주말에 힐링히기 위해 가까운 호텔을 칮을 수 있어서 좋았습니다

인피니티풀이용시 숙박객에게 수건지급이 무상으로 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 사전 안내도 제대로 되어 있지 않아 수영장 나와서 객살로 가는 동안 에어컨도 세게 틀어져있어 많이 추웠습니다

테라스욕조 좋았어요.

직원들이 일처리 허술했어요. 조식 베이커리 정말 맛이없었어요.

침구도 깨끗하고 위치도 좋습니다. 다만 주차장이 예식장 관계로 협소합니다.

The hotel has a wow factor and seems upscale. Initial impression is very good. Very clean and upscale feel. Staff are also very professional and any issue was immediately addressed. Location was fantastic and had a really interesting vibe with lots of amenities and cafes nearby.

I had to kill a cockroach in the spa room of our original room and my parents also had very low water in the shower. Management (who was excellent) quickly addressed our comcerns and switched our rooms. We also had an issue with parking though. Initially front desk told my parents parking was covered but was later told at checkout that they had to pay. Not sure if it is miscommunication but this needs to be much clearer. Overall a decent experience but for a highly ranked and expensive hotel, I had higher expectations and hope we will see improvement in the future.

Amazing views from the pool area

You have to pay for almost everything. You couldn’t even sit on the sun beds for 10minutes without having to pay for 4 hours even if it was 4pm! There is no other outside space to sit. There is no bar area where you can sit of an evening and have a drink

I love their staff. At the first night, we were very much bothered by the sound of constant use of water somewhere from the ceiling. It's been all night so I complained about it. The staff was so kind and sympathetic that she right away changed (actually updated) our room in the upper level even with giving us ear plugs. We still appreciate it. Thank you.

The marketing is very good, the maids are great and work hard. Once you get past the language barrier as most staff don't understand English, you can generally get what you need such as extra pillows etc.

This hotel appears to be one of the better ones, but it's largely an illusion, there is much to frustrate with the way things are run and how you quickly realize they're trying to "nickel and dime" you. Let's start with the pool on the roof, that's probably what sucks most people in. It feels like it is outsourced. You get wristbands to use it for free when you check in, but you are expected to follow some very strict rules from what I have read. From what I experienced, they charged us 3000 won per towel... For exactly the same towels you have in your room, and when you leave they say to take the towel back to the room... So I think just take your room towel and pretend this is your 2nd visit today. Those sun loungers? They're not free, you rent them for 4 hours (didn't get the amount). My daughter and I used the pool and my wife just wanted to read her book. To sit at one of those 4 seater tables, that's 50,000 won! (About 1/4th of a nights room cost!).. there was virtually nobody else there! 5000 or 10000 won I might have just rolled with it but this was taking the p*ss epically. The pool is open to the general public and they do pay to access the pool... But if the hotel is using this pool as its main marketing shot it should be completely free for its guests. Breakfast. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in of any claim to higher standards that you simply cannot get even just a simple machine cafe latte or cappuccino at breakfast. There is a machine that does a basic espresso, but the temp is so low that adding milk to it makes it an iced latte. I ended up buying a Starbucks coffee from the lobby so I'd at least have a decent caffeine kick to start my day and to also add some heat to breakfast because anything western... Cold. Cold eggs, cold bacon, cold sausages... If you like Asian food, you might enjoy it more, the dumplings were alright. Room Our room was 1338 and 1339.

The view of the city is fantastic, especially from the rooftop pool. Our room had a nice soaking tub which was nice, enjoyed nespresso coffee in room. The location is also nice. Lots of coffee shops in walking distance and the lake has a trail to run/walk around.

The property is tired inside. Carpets stained and frayed, room furniture stained, shower glass doors are stained with deposits, fake palm trees poolside were falling apart, etc…so first impressions were low. The name of the hotel is confusing? You expect a caliber of service & amenities when you see “resort and spa”. Everything had an upcharge. To use the gym, upcharge. To sit (anywhere) in the pool area, upcharge. Extra towels, upcharge. Sauna, upcharge. It goes on…. Also staff didnt speak English, so communication was difficult. The breakfast buffet (appx $17) was decent.

Continuous extra costs for normally included features. (Gym or a chair at the pool). No electricity points at the only place to sit outside your room in the lobby. Remarks not picked up at all by staff.

As usual when booking through booking.com, you get a bad located room. In this case next to the elevator. Luckily the hotel was quiet and we still had good night sleeps without disturbance. The room had an inside small pool, and was dated. The inside pool is of no use and strange. All the extras need payment: infinity pool (depending on the booking), pool chairs, pool towels etc. These are not expensive though, so don’t be upset about it. The infinity pool has amazing views over the city. Super nice to close the day and relax.

루프탑 수영장이 좋아 대구 올때마다 방문합니다 .

I stayed 2 nights in the Junior Pool Suite Double Room at Hotel Susung, with a beautiful view of Suseong Lake. The room was spacious, had a jacuzzi, and included a bidet in the bathroom. The rooftop pool offered a stunning panoramic view, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

더블1, 싱글1 이 있는 스위트 주니어가 3인이라고 되어 있어 예약했는데 막상 가보니 기준인원이 2인이니 추가인원은 비용을 지불하라고 하더군요. 미리 설명이 없었어서 아쉬웠어요

집인테리어 공사로 일주일 장기숙박했어요 두돌 아기와 셋이서 지냈는데 화장대의자아래 거미줄 가득있고 장난감 꺼내려 침대밑에 보는데 큰 먼지덩어리 굴러다녀요.... 마지막날까지 그대로였습니다 청소상태는 잘 모르겠는데 서비스는 좋고 다 친절했어요 주차장까지 가는것과, 수성못 산책 겸 나가려고 해도 가파른 비탈길이나 엘베 두번 갈아타야해서 그마저도 아기랑 이용하기 쉽지않았어요. 인피니티풀장 깨끗하고 넓고 물도 미지근해서 겨울에도 잠깐 놀기 좋았어요

모든면에서 만족합니다. 한가지 있다면 레이크뷰 객실. 온천탕 청소상태만 좀더 깨끗하게 청소 부탁합니다

older hotel but still holds some grandeur. suite had a large wet room with a square stone hot spring soaking tub that could probably fit 4 people, tho when you sit in it, it only comes up about 12-18 inches so you have to recline to be able to emerse your whole body/torso in the mineral waters. comfortable bed. professional staff - you can tell they're used to business travelers and more well heeled vacationers.

it's a little bit of a hike down and back up the hill to get from the hotel to the commercial district around the Lake. we were there mid week and in off season, did not spend any time around the lake, but the food and entertainment area around there seemed lively with lots of restaurants and bars/clubs, it looks like a fun space to be on the weekends.

발코니에 밖을 보며 욕조에 온천수로 몸을 담글수 있었고, 인피니티풀장에서 대구 수성못 및 야경을 보며 수영할수 있었습니다. 주변에는 식당 및 카페가 많아 편리했습니다.

들어가자마자 냄새가 너무 심하게 나서 기분이 별로였어요. 그 이후에 방을 바꿔도 냄새가 조금 나고 침구가 더러워서 별로였습니다.

전용실내스파욕조가. 너무 비위생적ㅜ 제발 청소깨끗히 해주세요. 먼지는살짝있지만 넓고쾌적함 . 인피니티풀은 넘넘조음.. 프론트 일부직원은 불친절. 서비스업이 적성이랑 안맞는듯

Everything had a price. The roof deck pool, lounge chairs, tables, fitness room, etc. could not enjoy our stay without a request for payment. Also rules about wearing a hat in the pool was ridiculous, we had to go buy one just to swim for an hour. How wasteful.

룸에서 온천이용이 가능해서 좋았어요 처음에는 사용안하려고 했는데 한번 써보니 의외로 좋더라구요. 물도 금방 받을 수 있습니다.

루프탑 수영장이 있고 객실 내 자쿠지가 있어서 원없이 물놀이 할 수 있습니다! 신관 이용했는데 엄청 깨끗했어용

대구 수성못이 바라보여서 너무 아름답고, 내부 청결하고, 실내 자쿠지와 루프탑 수영장 너무너무 좋았어요~~~^^

저녁뷔페(포시즌스) 투숙객 할인이 있어서 좋다 생각했는데 투숙객뿐만 아니라 모든 손님에게 할인 되어서 조금 많이 실망했습니다. 과연 7월에만 모든 손님에게 할인이 되었을까요?

침구나 다른건 괜찮았는데 테이블이 너무 낡아있더라구요 뭔가 옥의 티 같았습니다 그리고 편의점 가려면 저 아래 밑에 가야하는게 불편했어요 그것 말고는 좋았고 조식은 쏘쏘했어요 온천 물놀이 수영 좋아하면 100점 만점에 99점인 것 같습니다

Very poorly done

I have asked them in advance to prepare a baby cot for us (I have a toddler). They did not. They did not even understand my previous communication. Then they did not even help to resolve it. We even asked for help to rent one or buy one and they did not help as well. They acted as if we are asking sth strange. We have travelled a lot, including inside Daegu and Seoul, and every other hotel provided us the baby cot. It was a nightmare.

직원들의 친절도는 매우 높아 만족 스러웠으나 침구 상태가 좋지 못 하였으며 침대옆 협탁인지 분명치 않으나 악취가 계속 나 잠을 설쳤습니다. 비데를 사용하진 않았으나 변기에 비대가 너무 더러워서 보는 것만으로도 기분이 언짢을 정도 였습니다. 차라리 비데를 제거 하시는 걸 추천 드립니다.

가격대비 서비스 수준이 아쉬움. 우선 프론트 데스크 직원의 고객응대 교육은 좀 필요해보입니다. 서비스 직종에 종사하는 사람 같지 않습니다. 동반 자녀에 대해 추가 비용 2만원 발생은 이해가안됨. 침대가 3인 침대인데 성인2명까지만 기본. 객실 샤워기 수압이 너무 낮음. 인피니티 풀 사진찍으로 오는 숙소인것 같은데, 상시 안전요원은 없는듯. 객실내 온천수 욕조 가족탕이 있는건 좋음. 가격이 비슷한 힐튼과 비교해보자면 여기 두번은 안올것 같네요. 이 좋은 시설을 왜 이렇게 형편없이 운용하나 할정도로 안타깝네요.

체크아웃 전에 모든 콘센트가 안되는걸 확인해서, 드라이기도 사용못했어요, 그 사실을 프론트에 먼저 알렸고 시간이 없어 나왔는데, 프론트 체크아웃에서는 숙박에 대한 만족도 묻지않고 불편했던 점에 대한 사과도 없었어요. 객실 물품 사용한거 없는지만 묻고 오로지 관심은 돈밖에 없는것같아요

루프트탑만 좋은건가요..? 리노베이션 되었더고 했지만 너무 올드한 느낌..그리고 직원들의 프로답지못한 서비스가 너무 실망스러웠습니다. 가격대비 넘. 아쉬운 부분이 많았는데 1. 화장실의 담배냄새 (다른 룸에서 핀걸로 추측) 2. 필요한게 있어 부탁하였더니 직접가지러 내려오라는 서비스 3. 루프트탑, 주차 이용에대한 부족한 설명

친절하고 쾌적함

호텔 내부 시설과 주변환경, 주차 등 대부분이 대단히 훌륭합니다. 다만, 조식 레스토랑의 경관은 좋으나 뷔페는 음식의 질이 수도권의 호텔들에 비하여 좀 미흡합니다.

주변에 먹거리 볼거리 휴식을 위한 모든게 준비되어 있어 좋았습니다.

일단 뷰도 넘 마음에 들고 청결상태도 좋았어요. 루프탑 수영장 넘 예뻤어요.

친절하고 편안했어요! 다만 모기가 엄청 많더라구요.. 하루밤에만 5마리 잡았어요 ㅜㅜ

미니온천탕이 방에 있어 매우 좋음. 하지만 수성못 뷰라고 되어 있으나, 산책로 바로 앞 방이라서 블라인드를 열수가 없는 방...뷰값을 치뤘지만 블라인드 닫고 2박하는동안 답답하게 있었음. 룸 컨디션은 좋은편... 서비스도 괜챃은편... 루프탑수영장은 산을 등지고 있어서 해도 일찍떨어지고 엄청 추음 (수영장도 반쪽만 오픈함, 수질이 안좋음 금액은 절반을 받는지 모르겠음) 가성비는 떨어짐... 트윈베드룸 1박에 36만원지불... 위치는 좋음. 체크인하고 주차한뒤 출차 한번도 안하고 도보로 다님

Hotel view, location, foods at buffet, and pools are amazing!

We had to evacuate from the 13th floor with our 4-month-old baby because there was a problem on another floor. They said there was smoke, and they didn't even say sorry afterward. The AC didn't work for many hours, and there were issues with the electrical connections as well. So, the electric technician had to come several times to fix it."l

만족스럽게 잘 다녀왔어요 깨끗하고 친절하고 좋았어요. 수영장 야간에 꼭 이용하세요.
