt werden müssen. Aber wie wäre es mit kleinen Klebe-Polstern die man unter die Möbel klebt damit es nicht so laut ist? Das hat uns jeden Tag den Schlaf geraubt. Deshalb werden wir nächstes Jahr ein anderes Hotel probieren. Schade.

Me gustó el desayuno. No me gustó la nada habitación, pequeña, la cama pequeña, una unica almohada, el lavabo en la habitación y no tenía donde dejar las cosas de aseo, el inodoro en un cuarto que, sí cerrabas la puerta te entraba claustrofobia; no tiene donde dejar las maleta, La hora del final del desayuno es muy pronto, 10.15h. La recepción muy pequeña y con poco personal. Calidad precio muy caro, no se de donde se han sacado las estrellas, 4 son muchas.

Hôtel très bien situé, à 350 mètres de la plage. Hôtel agréable, avec un personnel très sympathique. Inconvénient, environnement bruyant, car nous sommes dans une station balnéaire.

Food was often cold, not lot of choice. Room small. Not enough sun beds. Sky bar wasn’t open. Service in the bar was very slow.

I highly recommend finding something to keep yourself amused in this hotel. The reception staff were abrupt with us from the start. We arrived in our room at 1am with no food or drink being served and empty mini bar which left us with a menu of oreo biscuits and mars bars for our dinner that evening. There was no entertainment at night, no snacks behind the bar which made our holiday experience regimental with the diabolical meal times which were on offer. When we did decide escape the building we were told we were too loud and the reception had "several complaints" as we were leaving. At 11pm. Absolutely shocking considering we went to an "adults hotel." Although our holiday was nice we spent most of our time out the hotel.

Everything was great apart from the first night when i had very noisy neighbours

The room looked very different from the pictures. They gave us two single beds for couples. I do not understand the assignment of rooms. The temperature control of the room didn't have good monitoring, it was sooper hot for 20 deg C and no lower temperatures were possible.

The hotel was at the far end of the resort, and when we went the resort was virtually closed. We had to walk considerable distance to find any entertainment. The main pool area was ok apart from a big tree blocking the sun and many of the sun loungers being broken. The rooftop terrace was nice but it was not included in the all inclusive package and it closed without notice whilst we were staying there. Apart from a television there were no entertainment facilities in the bar which made for a somewhat boring experience. There was no atmosphere. The bar staff were often too busy chatting to serve drinks. The worst complaint about the hotel was the food. There was a poor selection of food, which was replicated night after night, but worst of all it was virtually cold. I would not recommend this hotel and would not recommend the resort at that time of year.

The hotel is very clean; all employees ( except 1 reception guy) were very nice, trying always to help; food is pretty good; the rooms in the non-renovated part of the hotel are not up to 4 star hotel, but they are ok for a few nights. Location is not great, but is pretty close to the beach.

First room booked stank of cigarettes, had no choice but to pay upgrade for another room in hotel the other hotel room had dirty toilet and hair in shower, noisy hotel some sort of dog park at the new part hotel and guests screaming in hallways at 4am also thin walls do hairdryer and showers wakes u up all the time would not recommend

Lovely time, very relaxing stay! Our favourite place to relax was the Sky Bar, even though you have to pay for cocktails they are worth the money. Maria was fantastic we loved chatting with her in Spanish. The Standard room is very very basic, we upgraded to a suite yet they didn't have an iron or ironing board in the room. We had to request one at reception and told to return it as there was limited availability. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Nice hotel a short walk from beach. Rooms small but very clean. Food good and plenty of choice. All staff friendly and helpful , no long que at the bar.

The hotel was amazing. As I arrived at the hotel I was offered a complimentary glass of refreshments ( never seeing it in any arenal hotel before) Lovely and helpful staff. Lovey rooms And the most important one ( the food was just SUPERB!!!) It is my 3rd year going to el arenal Mallorca, and I have stayed in hotels very close to Mediterranean bay and I have decided to try this year. Without a doubt I will definitely stay again! Nothing was too much hustle. I was also allowed to bring 2 guest for dinner ( with a fee) and they both loved the food as well. The variety of options was just amazing. My only criticism is , because I don't drink alcohol, I think they should improve on the quality of soft drinks. For instance, a fresh orange juice at dinner or breakfast and avoid to use those machines which make any drink very sweet. But overal, I will be coming back for sure! Thank you.

I spent 5 fabulous nights in the hotel. The room and the whole hotel was adequate and clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

I just stayed one night. The Mediterranean Bay Hotel has a good location. Some 300 meter uphill from the Arenal Beach. My room No 102 was quite small facing a traffic crossing. I would recommend room futher up in the building and balconies facing the pool area. The entertainment seems to be very popular with life band/singer. Check inn very smoth andand fast. Check out just 30 seconds.

Nice hotel, close to the beach ... varied facilities, such as the rooftop pool and bar. Helpful and friendly staff .... buffet breakfast was good, as plenty of selection. Loved it, would gladly stay there again

Not sure what all the bad reviews are for, I stayed here with my girlfriend and it was perfect, incredibly clean and nice premium room.. lots of food always, we had one night of Germans partying next door but the security guards soon put a stop to it. I would say the hotel was mostly couples rather then people wanting to get drunk! The only bad thing was as other people have mentioned the toilet inside the room. Also the evening entertainment was quite poor! For an adults only hotel they had a magician one night??

Stayed here for 7 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean everywhere. The pool is great and the entertainment even better

Brilliant staff and lovely hotel.

Upon arrival staff seemed a bit all over the place, trying to multi task with different customers instead of just one at a time. Never really explained much, in particular how the All Inclusive works, works included and how the restaurant/bar works. Room was nice, although no toiletries provided in room (even though they advertise it on Expedia via both description and photos). Food was nice, although a bit same everyday. Not sure the target customers for this place, diverse age ranges here - Adult Only is a bit vague to advertise.

Spent 4 nights in the hotel and had a nice time the alll inclusive food was of a good standard and everything was clean and well run. The thing I can say I wasn’t happy with was the view from the balcony a old run down building and the amount of noise of stags and lads in the middle of the night shouting and slamming the doors. I also had my birthday when I was staying in the hotel and they came to my room and delivered champagne and a letter saying happy birthday from the manager. All in all this hotel is pleasant and the location is good less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach and the bars.

Nice Modern Hotel close to beach,shops,bars and restaurants. We had a Superior room which was fairly small but very functional. The room was modern had a nice shower and flat screen TV also a free safe. Didn't like the toilet which had a glass sliding door and allowed smells to come into the room and no extractor fan. We had a balcony with a view of the block of apartments very closely situated opposite, not ideal but not a problem. We had all inclusive for three nights. The food in the dining room was excellent quality and good choices. Self service on all drinks at meal times was a real plus. The negatives were only one bar serving the pool and inside so often long queues for drinks. Beer served in tiny plastic cups, no other food outside meal times except a few left over sandwiches and cake from lunch. The worst for me allowing smoking anywhere around the pool and outside eating area. I would definitely stay here again but would like to see the smoking and bar sorted out. Number 21 bus from the airport to El Arenal cost 5 euros or Taxi cost 18 euro and the rank is right outside the hotel.

we had a short stay in april. the hotel is nice clean and tidy looks like its had a recent referb. the staff were friendly and helpful but a bit slow in the bar. Food was good. the hotel is located half way up a steep hill there was limited parking in the area and I found it difficult to get parked at night.the hotel is about a 5 minit walk down to the beach. the hotel has 3 small pools with limited bathing space . the sky bar on the roof is good but all drinks and food were not included in the all inclusive package.

Staff were incredibly friendly.. Staff always helpful with information Breakfast was okay they could do with a little more of a variety Hotel outside the room was very clean but inside the room.. the cleaners are good at making the room look tidy but actually clean im afraid not but it was a cheap hotel so who am i to complain. Everything else was perfect

It was very nice and modern, the stuff was very kind, for all week.

Great couple of days break here. Food was good with a good variety. There is building work going on next door but this wasn't a massive disturbance. Although the hotel was almost fully booked it never felt crowded. Would definitely come back here.

My stay wasn't as pleasant as I hope! The sliding door to my room would not lock which made it feel a unsafe. Secondly, I called when I was at the beach and requested use a iron and the next day when I needed it the lady at desk told me they have a iron back I can't use it. I was so upset because I felt lied to, I would preferred someone telling me from the beginning iron is not allowed to be used in the hotel instead of being lied to. Finally in the evening by the pool their is singing which can be very disturbing if you want to rest and sleep.

The hotel is very modern for a Spanish hotel and is on par with that of which you will find within a 4star in the UK. It's close to the beach, has good food and great beer with the all inclusive package. Rooms are so tiny though with a poor view and bar staff keep disappearing so you have to find staff to serve you (annoying on all inclusive) all in all a decent hotel yet the rooms being so small really did leave a negative overview.

Bargain price for All Incl. Adults only, popular with Italians and Germans. Staff friendly & helpful. Everywhere accessible on foot or cheaply by public transport i.e. a good base. "Double bed" is simply 2 twins pushed together; no joining strap and/or mattress topper as both beds had single sheets etc.. All incl dinner had decent choice BUT on quiet evenings staff did start clearing up early so we needed to select main & dessert all at once. There are nicer beaches elsewhere on island.

Good hotel for El Arenal. Not in a noisy neighbourhood and well maintained. Rooms are small but than again people usually do not come to El Arenal to spend a lot of time in their room. Service very friendly and helpfull. We had Half Board which varied very much in quality from reasonably good to really bad.

ThIs hotel was more like a 3 star rather than a 4 because the basics were not of good standard. The mattress was hard. The room was small. The bed cover had holes and tears in it The AC turns off without the key And the fridge also doesn't stay on which means nothing is ever cold. The staff were very nice though. They had overbooked so I had to stay in another hotel for the first night but due to the inconvenience the manager gave me 2 nights dinner. The hotel was in a great location 5 mins from the beach and the main strip. The hotel is more suited to Europeans rather than English.
