Magnifique petite auberge situé dans un endroit splendide. Chambre d une tres belle grandeur et tres propre, avec tous les equipements necessaires. Le restaurant adjacent est excellent, et le petit dejeuner copieux. A recommander pour gagner du temps pour ceux qui veulent visiter les Iles de Senja.

We stayed for one night at Sommarøy Arctic Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped for a short stay. The bathroom was clean and in good condition, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, making it suitable for self-catering. The highlight of this apartment was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the balcony. Overlooking the fjord and surrounding Norwegian hills, the scenery was truly stunning and provided a memorable backdrop to our stay. One small suggestion would be for the hotel to provide a small bottle of cooking oil or a few basic cooking essentials for guests staying in the apartments. As the nearest supermarket is closed on Sundays, obtaining these items can be difficult for travelers who plan to do some light cooking. Overall, the accommodation was comfortable and functional, but a little more attention to housekeeping details and guest convenience would make the experience even better. Pros: Comfortable apartment, good bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, suitable for self-catering.

There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. Four of the mugs provided were chipped and should be replaced, as they were not really suitable for guest use. The glass on the balcony door/window was also quite dirty, with visible bird droppings that affected the otherwise beautiful view.

Viel Platz im Zimmer und Ablagefläche Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze, inklusive mehreren Ladestationen für eAutos In wenigen Gehminuten war man bei einem kleinen Supermarkt und einem kleinen Café sowie am Strand oder in der Natur Grosse Auswahl beim Morgenbuffet

Die WC-Spülung war etwas lose, man hatte immer Angst etwas kaputt zu machen. Vorhänge dunkelten nicht wirklich vollständig ab, war daher immer etwas heller im Zimmer Personal im Restaurant war freundlich aber nicht speditiv, so warteten z.B. auch die Gäste auf den Einlass beim Frühstück Das Steak beim Abendessen war etwas trocken und durchgebraten (obwohl Medium-Rare bestellt wurde)

Le fait que des clients puissent rester au sauna extérieur tard dans la nuit, c’était une nuisance sonore.

We stayed in a cabin by the sea, and the view was splendid. There was a nice sauna in the house, and we ran directly to the cold sea - it was amazing.

Spektakulære omgivelser. Fine turmuligheter. Kort avstand til sjøen med hvite sandstrender. Fredelig. God mat på hotellet.

Et av badene på hytta hadde utpreget mugglukt pga oppsmuldring av fugemasse i flisegulvet og fukt på avveie.

Large resort with various types of accommodation. We stayed in the main hotel block with a room size that was ok. Breakfast was good but dinner (which is ok but not brilliant) needed to be reserved in advance or you can eat in the bar as there seemed few other options in the local area.

The place lacked character and didn't seem to have any identity. A small point, but there were no tea or making coffee facilities provided in the room, so we had to pay for coffee at the bar...nowhere else fleeces staying guests for hot drinks, so we felt slightly ripped off given what you pay for the room.

Dopo un viaggio attraverso la Norvegia, in questo luogo ci siamo rilassati e ritemprati. Bella la sauna fronte spiaggia ed il Rorbu affacciato sul fiordo ancora di più! Colazione molto buona e varia anche se un pò troppo costosa.

Mancava l'asciugacapelli nel Rorbu ma, essendo rimasti solo una notte, non abbiamo avuto necessità di chiederlo.

Traumhaft gelegen an einer Lagune, dort sind kleine Fischerhütten statt normaler Hotelzimmer buchbar. Diese sind sauber und ruhig und erlauben auch mal Selbstversorgung. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Hotel (Fußweg 2 min). Personal ist freundlich und konnte alle unsere Fragen beantworten. Nähe zum Strand, glasklares Wasser.

Hütten gehören nur indirekt zum Hotel (private Anbieter, Hotel verwaltet), somit Frühstück nur aufbuchbar bei ohnehin nicht sehr niedrigem Preis. Das wird nicht ganz klar bei der Buchung. Das Ferienhaus-Feeling war schön, kam aber etwas überraschend, wenn man "bei einem Hotel" bucht.

Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren überfordert. Schlechtes Management Beim Frühstück (4 Sternhotel) gibts weder Lachs noch Kartoffeln bzw. Joghurt…. Abgewohnt… Kasten gibts keinen…. Naja…. Aber Lage: super!

Ruhige Lage. Ausstattung Küche war ok. Sauna großzügig und sauber. Direkter Zugang zur Lagune.

Die Zimmer und Betten im Lagoon Apartment sind für 4 Personen viel zu klein. Keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Koffer.

Unbedingt die Sauna nutzen und im Fjord abkühlen

L'environnement.

Dans la location d'une cabine en rdc, on entendait chaque pas des voisins de l'étage au dessus. Sous le lit et canapé lit c'était sale (papiers, poussière importante). Aucune possibilité de déposer notre valise dans la chambre et un seul côté du lit double accessible car chambre extrêmement petite. Les joints du carrelage de la douche étaient moisis. La salle de bain n'a aucun espace pour poser nos affaires de toilette. Le fond de la seule poêle de cuisson était toute gondolée.

Desayuno excelente. El uso de la sauna have la estancia especial.

L’emplacement, la vue. C’était juste incroyable ! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux !

Le manque de matériel pour manger et cuisiner (au départ seulement 4 couverts, assiettes et tasses qui étaient cassées). Une seule vieille poêle inutilisable. Il n’y avait également aucune table ni chaises sur le balcon. Heureusement les filles de l’hôtel ont été sympa : elles nous ont fourni tout le matériel nécessaire après notre demande et un geste commercial a été fait

Breakfast , with a view, was amazingly good. I asked for a room with a nice view for my old mother (probably her last trip) and I was given a wonderful room with a perfect view. Thank you SO much for this!

wybór bufetu śniadaniowego doskonały. Ujęły mnie bezglutenowe i roślinne produkty, o które nie trzeba było prosić tylko były dostępne. Doskonała kawa, obsługa uśmiechnięta i bardzo pomocna. Zjedliśmy na miejscu kolację w restauracji - dania podane gorące, pyszne, estetycznie ułożone na talerzu i przez uśmiechniętego, pomocnego kelnera. Polska załoga obsługi hotelu - robicie doskonałą robotę!

Łóżko było wygodne, niestety dla mnie materac trochę za miękki. Co prawda nie poprosiłam o średnio twardy materac, więc nie wiem, czy byłaby taka możliwość wyboru.

Gutes Hotel mit Restaurant, das wir am Abend sehr geschätzt haben. Sauna mit Zugang zum Meer war ein tolles Plus. Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück und schöne Aussicht vom Frühstückstisch.

This hotel is in a really beautiful position. You can get out of the sauna and dip straight into the sea, which is really great. There is also a beautiful short hike up the hill behind.
