Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Le personnel est très gentil. L'hôtel est proche de la station de train, en taxi on y accède facilement. En plus, il y a une station de bus devant l'hôtel.
L'équipement est un peu vieux. La salle de bain est trop petite. On n'a pas de place pour déposer des choses.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026위치 굳, 직원분들도 매우 친절하셨고, 조식 1인 티켓이 서비스로 제공되어서 아기와 엄마 아빠 세명이서 1인 금액만 추가 지불하고 아침 식사를 해결할 수 있었습니다.
소소하지만 낡거나 파손된 부분들이 보였는데, 이런 부분에 대한 유지 보수만 조금 더 잘 이루어진다면 너무 좋을 것 같습니다. 그리고 주차비 정산이 제대로 처리되지 않아 당황스러운 상황이 발생했었습니다. 이런 부분 조금만 더 신경써주신다면 좋겠어요.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025체크인 시간보다 약 1시간 정도 일찍 도착했는데, 체크인을 하게 해주셨습니다. 각방마다 조식 1인권을 제공받았습니다. 방 3개를 예약했었는데, 한 방에서 아이가 구토를 하였습니다. 침구를 더럽혔는데 그에 대한 배상을 요구하지 않았습니다. 감사를 드립니다!
전반적으로 호텔보다는 모텔의 느낌이 났습니다. 1405호의 경우, 화장실과 샤워부스가 전혀 분리되지 않았고, 바닥구배도 샤워기 배수구쪽으로 경사지지 않아서, 화장실 바닥이 다 물에 젖게 되는 구조였습니다. 1305호는 욕조가 있어서 그런 불편이 없었습니다. 침대가 딱딱해서, 허리가 아팠습니다.

One of the things I didn’t like about the hotel is that the room description clearly stated that it includes air conditioning. However, when I arrived, I was told that the AC was turned off because of the cold weather. I also spoke to the front desk, but they said they couldn’t help and didn’t offer any alternative solution Also, the bed was extremely small

Reviewed May 4, 2025Hotel Laonzena was an average hotel and I would give it 3 stars. Our check-in process wasn't very welcoming - we arrived at 1.45pm, just an hour before the official check-in time of 3pm. We asked if we could check in early but the front desk lady immediately dismissed our request and told us to come back at 3pm. She didn't even take the initiative to check her computer to see if a room was available. That left us with quite the unwelcoming experience. The room was a bit dated and tired looking, and small. The double bed also wasn't that comfortable. The bathroom was good though. The swimming pool was closed throughout our stay. They gave us a single coupon for breakfast which was very strange given there were two of us. The breakfast layout was very strange - there were about 7-8 round tables with 6 chairs each. Food was mainly Korean cuisine but the coffee was good. Unlike the check-in experience, the front desk staff during our check-out were very friendly and polite. They even stored our luggage for us in a secure location after we checked out, and even called us a taxi to the train station. They told us the ride was about 7 minutes and would cost around 7,000 Won, and it was very accurate.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2024The location was great. All the facilities in the hotel are wonderful too. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Close to public transport. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Dining room lady on at breakfast was the standout for me ✔️✔️ The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus and it was in a beautiful room and had a vast array of korean and traditional options. Views are stunning. Gym is huge. The pool was a surprise. The cafes and restaurants on site are always handy for traveller's. The robes and the bath were great
The rooms are dated and a bit musty smelling. They are a great size and have all you need. Could just do with a wee makeover. The common areas of hotel are grand and luxurious. The rooms look like you've been transported somewhere a little less.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2024Check in was really easy and the staff was so kind. Our room was very clean and we had a really nice view in the top floor. I was happily surprised because we got a breakfast ticket! The hotel has a variety of restaurants and coffee shops around and inside of the space.
I wish we were given more than one breakfast ticket since I was traveling with my husband. The beds could use more pillows.

Reviewed May 13, 2024침구류는 깨끗했으나 양쪽 옆방의 소음이 고스란히 들리고 옆방 외국인은 락 음악에 노래를 따라부르기까지 또 다른 옆방의 애기 소리도 고스란히 들리는 신기한 호텔 입실하면 환기가 안된 곰팡이 냄새같은것이 나는데 다른 방도 같은 냄새가 남. 위치도 좋고 애들 데리고 머무르긴 나쁘진 않은데예제에 비해서 단점들이 부각되어지고 있는 곳.

We had several issues with our shower and toliets in both rooms. The rooms were outdated and could definitely use a refresh.

The door of the bathroom has slits and therefore does not give much privacy. The chain lock on the door is not save, it ripped out the wall directly when with not much impact it was tested.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2023체크인데스크나 인근의 상가 이용에 있어서는 좋았음. 그러나 정작 중요한 객실에는 문제가 많음. 퀘퀘한 냄새가 닌고 전반적인 청소상태가 좋지 못하며 욕실 및 거실의 상태가 매우 좋지 못함. 전반적으로 딱 모텔수준 정도로 생각됨. 혼자서 잠시 잠만 자고 오는 정도는 괜찮지만 가족이나 타지역 출장을 위해서 사용하기에는 수준이 매우 낮음.

Reviewed Oct 31, 2022I liked how easy it was to park. Not all hotels have nice wide parking lots like this one. Checkin was also suitably simple and quick, the rooms were clean and comfy, and breakfast was plenty.
I didn't like the relative lack of outlets and if I turned out the lights, one entire wall of outlets stopped working.

1) They couldn’t find my reservation and made me wait a while without telling me what the problem was 2) They made me come back to front desk on Day 2 to confirm the date I was checking-out. It was the same on the booking and I told them multiple times I wasn’t checking out on a different day 3) Parking was packed on certain nights due to events 4) Shower did not drain properly and it overflowed into the bathroom 5) They shut off the A/C every day at 0200 AM and you could not turn it back on until 0600 AM. 6) The laundry was expensive and they tried to get us to accept it a day late - after our check out

Reviewed Aug 6, 2021가족과 함께 갔어요...화장실욕실은 너무 좁아 들어갈 때마다 몸을 틀어안 하구 샤워기는 고장인지 상태불량인지 물줄기도 맘데로 나오고 어메니티로 있던 바디폼은 재활용인지 겉면에 세제가 묻어 있고 환풍기에서는 끊임없이 담배냄새가 유입되고 침대도 불편해서 부모님들 이런호텔침대 처음이다 하시고...룸안에는 이상한 출입문이 하나 더 있어서 불안하고 심지어 카드키대는 손잡이 까지 있음...공포체험인 줄! 그 더운 대구에서 돈주고 자면서 더워서 계속 깨고 에어컨은 원래 약한건지 그룸이 고장인건지 꾸준한 27도 유지ㅡ.ㅡ 이런 리뷰같은 거 쓰는 성격 아닌데 이건 아닌 거 같아 처음 리뷰 남김 다시는 여기 갈 일 없음

Reviewed Feb 28, 2021직원들은 모두 친절했습니다. 감사하게 생각합니다. 그러나 나머지가 모두 실망스러웠습니다. 장급 모텔보다도 시설이 허접했습니다. 옷장, 화장대 등 기본적인 가구도 너무 낡고 옹색했으며, 객실용 슬리퍼도 낡고 비위생적이어서 쓸수가 없었고, 욕실 샤워기도 너무 낡아 겉이 다 벗겨져 있었습니다. 바닥 카펫도 언제부터 쓰던것인지 알수없고 청결상태도 믿을수가 없었습니다. 4성급이라 하여 기대하였으나 인근 3성급 호텔들보다도 불편한, 다시 방문하고 싶지 않은 호텔이었습니다. 4성급에 걸맞는 관리를 좀 더 하기를 바라는 마음에 평을 남깁니다. 친절한 직원들이 낡은 호텔 시설과 미흡한 관리로 인해 부끄럽지 않았으면 좋겠습니다.
