Rating: 1/5 Stars – Absolutely Disgraceful Experience ​Do not waste your money on this place. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere was downright hostile. The staff were overtly racist and made us feel extremely unwelcome. To make matters worse, not a single employee spoke or even attempted to speak English, making basic communication a complete nightmare. When I confronted them and asked how a hotel could operate without anyone speaking English, one of the white-haired staff members rudely snapped back, "BECAUSE I'M TURKISH!"—as if that excused their refusal to assist guests properly. ​The hygienic standards here are non-existent: ​Foul Odors: The corridors reek of a stomach-turning, stale stench that hits you the second you step out of the elevator. ​Dirty Bedding: The bed covers were visibly unwashed, stained, and clearly had not been changed after the previous guests. ​Disgusting, Recycled Food: Breakfast was appalling. They are literally serving old, leftover food day after day. To test my suspicion, I marked a piece of luncheon meat (lanshon) on the first morning. Sure enough, the exact same marked piece was sitting on the serving tray the very next day. ​Save yourself the health hazard, terrible service, and disrespect—book anywhere else but here.

Clean Rooms. Very good staff. Just a very competent hotel. Nice breakfast.

The gym was very old, simply not good. The spa was closed unfortunately but thats okay ;)

Комната была небольшая,кровать удобная,всё было относительно чисто.Завтрак был хороший.Парковка бесплатная.

طعام الإفطار كان متوسط الجوده وليس بقدر الفندق. الموظفين لطفاء وخاصة الموضفه في الاستقبال كانت ودوده ولطيفه وترغب بالمساعده.

التقديم للصور الذي قام به الفندق على موقع booking، حيث عرض صور للغرف في الدور العلوى وهي مخالفه للواقع. الصور ليست حقيقيه للغرف على أرض الواقع . والحمام كان مؤسف حيث أن صرف الماء في المسبح كان سيئ للغايه بالاضافه الي أنبوب الماء حق الشور كان يسرب الماء، عندما تحدثت مع موضفة الاستقبال أخبرتني ان عامل الصيانه ياتي صباحا. شبابيك الغرف مطله على العازل المائي لسقف الفندق. وحيث ان الشبابيك اشبه بشبابيك الغرف التي نشاهدها في البيوت التي تحت مستوى الشارع. وحيث أن اقامتي كانت في الصيف فان الغرف العلويه كانت حاره ولم استطع البقاء في الغرفه أثناء النهار بسبب حرارة الغرفه ورائحة السجاد. لقد كانت ليله مؤسفه لنا ولا نرغب في تكرارها في هذا الفندق.

الفندق نظيف بمنطقة هادئة وجميلة لو عدت الى انقرة سوف اقيم به ...فطوره ممتاز ...

The rooms are spacious, spotless clean. Everyday rooms are cleaned, complimentary tea, water supplied along with fresh towels and bathroom needs. Cleaning crew thumbs up 👍 Delicious buffet breakfast with variety of food, comfortable sitting area. Outside garden is very quiet, away from hassle and noise of the city. Above all though the staff exceeded our expectations with their extraordinary hospitality. Thank YOU ALL for your kindness, cheerful, friendly personalities. Your warm welcoming service is truly priceless! We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend your hotel to others!

El desayuno bastante completo. Una buena terraza y salón amplio para desayunar.

La ventana no se cerraba, quedaba abierta. Las cortinas descolgadas de un lado.

Çok şikayet eden biri değilimdir ancak Oteli özelikle spor salonu var diye tercih ettim ancak uzun zamandır kapalı olduğunu belirttiler. Odadaki klimanın ayarı bozuktu, duştaki gider tıkalıydı, kahvaltı çok vasattı. İyi yönleri; Resepsiyon personeli kibar ve nazikti ve temizlik iyiydi.

ganz okay, auf dem buffet waren leider mehrmals verschimmeltes obst und gemüse welches auch nur entsorgt wurde nach Hinweis, wobei der Kellner erst nur die verschimmelten Stücke herausnehmen wollte. Auswahl begrenzt, Personal freundlich, Zimmer sind okay gewesen von Ausstattung und Sauberkeit her

Banyo kapısında sorun yasadik resepsiyona ilettigimizde yardımsever ve ilgili dönüt aldık. Onun dışında şehir dışından geldiğimizde sık kaldığımız bir otel olmayı sürdürüyor.

Eşimle birlikte bir gece konakladık burada. Sabaha karşı 7’de otel içindeki bağırışma seslerine uyandık. Bu da yetmezmiş gibi görevliler tarafından sabah kapımız açıldı pat diye, neye uğradığımızı şaşırdık:) Sabahın köründe içeri dolan sigara kokusundan aşırı rahatsız olduk. Notte Otel, bir daha asla tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel olmayacak.

2 gece konakladım, çok temiz, çok sessiz, hiç bir olumsuzlukla karşılaşmadım. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli, personel güler yüzlü, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Temizlik ve hijyeni gerçekten çok iyi. Oda mis gibi kokuyordu ilk girdiğimde. Personel güleryüzlü ve çok yardımcı. İşletmeyi başarılı buldum. Samimi, sıcak, huzurveren bir butik hotel.

Ankarada kaldığım üç gün için iki gece konakladık. Otel temiz ve beş yıldızlı otelde bulunan her şey mevcut. Hiç tereddütsüz kalınabilir. Çok memnun kaldık.

Notte Hotel çok merkezi konumda bir çok yemek alanınan yürüme mesafesi tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Çalışanları çok ilgili, güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklılar. Araba ile gelenler için otoparkı mevcuttur.

Comfortable hotel located in the neighborhood of Tunalı of Ankara. It is a close walk to many shops, cafes, and restaurants. Our room was well maintained but clearly had older furniture and bedding but was comfortable for 2 people and included a small refrigerator, and hotpot with tea and instant coffee available in the room along with all other standard amenities. The internet service was a bit finicky but worked ok (not good for streaming), although never clearly stated there seemed to be a limit on the number of devices connected at any one time. A full breakfast buffet is offered in the morning beginning at 7:30AM and is a standard Turkish style offering, they can also make omelets upon request and provide other items. Overall price for 3 nights at the hotel with breakfast was VERY reasonable and was less than $200 USD in total.

We have stayed in this hotel for many times. rece the last 3 times the service from the reception has been bad. And we did not feel welcome at all in the hotel. The last stay we were there we had to come one day earlier so we made an agreement a week before with the hotel to get a bigger room at the top floor. And that we could stay at this room for the whole stay. But when we arrived we was given a smaller room than we agreed for. But the price we had payed was not for that room. Then they showed us two more rooms which was also smaller. When we told that this was not what we had agreed for they told us the hotel was full. But when we told that we would cancel the stay they suddenly found the room we had ordered. But we had to come down to the reception the next day to ask if we could keep the room for the whole stay. So we did the next day, but we were threated as we were the one who had made mistake not them. And that they offered us to leave the day before. We decided to say the days we had booked. But we did not feel welcome by the receptionist. The hotel used to have a good atmosphere, but lately this is gone. Because of many changes of workersin the hotel. But we cannot say anything bad about the cleaning and restaurant workers, they have always been kind. And actually they were the reason why we stayed there many times. But because of that the receptionist were threating us as liers. We will not stay there again and nor will we recommend others to stay there!

It's a great hotel. Staff, bar, restaurant, breakfast, room. Everything good, except on Google, it says there is a gym. There isn't. There is a gym just round the corner, and they let me in for a week for only 500 lira. But the ad is misleading - Notte management should fix it: "Other amenities include a gym..."

Odalar sigara kokuyor. Yataklar kısa, ayaklarım dışarda kaldı (şikayet ettiğimde oteldeki bütün yatakların aynı olduğunu söylediler). Duşakabin ahizesi kırıktı, kettle kapağı kırıktı, perdenin tülleri yırtık. Banyodaki priz çalışmıyordu traş makinesini banyoda kullanamadım. Odalar genel olarak bakımsız. Ülkedeki ekonomik durum ortada ama en azından odadaki bardakları bile karton bardak koymasanız. Kahvaltı ortalama. Sadece oda ısıtması ve lokasyon iyi. Puanı ve fotoğraflar yanıltıcı. Çevresel duyarlılıkla ilgili herhangi bir önlem yoktu. Fiyatlarını düşürmeleri ve otele bakım yapmalarını tavsiye ediyorum.

STD odaları güzeldi. Konum olarak merkezi ve sakin bir yerde. Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Yeniden tercih edilebilir.

It's an alright place for 4 stars, a good option for a budget stay. Unfortunately on my entrance I had to kill a bug in the room, which kinda spoiled the whole feeling of the stay. I haven't seen any other pests throughout my two-nights stay, and I suppose it's a common problem in Turkey, but that still was not a pleasant sight to see when I entered the room. Also, I think the photos show the rooms a bit more spacious than they really are, so beware of that. Other than that, a quite friendly staff. A normal breakfast. As I said, it is a good option when you are on a budget.

The furniture in the room seems old and ragged.

Worst Hotel experience of my life! I was paid for 3 more nights for my family and they didn't give back my money! Breakfast was TERRIBLE it was remodeling other rooms when we were there, so noisy Reception does speck englis Room card keys was broken

Güzel bir otel herşey dört dörtlük olarak geçerken, sabah kahvaltıda küçük bir sorun yaşadık. Çalışan arkadaşın ilgisizliğini otel tölere etti, ilgi alaka gösterdi. Çok başarılı bulduğum bir konaklama hizmeti sundular

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Güvenlik konusunda hiç sorun yok. Otel çalışanları çok yardımcı. Kahvaltı tatmin edici ve doyurucu. Temizlik konusunda bir şikayetim olmadı ikinci defa konaklamamda. Kızılay meydanına taksi ile 15 lira. Tunalı hilmi caddesine yürüyerek 15 dakika. Ankara'daki kalmak istediğim tek otel bence.

Do not pre pay for your Staying , They dont give your money Back! i ask them will you get my money back if i want to check out sooner? They say yes And after that they dont. Nobody knows english in there Worst kind of breakfast Room cards Expire 2Times a day! We were staying for 2 months , it was so annoying to charge your card EVERY time you want to enter the room :/

Genel olarak güzel bir otel. Konaklayanların gürültüsü vardı. O duruma yapacak bir şey yok. Bir defa odanın içinde iken görevli kapıyı tıklatıp temizlik isteyip istemediğimi sordu. Bu hareket çok saçma geldi. Kahvaltı güzel.
