We appreciated the laundry room in each floor, very convenient! The view of the desert from our window was incredible and also having breakfast in the terrace was very pleasant.

Breakfast options are very limited, and also breakfast time ends at 9am.

Unfassbar lautes Grundgeräusch der Klimaanlage auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand. Bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage dröhnt es auch durch die Ohrstöpsel durch. Wir haben es gebucht, weil es in Page zu der Zeit eines der teuersten Hotels war und wir das als Garantie für ein gutes Hotel eingeordnet haben. Das Gegenteil war der Fall. Als wir uns beschwert haben, über die Lautstärke in den Zimmern, hat man gelächelt und gesagt, man wisse das und dann hat man uns Ohrstöpsel in die Hand gedrückt. Das war’s. Frühstück in Plastik verpackt und in Pappbechern – der Kaffee ist Körperverletzung. Die ganze Frühstücks terasse hat geklebt und war sehr Ot. D’Riviera ist und bis auf eine Empfangsdame, ansonsten sehr unfreundliches Personal. Wir haben auf die zweite Nacht verzichtet und haben noch einen stop woanders gemacht. Wir können nur warnen…

First of all the hotel’s manager goes above and beyond to make sure each guest’s needs are met, really exceptional! It was also located in a silent street on a hill as opposed to usual Hyatt place locations close to highways so appreciated that. It was also 2 min drive to all food places and gas station. Room was worn out but clean, and lobby has definitely been renovated or was relatively new as it felt modern and pleasant!

Despite the manager’s efforts, we could tell the property was understaffed - 20 min wait for a tea in the bar as staff had a hard time understanding what I wanted, placing the order, deciding who was going to take care of making the tea and then 10 min to figure out how to charge me (also almost accidentally charging me 16 USD for 3 dollar tea)…

All’arrivo la camera assegnata era visibilmente sporca; lo staff ci ha permesso di cambiare stanza, ma anche la seconda camera non soddisfaceva gli standard minimi di pulizia. Segnalo inoltre la mancanza di una cassaforte in camera, elemento che considero fondamentale per la sicurezza dei propri effetti personali.Il personale del front office, in particolare il turno notturno, è stato freddo e non saluta mai, comportamento che ho trovato scortese e poco professionale nei confronti degli ospiti.La colazione è stata deludente: prevalgono prodotti confezionati e non c’è alcuna alternativa per chi è intollerante al latte, se non il caffè o il tè. Per chi ha esigenze alimentari questo rappresenta un problema serio.

Nice clean rooms, we slept well. Great views from the room and restaurant, nice option to sit outside for the dinner.

No safety box, wi-fi not usable so we ended up using our cell data, service from the staff was poor especially around breakfast and dinner. The one thing they were doing well was closing breakfast promptly at 9 which is unusually early so watch out!

La nostra camera -una 2 queen beds- al piano terra era angusta, moquette vecchia e macchiata, le finestre non si potevano aprire per cambiare aria, l’aria condizionata faceva un rumore pazzesco che non ti permetteva di dormire. Purtroppo nel mese di agosto è pieno di italiani. E gli italiani che si sanno comportare con educazione e rispetto per gli altri sono purtroppo pochi. Urlano nei corridoi anche in piena notte, fumano ovunque anche se c'è scritto che non si può lasciando addirittura le cicche (vedi foto).Se stai in fila cercano di passarti avanti, anche al buffet la mattina.

la ubicación es muy buen, el hotel esta casi nuevo, las vistas del atardecer son muy buenas... calidad en general bastante bueno para el nivel de hotelería de Page.

Nos cobraron una nota de restaurante que pagamos en efectivo y nos la cargaron en la cuenta de la habitación, hemos estado solicitando al hotel que nos envíe la comanda o Boucher firmado por nosotros de ese consumo y solo nos han enviado el Boucher del consumo pero efectivamente no esta firmado por nosotros autorizando el cargo a habitación por que se pago en efectivo... Llevamos ya varios correos al respecto y requerimos un crédito a nuestra tarjeta de dicho cargo... lo mas lógico es que el personal no haya registrado el pago en efectivo y lo haya pasado con cargo a habitación. por otra parte el estacionamiento tiene un cargo de 20 usd por noche cuando es en la misma propiedad... cero debería estar incluido... Al final ya nos acreditaron a la tarjeta de crédito la cantidad que nos cobraron de mas... Gracias

Great location with a clean and cozy room. The staff were responsive and helpful. The breakfast was delightful, and the pool area was nice and quiet in the evening.

The A/C in the room was quite noisy. There was also a problem accessing the pool area, but the maintenance technician fixed it promptly.

Ce séjour fut le pire de mes 18 jours de road trip le seul. Positif et la propreté de la chambre, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas bon du tout. Les vers du petit déjeuner sont d'une saleté incroyable. On n'y voit pas à travers les clients de cet hôtel ne sont absolument pas de la catégorie hyatt. Plutôt des gens qui ont l'habitude d'aller en camping avec des enfants qui hurlent partout. Aucun coffre-fort en chambre l'évacuation dans les toilettes est catastrophique même pour un pipi. Je ne recommande absolument pas extrêmement cher pour une qualité de motel de bord de route

El hotel es simplemente correcto para 1 noche de paso...

La recepcion y pasillos olian muy mal a algun tipo de desinfectante... el mantenimiento del hotel no estaba a la altura, nosotros teniamos la moqueta de la habitación rota. La limpieza podria mejorarse bastante. La piscina estava sucia.

Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania Kanionu Antylopy oraz innych atrakcji w okolicach Page. Pokój był przestronny, komfortowy i wygodny. Na terenie hotelu znajduje się restauracja oraz niewielki basen. Śniadanie było całkiem dobre i oferowało przyzwoity wybór. Z hotelu można podziwiać piękne widoki i zachwycające zachody słońca.

Basen w godzinach popołudniowych był niestety bardzo zatłoczony. Podobnie wyglądała sytuacja podczas śniadania – duża liczba gości sprawiała, że trudno było znaleźć wolne miejsce. Część stolików w strefie śniadaniowej jest bardziej odpowiednia do wypicia kawy niż do wygodnego zjedzenia śniadania.

Fijn hotel, ruime kamers, fijne faciliteiten, mooie ligging.

Bij aankomst bleek dat onze kamers geannuleerd waren (een half uur voor aankomst/inchecktijd) omdat onze creditcard zogenaamd geweigerd werd. Een heel raar verhaal aangezien we al 2 weken door Amerika aan het reizen waren, en nog nergens, bij geen hotel, restaurant of winkel, en nog nergens problemen waren met deze kaart. Ook daarna zijn er geen problemen geweest. Maar daar sta je dan met je gezin, blijkbaar hadden we een mail gehad 30 minuten daarvoor (alsof je dat controleert zo vlak van tevoren), heel erg vervelend. Gelukkig waren er nog 2 kamers beschikbaar en konden we dus alsnog blijven, voor hetzelfde tarief. Maar dit was geen fijne start. Daarnaast zijn de slaapbanken echt dramatisch slecht. Wij hadden 2 kamers waar mensen op slaapbanken sliepen en deze lagen echt verschrikkelijk. Je voelde de veringen en ijzers letterlijk door het matras heen.

De nombreuses prises ne fonctionnent pas, le petit dej est minimaliste,pas de gaufre, pas de chocolat chaud , vous aurez des fruits,1 muffin,du café et du pain grillés .à notre arrivée elle a voulu nous faire payer 40 dollars pour le parking alors que c’était inclus dans notre réservation, elle prétextait un changement de tarif, nous avons refusé ! L’hôtel est beau dans les parties communes mais au détriment de votre chambre. Il faut réclamer pour avoir des serviettes à la piscine. Très peu de shampooing, après -shampooing…Nous avons testé beaucoup de chaînes d’hôtel dans cette galerie et Hyatt n’est pas à la hauteur d’un Home 2 ,Hilton, d’un mariott …

Sehr großes Zimmer, gutes Bad, tolle Sofaecke und insgesamt zu viert viel Platz! Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Check out mit Kenny war sehr nett. Gute Lage für Antelope Canyon und Lake Powell.

Our group was recommended to stay at the Hyatt, before our rafting trip. The Hyatt was clean, modern and the food was great.

Il servizio al ristorante nell' ora di cena e a colazione era lento. Colazione povera e quando finivano le cose da mangiare non venivano rifornite. Bagno con la vasca molto scomodo.

Schönes Hotel inkl. Anlage in einer tollen Landschaftlichen Kulisse. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Am Pool wäre ein etwas besserer Sonnenschutz wünschenswert. Die Schirme haben leider kaum Wirkung.

Hôtel récent avec tout le confort d’un Hyatt, des chambres avec vue panoramique. Et un personnel attentionné malgré le problème à l’arrivée avec un manque de personnel de ménage. Mais la direction a été super !

New hotel. Very nice . Rooms are large, bathrooms are nice. In a quiet area of town - away from the strip where the other hotels are. Good complementary breakfast. Front desk staff was helpful. I had an issue with my reservation - the national Hyatt call center could not ( or would not) help. The staff at the hotel took care of me. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, friendly and accommodating staff! This hotel offers clean, spacious and modern rooms. They have comfortable beds and furnishings. The restaurant and bar downstairs has great food, best service, and fantastic views. Highly recommend.

What a strange place. Sits in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Odd The room was fine. Not great. But it was clean. I was unable to set the temperature of the room. This is Arizona in July. HOT!!! The thermostat was not broken. It is just not set up to permit a guest to set the room temp. I understand the need to conserve energy, but at the prices that you pay for these rooms, you really should be able to be comfortable. I have to say this is the first time I can remember, and I’m a very old person who has stayed in 100s of properties , staying in a hotel or motel and not being able to regulate the temperature of the room. If you sleep hot this is not the property for you. The main issue is that I booked this hotel because the reviews raved about the view. I paid extra for a “view” room. What a rip off. The view is not spectacular, special, or stunning. I regret my decision to stay at this property.

The room was filled with the smell of urine, and the toilet was left unflushed. They claimed there were no rooms to change to, leaving us to endure the smell all night. The hotel and management provided absolutely no compensation.

No vegetables at breakfast - Would add at least tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, carrots. Gym floor was dirty; it was 6.45am and full of poor, street dirt and hairs. Only one yogamat is too little.

El desayuno cerró a las 9am y cuando fui a pedir un café a las 9.10 me dijeron los camareros que no. Más tarde fui al restaurante/bar del bar y me dijeron que hasta las 4 de la tarde no abrían el bar y no pude ni tomarme un café en toda la mañana. Además te quieren cobrar el parking por simplemente aparcar en frente en la calle y no nos hicieron la habitación.

Close to the town

Lake Powell Hyatt: not as great or as good as expected. The room was really noisy, which had nothing to do with the construction noise from the remodeling being done. Not really that great of a view, but that's not my main issue. I just did not enjoy my check-in, our meal from the hotels resturarant. No tub, (not a deal breaker this time just as an FYI), bed was comfortable, room was attractive. However, spending many nights on the road for my business and checking out places I would stay as a tourist... not here. For the extra bit of money, the perks aren't there. The level of offering doesn't justify the stay at this location. I'll try other hotels next time.

At the Hyatt, my wife and I were placed in an accessible room because they said no other rooms were available. However, I don’t think they should sell regular rooms if they no longer have any standard room options available.

Great location, staff was nice and welcoming. Hotel lobby had a odd smell. Elevator needs to be cleaned, hallways need a good vacuum, room was nice and spacious, but once we turned the AC it smelled. Restroom sink had a slow drain, shower had mold needs to be cleaned. Overall it was a average stay.

This hotel, perched on the mountain, provides incredible views. Definitely the best Hyatt Place I have ever stayed at. Only gave 4 stars because they surprised me with a $20 parking fee, which seems ridiculous when you’re in the middle of nowhere with tons of parking spots. I travelled across 4 states and stayed at over 10 different hotels for this road trip. This is the only one this whole trip that charged me to park my car in the desert.
