Нам понравилось все. Ну может одного большого полотенца на человека все же мало.

Very clean hostle with very friendly staff and good breakfast. The rooms were super clean and the beds were made daily. The staff also gave us tons of recommendations on what to do and where to stay in the city, which was really nice. We also enjoyed the daily events they had in their kitchen, for example tapas night or milkshake night and in general everybody was really friendly and on the first day we even got greeted with free soup and bread, which was really nice and made our day.

Breakfast sitting area was a bit small, but other than that it was great. Sugar free oats for breakfast would have been an extra plus.

Some of the staff, the kitchen, the social aspect, the facilities were good.

The staff didn’t explain the emergency exit (which requires you to go upstairs - above ground level into a private entrance - very confusing and dangerous if not shown) I thought I was trapped when I didn’t have my key card.

The staff were really helpful, especially when my checked bag was misplaced by the airline. Pancakes at breakfast was a really nice touch. Having air con in the bedrooms and one communal room was also great!

I like everything it was the best hostel I have ever stayed highly recommend!

Très bonne auberge de jeunesse, emplacement proche de l’hyper centre, métro a proximité. Le pétait déjeuner est sommaire mais est amplement suffisant, merci à la petit dame qui fait en direct des pancakes. Cuisine bien équipée. Possibilité de réserver un parking à 12€/jour situé à quelques dizaines de mètres derrière l’auberge de jeunesse. Le personnel est très sympathique. Lieu calme à l’écart de la grande avenue passante

Peut être un trop petit nombre de sanitaires douches au vue du nombres de voyageurs dans l’auberge .

El personal fue super amable, se toman el tiempo de mostrarte todas las instalaciones, hay muchos baños disponibles, siempre habrá uno libre. Cuentan con salas donde se puede ver televisión , ofrecen todo un calendario de actividades a realizar en Lisboa.

La regadera del baño compartido era muy pequeña desde mi punto de vista y podrían agregar un poco de fruta fresca en el desayuno.

The staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved the multiple common rooms and the facilities overall. If I ever return to Lisbon on a solo trip I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for this value. Personla is very friendly and avaliable all the time. Good breakfasts with fresh and warm panckakes. Hostel offers a big variety of activities. The place fosters a friendly, sociable atmosphere. I stayed in a mixed-gender room for four and felt safe.

all the toilets on my floor were in separate rooms with douches and sinks. It's really great when you are using it, but 2 toilets for the halp pf teh floor was really not enough. Also, toliets + bathrooms if nit clean enough (impossible to keep it clean 24\7 especially in mornings of course) are nasty and you are forced to use the not clean place.

A great breakfast is served in the morning between 8am and 11am. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. I enjoyed the fact that the dormitory beds have individual curtains for added privacy.

The staff is very nice and kind. The breakfast has a lot of options and they make pancakes every morning. The room was big and has lockers. They also organise events and have a huge list of recommendations.

Super hostel! Dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra i przystanków autobusowych. Bardzo serdeczny i pomocny personel, czysto, miła atmosfera. Śniadania tradycyjne, ale miłym zaskoczeniem były wieczorne poczęstunki – gorąca zupa, pasta czy kanapki, bezcenne po całym dniu zwiedzania. Serdecznie polecam!

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. Desde el primer momento todo estuvo perfecto: la ubicación es inmejorable, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y todo se encuentra limpio y en muy buenas condiciones. La habitación era cómoda y agradable, y el ambiente hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente. ¡Una experiencia de 10!

Все рассказали, показали. Очень чисто везде, все санузлы, душевые, комнаты. Много санузлов и душевых. всегда есть свободные.Я брала номер на 4х. Матрасы удобные, подушки и белье хорошее. Кухня чистая, большая, есть завтрак. Есть все для комфортного пребывания. Фотографии соответствуют реальности. Остановки транспорта рядом.

It was clean, with a great location in Lisboa. The staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was nice to socialize and feel comfortable. The breakfast is decent for a hostel.

La amabilidad ..calidez ..buena onda y disposición del personal. La ubicación. Los mimos con un plato de sopa o bocadillos a la noche. El desayuno completo y rico. Las camas con colchones y sabanas impecables . Las cortinas en cada litera. El aire acondicionado.

A pesar de todo lo enumerado como positivo que es mucho..lamento tener q hacer este comentario. En mi estancia en habitación compartida de 10 personas se admitieron ingresos a la 1.30 hs y 3 hs de la madrugada con lo q implica ..personal ingresando para mostrar la litera correspondiente ..luego personas q a pesar de ser cuidadosas intentando ubicarse con su equipaje..sacando cosas ..guardando etc..etc. era imposible no hacer ruido ... calidad de descanso para quienes intentábamos dormir!!! Pésima!!! Respuestas por favor en Portugues.

Ótima acomodação! É bem localizado, muito perto ao metrô e em área segura. Os funcionários são super gentis, recebem bem, explicam as principais atrações da cidade e oferecem algo para comer, geralmente tem sopas deliciosas no jantar. Os banheiros são bem limpos, tem secador disponível e há toalhas para locação.

Apesar de ter vários banheiros pela estadia e bastar procurar algum livre para usar, é um pouco desconfortável o banheiro ser fora do quarto. Na primeira noite, dormi numa cama molhada. Como estava muito cansada e já era tarde (todos no quarto dormiam), não quis procurar a recepção para trocar de cama ou quarto. Vale se atentar ao colchão e roupas de cama estarem limpos e secos sempre!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived and was welcome with Portuguese liquor to the last day, when I stayed in the common areas after check-out and they patiently opened the storage room a few times to let me get my luggage. Breakfast with pancakes was great and the surprise offering of beans soup in one of the evenings was also great.

The hostel is really close to the metro station and Park Edward II, but bear in mind that you might need to take the metro or walk 20 minutes to get to the old town.

A estadía no lisboa central hostel foi incrível. Os funcionários e os proprietários do local são muito solícitos, gentils e amáveis. O hostel fica muito bem localizado no centro da cidade, com acesso ao metro (que te da acesso aos comboios para cidades vizinhas como cascais e sintra por poucos euros) a poucos minutos caminhando e também a cerca de 20 minutos caminhando das atrações da cidade. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, com direito a panqueca com rostinho feita com carinho pela Lena. Sempre tem um lanchinho disponível na cozinha e algumas noites a dona Odete prepara sopas de sabores variados. Com certeza recomendo e espero voltar em breve. this is my second time at this hostel and in lisbon. when purchasing my flight i didnt even look for any other accommodation and just returned to what i knew would not disappoint. beds have curtains for more privacy, locker under lock and key against a 1eur which you will get back once checked out. super helpful staff anytime of the day/night. internet connection works fine, full equipped kitchen and breakfast included. ample shower and toilet facilities. location is not in the centre which is great to get some peace but close enough to anything you need to get to. supermarkets, restaurants, bars and transport stops are all within walking distance. rooms have ac's and windows. occasionally at night you will find a themed evening, ice cream, milkshake, sangria etc nice recreational area and also a work area close to the reception i believe.

nothing to complain about. reception staff are so attentive, a guy in the room tried to sneak in a girl at night and for our safety, the receptionist managed to sort the situation and get the girl out and safe.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights at the start of June. We loved it! Everything was super clean, the beds were comfy and the room had a unique and fun set up. We enjoyed the breakfast and pancakes! It was nice and quiet but had a friendly social vibe too if you were looking for that. The best part was how friendly, welcoming, and kind all the staff we interacted with were! They went above and beyond to help and make us feel welcome, and they were such a delight to chat with. You can tell that they really care about each of their guests. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for convenient, reliable, and affordable accommodation in Lisboa!

Very convenient location to everything. The metro and bus stations are a few minutes walking distance. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. You have curtains for your bed and charging by the bed. The wooden stairs make the upper bed easy to access and comfortable.

Como eu já disse não é a minha primeira vez nesse hostel, acho que a quinta ou sexta vez. Sempre que vou para Lisboa procuro reservar estadia aí. Já avaliei da última vez com nota 10, mas dessa vez por pequenos detalhes e consideração com o cliente é que me fizeram dar uma nota inferior. Pois bem, fiz minha reserva no dia 15/06, entretanto estive entre o dia 23 a 27/06, enviei uma mensagem para o hostel pedindo a possibilidade de reservar uma cama no beliche de baixo, por determinados motivos, porém fui informado que não era possível reservar antes da chegada. Ao chegar no dia informei na recepção meu pedido mas fui informado que não era possível. Uma funcionária até se mostrou prestativa em me ajudar, mas ela foi informada por outra colega que as camas já estavam todas reservadas. Realmente ao entrar no quarto estavam tds ocupados, mas no dia seguinte já estava livre, mesmo assim ninguém se disponibilizou a atender meu pedido. Portanto, acho o hostel maravilhoso, mas a pequenos detalhes que fazem toda a diferença, pelo meu ver não existe nenhum sistema ou controle de quem já se hospedou lá, pois toda vez que vou sempre me apresentam o hostel novamente, e além do mais a recepção de boas vindas para alguns é diferentes do que para outros.

I had a wonderful stay at Lisboa Central Hostel. The location is unbeatable—almost all the main attractions in Lisbon are within walking distance (as long as you don't mind the city's famous hills!). I stayed in a 4-bed dorm facing the street. The room was incredibly spacious with wide, comfortable beds, and everyone gets a large locker that can be locked. Since it faces the street, it can get a bit noisy at night if you leave the windows open, but it's manageable. The bathrooms and showers meet all basic needs with great water pressure—just remember to bring your key card every time you go! They don't have self-service laundry, but they offer a laundry service (wash, dry, and folded right to your bed) for €10. While it's not cheap, it's honestly not much more expensive than the laundromats on the street, and the convenience is worth it. The hostel also organizes lots of events, making it a fantastic place for solo travelers and young people to socializing. Overall, highly recommended!

員工都很熱情，有天晚上十點多我回去，其中一位員工還邀請我跟他們一起吃飯，因為他煮了很多。房內冷氣跟床都舒適，櫃子是鑰匙，不擔心沒有自己帶鎖。

Não há nada para me queixar

Complessivamente la struttura è buona, ha una buona posizione vicino alla fermata della metro Marques de Pombal. Le camere sono confortevoli, fuori dalla finestra c'è un filo per stendere le cose, un buon armadietto/locker per riporre le cose, ecc. La colazione è nel complesso buona.

Devo purtroppo fare una segnalazione riguardo al personale della struttura, piuttosto scortese e supponente, ed è questo che mi ha fatto abbassare la valutazione. Poco disponibili, rispondevano sempre un pò seccati. Alla mattina a colazione erano sempre lì a controllare cosa facevi. Una mattina ero in fila per prendere il caffè dalla macchinetta e uno di loro (quello alto e grosso), mi è passato davanti e ha preso il caffè dalla macchinetta, come se niente fosse. Sarebbe stato scorretto anche se lo avesse fatto un ospite della struttura, ma a maggior ragione uno dello staff. Prima vengono i clienti e poi lo staff!

Já é a segunda vez que fico lá. Gosto por demais do atendimento, da localização (sensacional) e da proposta deles. Café da manhã muito bom.

Terceira vez que fico hospedada nesse hostel. Localização maravilhosa, próxima ao metrô . Equipe muito atenciosa, a proprietária Odete sempre prepara um mimo ( dessa vez foi uma sopa deliciosa) para os hóspedes a noite. Com certeza continuarei me hospedando lá,.

There are no private rooms with en suite bathrooms, but not a big issue. Also easy to get lost in the building due to many corridors.

The Hostel has a lot of common areas, incl kitchen, dining areas, a little patio, and three rooms with sofas, seats etc. The staff was incredible, from reception to cleaning staff. The 6 bed dorm I was staying in was very large with enough space for everyone's stuff, had an AC and lockers. The bed was comfortable, and each bed has a electrical outlet, a lamp, small shelf and curtain for privacy. Shared areas were cleaned multiple times a day and especially the kitchen and bathrooms were always very clean. There is space in the kitchen to store food (three fridges for guests, plus shelves), and even food containers if you want to take somerhing with you for the day. Great atmosphere in general and the included breakfast was a big plus (with smiley pancakes :)) For anyone interested, there are a lot of tours and activities available to organize and book via the hostel. Also, the next metro station is around the corner, and Rossio is a 10-15 min walk. Great location. When I stay in Lisboa again, I will be sure to come back!

Un lugar muy agradable para estar. El personal extremadamente amable, siempre atento. Los baños y las habitaciones super limpias. El lugar muy centrico, cerca de todo lo turistico y de facil conexión.

Un poco mas de variedad en el desayuno, pero de igual manera estuvo bien.

Este lugar es extremadamente acogedor! El personal de la recepción hasta la señora que todas las noches hace unas comidas increíbles, hacen que tue experiencia sea 1000/10. Es mi segunda vez, y con seguridad volveré si estoy en Lisboa :)

Really warm and cozy community-oriented hostel. Everything I consider a hostel "luxury" this place had... Free breakfast, an outlet in the bunk, free luggage storage before check in and after checkout, privacy curtains, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice chilled out vibe. I've stayed in many hostels in Europe and this is easily the one I felt the safest and most comfortable in.

The hosts, the room was nice, the breakfast was lovely (especially the pancakes), the overall vibe, the activities they do, the location close to center.

Roommates making noise or leaving the bathroom with hairs, but that’s not on hostel’s fault, some people lack manners.

The staff were super nice and helpful. Free breakfast was quite decent as well with good coffee. The vibe at the kitchen every morning with the aunt making pancakes would be one of the reasons to make go back to this place.
