Quando fiz a reserva, solicitei um quarto tranquilo, minha filha é autista. Perguntei no check in se o quarto era silencioso, porém ao chegar, vi q era em frente ao elevador, imediatamente solicitei a troca de quarto. O rapaz disse q aquele quarto era o mais silencioso, pois não foi. Muito gritaria no corredor e a cada hóspede que chegava ou saia do andar, era barulho de conversa bem na porta do quarto. Muito ruim, e o rapaz não teve empatia nenhuma com o meu pedido e ainda fez cara feia, enfim foi o único problema, outros quartos mais para o final do corredor eram tranquilos e no dia q eu cheguei estavam desocupados. Foi pura falta de boa vontade .

Una estadía excelente, realmente de 10 puntos. Las instalaciones son impecables, las vistas espectaculares y todo está muy cuidado. El personal merece una mención especial: siempre súper amable, servicial y profesional, haciendo que uno se sienta muy bien atendido en todo momento. Como único detalle para completar una experiencia de cinco estrellas, sumaría una piscina. Párrafo aparte para el restaurante: excelente. La calidad de la comida, la presentación de los platos y la atención estuvieron a un nivel altísimo. Comimos realmente muy bien y fue uno de los puntos destacados de la estadía. Sin dudas, un hotel para recomendar y al que volveríamos.

O café da manhã tem alta variedade de comidas doces (que sao muito boas), mas senti falta de mais opções salgadas e frutas.

Tuvimos una estadía maravillosa. Destacamos especialmente el excelente desayuno, el restaurant, la ubicación, la limpieza impecable, la hermosa decoración y la calidez que se respira en todo el lugar. La vista y entorno del hotel glorioso!! Con actividades muy entretenidas y muchos paseos. Se nota el cariño y el buen gusto con que está pensado cada rincón. Además, durante nuestra estadía sorprendieron a mi hija con un pastel por su cumpleaños, un gesto precioso y muy considerado que nos emocionó mucho y que jamás olvidaremos. Sin duda, un lugar encantador al que volveríamos felices.

El desayuno estyvo muy bueno, la cena los alimentos y su preparacion excelente. La vista a la ciudad es hermosa, por estar algo alejado del centro, hace que se sienta una tranquilida y paz por la noche que dificilmente se consigue en otras ubicaciones.

Excelente café da manhã, Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, tudo de excelência, da recepção a equipe de limpeza, todos estão de parabéns pela administração e trato com os hóspedes.

Beautiful location! The hotel is lovely, the restaurant was delicious and the view of the valley was amazing! We enjoyed using the hiking trails right next to the hotel for a few quick hikes into the surrounding forest. The restaurant had good selections between meals.

I loved the breakfast, the staff and the location!

The room above ours was quite noisy. But when we called the front desk, they asked our upstairs neighbours to keep the noise down. And then the next morning, they kindly offered to move us to a quieter room - which made a huge difference!

The food, atmosphere, staff and excursions were all wonderful! This place is well worth the money for the view alone, but the breakfast adds an extra bonus. If you’re looking for somewhere beautiful with a delicious breakfast and plenty to keep you busy, look no further!

Lovely location with town below you and nice hike/ walk to “Martial” glacier and access to nearby other hikes. Good breakfast/restaurant. Comfortable room. A nice base for a few days in Ushuaia!

The only bad thing for me was the location, and even that is a weak argument. The setting and views are amazing, but I missed being close to the excitment of the busy downtown. The rooms are quiet, the shower simply awesome, and the food was great. Staff like Julieta make trips like this so rewarding. Her help at dinner made our evening perfect. If this trip to the Antarctic wasn't a once in a lifetime event, I would stay here again. The bottom on the world is awesome.

La vista sul porto e sulle montagne è stupenda e vale il viaggio. La colazione è ricca e buona. Lo staff gentilissimo e cordiale. Infine, la struttura propone ottimi servizi gratuiti quali uno shuttle che porta in centro città, classi di tiro con l’arco, e degustazione di vini.

Alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate, come per esempio rimediare alla mancanza di prese in camera (per caricare il telefono bisognava staccare la presa della lampada). Inoltre in bagno mancavano alcuni prodotti quali il bagnoschiuma, anche se lo shampo e il balsamo vengono offerti.

Tap water was not The best due to recent rains but you are provided with the necessary drinkable water

Ottime posizione e colazione

O Hotel fica na parte alta da cidade com lindas vistas. A decoração das áreas comuns do bar e lounge é agradável e de muito bom gosto. Fica um pouco distante do centro, mas oferecem transporte em horários pré determinados e não é difícil usar uber ou taxi. O quarto é confortável e tem um ótimo tamanho. O restaurante tem ambiente elegante e comida boa e sofisticada. Tem elevador. Oferecem pontos de água em vários locais para uso dos hospedes. O pessoal da recepção é simpático e prestativo.

Como fomos no verão entra bastante luminosidade pela janela, mas isso é comum em hotéis. Os travesseiros são muito altos. O café da manhã é servido em buffet que atende bem, mas não tem nada feito na hora, se quiser alguma coisa diferente é cobrado à parte. A equipe do café não é muito simpática. Nada grave, apenas observações.

Como no verão o sol nasce as 4h e se põe as 22h uma sugestão seria colocar persianas isolantes de luminosidade.

There was some trouble to open the front door each time to enter the room.

This should have been a 4 star review but the hotel management have a lot to answer for. Firstly the positives. + most of the staff we encountered were exceptional. A booking error by our tour operator was overcome with minimum fuss at checking and the room was large either 2 double beds, safe and stunning views over Ushuaia. The hotel is modern and light and bright. There is an infrequent shuttle into town if needed but a taxi is only 3€. And now the negatives. - the room needs to be on the upper floors in order to get the views we had. The rooms are way too hot even with radiators turned off. To open the windows gives access to bugs. Expect to sleep on the top of the bed. The hotel is 10 minutes from town and the shuttle bus is infrequent. The biggest issue however is that myself and my wife are vegan. The hotel were aware of this when booked and stated they could accommodate us without issue…… well this promise was not true. We spoke to the breakfast manager (one of the least polite and uninterested people I have come across in the hotel industry) wrote to the email to the management to explain our frustration at the lack of options even on a buffet style breakfast ( we even resorted to bringing provisions we had purchased externally). On day two of three we booked for a lovely meal in the restaurant, only to be informed that of the two dishes suitable for vegan or vegetarian clients was not available. So what did management do about this….. NOTHING. They waited until we had checked out and were awaiting our private transfer to the airport to come and tell us they had read the email and were sorry and would try harder. Not enough and too late. This is a complaint regarding the managements dealing with issues as much as a complaint about the food. Not good enough

Amazing place to stay in Ushuaia. Magnificent views, helpful staff, tasty breakfast, great menu in the restaurant, comfy rooms! I would definitely recommend to stay!

This hotel is a good choice if you want to stay outside the city in a rustic area of Ushuaia. We booked a third-floor room with an excellent view. There were only four rooms on that floor. The room decor was tired, which detracted somewhat from our enjoyment. There were other small, annoying details like the non-working bidet and the worm on the bed pillow. We enjoyed our two dinners at the hotel restaurant, with its spectacular views of the city and harbor, and helpful, friendly staff. We were happy with the dinner menu choices. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Across the street from the hotel was the start of a hiking trail that led up the mountain, around past a defunct ski area, and back to the hotel. The hike was about two miles, mildly challenging, and was very enjoyable. We stayed both at a hotel in the city and at Los Acebos, which we decided was a really good way to experience Ushuaia.

Beautiful location, super clean, modern furnishings

I’m so happy that I picked this hotel over the hotels in town. Its location in the forest just above the town is so peaceful and the views from the room and the common areas windows are just beautiful. Good quality food at the restaurant. Rooms are basic but very clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent bedding.

Extremely clean property, the cleaning staff really do an excellent job. Breakfast had enough options and the on site restaurant had good offerings for food in case you’re too tired to go into town. Also the views are spectacular. If you’re ok to stay a bit out of town then this is a great option.

The shuttle bus schedule should run more frequently, we mainly relied on taxis which are cheap.

Apart from the views from the rooms and the restaurant, there is nothing to recommend this place. In Ushuaia, on a hillside, 3-4 km from city centre is this place. The rooms are very small and you cannot open 2 medium size suitcases as the Twin beds take up most of the floor space. There is a single chair but no other furniture for sitting. One has to lie on the beds. The bathroom is a joke with a small bath tub and worse, the shower is in the bath. There is wasted floor space by having a separate hand basin outside the bathroom. The shower rose itself is very tricky as the water from it goes against the tap and not in the middle of the bathtub. There is only one soap bottle, either in the bath or on the outside on the hand basin. This is to save money and not for environmental consideration. The staff changed the towels each day even if you stay there only for 2 days. The breakfast is a joke. The coffee is very poor, there are virtually no hot dishes or cooked vegetables. There is no salad bar. There are a few cut fruits but no whole fruit. There are numerous varieties of sweet things at breakfast. The place is too far from city centre and although they provide a shuttle service, it runs only every 2 hours or so and the last shuttle from town is at 8:00 pm. If you miss it, you have to take a taxi to get back. Restaurant service was also rather slow. All in all it is not a 4 star hotel.

Location, great view of the city and Beagle Channel from the hotel, fresh and good breakfast. Free schedule shuttle bus to town.

Rooms need freshen up

Wonderful view from the bar and restaurant area. I was also fortunate enough to have a room with a view. The shuttle service was convenient but it was also fun to walk down hill to town. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with healthy choices and nice tea variety.

All good and will book again in a heartbeat.

The hotel advertises rooms with "sea view", with a photo showing a spectacular view of the bay. However, while all the rooms indeed face the sea, in many (probably most) rooms the sea/bay view is hidden by trees and bushes. We reserved a room with a sea view, were given a room with view blocked by bushes and trees, and had to go through a very unpleasant argument with the front desk staff to get a room with a real bay view. Several other guests had similar arguments with the staff, but were not successful in obtaining a room with a view as advertised.

Es wäre hilfreich, wenn der Shuttle öfters verkehren würde, vor allem am Abend. Es gibt sonst nur die Möglichkeit im Hotel zu essen.

O hotel é simplesmente lindo, moderno, vista maravilhosa faz toda a diferença para quem quer ver neve. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, as opções do bar são muito boas também. Eles têm bastantes atividades legais.

I liked the room but it was too hot for me í couldn’t sleep and during the rush time in the restaurant it was a long wait for a dish.

Simplesmente sensacional! O quarto é excelente, a vista é excepcional! Tem transfer para a cidade...Ah e a sopa de cebola do restaurante do hotel foi uma das melhores coisas que já provei. Tudo valeu muito a pena!
